So if I have a diet with 2000 calories on 200g carbs then drop my carbs to say around 40g or so and still on a 2000 calorie diet I'll lose fat?

Brother..please watch the video again. Pay attention to it. Your questions are answered there. Carbs are not the reason people get fat. People are the reason people get fat. If your insulin sensitivity is poor-carbs must be minimized. But based on that video-the answers are there for you.

+TRT Revolution I'm just looking to find out if you think carbs are the reason people lose fat/gain fat. As in a diet that would be 200g carbs at 2000 calories then 40g carbs at 2000 calories, which would cause the person to lose fat. As in do you believe that carbs are the reason why people get fat / struggle to lose fat? Appreciate the quick response :)

There is no way to answer that question brother. Too many variables about you I don't know.
