The Hair Loss DHT Myth: Baldness Cure Debunked

7507 ratings | 239301 views
Hair loss, more commonly referred to as Male Pattern Baldness, is an intriguing phenomenon. I’ve heard people proclaim before that they can’t believe that something like hair loss, hair fall, or balding hasn’t already been solved, yet we can put a man on Mars, and we can destroy entire cities with nuclear weapons. The truth is: The cause of hair loss has already been solved. The research exists, and it’s sitting right in plain sight, where anyone can find it. I’ll show it to you today. But thanks to our old friends Greed and Dogma, going under the monickers these days of Big Pharma and Big Science, nobody will hear about it. In this case billion dollar drugs like Finasteride are creating life-altering - often irreversible, side effects in thousands of men every year, including documented suicides, and it’s time we shine some light on the darkness. Like most things, the Truth is staring us right in the face. By the end of this video I will have shown you the REAL cause of hair loss in humans. You will know why you’re losing hair, and what you can do to stop it without going through hair transplant. First, I’m going to trace back the current “understanding” of male pattern baldness. What do the masses believe is the cause of hair loss, and why do they believe it? Where did that information come from and who wins from this dogmatic view, while others lose? I’ll show you the rather large inconsistencies in this present - dogmatically accepted - hypothesis of hair loss, but it’ll become quite obvious why the mainstream public is not aware of those discrepancies. Then I’m going to show you what ACTUALLY causes hair loss in men. This information is interestingly hiding right in front of our faces, yet nobody seems to see it, and why I believe this is actually another clever trick being played in the name of profit. So buckle up, and let’s dive into today’s Truth Tuesday. Examining the collective body of research and blood markers around all of these instances, you begin to see some painfully obvious patterns emerge. What do all of these situations have in common? Chronically Elevated Cortisol Levels Chronically Elevated Estrogen Levels (there is a feedback loop between cortisol and estrogen where they both increase one another over time as well) Low Thyroid Function Liberation of Free Fatty Acids In The Blood, which stimulates Estrogen production Chronically Elevated Prolactin Levels Mucopolysaccharide accumulation in the scalp tissue (Matrix for Calcification) Drops in protective hormone levels like Progesterone, with the simultaneous increase in stress hormone levels like cortisol and estrogen (This ratio matters) Control and balance these hormones through proper nutrition, micronutrient correction, and stress management and you will reverse your hair loss. Let’s look at some specific recommendations. I wanted to make sure I put together an action plan for anyone who needs to stop and find a hair loss remedy for receding hairline, hair regrowth, and baldness cure: First off, controlling excess Estrogen: to control estrogen I recommend taking the following 4 step approach: Methylate the estrogen in your system (choline and betaine) Lose extra body fat above 15% Supplement with, or up the dietary intake of Vitamin A, K2, and D Drastically reduce your exposure to estrogenics in your environment and diet If you're interested in seeing me formulate a natural supplement for hair regrowth, please sign up for the Waiting List here - https://truthnutra.com/hairloss Follow Me On Social Media: Website: https://truthnutra.com/yt Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/truthnutra/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/truthnutra/ Personal Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_christopherwalker/ Truth Nutra Products: Shop For Supplements - https://truthnutra.com/supplements Shop For Books - https://truthnutra.com/books Shop For Apparel - https://truthnutra.com/apparel Use code "YOUTUBE" For 10% Off! But why I don´t have beard hair loss or the other hair on my body, and why is hair loss not spread on my whole head ? If what you say is successful, hair should be grown on all parts of the body, right ? I am sceptic that hair follicles will come back.

Total 100% BS, no offense, I have an uncle who died of Lung cancer and was diabetic. He had no reguard for his health, he was a heavy drug abuser, alcoholic and smoker. He still died a handsome guy with a NW 1 hairline and with great density at 62 years old. This issue is 100% genetic and the only things that are going to save your hair are treatments that have been approved to inhibit DHT(finasteride) and treatments approved to stimulate new hair growth(minoxidil). Do not listen to this nonsense for hairloss unless you're just looking to improve your overall health. Its great advice but it sure as hell wont bring your hair back.

Do not waste your time or your money on these OLD failed ideas which have NOT been proven scientifically to be effective. There is now a NEW and LOGICAL method which is PROVEN effective and which is discussed and endorsed all over the Internet. Go To www.BornAgainHair.com to learn about a totally NEW and proven science which finally explains the whole hair loss syndrome and how to treat it using NO DRUGS, NO LOTIONS and NO SURGERY. It is also the LEAST EXPENSIVE system available and it really works. It explains that all the OLD systems have FAILED because they targeted only DHT . It identifies the MAIN cause of HAIR LOSS and explains that DHT is « secondary » factor which only becomes a bad thing for your hair when this MAIN issue is not addressed and remedied. It is so easy to understand and so logical. Do not waste any more time or thousands of dollars with the OLD failed systems and give this a try. It is the big BUZZ on all the world’s forums on HAIR LOSS and there are already over 17,000 people on this method with a reported success rate of over 95%. Ok everybody listen. I am a consultant dermatologist and it’s my main research area. Let me break this down step by step and give you an insight into this exceptionally complicated disorder. 1. Evolution: the ‘selfish gene’ theory, it suggests that balding males, more so younger males bald and the reason is to make sure that they search for a mate and reproduce as early as possible. It sounds far fetched right, have a look at demographics and a study called ‘the selfish gene’ very insightful. Although a more radical theory. 2. PCOS: I’m sure most people are aware of this condition. Early onset Male Pattern Baldness has been shown to be the phenotypic equivalent of PCOS. An extremely tricky and challenging condition to treat let alone cure. It is quite an interesting observation as it leads to higher levels of T and DHT. But this study has a few holes in it. My theory is that the imbalance of hormones (PCOS) in men is a cause of this baldness and the ‘selfish gene’ mediates this imbalance. It also increases the sensitivity of hair follicles. DHT in a hypoxia state is harmful and the gene again mediates this. DHT> Hypoxia> reduces blood circulation> nutrient rich hair stem cells differentiate into skin cells> micro inflammation> fibrosis> the shiny and unusually leather like skin on the head. Calcification is a big factor and explains why minoxidil works so well during early hair loss and it later on. Also finasteride works but better during earlier signs of hair loss. As later on clarification of the skin on the scalp cannot be reversed. This is the reason why cadavers with Male baldness had an unusual thickness of their scalp when post mortem were carried out. Basically there isn’t secret pharma that know the cure. It is multifactorial on a physiological level, hence why severe baldness cannot be treated effectively. Only thing that will help is with a breakthrough of stem cell research.
Good video bro

-There is a lot of stuff that you said that are not true. Yes, DHT causes hair loss. Please guys, do not lose your hair by ignoring this fact. Yes, maybe pharmaceutical companies do not want to find a cure for this, but I do not think that is the case because if they did, they could get much more money. -Here is how you can actually reduce hair loss as much as possible if you have male pattern baldness: 1-Monoxidil 2-Probecia>>Most effective 3-Reduce stress 4-Make sure you do not have any vitamin deficiencies Others that might be useful: 1-Shampos and conditioners with DHT blocking effect 2-Saw palmetto 3-Biotin 4-Pumpkin seed oil and zinc 5-Some oils like rosemary, Argan, castor, coconut oils 6-Collagen powder Finally:Hair transplant>>The best option if done right, especially if you lost most of your hair

One question: If higher estrogen levels lead to hair loss, why is it that even though women naturally have higher levels of estrogen than men do, female pattern hair loss is far less common than male pattern hair loss, and female pattern hair loss is usually less severe than male pattern hair loss? Female pattern hair loss is far less likely to result in baldness as bad as Dr Phil has, for example.

There appear to be going a lot more resources into 'curing' baldness, than into real, life threatening diseases like malaria. Malaria, by the way, can be prevented and cured. Therefore, as long as you see rich and powerful men going bald, you might very well deduce there is - for now - no other 'cure' for baldness than to overcome one's feelings of insecurity.

So what IS the ideal diet plan then?? It seems that all these diet plans we are being bombarded with for this or that are aimed at addressing specific problems and if you focus on one thing it has negatives impact on another area. What is the ideal, universal cure-all diet plan? How can one reverse heart disease, regrow their hair, reduce the risk of diabetes, lose weight and lower blood pressure on ONE diet/life style/suppliment/exercise plan? That's what I want to know.

My rough notes for anyone interested: Seven key causes ================== Cronically elevated cortisol levels chronically elevated estrogren levels (cortisol & estrogen has a negative feedback loop where they increase each other) Low Thyroid function Liberation of free fatty acids in the blood (which stimulates estrogen). [key thing] chronically elevated prolactin levels. Mucopolysaccharide accumulation of the scalp tissue (the matrix for calsification). =================== Control the above with stress managemnt, diet, micronutrient supplimentation, you will reverse your hairloss. Increase protective hormones, decrease negative. Action Plan ==================== Control Excess Esrtogen. --- Methelate the estrogen in your system by taking CHOLINE and BETAINE. Lose excess body fat (above 15% for men). Excess estrogen is stored in that fat tissue. Intake of vitamin A, K2, D (A has been shown to increase uptake by androgen receptors) Control Cortisol --- Comes down to stress management. Stop reacting to things (need a possitive outlook) Increase oxygen consumption - 10 to 20 minutes a day of deep breathing. Excercise, don't do endurance, do explosive weights & HIIT. Lower Prolactin Levels --- Suppliments with ashwaganda - study shows it drops prolactin by 15% and raises test by 40% Increase vitamine E.Study: 3mg of v.E for 8 weeks decreased prol by 69% Recommend L-DOPA suplimentation. Increase Zinc. Study: daily zinc supp showed to cut prolactin by half. Increase B6. Studies: shows increase in HGH and lowers prolactin. Improve Thyroid Function --- "If you're losing hair, you have a damaged thyroid". Recommend: desiccated thyroid suppliment to kickstart recovery. Suppliment with iodine + selenium. Stop doing keto & consume carbs from whole foods. Suppliment with Fulvic minerals. Side note: check out Danny Roddy weblog and his YT channel.

You know, at first I thought this was legit being a bachelors in biology plus nutrition certified and always researching nutrition. But then I thought “well I don’t have any symptoms of hypo or hyper thyroidism so it’s still DHT.” But after today doing a bioenergetic year, I mentioned to the doctor of my thyroid and she did the testing for it. Funny enough, all my thyroid antibodies, and T4 are off. Going to revisit this because I believe this truly is the key to my rapid unexplained hair loss even though my dad still has his hair and is over 40.

The genetic argument is not a cop out when you delve into it. For people who are genetically disposed to balding, certain hair follicles on the scalp get more sensitive to DHT with age. The amount of DHT is irrelevant. This is why baldness happens in a pattern, whereas all the things you describe do not explain why hair loss happens in a pattern, and why men don't go completely bald and still retain hair on the sides and back of their scalp. The stuff you describe can cause baldness (i.e. thyroid issues, stress), but they are not the cause of male pattern baldness. With those issues, when you fix them, hair grows back. With MPB, hair does not grow back, because the follicle slowly miniaturizes and dies. Forever.

Bro, you wrong about keto diet(my version of keto diet is pretty much 9 day fast, then fruits salads n STEAK). A)It helps to mitigate stress(remember polysacharides deposites) B) the vitamins you recommend are fat soluble C)Fat soluble vitamins need protein sacks for transport and absorbtion

May be it works like diabetis - low insulin sensitivity, or in this case low testosteron sensitivity. Adrenaline and Testosteron are like volitile fuel - either you burn it or it burns you. High stress increases the release of hormones, however psychological suppression of behavioral release causes fuses to burn out.

This video contains very good information, and I believe some of these factors can cause hair loss, but there is one thing that hasn't been explained. If a person is experiencing many of these symptoms as you explain, then why isn't the hair falling out all over the body with male pattern baldness victims, only certain areas of the scalp fall out? How come the hair on the sides and lower back of the head never fall out? If I suffer from all of these issues you discussed in the video, I still will not lose hair on the sides of my head or the bottom back of the head. Can someone please explain the science behind this? And if someone has a hair transplant, and hairs from the sides and back of the head are transplanted to the hair loss regions, they never seem to fall out, even when the person gets older and still suffers from the issues you discuss. Those hairs on the sides of the head and back head region must not be sensitive to DHT. Nothing else can explain that. And also, I agree that medications to treat MPB are horrible, and will never take them, but they do work for several patients; with side effects of course. Let's focus on the hair loss aspect and put aside the side effects. Propecia blocks the alpha 5 reductase enzyme in the body, which has been linked to MPB. There is a connection, otherwise Propecia would not work to stop hair loss. And many people that use Rogaine do see hair regrowth; with the added side effects of course. Rogaine helps bring blood flow to the scalp, which provides nutrients to the scalp needed for hair regrowth. So you do mention some things that can help your body overall and can balance hormones, but I'm sorry, hair falling out due to stress and MPB are two completely different things. There are more connections that need to be made. I would love someone to give their input on what I have discussed.

Okay, all your recommendations sound logical and based on some science. However, if you stop to think about the eating habits and lifestyle of Dr. Michael Greger your proposed assistance or cure for curbing or regrowing hair seems to be at odds with Dr. Greger's hair folical situation. NO THIS IS WRONG. TOTALLY WRONG. ITS NOT KETO . Keto diet means more saturated fat becauseyou eat more meat. More saturated fat = more testosterone = more DHT. And thats what causes hair loss. But you need saturated fat for health. DO YOUR HOMEWORK . DONT TALK ABOUT WHAT U DONT KNOW. ILLITERATE people giving medical advice should be prevented.. Now you will force everyone to eat low keto and consequently low fat and ruin their health. Low fat leads to poor health including cancer. If you eat the way this guy tells you, you will lose muscle and be weak

Funny how's there's always a problem reaction solution scenario. And it's even funnier the solution presented by big Pharma / Chem is rarely the answer, if ever. Increase in man made chemicals in food, water, plastics, sprays and just about everything else = Increase in high estrogen levels and increased cellular stress and hey, gee wiz.. what do you know...increase in mpb/hair loss, (reaction) Increase in hair loss drugs and hair replacement therapy (solution)! There's a silent war going on and these truth is that we're kept so wrapped up in day to day life that we don't even realise it. The only way to break free from all this is to take control of your of life and become captains of your own your own boat. Especially us guys we're getting hammered from all sides. Is it a coincidence that we're seeing the feminisation and emasculation of the male of the species going on? What is alarming here is that most will think this is just a normal and natural path and not even realise its by design. I mean who wants to have males having his levels of T flowing through their bodies or even normal levels when you're attempting to dumb them down and keep them controlled. Excuse having gone of the beaten track here but just saying!

My hair loss stopped dead in its tracks after taking spironolactone and injecting estradiol weekly. Not only that, but I got significant regrowth as well. My endocrinologist has adjusted my meds such that my testosterone and estrogen are at average levels for a woman. Before I started HRT (I'm transgender), I had average levels for a man and I had average MPB for a man in their mid 30's. The concern that guys have about finasteride is definitely valid but all this stuff about androgens not being responsible for hair loss just isn't true. And I think most of us know guys who's nutrition and exercise habits are on point and they still have hair loss. There isn't much you can do about this issue unless you're willing to forfeit your manhood. The hair loss solution really is as easy as bringing your testosterone and estrogen to female levels. It works flawlessly in nearly 100% of transgender women and in fact is a major motivating factor in beginning HRT. Hair loss is humiliating and makes transitioning problematic.

How can I get more choline and betaine in my diet? This video needs a follow up to explain actually what a person needs to do with examples. It's rather confusing
A D (29 days ago)
Jimmy Russels thanks. I already eat eggs and salmon every week. I'll add spinach. Cheers
Jimmy Russels (1 month ago)
eat these 3 foods, salmon, eggs, spinach. Most of the minerals he mentions are found in eggs

We are getting there. I'd rather not get a supplement, I looked it up at the foods containing it, I already eat them

Buy a choline or betaine supplement. I bought a whole betaine powder can (500mg) a month ago on ebay

Bunch of BS. Plus why would big pharma or anyone who knew there is a cure keep it a secret??? Someone who spill the beans eventually. As for the things you say to regrow your hair. What about People who are extremely stressed, sokers, drug users and have bad nutrition yet have full heads of hair???? I have seen it. Sorry you are just repeating rehetoric we have all hear before. Won't grow hair back...lol

I Believe this theory explains most: The gravity theory (gravity pulling on skin down with most tension on top of ead thus thinning the skin, speeded up by testosterone)https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/10/131030092856.htm

Does IF affect hair loss?
Karen Gore (1 month ago)
Dude, what happened at the end of this video with your mouth. Couldn't make out a word you said on your woe & sounded like you were saying Blah blah & mastering you TEETH? I'm losing my enamel like men lose hit & if there is nutritional protocol that works, my ears perked up but I still can't decipher your words at all. Total confusion.

I find it interesting that some people who choose to go onto IF and Keto, regrow their hair as in comments in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgKTRIXBU_8 HFLC and IF has helped me and wife both with hair loss and weight loss but I dont disagree with anything on this video either just confused by the whole matter :-)

can you do a video on BPH (enlarged prostate?)
Robotix (1 month ago)
This could all well be true but it does not negate genetics in any way at all. There are plenty of people with a full head of hair that are fat, inflamed, stressed and eating food that is bad for them. Conversely there are a shit tonne of bald / balding pro atheletes that eat well and have ideal hormone profiles.
Robotix (13 days ago)
Not so sure about that, there are plenty of bald gorillas and chimps.
Viktor Galya (13 days ago)
It runs in the family, a good observation, but you're comparing your father/grandfather who have live a very similar lifestyle and environment to you. I can assure you non of your ancestors a million years ago had the problem. Basically.. if you put the same people with the same genes in the same environment you'll get the same output
Robotix (1 month ago)
OK 1. it clearly runs in the family, 2. It clearly affects men much more then women so it has to be Y chromosome related. So genetics is the major part but off-course genetics does interact with the environment . . .
Viktor Galya (1 month ago)
Ok put it this way, how do you know if it's caused by genetics.. OR some people are more genetically predisposed to an environmental factor? hmm?
Jeremy Trager (1 month ago)
This is garbage. Baldness is passed genetically. This is mostly mumbo-jumbo, verging on new ageism.

are you fucking retarded

Seven key causes ================== Cronically elevated cortisol levels chronically elevated estrogren levels (cortisol & estrogen has a negative feedback loop where they increase each other) Low Thyroid function Liberation of free fatty acids in the blood (which stimulates estrogen).
