Hey James look into nattokinase and serrapeptase for blood thining insetead of aspirin, they're the most powerful enzymes available. I take nattokinase and it has helped heal old injuries.

I've found that no other creatine works as well for me as the GNC Amp 189! 2 caplets with my main meal, when I'm using it,and yes, plenty of water. I haven't tried 'em all,but have tried many of the 'top' recommended creatines, and this one just does it for me...peace!-

Fit Beardsman thanks

Mutlu Yildiz well yea, some people get bloated from it. You can always stop taking it, and the mass you've built from the strength increase during use, will be kept ;)

Fit Beardsman mate when I took creatine I got strong but got very bloated. maybe it's just me
Jody (1 year ago)

Thanks for video! I never knew that about it helping with an injury recovery! I'm injured and have a tub! So going to look into that
Jose Plascencia (1 year ago)
i been working on the same tub of creatine for months only take it when i remember so maybe 4 or 5 days a week but i also eat 12-14oz of steak everyday so i haven't really notice creatine working or not working on my system but everybody is different specially everyone's diet and body I'm 6.3" and 169lbs I started training again in March after a couple of years doing nothing do to major back injuries, I weighted 314lbs when i started lifting again so i guess creatine doesn't make a difference when ur diet and training are on point there are more important things.

Just what I've been waiting for after you kept saying you don't use it. I started using it 3 weeks ago although I never thought it did anything for me, maybe I was doing it wrong.

I love creatine.. but I don't take it because it makes my face Breakout Badd...
the one and only have you ever tried créatine hcl or kre-alcalyn? Cuz there are many types of creatine and maybe if you're lucky one of them could work better for you...

i found creatine to be amazing the first time i used it about 12-13years ago but after that first time ive found it useless every other time with the excption of mega dosing it the first week of pct to keep the illusion of gains via water retention. is there any reason for the diminishing effects?
smont mstep (1 year ago)
Fit Beardsman good point
Alan Olympus (1 year ago)
smont mstep Yup i feel you, same experience here. But then i feel that Creatine can only do so much, and you're probably much stronger now, than you were last time you took creatine. So it wont help on increasing your PR's that quick, compared to when you were weaker before. The stronger you get, the harder it gets to become stronger/bigger, with or without supplementation.
smont mstep (1 year ago)
Fit Beardsman im sure its doing something but not like the first time years ago.
smont mstep (1 year ago)
Fit Beardsman thats not what i was saying. i used to see the effects. ive gone 2 years straight with out taking it and il start back and see no real benifits like i did the first time i used it
Alan Olympus (1 year ago)
smont mstep nah, your body will only hold so much Creatine. You can keep it on that level, or go down by stopping taking it. But as long as you have it, your body will benefit from it, so no.
