Dr. Berg, could you please make a video in HRT? Is it good for us? A doctor is trying to convince me to get it. I’m taking your Estrogen, Adrenal and Sleep Aid for peri menopausal symptoms and they seem to be helping but not sure if there are other health risks beyond these to consider. Thanks so much!
can you please make a video to show us what to do to help gland function better like you said in the video? when I ask my doctor, she said it is because aging. she think taking hormone is only solution.

Hello Dr EricBerg.
How do you get all this information? You know everything. You pop up everywhere, on nearly everything I search for (I know YouTube has a part in that). You must dissect a lot of bodies (not physically), or books to get this information and study for ever. Thanks.
I really need to find out what’s right for me though, if I can. I have brain fog from my surgical induced menopause (which makes me forget to do things I need to do to get fit and stay fit, as I once was) but my biggest problem which halts things more, especially my beloved dancing, is the shower that comes from within, out through my pores, down my face and sometimes I get a random full body shower. I need help! These hot sweats are killing me off and ruining my social life and fun.
Always smiling and hoping it doesn’t get that too. 😭
Good logic, for diabetes it has high glycemix or sugar ofcourse reducing sugar on diet is a must instead of taking insulin because the pancreas will depend on insulin medicine.lessening sugar will help pancreas to relaks haha
What are some ways to clear your acne naturally? I read many good opinions on the internet about how exactly Fopobiacne Secrets can help you cure your acne naturally. Has anyone tried this popular natural acne remedy?
I am being treated with thyroid hormone, amongst others. As this doctor points out, the thyroid will produce even less because it senses enough in the system. After off the drug, in a worse situation. I agree with the idea, we must find a way to naturally stimulate our thyroid gland to produce more. This goes for my other hormone deficiencies. The doctors have me taking expensive blood tests and expensive pills. I do not have any insurance. I can only pay for this myself for a few months. Then, I will have to give up on treatment, as I will not have any more money to pay for treatment.
you CAN treat your thyroid w/o meds, you can do it through diet, using amino acids, dulse, and herbs. Find a GOOD nutritionist, or start researching on your own. Start eliminating foods that suppress the thyroid, make SURE you are drinking clear clean water.
Hi Dr. Berg. I am 59 years old and have purchased a ZRT saliva kit and was told to test DHEA and testosterone first. Then test the 3 estrogens, Was told to use progesterone, melatonin and pregnenolone if I am over 40. What are your thoughts on this advice? LOVE your video teachings. They are the perfect length, teach a wealth of information simply and are entertaining and funny too! I include you in my daily prayers of "thankfulness" for me discovering you and for all the good you do for so many people.
Adrenal should be focused on first a they Rob from other hormones to take care of what they need. it's like a Dominos effect. At the same time supplementation on others is great but you may need less a you get your adrenal regulated. You may be Just naturally defficient and need them for life. And or as you age. Exercise eating right as. Berg directs sleep etc. Are ALL IMPORTANT factors.
what to do ?
naturally? that takes months or years
natural sources increase are slow and not really specific
eg if u r eating spanich for anemia "specific problem" u gonna increase other things like vitamin k2 rapidly ... thats why its dangerous
i really d8nt think this is complicated problem and we must avoid meds
fucks sake we aee in 2017
im runing out of time and i have no choice
I've been suffering from cystic acne for about 2 and a half years as well as some hirsutism and mid cycle cramps, constantly tired and wanting to constantly snack throughout the day. I crave a lot of sugary foods and carbs and my mum has an overactive thyroid. I don't feel myself loss of libido night sweats occasionally. Booked for a blood test in 2 days I'll be so pissed if it comes back okay want answers. I've cut out sugar and dairy from my diet still having issues.
You can't cut out sugar. Your body actually needs sugar to generate energy. Carbohydrates, when digested become glucose, which is a monosaccharide, which is a basic sugar unit of the Carbohydrates. This means that in order to cut out sugar completely, you would need to cut out pasta, bread, rice, vegetables, fruits and so on. It's impossible. You simply need to consume the right type of Carbohydrates, which are rich in fiber, miners and vitamins, in the right proportion. If possible cut out added sugars and refined Carbs. (Such us white bread, flour, table sugar, etc.)
These videos are amazing! Thank you so much! What is your view of using Adrenal Glandular for severe adrenal fatigue? Is it something that you could recommend for short time use while fixing the actual problem in the background if a person cannot cope very well?
Please Do more videos abt Hormonal Imbalance, I've been effected by this for long time, and when i do blood test, doesn't really recognize the roots of the problem, I am sure there are many women out there, who has the same problems, and i just feel so helpless sometimes, and at the same time, i don't want to take Hormons to balance it out, is there any nutrition advice that may help, any advise would be much appreciated!
Please look into bhrt. This has been a life saver for me adrenal should be taken care of too. It needs to be am social hormone though that's identical to your body. Not a drug that has hormone like effects.
They will not hurt you if they are bhrt and taken properly.
This is just superb, been searching for "arem ridha thyroid solution" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Yannabarn Vanish Thyroid - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my co-worker got amazing results with it.
Thanks Dr.Bareq for your valuable information. Your way of looking on health are very different than lot of people. Your teaching are very helpful for us. Please continue to do what you are doing. May God bless you and your family.
Patients taking Viagra are less likely to suffer a heart attack, new research claims.
Men taking the impotence drug were found to have a lower risk of having a heart attack or dying from heart failure than those not on the medication.
The findings mean Viagra could soon be used to treat hundreds of thousands of heart failure patients and even prevent fatal heart attacks, scientists say.
Experts from the University of Manchester studied 6,000 diabetic patients who had been given Viagra to treat erectile dysfunction.
The drug relaxes muscle cells in the blood vessels supplying the penis, allowing more blood to flow there.
This increased blood flow increases the likelihood of getting an erection.
Given the increasing reports of deaths in which the use of Viagra may be implicated, clinicians need to exercise caution when advising their patients with heart
Experts believe a key ingredient in Viagra called PDE5i, which relaxes blood vessels, also prevents damage to heart cells.
Heart failure is caused by the heart failing to pump enough blood around the body at the right pressure.
It most often occurs because the heart muscle has become too weak or stiff to work properly and is usually treated with medication which supports the heart.
Despite diabetics being prone to heart problems, the study participants did not suffer as many incidents as similar patients not on the drug.
