This diet works like a charm! However every body type is different hence the results may vary. You know your body well, if u have any kind of ailments, consult your doctor first.
P.S: Eggs in this plan should be consumed with yolk.

Instead of 3 eggs I was having 1 egg in the morning nd 1 in the aftertoon.

Absolutely awesome!!!! I started yesterday and weighed myself. Today I weighed myself again and already lost some weight which I will confirm at the end, dates and results. Lost 4kgs in the 1st day am continuing with this I hope I keep this loss of weight however Im just wondering what 6 eggs a day x 7 days = 42 eggs in a week? I cant see me keeping this up for long with an oversupply of sulphur and excess protein in my blood would do for someone who has lots of health issues.

hi guys.. this is my first day with this diet. I work in night shifts, I had my breakfast as said in the morning and I'm not really feeling hungry after having eggs now. Do I have to eat everything Everytime that is mentioned here or can I consume only till I'm hunger... pls suggest who ever is online
I've just started this today, wish me luck! I've got a wedding in a few months time and want to feel confident (I'm a bridesmaid). I've made a few changes, for example I'm only eating green apples (slightly less sugar and calories, but mainly because I like them better), if I can't bring myself to eat another egg I will substitute with a low sugar/calorie meal replacement shake. If I get bored with green tea I'll let myself have other low calorie teas and I'm eating a regular (but portion controlled) dinner. We usually have a vegetable packed dinner with little meat and carbs so it should be fine. I'm expecting that the weight will come off slower, but I've got plenty of time. I'm estimating that it will average to around 1000 calories a day. I'll update with results.

BakingFever I have ! I tried this 2 years ago I think, and lost from 77 to 68 kgs. Then I started adding other food , but healthy. And workout regularly. I hit my best weight , 56 kilo (with time). Now I gained 4 kgs , cuz I had so much sweets during the summer . I’m gonna do it again as a kick start
Hi guys so I just wanted to comment and let you know that I have done this diet and it works but I modified it a little, for example for breakfast I scrambled the eggs instead of boiled and I only did 2 eggs in the morning and two in the afternoon because 6 seemed like a lot and I couldn’t finish them. So for breakfast 2 scrambled eggs and coffee, for lunch two boiled eggs and green tea and apple and a banana, and the oatmeal at night. Should work just as fine. I move a lot on a daily basis too so that helped.
Morning..green tea first..and 3 eggs in breakfast...at 12pm green tea again..and 2pm 3 eggs with apple somtimes and not..5pm green tea again..and at 9pm i had masala oats and had no green tea..this is what i did fr 12 days
so I have lost now 5kg(around 10lbs) in 6 days guys. I have also cheated slightly everyday and I've still lost weight. I'm going to keep going for 3 more days and see if I can lose a few more kgs. this diet is magical thank you so much Vicky you are amazing

First day diet and on the 2nd day early morning weigh in I loss 3.1 kg!! That is brilliant! I know most are water weight but at least I am losing kilos. I followed the diet strictly and I did half hour swimming.
My daughter tried this and she loss 5 kg because she is not really fat. She has been cajoling me to do this so here I am giving this a shot. Today is day one and starting weight is 108.2 kg.
So far I don't feel any hunger or fatigued. And in between these meals I sip water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Tonight is my weigh in after a half hour exercise either swimming or going on the elliptical machine/cycling. I have bad joints so I can't run or brisk walk.
day 7 was sterday...had 3 boiled eggs n green tea for breakfast...i started feeling weak....had 1 bowl of rice n curry ...evening drank coconut water 300ml....night had 5 /6 pulkas with chicken curry....today on an empty stomach 81kgs..
sterday was my day 6....morning had tea with milk....had 3 eggs n green tea for brunch...evening had normal tea with milk ....night mixed cabbage fry n bhendi fry in oats ...i usually check weight on an empty stomach...today i forgot... got up at 12pm ...so had lunch directly... 3 boiled eggs with 5 chicken pieces in a masala curry and green tea...after this my weight was 81kgs ...vicky.....thanks a lottt.... im sooper dooper happy ....lost 3kgs in 6 days....im a big foodie :( so full on cheating ...
Beatriz Carvalho i have the same question😂😂 but I am pretty sure it is ok since you would still be eating 900 calories a day... I am going to try it and see if it is any different in 3 days...so 3 days the EXACT same order and 3 days I will eat the oats for breakfast💕
yesterday was my day 4 ..... had 3 boiled eggs with 1 spoon of jalapeno cheese spread and green tea in the morning....had followed lunch as per vicky's lose weight 10kgs in 10days 1000 cal per day ...1bowl of curd n roasted oats one...along with green tea...evening had 1 apple...dinner had 1small katori of lemon rice ...bedtime had a cup of coffee :(

Versatile Vicky Hi Vicky!!!!! I work in night shifts so I take the breakfast as per ur diet around 6:30 in evening IST, and then lunch in another 2-3 hours. After couple of hours I go for the snacks - sprouts and when I reach home around 4 in the morning I have the Oats as per ur diet plan. During entire course of the day I keep sipping the flat belly drink as well.
