Have you ever wondered what Alpha eats on a weekly basis? Yes? Then you'll love this video. The key is planning and preparation as he 'sucks' winging it! In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is first taking you shopping at Costco and the grocery store.
Chicken and fish (salmon, tilapia) are staples. He also picks up some quinoa which has a low hypoglycemic index. He gets apples, avocados, sweet potatoes, bagged salads, oatmeal, and egg whites at the grocery store. Once he gets home, he preps. Sunday is also the day he makes his Blue Apron which hes' been using since 2015.
First thing in the morning, he performs fasted cardio and then eats breakfast around 10am - 11am (egg whites, avocado, fruit -or- chocolate oatmeal, fruit). Lunch is around 3pm, consisting of a chicken or salmon salad (his 'power salad'). Then around 6pm, before the gym, he has protein bar or shake. Dinner is Blue Apron -or- chicken breast or fish, sweet potato or quinoa, and vegetable. At night, he always has low calorie ice cream.
He doesn't measure anything, and this diet works for him. He refrains from red meat, and he uses S&P, fresh herbs, hot sauce, ketchup, sriracha, and red wine vinegar. Commit to yourself by preparing your meals.

Don't people realize that body building , has a extreme negative effect on a persons sexuality??? Men become feminine, because their testicles don't function properly. And Women become extremely masculine, manly. Body building is not natural ……..natural muscle from your everyday life activities is different from gym " working out"....... it is not natural..... the repetitive movements with resistance in order to tear muscle fibres to promote muscle growth and change your physique is UNNATURAL, in my opinion
Promoting weight loss by eating dead animals is bad advise. Sure fire fast way to all the top killers. Loaded with saturated fat and cholesterol. Not the way to lose weight and not the way to build muscle. Watch what the health, watch The Game Changers, just eat whole plant foods. Lastly, diet is not a personal choice when there's a victim involved.
Stick to beef (or bison) and salmon. Lots of good stuff other than the protein. Chicken has very little nutritional value and is too fucked around with (it's mostly low grade crap). And that Tilapia shit is just plain wrong.
If I’m trying to burn fat and keep muscle mass plus build more muscle mass but I ultimately also want to drop weight and be like 170 I’m 190 now should I cut my calories and if so to what I believe I generally eat like 3000 a day give or take?
Alpha, I am 40 and I am not wanting to get bigger. I just want to be as lean as possible. I started doing 2 a days. I workout at 6AM and 12PM. I can eat breakfast around 8AM. Do you suggest I have a protein shake before my afternoon workout?

Have you ever come across - Reyvery Monrayden Release - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my colleague got great success with it.
Alpha, I'd love to hear your opinion on this. I've been reading a lot on the carnivore diet that people have tried, and supposedly it has resulted in insane fat loss, clear skin, and increased energy. I'm extremely skeptical, but if anyone has any input, let me know. Jordan Peterson talked about it just recently on the Joe Rogan podcast.

Hey Alpha! Love this vid - in regards to the salad you may want to add an olive oil or coconut oil. Apparently when you add fats to leafy greens you're ability to absorb nutrients is greatly increased. Dr Eric Berg and Max Lugavere turned me on to this, so may be something to look into! Alpha , you are the man, and are genuinely helping me become the man I need to be. I’m 22 years old , work part time , still in school, full time girlfriend , and not gonna lie ... I get lazy. I get lazy to work on my self because I’m also a people pleaser. BUT, your videos are phenomenal because they highlight COMMON SENSE. Farmed and colored Salmon, farmed and antibiotic infused Tilapia, same with Chicken, people, don't put that crap in your bodies, go organic, go wild with your seafood, stay away from garbage fish. You get parcel deliveries on Sunday? Sure you do, just you. You can go wrong with Ketchup, read the label, loaded with sugar, red dye, sodium, high fructose corn syrup, geez, what crappy advice you give out.
I am currently finally working on myself with working out and eating healthy. I haven't gotten to prepping meals for the whole week yet, because i don't know how long it'll stay edible once cooked. If i cook on sunday, will my friday or saturday meal still be good?
Should it be kept in the freezer so it doesn't spoil? And to warm it up, just put it in a microwave?
I do a lot of physical labor throughout the day; 12 hours more or less at least five days a week. I eat very healthy, and eat and eat, tried protein shakes, exclude the junk, but the one day that I eat slightly less, I end up losing more weight than maintaining it. It has been such an obstacle my whole life trying to gain weight and maintaining it. I would be happy just gaining 10-15 pounds. Don’t know what else to do. Patients taking Viagra are less likely to suffer a heart attack, new research claims.
Men taking the impotence drug were found to have a lower risk of having a heart attack or dying from heart failure than those not on the medication.
The findings mean Viagra could soon be used to treat hundreds of thousands of heart failure patients and even prevent fatal heart attacks, scientists say.
Experts from the University of Manchester studied 6,000 diabetic patients who had been given Viagra to treat erectile dysfunction.
The drug relaxes muscle cells in the blood vessels supplying the penis, allowing more blood to flow there.
This increased blood flow increases the likelihood of getting an erection.
Given the increasing reports of deaths in which the use of Viagra may be implicated, clinicians need to exercise caution when advising their patients with heart
Experts believe a key ingredient in Viagra called PDE5i, which relaxes blood vessels, also prevents damage to heart cells.
Heart failure is caused by the heart failing to pump enough blood around the body at the right pressure.
It most often occurs because the heart muscle has become too weak or stiff to work properly and is usually treated with medication which supports the heart.
Despite diabetics being prone to heart problems, the study participants did not suffer as many incidents as similar patients not on the drug.
