Honestly I think with the vitamins as long as u grab urself like a sportblend ur pretty good and the price should be similar unless ur talking about the name itself!cuz as far as vitamins go I bought optimum nutrition (ON) and I've bought GNC brand and to me they were equal except GNC was quite a bit cheaper,so idk but the way it was put together there u made it sound like u get what u pay for but depending on the product sometimes ur paying more for just the name,I mean normally I would agree but it just depends on the specific product

This is my first successful diet. I wish this diet plan would have been in living a lot earlier. Make sure to google “sowo hope site”! Of all the diets in the world, this one is the best, I lost 8 lbs.

love this channel. quick question. i work weird hours and honestly sometimes I'm so busy i forget to eat or don't have time. then i get home at night then eat. i know it's not good to eat right before bed but can i or should i just get home at night and drink a protein shake and call it a night

Phentermine used to be real good to lose weight super fast. I took it and lost 80 pounds in 2 months. That was back in 2011 though before I went to prison for 6 years. I got out this January and got back on Phentermine and didn't lose ANY weight.I think they changed the ingredients or something. :-l

I don't drink a lot of water and I don't feel bloated at all....if have to force myself to drink it, does my body really need it? I feel like if my body needs it, it would let me know

Thank you so much for this video, sir. I want so badly to get in shape right now, and your advice is very inspiring. You make it seem so simple to get out of my own way and get started! But I have a question for you about vitamins: Could you please recommend or at least suggest a couple of brands that are in that midrange but good enough class? I bought the opti-men ones based on good reviews on Amazon, but after I got them I did some more research and found people getting down on that brand. Also, do you recommend spending all my time in the fat-burning zone (rather than cardio) at the beginning? And for how long? I'm 6'3 265 and very small-framed. I would like to get to 205. Thanks again for the great work you've done putting these videos up.

what about hiit so I do 1min on 4%grade at 5.2 mpr then down to 2% grade at 2.6 mpr for a min. for a total of 36 min is this sufficient ?

Hey man you seem like you really know your stuff. I just found your channel today and have watched a few of your videos already. Subscribed and will definitely be following you in the future. I'm already sold on the tips you give in this video specifically and will be getting a tread mill and doing 20 mins a day as well as drink a gallon a water. I was hoping you could give me a few pointers regarding my current situation which is a bit different than most people. I am a cardiac patient have had one surgery already. I am being treated for high blood pressure and after years of taking beta blockers my heart valves have weakened from taking it for so long and I now have what my doc calls "mild" congestive heart failure. I am at least 50 lbs over weight too. I am determined not to let this shit kill me and have been trying to find ways to rehab myself so any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

So, question, if you're someone that's celiac, and carbs is difficult to get anyway outside of corn and rice, would it be a problem to have three light in carb meals throughout the day (considering I eat at around 8PM or a little later most days) since it's hard to get them in as it is?

hey james...first off..im a former marine...and been out for about 12 years now...and love your vids...lets just say i got lazy and let the beer take over...but recently been hitting the wieights and cardio hard...and have heard my entire life to wait a day before working the same muscles is that true?

I completely agree about how germ infested gyms are. I was going to the gym on a regular basis last year and noticed around the cold and flu season more people were coughing and stuff in the gym. I got super sick and I truly believe it was from going to the gym. Since then I have created my own home gym with some dumb bells, heavy bag, total gym, bench with preacher curl and a power tower. I also do a lot of stuff inside with my total gym and my door way pull up bar. I have since increased my pull ups and push ups and I'm gaining strength all the time. For my heavy bag I listen to a song and try to box through the whole song and then next song I do push ups pull ups and strength train and then next song, back to the heavy bag.

hussain6617 speed is fast twitch, slow is slow titch. Also if you want to burn fat at a normal pace just keep consistent cardio nice pace, yes you can burn fat really fast running fast but your body also eats it muscle.

we get some people who show up every day to loiter in my gym. There's no problem with standing around chatting in a gym, but consistantly spending hours there and in the parkinglot after it closes is harmful to any place of buisness.

The cardio thing is great, but ive seen people drop pounds by starting to just walk. IF you have been very seditary, just getting off your ass will be enough for your first 4 weeks. Promise.

Been looking for a simple place to start. This shit just inspired me. So much BS info out there that it gets confusing and intimidating to even want to start a serious change, especially for people like me who don't know shit about fitness or health. This information should be taught to young children. Having control of the growth and development of your body seems like basic logic. But common sense ain't all that common, especially in a world filled with billion dollar McDonald commercials every where we point our kids' eyes. I got a gallon of water, a bottle of vitamins and access to an exercise bike. Lets see if i can get my 6'2" 250lb ass down to 210 and away from that diabetic shit my lady breaks balls about. #reasonablelifegoals. Subbed.
