From Scarecrow to MASS MONSTER - Transition

718 ratings | 22914 views
I should have added a voice over to date these shitty pictures but time is in short order this week. I do have lots of good pictures but that old hardrive is busted and needs repair, so . . . First pic I am about 150 - 155 lbs bodyweight; pics here have me about 290 heaviest - scaled back down some and today I am 276 lbs after 1 week into my current diet. Most recent picture here is at least 8 years old. Once again, MUSIC thanks to www.tecnoaxe.com

good thing to remember where you have been and where you are. what works best for you genetically and what doesn't. I really think this is the best advice on you tube or any social environment. Experience, experience experience. Not some mumbo jumbo report re-spewed off the internet that someone read.

looks like your developing what ronnie has on your left elbow
James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
Everybody has it - I mean that soo many have it, not unusual if you really look.  It also forms little knots just below the knees - it is connective tissue related from heavy weight over time, always pulling at the attatchment - very common place with heavy lifting bber's and strength athletes.
j pepple (1 year ago)
wow impressive...did you have to use hgh to get more muscle growth or just ass?
James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
I need to use gh now - many older guys I know use it to prevent connective injuries as they age and their own production takes a decline.  I never saw any real size gain with gh but it did play a part in maintaining lean size while dieting - it made it easier to accomplish when dieting but never showed me anything to merit its inclusion.  Maybe I did not use enough for long enough - I tried it for about 4 or 5 months (long ago when I was already really big) and maybe to really do its thing it would have had to be more for longer, who knows.  Also, maybe it did need slin with it - I can't say.  I do know guys who use it hoping to get a lot more size but I already had a lot of size, so who knows.
Ruben Fierro (1 year ago)
damn James impressive I'm 43 and trying to bulk up any tips my friend
trynamakeit (1 year ago)
James Tiny Vest very inspirational and motivating hey im currently at 150 something myself and working towards gaining weight and getting bigger im already with muscle because of my genetics but i just need to get bigger i wish i can send you a picture of how i look now
James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
Never stop; and the most important aspect of it all is consistency.  Consistency pays over the long haul - don't be impatient, just keep constructing the physique you want and over time, even small improvements eventually add up to big changes.
Paul Stewart (1 year ago)
Very inspirational, man your body was itching to grow.

Drama (1 year ago)
hey u used my idea thanks bro. I really think u could have competed against the pros in the 90s u looked just as good as them.
James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
I lacked commitment - I did one pro show and blew it big time because I was bored with it half way through my prep - liked the idea and being in the magazines but did not care enough about the sacrifice.  I showed good only twice, probably. early on - later, I was rolling on the hype and lost real interest in competing.  I did not want to admit it but it was true.

So do you race? I noticed the ford with upr stickers in the one pic and I remember you using the analogy of working on cars to make them faster in one of your other videos. Great content by the way!! If ya do race check out my channel and you can see some of the cars I've had through the years. Also if ya watch street outlaws New Orleans I was in a couple of episode.
James Tiny Vest I was in the raiders of the lost ark-ansas episode running Bobby in the maverick. Had some issues but really hope I get to go back again. It was a blast to film it for sure
James Tiny Vest that's cool man I sold my 70 bb nova last year to get married in vegas lol!! My camaro has 403 ls based engine. That looks a T bird you lat spreading in front of.
James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
Bro!  Just last year I sold a Nova I built and drove all over the place - we took the car everywhere (yeah, it did go through plugs that way at times) .  It was pretty radical for a truly reliable and street driven car - sure, no competition for the rides on Street Outlaws but a complete car and too fast for just about anything you might typically run up against in the street.  It was a 383 with a two stage 250 shot (which I never even shot in a street race) - lots of fun launching just on motor and getting out of it by the time I hit second 'cause the Honda behind me was already too far to continue caring.

Damn! How many yrs was it that you started to get decently big from where you started? Pretty cool that you actually have pics over the years!
James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
Brother there is about 8 or even 9 years difference between the first picture and the one of me in the grey tank, flexing, not that big but somewhat muscular, so it took some time.
mikedeek (1 year ago)
Can you give a timeline ? Honestly you got jacked by the second or third picture
James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
Yeah, all my pictures are on a fked up hard drive and I can't retrieve them so far - so many pics missing.  The one in the grey tank where I am muscular but nothing particularly special, was about 9 or 10 years from the first pic.

jim dandy (1 year ago)
Jim, you could have been in those biker movies like Billy Jack but that movie was before your timeI always had ricers, 74 Z-1 with Wiseco 1015 kit, 29 smooth bores, Megacycle 417 cams, Manley SS valves, head and cylinder decked and ports matched, etc. Last bike was a 2005 Ninja ZX-10 which I bought new and sold in 2007I didn't care to know much about Harleys but I do remember when AMF took them over and what trash
James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
I have had some killer bikes - used to love the life and the bikes.  I always had rigids - first chopper was that red Triumph (which I built) but I moved to HD and first HD was a 1948 Panhead (first year Pan, last year original Springer front end) - I loved that bike so much that ever after, I always built the generator bottoms.  Even when I built some crazy fast rides, I still liked that gen bottom look - shovel Pans, etc.  I did have one regular shovel with cone bottom in an fxrs which was pretty crazy.  I sometimes think about building another bike - don't know if I will or not.  I have had several women in my life over the years who also rode, had their own HD's etc.  My girl has her bike license but neither of us ride right now.
Priyadarshan Gajbhiye (1 year ago)
Mike Workman I remember one video in which he talked about how he is no longer into choppers/hardcore motorcycling cause it has become a bit of a gimmick.. So I don't think he rides regularly nowadays. I could be wrong about that though. Anyway a legit chopper would be totally badass for a guy like him
Aus Swagg (1 year ago)
Crazy progression man. I'm currently trying to lose some weight & i have a question that i wanted your viewpoint on. So pretty much everyone says to do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach which i get it, makes sense to me. But my question, is it actually significant to be doing it in the mornings? I usually hit the gym fairly late at night so i'm curious if this will impact my weight loss journey much if at all. Thanks in advance
James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
Well, I am an early morning, fasted cardio guy, but Jose (Raymond) used to do cardio at different times, and others do it in the evening religiously and they produce good results, so it will still work.  I NEVER did cardio after my workout but Jose and others do it around a workout without any problem - pretty sure Brian Stoltz did cardio around a workout too.  Many do it, so today I believe it almost might not matter very much.  Currently, I am doing it different times, so we will see.

James Tiny Vest (1 year ago)
Brother John, today it has become my chest - with the slap tear over a year ago, I am ever improving but still dealing with the shoulder recovery, so I have to be creative and careful with how I load my chest with that left shoulder - it is difficult but improving.  before that, calves sucked.
