Subbed: curious now to see how your cut goes. Look into doing fasted cardio on Yohimbine (you can throw BCAA's in too to prevent catabolism).

Justin Vaughn thanks man, and yeah i have done that in past , but fasting just doesnt work well with my work schedule, but im starting back up my cut sunday, and doing christian guzmans challenge thing

nice cam banks your best training video you use full range of motion here seriously so many young guys half rep dumbells because there afraid to lift lighter weight (male insecurity issues) to get full range of motion and feel the tension in the pec muscles, good work progress is being made
