Always have done seated baseball fingertip to hand curls. And then reverse, seated, simply lifting palms down. Love the results. Will give this a try. Looks great. Thanks. All the best.

Good exercises Mr Tiny but their nothing for natties. Behind the back barbell wrist curls is the real shit i do countless reps on 225lbs till my forearms explode nothing gives u more size and strength than that.

Greetings James. Could you touch on the subejct of getting blue spots from exercise on the chest or back? Why does it appear? I’ve had previous issues with High rbc, could this be the course or is it just what you get from training intensly years and years?

I see that geting more ripped with vens is it your lovely lady’s vegan diet or are jus sliming down a bit? I go old school on my fore arms with a strait bar and a bench and shifting hand positions starting with palms up and then palms down, keep up the good video work love em!

Thomas McKay don't forget to contact James (or George at the number, and George can an will forward your contact info to James too. Just contact them in advance) in advance, that way he has time to get scheduled in for you. There a great bunch of brothers and sisters to work out and share time with. It's well worth the visit. I stayed there for 19 days and can't wait to go back again.

James. Just wanted to thank you, listening to you has inspired me, while I work my way into sculpting my body at age 50. I had abdominal surgery 10 years ago, and really let myself go after that. Fear = Stasis. I have been working hard and slowly making progress. At the gym every day. Packing my protein (did not anticipate how difficult that would be) and eating very healthy and I feel better than I have in 20 years! Anyway I have set short and long term goals, and watching your videos really helps me focus and realize that I can reach those goals if I work hard. Thank you.

cotas_97 Nice.! Another one you mite try get a bench Kneel beside it lay forearm across it holding dumbbell and do wrist curls palms up then palms down, this way all the focus go's in to the forearm right where you want it.

Definitely going to give these a try. What I've been doing that works great for me is sitting on the preacher curl seat and using the EZ Curl bar with a close grip: twist upwards like you're using the accelerator on a motorcycle. Targets the same area as the last two exercises in the video plus further down closer to the wrist. I do a dropset with these and the pump gets intense.

Nice vid dude im going to add this to my workout asap in iowa. Two questions? what is considering not to heavy and how many total reps per arm? I was wandering? can you do a trap work out like this one soon. I would love to have traps like yours in comparison your traps are totally bigger than mine granted they are growing but i want more trap definition then i have now. Any tips or workout ideas would help me out a lot. Keep in mind my traps are definitely needing some help. Any advise will help. Again grate video!

Uhm, "obvious" you say - no offense to you, brother, but don't believe the hype; don't buy into the bullshit all the busters spout.  Yes, testosterone, but, no gh, and definitely NO insulin - not needed.  When I was 300 pounds, sure, more than test, but the last 11 years or so, no, just test and far less than the busters would believe.  I have put up videos explaining how to make the most of your own natural insulin production and it works - shit, try it once and then you tell me.  The proof is undeniable if you try it the way I explain it - and hell, if you then find an even better way to get it done, please share it with me!

I’ll give it a shot. I normally do reverse curls and reverse triceps push downs to build strength in my grip and I almost feel like I get a better bi/tri pump that way also, but these seem interesting thanks for the information

SHELBY MUSTANG Is that 10 reps per arm? Or are faps the same as sets.? Also what do you do if all the skin is blistered broken and hanging off like a used condom ? Push through the pain ? You the man as always... I used straight bars... Your way is so much smarter... You say high reps... Seems like commen sence to me to only try to tear the muscle up. And not joints connective tissue etc. And by the way you look like a Viking that could knock the HELL out of sombody... Thanks tiny that's how I'm doing forarms from now on.

I agree. My forearms are pretty big and I used a 10 pound dumbbell for the second exercise you demonstrated. Don't have the pulleys you need to do what you do. When I finish my forearms, which i work on another day to my arms, I can barely grip the door knob for the pump! I do "bar rotations" in a leverage bar kind of movement as well and they sometimes fuck with my finger tendons/nerves after doing the wrist curls first. Gotta be careful with that because I'm a professional guitarist and need my fingers to be OK to go!
