His levels are way off. But he feels it's what his body needs to grow how it does. So fair play, he is huge after all! The World Health Organisation recommends 0.8g per kg of body weight. Nutritionists (myself) recommend 1.8-2.4ish grams per kg.

Screwww that. I am losing weight slower than id like but still, i went down from 203 to 174 in about 5 1-2 months. I am trying to get to 160-165, however that right there, doesnt look at all satifying.

What kind of Salmon do you get? Meat market fresh or freezer? I've always wanted to mix up my meals with some fish but I'm worried about the fish going bad around day 4-5 sitting in the fridge for to long. Also, do you freeze the stored food or just leave it in the fridge.

I'm a subscriber and I have a basic question. I am 6'8 I'm 225 and I'm 42 years old...I am not trying to be a bodybuilder but I do lift weights (relatively light to you guys but what I fell my limit is) I have wide shoulders but am not a "big guy" I eat chicken breast, eggs, tuna , broccoli, peanut butter, potatoes and salad most of the time...I guess my protein intake is around 100-140 per day..is this intake enough to compliment my lifting? Will it make a difference? If anyone replies then thank you

I already lost 8 pounds in one week by just increasing the water intake and eating better. Keep up the hard work, we really appreciated your time, dedication and help. Be safe.

Lee, I think if you are wanting to build muscle mass or harden up what you already have (by way of exchanging some lbs of fat for a few additional muscle), then I would turn the protein intake up a bit.  I would be willing to bet that if you go to 200 grams per day, every day, you will see a difference (provided training adequate).  200 would not be crazy high by any means.

The other 2 days are the weekend, and since I don't usually work then, I have time to relax and grill or eat as I please - I might eat venison or some other fish or who knows?  I simply don't prepare my weekend food in advance - weekends I get to "wing it" though I still eat a similar volume.

He has other videos talking about what he uses. Although you should watch them all, I'll save you the suspense. He uses a small amount of test, which is probably equivalent to TRT at his age. Based on the rest of his content, I'd say that what he injects is about 10% of why he looks like that.

its protein drink...they make it in the bottles and you can also buy powder form...They have some pretty good flavors...I used to get a box of variety packets in tropical flavors.....The bottles come in some pretty decent flavors...i.e. coconut, passion fruit, blue raspberry.... nice change from the standard milky based flavors..

I wish I could eat like you but man I dont have money to throw on food like that.. I eat one hungry man that has about 23g protein n 700-800 calories for lunch and use cell-tech before work out. but anyways lol.. Lotta money on food

Justin, definitely ways to eat for much cheaper - at this stage of my life, it is not at all unusual that I should be able to afford to eat this way.  Also, my monthly expenses other than this food are fairly minimal.  I live comfortably but not at all lavishly.
