Society is over-medicated and wrongly medicated. Factors like fast foods and too much sugar are causing physical, hormonal and emotional problems. Why are doctors prescribing the wrong medications? Why do people keep putting poison in their body in the hope that it will help? In this episode Dr Aaron Grossman discusses 10 factors relating to TRT, spirituality and how it can help you more than any pill you could get from your doctor.
Health is a spiritual process. If you look at every single culture, the perfection of the human temple is perfect health. – Dr Aaron Grossman
Changing your diet and getting more in touch with your spirituality can boost the results of TRT.
TRT is for life. Your natural production of testosterone is broken and isn’t coming back.
Doctors don’t want to upset the status quo. They will keep prescribing the same medications and big pharmaceutical companies will keep making money off of it.
At the start of the show, we discussed fatty liver disease and its prevalence within society nowadays. Statistics show if you are overweight there is an 80% chance that you have fatty liver disease. Next we discussed thyroid issues; what your physician should be checking, the problems with synthetic medications and how testosterone ties into this. We then moved on to talk about SSRIs, mental health issues and the misdiagnosis and over-medication of society. Towards the end of the show, we talked about what to expect when starting a course of TRT and what you should be asking your doctor.
We also discussed:
- The environmental factors affecting hormones
- The problems facing military personnel
- The costs and inefficiencies of the current healthcare system
- The spiritual processes of healing and how meditation can help
You have to take it upon yourself to break away from the treatment plans that are currently being used by healthcare professionals. It’s important to find yourself a progressive healthcare professional who understands that getting your blood work done regularly is important. You need someone who can do a lot more than writing a prescription for a pain killer or a mood enhancer. Testosterone is a supplement and it does not work the same way for everyone. Your course of TRT must be tailored for your body specifically and you need to find a doctor that understands those needs and intricacies.

Great episode, can't wait to get the book. TRT has changed my life for the better to degree that I didn't know was possible.
My only complaint about TRT is travelling. The fear mongers have done a great job when it comes entering a country with a "STEROID".
I've gotten a hard time both times I've reported having it on me. It's been a total hassle. Even had it taken and ended up going without for 10 days. Any solutions?
Awesome Man! Book is now available. Bitly.com/TOTBible . Honestly, put the pre-loaded syringes in your travel bags and check your luggage. MUST DO IT. Otherwise you're going to be hassled. There is no other way to handle it.

Patients taking Viagra are less likely to suffer a heart attack, new research claims.
Men taking the impotence drug were found to have a lower risk of having a heart attack or dying from heart failure than those not on the medication.
The findings mean Viagra could soon be used to treat hundreds of thousands of heart failure patients and even prevent fatal heart attacks, scientists say.
Experts from the University of Manchester studied 6,000 diabetic patients who had been given Viagra to treat erectile dysfunction.
The drug relaxes muscle cells in the blood vessels supplying the penis, allowing more blood to flow there.
This increased blood flow increases the likelihood of getting an erection.
Given the increasing reports of deaths in which the use of Viagra may be implicated, clinicians need to exercise caution when advising their patients with heart
Experts believe a key ingredient in Viagra called PDE5i, which relaxes blood vessels, also prevents damage to heart cells.
Heart failure is caused by the heart failing to pump enough blood around the body at the right pressure.
It most often occurs because the heart muscle has become too weak or stiff to work properly and is usually treated with medication which supports the heart.
Despite diabetics being prone to heart problems, the study participants did not suffer as many incidents as similar patients not on the drug.
