My problem with the milk advice is that it is now scientific fact that drinking any relatively large quantity of milk is terrible for the bones. Yip you heard it correct, milk consumption actually bleeds calcium from the bones unless the body has enough free vitamin C floating around. On top of that is the fat gain. A close friend of mine has been using the milk method and yeah he's grown, yeah he's gotten stronger, but boy oh boy is he a tubby bugger now. I think if im going to give any new BBer advice, it will be to follow a pros diet as closely as possible. Ridiculous amounts of rice and protein sources from meats and eggs. I take in 320 grams of protein a day, and not a single gram of it comes from milk or whey protein. If you want to look like a pro then you need to follow their training and diet as closely as possible. Props to james for such valuable knowledge!!

just sharing a thought about health, i think about tricep&bicep, tricep is stronger bc 3cep is more then 2cep doesnt matter how u turn it, even if u throw in 'shares', 3 is more then 2. ok, so i was thinking, bodybuilding bicep, creating that strong bicep is only 'natural?' if u train tricep more then bicep. so i am in this: tetra? i think bodybuilding is not very healthy bc the heart has to give 'unnatural pumps', i think about this bc training the bicep 'excessive' and pumping that up can be a future 'heart-disorder'. exactly, i think the body has a natural 'diafragma?', a natural structure, it is about core-structure, thinking from the smallest to the biggest muscle, i dont know which one but tricep simply has to be bigger/stronger then bicep. i guess this is for the 'outer appearance' show&stuff. i believe in HEMP. yeah that is very interesting, bodybuilding is all about showing muscle but about 'olympia' that is about marathon&stuff. it would be cool to have bodybuilders who actually can grow old like other athletes without trouble, who is gonna pay the bill? (joking) but really, using stuff to grow big, i think thats a 'medical situation', drug-addiction? am certainly not a hater but isnt bodybuilding about reaching 'olympia'? so i think about olympia/marathon/triathlon. the games. olympia should be the biggest marathon/triathlete possible. and if athletes need a little help to achieve their goal with supplements, same story probably. not a problem if the triathlon takes 8 hours imo. oh yeah it is about eating, eathing, i guess eathing is a 'profession' what else to do ? HEMP. weightgainer=poison. i guess that stuff is very bad for vains&blood. really poison, normal food is the best. yeah 'stuff' can cause dismantling on the long term. thats kind a known in the industry, so about showing muscle the way bodybuilding is today, thats really like exploiting a 'health-damaging-market' in a very mean way imo, weaponindustry is 'its' sibling. i read about amfetamine was a 'soldiers drug', thats really stuff people should not take bc its simply war towards human. yeah: triathlon part of the selection. about 'the other world', bmi? i think that is like comparing small people to big people like u have to eat the same amount bc 1 world ? yeah while everybody is different regarding health (constitution?) yeah like being obese while u have jacked. obese imo is when u have more bodyfat then muscle.

What is so good about whey isolate? I know it’s a cleaner protein but per scoop there’s not actually that much protein it’s just a cleaner version? I’m curious because it’s expensive so does high quality mean as much as getting a good quantity of medium quality protein?

I used to be 190lbs but since I started this sport at 130 lbs / 5'9. - I was little fat as fuck. So I went down to 185 lbs because my belly was getting really too big due of eating so many carbs. So what I did was I had 150 gr less carb per day and started to drink gallon of milk (Lactose free one, $5.99 little more expensive than regular one) which tastes awesome. I never tried to drink one gallon even half gallon, I just added 4 servings of glass of milk per day which gives me about 640 calories 32 gr protein 52gr carb... After 2 weeks I was 193 lbs so simple. If i add maybe 2 more glass of milk per day(it is really easy to drink, like water) I could have gained couple more lbs so its about 200lbs. But little amoun of them would be muscle, just little.. So, whatever he said is right to me but, man.. if you gonna do these stuff, which is real way to gain muscle, but I would say if you want some serious gains from doing it, get some juice then do it. Definitely you will have 2x even 3x more gainz

It's not all how much you eat, it's what you eat, that's where I went off track to begin with when I was like 17, and then someone saw I was struggling and told me about something called deca and also eating tuna pasta, then the gains started to accumulate

just case the scale is going up doesn't mean your gaining muscle... as a matter of fact gaining a pound a week is stupid ass hell think about it 4 pounds a month on a 12 month bulk is 48 pounds muscle does not develop at a rate that u need to gain a pound a week... that shit is bull shit and if u try that bull shit u will be fat ass hell. if your natural don't take this advice

this guy is huge,I gotta hand it to him,but if a normal man ate like this he would be fat as fuck,you feed a man who weighs 170 all that SHIT he ran off you would be a fat fuck,3000 calories usually puts 20lbs on me quick and I still retain fat and have to diet after my bulk,people never realize that,all these videos and magazine,tell you to eat 5000 calories plus a day ,but they fail to state that these dudes are 220lbs plus odlf SOLID MUSCLE, they need that to put a lb on,a normal human being doesn't need near that,I tried it several times till I got tired of getting fat as fuck every cycle and learned I get just as big just as fast eating half as many calories,it takes most guys to learn this the hard way, this guy is very smart though and has some very good info.

haaa! i used to be that guy 'oh i can't gain weight i'm eating tonnsss of food i'm just doomed' etc. i was guessing in my head calories adding up what i was eating and thought it was enough. then when i got the myfitnesspal app and started actually tracking calories. i *really* learned what 3k kcals was about, and for a while it was hard to do. i had to get used to it, always had to have the next meal prepared or stocked up in advance cause i don't live nearby no stores and anyway... started doing this, i was gaining about 1lb weight every 2 weeks. it taught me how to control calories and how much i need to gain. maintain and lose. now managing my weight is easy... at least if i don't eat enough i can't complain that i am eating but it's not working, i just know i'm not eating enough so i expect not to have gained that day/week.

I really struggle with dairy so I stay away from it. I was 120 pounds at 6 foot and I'm now 155 pounds! So definitely making progress! Although the gut I'm developing isn't pleasant, I've made gains everywhere else so I'm happy! Can you suggest an alternative to the gallon of milk? P.s... Love your videos and its great to finally have found someone that started near where I did!

You need the Ninja blender ' 45 oz of water or milk, 1 cup oat meal raw !! 10 eggwhites , 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 scoops of good Whey protein . 1/2 cup ice cream, Blend it up good , still add 4 to 5 good size solid meals , and train like a beast !! .
