The DASH diet is a nice compromise to eat healthier without cutting out food groups and it’s hard to follow because you miss the salty, sugary foods but it reduces blood pressure. The Engine 2 diet is the absolute healthiest but also the hardest to follow. Great video minus the models.

Eat 5 times a day is bs. I'm not saying you gotta fast or anything but at some point you digestive system needs rest. I would say your daily eating window should be at a maximum 10 hours a day.

I don't understand this video.  Showing junk cartoon photos like potato chips, a block of cheese, and orange juice - NONE of this will help your diet.  Advocating for the dairy industry too.  Stop drinking milk.  Research iridology and see how bad milk on a regular basis is for you.  Whole Foods, Plant Based.  Make your own bread with ancient grains.  Learn to detox your body.  Exercise daily.

Avoid fruit juice as it's just pure sugar , Avoid dairy products from cows milk. it's full of hormones and the human body is not designed for it as it's. bad for the gut and body inflammation , go for sheep or goat's milk products, . The problem I see with this is the calories intake suggesting. It changes dramatically giving your height and "healthy" weight. Give or take your genetics. Take for intense, a 6ft male will need more calories then a 5ft male, or even a 6 ft lady and male can be different. What if you are pregnant, then you need more then normal amout of calories. It's all differs person to person. Most diets don't work because they don't take consideration or lifestyle, height, genetics, free time.

Uhh guys .... this will work for like a while ... say the first few months, but you won’t be loosing weight continuously. I’m a vegetarian. I normally only eat eggs, vegetables, beans, tofu and fruit...... basically this diet without the lean meat. I cut out junk food for the first 2 months and lost 5 kg. But now I’m 50kg and I can’t lose more weight with this diet. In my personal experience you can’t get a flat stomach with this, you just can’t. Stop lying to yourself. Do this for a few months then I recommend you try the egg fast diet !! It’s amazing. Also I love eggs. Eggs tastes fantastic. Eat less cereals as they normally added sugars in it . If you do chose to eat cereals, buy those that is labelled with “whole wheat “
