See how my parents lowered their cholesterol by 30 pts in 30 days - no diets or drugs:
5 Worst High Cholesterol Foods You Must Avoid [Clinically Proven]
Cholesterol has many benefits and it’s definitely NOT your “enemy”.
In fact, “low” cholesterol is just as bad as “high” cholesterol levels.
However, there are certain foods that are really bad for you and can quickly increase your “bad” cholesterol levels and dramatically increase your risk for heart disease, a heart attack or stroke.
Under this video I’ve got a special bonus video about how you can quickly lower your cholesterol levels in less than 30 days, naturally - without changing your diet or exercising.
So make sure you take a look...
However, let’s first start with the 5 worsts, clinically proven - “high cholesterol” foods that you must avoid!
I’ve been saying this for over 2 decades - Milk is for babies and cow milk is for baby cows!
Additionally, 99% of dairy products are pasteurized, which kills any benefits milk could have. Not to mention, the toxins, hormones and drugs these animals are given are highly concentrated in the milk - which goes inside of YOU!
All of these factors, plus the saturated fat inside milk, increases your cholesterol and stresses your liver.
It doesn’t matter if it’s whole, low or nonfat dairy, it’s all the same.
Unfortunately, this also includes two of my favorite foods, ice cream and cheese!
It doesn’t matter if it’s a burger, tacos, french fries, pizza or anything else - they’re all high in carbohydrates, hydrogenated and saturated fats, using unhealthy and toxic proteins.
It’s cheap food.
It may be easy and good for your wallet, but it’s bad for your health and cholesterol levels and you’ll pay the price later in life.
The saturated fats and “marble fat” found in meat, pork, poultry and shell-fish is horrible for your health and cholesterol levels.
I’ve noticed even grass-fed meat and free-range poultry can still cause high cholesterol in some of my patients, especially the “sensitive” ones.
Limit your intake and focus more on vegetable proteins and fish - especially wild-caught salmon.
Eggs can be good or bad.
All the cholesterol and fat is located in the egg YOLK, which is why most “experts” say you should only consume egg whites.
However, most of the nutrients, antioxidants and half the essential amino acids (protein) are also found in the yolk.
The problem is when you COOK the yolk - such as hard-boiled, scrambled and fried eggs.
The heat oxidizes the egg and damages both the structure of the protein and fat.
So the healthiest way to eat eggs is raw or lightly cooked, so the yolk is still runny.
Don’t fry it with butter or vegetable fats. And make sure it’s organic, free-range eggs.
Baked Foods/Carbs (Snacks Too)
Baked foods such as muffins, cakes, breads, donuts, croissants, rolls, cookies, danishes, scones, pie, etc… The types of foods most people eat in the morning when they’re in a rush, or with their coffee or at work as a snack…
These are all bad because they contain hydrogenated and saturated fats, as well as dairy.
Not to mention, they’re high in simple carbohydrates and sugars.
“Bad” fats increase cholesterol.
“Bad” fats + carbs/sugar REALLY increase your cholesterol and lead to numerous health issues.
The combination is super unhealthy.
Under this same category -- “Snack Foods” such as chips, pretzels, crackers and similar items are almost as bad as these bakes foods.

Wow I didn't expect the response, thanks! Yes i know I have to reduce but you know I am student and I have part time job as well I don't have time to cook in my kitchen so I have to eat outside... Outside they normally offer those dishes you mentioned in your video that's the problem:)
I have very high cholesterol beacuse genetics but Whenever i eat food with even a bit of oil I jave diarrehea.I m extremely scared. My doctor said that liver is getting tired. But if my cholesterol lowers does my liver gets better
Your liver is “weak” and thus, why your cholesterol is higher. Fix the liver and you’ll improve your cholesterol. 80% of your cholesterol is made in the liver. One of the many reasons why CholesLo is so powerful and effective at lowering cholesterol, naturally - is because it contains “liver cleansing” herbs. I suggest you take it and also add in a choline / inositol supplement to further detox your liver. This combination has worked GREAT for my patients who are in similar situations to yours. Just be patient since we are trying to work WITH your genetics and improve things naturally. You do NOT need drugs. Let’s do it naturally and safely.
I had high Cholesterol, cut out eggs red meat fat and had no change, then did a cutting weight lifting program for six weeks and cut out carbs, mainly bread, all wheat products and sugar and guess what? my cholesterol dropped significantly! eating fat doesn't seam to raise my cholesterol?
Keep in mind that 80% of the cholesterol in your body is manufactured/made in your liver. Thus, it happens internally and NOT externally from food! Depending on the fat you eat, they will lower or raise your cholesterol. Same with carbohydrates. There is no bad food group, just bad foods. In fact, higher carbs does worse for many people because of insulin. This is why this http://drsam.co/yt/LowerSugarLevels has helped lower cholesterol for many of my customers, even though it’s designed to lower blood sugar. Also, each of us digests and assimilates food differently. For example, I don’t do well with red meat or high fat diets. You don’t do well with high carbs. It’s great that you know what is working for you!
Dr Sam I am an avid follower of you. I had an heart Attack a year back due to blockages caused by cholesterol and had 3 balloons and a stent inserted. Sir I am on aspirin and heart medications. I would like to know what supplements I can take with blood thinner Aspirin
Thank you for following my videos, I hope they’ve been helpful =) You asked about supplements, however – you FIRST must improve your diet. You can’t eat “junk” and expect your body to heal itself. Then, you must also exercise regularly. Even if it’s just 20 min of walking daily. Do it! As far as supplements, there are lots of them – which is the problem. And this is why I created “all-in-one” solutions. I’ve been heavily focused on “heart health” because heart disease is the #1 killer in the world and it’s something my own family has been dealing with for many years – strokes and heart attacks. I’ve create a list of the most important heart-health solutions http://drsam.co/yt/hearthealth... In your case, you probably need CholesLo to help lower bad lipids and cholesterol. And Blood Flow Optimizer, to help improve your blood flow and circulation, strengthen your arteries and help clean out the plaque.
Very informative, thank you! Just found out I have high cholesterol, and though I don't eat fast food, I have not made the healthiest food choices when at home. Some much-needed clarity is very much appreciated :)
I'm glad you had more time to spend with your grandmother Manuel, but here's the thing: But keep in mind that besides the pork grease:
- she didn't also consume high fructose corn syrup daily (that was genetically modified),
- she didn't smoke maybe or drink alcohol,
- she didn't breath poluted air and water,
- she didn't experience temperatures that can melt asphalt,
+ a lot of other things that happen now, in these times where only money matter and our planet is being destroyed.
Add all those things and you start understanding things like why cancer is the worst disease and why we can't cure it.
We need to pay attention on our health and try to improve every single little thing that can weaken it
I have had an unhealthy diet and got lots of headaches , i also didnt eat vegetables much, my mother changed my diet and now everytime i eat fatty, fried foods i get headaches again. Can you please tell me if i have high cholesterol? Or if its anything else im REALLY confused
What you want is hard (getting proteins with pure vegetarian meals) but it's not impossible. I have the questions answered in my other videos, but I know rice is rich in proteins (needed to grow your muscles), seeds (like pumpkin) are also high. Start from these
And I like eating food with high cholesterol and do eat it not seldom. When I heard that the body produces less Cholesterin, when the already is enough, it should not be a problem to eat my beloved pig footh and raw eggs :-D
Why should I have lower values? I had no problems with the high values, so I do not believe the mainstream statements.
That some thousands of people taking a competitor cholesterol-lowering drug (viox?) did die from heart failure, was no wonder for me, my PFIZER drug seemed to eat up all my muscles, and finally the heart is mainly a muscle. I did the right thing not to do what the MDs did tell me. For one year I took Chinese herbs which did lower my cholesterol values without sideeffects ... but even this I stopped - why should I work against my body when it regulates to such high values?
Because the MDs are telling me this? No, sorry. I think the MDs do not understand the basics of anything.
Thanks for your comment Benito. That's the name of the video: "5 worst foods for cholesterol" but I have videos around what you can eat too! As for the end of the video, it's just a reminder that I have a product that I've spent almost 15 years developing it and it gets incredible results if we look at it's reviews.
I eat a lot of different foods, depending on my goals and what my body currently needs. I’ll have to do a video about this in the future. It’s too long to post in a “comments” section. Thank you for watching…
Dr. Sam, I know, that all you said is true, But when you scroll all the other videos of some Doctors advice, one says " dont eat these, its bad for your health, while the other adviser says its good for you, it is very misleading, We dont know which one is telling the truth. But your videos and explanation sound sincere and very true.
Patients taking Viagra are less likely to suffer a heart attack, new research claims.
Men taking the impotence drug were found to have a lower risk of having a heart attack or dying from heart failure than those not on the medication.
The findings mean Viagra could soon be used to treat hundreds of thousands of heart failure patients and even prevent fatal heart attacks, scientists say.
Experts from the University of Manchester studied 6,000 diabetic patients who had been given Viagra to treat erectile dysfunction.
The drug relaxes muscle cells in the blood vessels supplying the penis, allowing more blood to flow there.
This increased blood flow increases the likelihood of getting an erection.
Given the increasing reports of deaths in which the use of Viagra may be implicated, clinicians need to exercise caution when advising their patients with heart
Experts believe a key ingredient in Viagra called PDE5i, which relaxes blood vessels, also prevents damage to heart cells.
Heart failure is caused by the heart failing to pump enough blood around the body at the right pressure.
It most often occurs because the heart muscle has become too weak or stiff to work properly and is usually treated with medication which supports the heart.
Despite diabetics being prone to heart problems, the study participants did not suffer as many incidents as similar patients not on the drug.
