30 year old woman with this. Suffered for 10 years or so. Giant hole in my wall right now from kicking it or punching it in my sleep. Boyfriend slept on the couch last night cuz I apparently wouldn't stop screaming. I've hit him at least once, but never injured him seriously. It's not fun though!

My RBD has a trigger tho it only happens when I'm sleeping at somebody else's home or when I'm not at home or my grandmas house.

Oh wow, that's kind of scary. I mean, it's good that you know what triggers it but it can't be fun to have that happen at someone elses house!

I have RBD, luckily for my husband, my dreams are generally fun, I don't have violent dreams. I usually just sit up, jump out of bed, and talk very loudly.

Is there anybody who has developed more serious problems like Parkinsons or dementia because of RBD ?
