Because of my life style and I'm not going to explain my life, I sleep with at least 3 different females a day and this got my testosterone super high , sex and good sleep and less stress , that's all u need .

James, What's your take on TRT? I found out I have low test... From my understanding, Testosterone, HCG, and Anti estrogen are the normal regiment... But I have read that there are HUGE NEGATIVE effects, and I just don't.

I've recently lowered the weights all around and reduced my rest periods drastically. I like it better this way. Feel the pump more.

I find my energy and results are better with High Intensity Training. DHEA also helps promote Natural Testosterone. D3 is something I think would help anybody in the gym.

I agree...I respond way better with higher reps 4x12 with 30sec rest with light to moderate weights as far as building size. I do my heavy sets in the beginning of the workout when I have the most energy...everything afterwards is light to moderate with a 4x12 with 30sec rest.

James, I have heard you say test is all that is needed for a hobby level guy, and that enough is enough. I am 42 and take hrt of 100mg a week which gives me a test level of 750. In your opinion what is enough... up it to 600mg week for a few months?

Ben Phelps yes, I have been. I have been gaining some muscle and slowly losing fat, but gees the fat loss is slower than expected, but at least I'm heading in the right direction. I can't wait to see his diet down so I can see for myself the changes.

It does not need to be one or the other. Your first exercise should be a big compound movement, and it is a very good idea to do at least a set or 3 that are heavy, 4-6 reps, after sufficient warm up. After you have finished the heavy work, everything else can and should be a little lighter or moderate and be in more like an 8-15 rep range. The volume training that builds muscle mass is going to be the latter part. The first part, the heavy lifting, will make you actually stronger. So basically, and Tiny would agree, DO BOTH!

id nearly go along and say that theres nothing you can do with testosterone. it might only be increased for a while after exerting yourself but it goes back down after that, im not an expert on this but reckon thats what happens

So, do you raise your test via training or drugs?
Good advice and I would add that supplementing in fatty acids, vitamin D and zinc helps too, especially if you have a deficiency in any of those
