The Copper Conspiracy - What the Media and Doctors Failed to Tell Us
Copper has been one of the most life-changing miracles for me, which was totally unexpected after a year of battling "copper toxicity". I had to rethink everything I knew about copper and that led me to the other side of information out there. It's crazy how if you research copper toxicity, you'll find only information supporting it and it will seem like copper is the biggest villain out there. But if you research copper health benefits, things you find will blow your mind. A lot of us are copper deficient, yet the media and doctors fail to acknowledge it or to openly discuss it. The Truth about Magnesium & Copper: Food Industry Secrets- Thomas DeLauer
The Truth about Magnesium & Copper: Food Industry Secrets- Thomas DeLauer.. http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com - More Information on How to be Your Best Self Check out my Favorite Magnesium Brand at: http://www.JigsawHealth.com Magnesium is a mineral that many of us are deficient in because of the standard American diet. The numerous ways that magnesium deficiency are detrimental to health are many and with deeper understanding, the list continues to grow. -Impacts nerve and muscle health There are 18 essential minerals that play roles in all of our body processes. There are 4 that are of particular importance for liver and body health and balance: magnesium, calcium, iron and copper. These 4 are so important because much of our adverse health problems are caused by too much iron and too little magnesium. Magnesium and calcium act together as counterbalances. For example: -Mg calms cells, Ca excites them -Mg necessary to relax muscles, Ca (in concert with potassium) cause muscles to contract -Mg plays a role in keeping blood flowing; Ca is involved in blood clotting -Ca contributes to bone hardness: Mg found mostly in soft body structures -Ca is involved in the fight-or-flight response and in inflammation; Mg is involved in balancing this through calm and reducing inflammation It follows that if we are stressed, maybe caused by work, life, or even extreme exercise, we need plenty of magnesium to regain balance. Magnesium burn rate is the rate at which we burn magnesium. It appears that this rate increases as we age. The idea is to fix mitochondrial functioning through the balancing of magnesium, calcium, iron and copper. Why these four minerals? We have already discussed the importance of calcium and magnesium, so now we should understand iron and copper. Iron is the #1 most abundant mineral on earth. As we go through life, we accumulate iron. Mg and Fe fight over available oxygen. These two mineral events criss-cross at about 40 - when much of the illness, aches and pains kick in. This is largely due to excess iron and deficient magnesium. Iron oxide is involved in the aging processes inside of our mitochondria. It changes enzymatic pathways and can cause a lack of ATP, which our bodies need to function! ATP doesn’t work unless it is complexed with magnesium, which affects the functioning of 3700 proteins in the body. As we go through stress iron builds up in the liver, and as we age magnesium burn rate increases. This rate is also higher when we are under stress. Copper is another important mineral - you can’t make ATP unless you have bioavailable forms of copper. Copper is the mineral that makes sure that things are oxidized properly. Dr. Morley’s RCP: Concentrate on the stops and the starts to get this in balance. Stops: 1. Stop taking hormone/vitamin D a. V D stops the liver’s production of ceruloplasmin i. Low vitamin D due to low magnesium. Every facet of VD metabolism is magnesium dependent. Taking VD can make the situation worse 2. Stop taking calcium and iron supplements 3. Stop taking ascorbic acid 4. Stay clear of high fructose corn syrup and colors 5. Stop lowfat - have plenty of fat in the diet, it is important 6. Stop using industrialized oils based on omega-6 fats 7. Steer clear of fluoride - far reaching and profound effect 8. No multivitamins or prenatals 9. No citrate - disrupts liver’s ability to make ceruloplasmin 10. No colloidal silver - it impacts copper status (silver sits below copper on the periodic table) Starts: 1. Use cod liver oil 2. Start magnesium supplementation 3. Whole food vitamin c 4. Forms of B-vitamins from way of mother nature - bee pollen, rice bran, beef liver 5. Use silica - helps to pull aluminum out of the liver 6. Start ancestral diet 7. Take boron, taurine and iodine Learn to distinguish between functional and absolute iron deficiency - almost impossible to have a total shortage of iron, but you can have a shortage of functional iron. Happens when don’t have enough bioavailable copper. Anemia of chronic inflammation leads to low Mg, low ceruloplasmin, low serum iron, etc. Excess unbound iron will lead to a loss of magnesium due to pH of a cell to be too acidic which leads to magnesium loss which leads to inflammation. Inflammation is a clinical indication of deficient magnesium, which was originally determined in 1992 in a study on rats where magnesium deficient diets led to an increase in inflammatory markers. Inflammation is a gateway to many diseases. Additionally, pathogens feed on iron, so we do not want to have excess iron levels in our diet. References: 1. This is the real scientific reason why your hair is turning grey / How to reverse grey hair
Get your hair loss treatment here ►►► https://endhairloss.eu L methionine link: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Foods-L-Methionine-500-Caps/dp/B004UIZOGI This is the real scientific reason why your hair is turning grey – How to prevent and reverse grey hair naturally. In this video I will explain you how to prevent and stop grey or white hair naturally. There are many home remedies fro grey hair, but this is scientific. Learn in this video how To Turn Grey or white Hair Into Black To get rid of grey hair quickly and for good you need a combination of internal and external treatments. Internal treatments are the most important, and in the long run they are the most effective. In this video you will understand why. Did you know that the main cause of grey hair is a lack of the essential nutrients, especially vitamin A and B group vitamins, along with the minerals copper, iron and zinc. Copper for example is not only necessary for hair pigmentation, but it's also needed by the body to maintain the health of the artery walls and without it you end up with what’s known as elastic fibre breakdown. If you want to treat and reverse grey hair, I recommend to start taking a good liquid colloidal mineral supplement. Colloidal minerals contain ALL the minerals your body needs in a highly absorbable form, along with many other essential nutrients. Because copper is needed for hair pigmentation, it is recommended to take extra colloidal copper as well until your grey hair recedes. But there is more to grey hair, then just taking colloidal minerals. You see, color is created in hair thanks to natural pigments that are found in all Nature. Flowers and leaves have colors too, just like our hair, which comes naturally in different pigmentation. You have similar pigment in the cells of your hair, and with age, these pigments will fade away to leave your hair uncolored, which in this case means grey. But why do you lose pigment in the first place? A group of English scientists have been studying the problem in Yorkshire’s University of Bradford. They found out that the causes of grey hair can be directly linked to deficiencies in the structure of hair itself. Besides the minerals and vitamins already mentioned in the beginning of this video, the greying process seems to start with magnesium deficiencies, which prevents the productions of some specific enzymes directly responsible for maintaining the natural color of your hair. Because your hair is lacking these needed ingredients, cells begin to produce hydrogen peroxide, which is a bleaching agent. Once your follicles begin producing this chemical, this suspends the creation of an enzyme called tyrosinase, that’s directly responsible for producing melanin, the substance that creates color in hair. Hydrogen peroxide damages the melanocytes, which give color to your hair, and has a bleaching effect on your hair. The new hair that grows out of this deficient follicle goes grey. Eventually, these deficiencies on your scalp will continue to produce hydrogen peroxide and your hair will turn from grey to white. According to some recent studies, about 75% of all Americans have critical magnesium deficiencies. Researchers involved with the project have learned that there is a specific amino acid called L-methionine, which actually contributes to block the hydrogen peroxide damages in your hair follicles. They also learned that magnesium naturally leads to the production of catalase, an enzyme which dissolves hydrogen peroxide, turning it into water. Lack of a protein-rich diet can lead to deficiencies in L-methionine, and we definitely recommend to integrate in your diet proteins, besides eating lots of veggies. Taking a L-methionine based supplement is recommended, and in the description of this video you will find a link for the product we recommend. Also avoid drinking soda, as it can actually lead to magnesium deficiencies. Speak to your doctor about your magnesium levels, and again make sure that the minerals, amino acids and vitamins mentioned in this video are part of your diet, either through the food you eat or through a good supplement. Ok, that’s all for this video. Learn how to stop grey/white hair in men and women. I hope you will have benefits following the suggestions I gave you here, and don’t forget to check out our web site Endhairloss.eu if you are also suffering from hair loss. Don’t forget to like our video if you enjoyed it, and to subscribe to our channel for more videos like this. Thank you!

10 Amazing Health Benefits of Drinking Water from Copper Vessels
Drinking water on a regular basis is both important and essential to our health. Most use UV filters and RO purifiers to keep their water clean. However, an old-fashioned way of storing water has proven to be most effective: a copper vessel. Storing water in this way allows a natural purification to occur. When water is stored in this way, mold, fungi, algae and bacteria that are naturally present in water are all killed. The water becomes safe for drinking. It is preferred that you store the water overnight, or at least for four hours, to obtain this pure water. The mineral, copper, is also essential to our bodies. It can kill germs, cleanse our bodies, prevent cancer, reduce swelling and rid our body of toxins. Despite its importance, our bodies cannot create copper. Therefore, it must be obtained through your foods, such as: Seafood, organ meats, whole grains, lentils, nuts, seeds, chocolate, cereals, potatoes, peas, and some dark green leafy vegetables. If you drink two to three glasses of water that has been stored overnight in a copper vessel, you will obtain enough copper. Here are the top health benefits of drinking water stored in a copper vessel: 1. Prevent Water-Borne Diseases Copper very easily kills most bacteria and germs that are created within the water. This includes E.coli and S.aureus, which are both known to cause diarrhea, dysentery and jaundice. 2. Keeps the Digestive System Healthy Copper is also known to cleanse your stomach and remove any harmful toxins. When your stomach is functioning properly, it will eliminate waste and harmful products instead of having them remain in your body. Copper can help the function of your liver and kidneys, by ensuring that they absorb the correct nutrients from food. 3. Aids Weight Loss Copper-infused water also helps to eliminate any fat cells, which helps in losing excess body fat and maintaining a healthy body weight. Along with this water, it is important that you maintain a healthy diet and exercise program in order to effectively lose weight. 4. Boosts Heart Health Copper can also help with your cardiovascular health. Copper-infused water can help your body to prevent heart disease, keep your blood pressure under control, lower your cholesterol and stabilize your heart rate. 5. Promotes Healthy Skin Copper helps your body to produce melanin, which is responsible for the color of your eyes, hair and skin. Melanin is important to your body, as it also helps your body from sun damage, helps your wounds to heal quickly and helps to cover scars. It can also help with producing new skin cells, so that you can have smooth and blemish-free skin. Because of this, copper-infused water can help treat vitiligo, which is white patches on the skin. 6. Beats Anemia Copper can help your body to better absorb iron, which is especially important in preventing anemia. An anemic person must eat iron-rich foods and/or take iron supplements, as instructed by their doctor. Copper-infused water can assist with the body’s absorbing of iron and help to fight anemia. 7. Fights Inflammation Copper is able to fight swelling and inflammation. Because of this, copper-infused water helps with body aches and pains, as well as with arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It can even help treat acne, asthma, sinusitis, periodontitis, hay fever, inflammatory bowel disease, and even cancer. 8. Regulates Thyroid Gland Copper is an essential mineral that your body, particularly your thyroid gland, needs to function. A deficiency in copper can prevent the thyroid from functioning properly. This is important because your thyroid helps many essential organs, including your heart, brain, liver, kidneys and your skin. Additional Tips: - Do not refrigerate the water and avoid drinking an excessive amount of it. Just 3 glasses of this water is enough to provide all of the health benefits. - Though rare, an excessive amount of copper can lead to copper toxicity. - Over time, the copper vessel oxidizes, so you need to clean it from time to time. - To clean the vessel, use lime or lemon juice or a small piece of tamarind as a cleanser. The acidic property of lemon and tamarind will make the vessel completely clean. - Do not use a coarse scrub to wash the inside of the vessel. It might scrape away copper from the vessel. Warning Signs That You're Zinc Deficient
For more info: https://draxe.com/zinc-deficiency/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Feb-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=zincdeficient Today I’m going to share with you the five warning signs that you’re zinc deficient. About 75% of people in the world are deficient, so being deficient in zinc is very common. The 5 warning signs you’re zinc deficient: 1.) If you get sick a lot or have immune system issues 2.) Have leaky gut (http://draxe.com/7-signs-symptoms-you-have-leaky-gut/) 3.) If you struggle with diarrhea or IBS 4.) Thinning hair 5.) Inflammatory skin issues like acne, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis One of the biggest factors in causing zinc deficiency is high levels of emotional stress. The second most common cause of zinc deficiency is over-exercise. The third most common reason your zinc deficient is if you’re pregnant or breast feeding. Lastly, if you’re older, you may tend to have malabsorption, which causes a zinc deficiency. In order to get more zinc in your diet, you need to consume more zinc-rich foods. The top 5 zinc-rich foods are pumpkin seeds, oysters, grass-fed beef, sprouted nuts and seeds, and peas. Additionally, probiotics are a key supplement to take when zinc deficient because it can help your overall absorption of nutrients. No One Knew That Drinking from Copper Can Do This to Your Body, It’s Fascinating
Currently, there is scientific evidence that this is true, and they also state that small quantities of this metal can have amazing benefits for our general physical health. #1. Stimulates the brain. Nobody wants to feel fatigued and slow. If you are feeling this way, then copper can help speed up your brain. It will stimulate the body to produce myelin sheaths which allow the synapses to go from one point to another. #2. Helps the digestive system. Copper helps the digestion by stimulation the muscles and helping them move the waste through the intestines. Moreover, it can destroy bacteria and eliminate harmful microorganisms which upset the stomach. However, as we said earlier, you shouldn’t intake too much copper because you might destroy the “good” bacteria. #3. Boosts the cardiovascular system. Supplementary copper helps open the blood vessels and reduce the arterial plaque thus preventing blockages. Keep in mind that this is not a solution for every kind of cardiovascular issue, but it does improve the general health of the cardiovascular system. #4. Supports the spleen and liver. This has not been scientifically proven. However, Vedic people claim that copper is healthy for the sleep, liver, and lymphatic system. #5. Soothes the joints. Copper can help with joint problems especially if it oxidizes and becomes green. There is a treatment with copper which is supposed to promote the restoration of lost cartilage, alleviate the pain connected to arthritis and heal some other joint issues. Again, this hasn’t been scientifically proven, but some practitioners say that it helps with sole and swollen joints. #6. Balances the thyroid function. The thyroid gland produces one of the most important chromones which are essential for the normal function of the body. The disorders connected to it are often associated with copper deficiency in the body. The result of these issues is mood swings, changes in weight, and fluctuation of the chromones. #7. Strengthens the hair. It increases the production of melanin which is essential for healthy hair, thus restoring the health of thin hair. In addition, it can speed up the process of hair growing after chemo, because it enlarges the follicles, thus reducing the time hair needs to grow again. #8. Improves the health of the skin. The melanin which is essential for healthy hair also helps for healthy skin. Copper promotes the production of healthy skin cells. It is especially useful for skin which is dry and damaged, making it smooth again. Moreover, it increases the production of collagen which is good for the health and elasticity of the skin. What is COPPER DEFICIENCY? What does COPPER DEFICIENCY mean? COPPER DEFICIENCY meaning - COPPER DEFICIENCY definition - COPPER DEFICIENCY explanation. Source: Wikipedia.org article, adapted under https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ license. SUBSCRIBE to our Google Earth flights channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6UuCPh7GrXznZi0Hz2YQnQ Copper deficiency is a very rare hematological and neurological disorder. The neurodegenerative syndrome of copper deficiency has been recognized for some time in ruminant animals, in which it is commonly known as "swayback". Copper is ubiquitous, and daily requirement is low, making acquired copper deficiency very rare. Copper deficiency can manifest in parallel with vitamin B12 and other nutritional deficiencies. The most common cause of copper deficiency is a remote gastrointestinal surgery, such as gastric bypass surgery, due to malabsorption of copper, or zinc toxicity. On the other hand, Menkes disease is a genetic disorder of copper deficiency involving a wide variety of symptoms that is often fatal. Copper is involved in normalized function of many enzymes, such as cytochrome c oxidase, which is complex IV in mitochondrial electron transport chain, ceruloplasmin, Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase, and in amine oxidases. These enzyme catalyze reactions for oxidative phosphorylation, iron transportation, antioxidant and free radical scavenging and neutralization, and neurotransmitter synthesis, respectively. A regular diet contains a variable amount of copper, but may provide 5 mg/day, of which only 20-50% is absorbed. The diet of the elderly may contain a lower copper content than the recommended daily intake. Dietary copper can be found in whole grain cereals, legumes, oysters, organ meats (particularly liver), cherries, dark chocolate, fruits, leafy green vegetables, nuts, poultry, prunes, and soybeans products like tofu. The deficiency in copper can cause many hematological manifestations, such as myelodysplasia, anemia, leukopenia (low white blood cell count) and neutropenia (low count of neutrophils, a type of white blood cell that is often called "the first line of defense" for the immune system). Copper deficiency has long been known for as a cause of myelodysplasia (when a blood profile has indicators of possible future leukemia development), but it was not until recently in 2001 that copper deficiency was associated with neurological manifestations. Some neurological manifestations can be sensory ataxia (irregular coordination due to proprioceptive loss), spasticity, muscle weakness, and more rarely visual loss due to peripheral neuropathy (damage in the peripheral nerves), myelopathy (disease of the spinal cord), and rarely optic neuropathy. The characteristic hematological (blood) effects of copper deficiency are anemia (which may be microcytic, normocytic or macrocytic) and neutropenia. Thrombocytopenia (low blood platelets) is unusual. The peripheral blood and bone marrow aspirate findings in copper deficiency can mimic myelodysplastic syndrome. Bone marrow aspirate in both conditions may show dysplasia of blood cell precursors and the presence of ring sideroblasts (erythroblasts containing multiple iron granules around the nucleus). Unlike most cases of myelodysplastic syndrome, the bone marrow aspirate in copper deficiency characteristically shows cytoplasmic vacuoles within red and white cell precursors, and karyotyping in cases of copper deficiency does not reveal cytogenetic features characteristic of myelodysplastic syndrome. Anemia and neutropenia typically resolve within six weeks of copper replacement. Copper deficiency can cause a wide variety of neurological problems including, myelopathy, peripheral neuropathy, and optic neuropathy. Copper deficiency is a very rare disease and is often misdiagnosed several times by physicians before concluding the deficiency of copper through differential diagnosis (copper serum test and bone marrow biopsy are usually conclusive in diagnosing copper deficiency). On average, patients are diagnosed with copper deficiency around 1.1 years after their first symptoms are reported to a physician. Copper deficiency can be treated with either oral copper supplementation or intravenous copper. If zinc intoxication is present, discontinuation of zinc may be sufficient to restore copper levels back to normal, but this usually is a very slow process. People who suffer from zinc intoxication will usually have to take copper supplements in addition to ceasing zinc consumption. Hematological manifestations are often quickly restored back to normal. The progression of the neurological symptoms will be stopped by appropriate treatment, but often with residual neurological disability.

Must Know: Why You Need to Stay Away From These Vitamins
Must Know: Why You Need to Stay Away From These Vitamins Multivitamin and mineral supplements became available in the 1940s, and Americans actively use them ever since. Nowadays, millions of people use supplements in order to strengthen their health and avoid nutrient deficiencies. Most people take a balanced combination of essential vitamins and minerals in the form of a multivitamin, such as Centrum vitamins. Multivitamins accounted for 40 percent of all supplement purchases, which is $5.7 billion out of the $37 billion in supplement sales in 2014 alone. Centrum vitamins, by Pfizer, are the best-selling multivitamins in the country. Their produces is the biggest pharmaceutical company worldwide, which deals mainly in manufactured chemicals. Yet, the company is also known due to the numerous legal battles, frauds, and controversy. It was recently threatened to be sued over false claims about Centrum vitamins in 2012 by the consumer watchdog group Center for Science in the Public Interest. Eventually, the company had to pull claims about breast and colon health. Moreover, it lacks regulation, specificity, and even standards. Namely, the multivitamins ask for no set standards or levels. Yet, it does what all big corporations regularly do: it pays large sums of money for advertising their chemically and synthetically enhanced supplements which can, in fact, do more harm than good. Apparently, even though these multivitamins are advertised to boost immunity and kick your metabolism they actually contain multiple additives which can be harmful or toxic to your body. Centrum vitamins contain at least 3 preservatives and several color additives, along with many toxic and even carcinogenic chemicals and additives. Here is a list of their dangerous ingredients: -Calcium Carbonate — This compound is found in rocks, shells, and even pearls. It is sometimes used to raise calcium levels in the body; but has been related to strokes and heart disease, especially in the elderly. Studies have also linked it to heart issues and myocardial infarction. -Polyethylene Glycol — It is often used in the manufacturing of coal-burning plants, rocket fuel, and over-the-counter laxatives. It might lead to kidney damage, hives and other allergic reactions, esophageal bleeding, tears, and autism. In children, it might cause encopresis, which is a continuous leakage of semi-formed feces. -Hydrogenated Oil — Hydrogenated oils quickly become toxic when processed under extreme heat, atmospheres of pressure and injections of metals. Their consumption clogs the arteries, leading to massive heart and arterial issues, and also results in producing cholesterol to bandage artery walls which have been affected. Due to the vascular issues, it affects the brain and causes Alzheimer’s and ADHD. -Food Dye Yellow 6 — This is a toxic food dye which is a carcinogen and might result in allergies, tumors on the kidneys and testes, and chromosomal damage. It might also cause ADHD, hyperactivity, and restlessness. -GMO Corn Starch — It has multiple adverse effects on the body and affects the detoxifying organs such as the liver and kidneys, but also damages the spleen, heart, and adrenal glands. Its another side effect is Hepatorenal Toxicity, which leads to kidney failure and is typically fatal. -Titanium Dioxide — It has been found to be potentially carcinogenic to humans. It’s included in various products as a whitening agent, like in ink, paper, paints, and even cosmetics and toothpaste. Even though it has been previously considered to be safe by the FDA, it has been recently found to cause lung cancer in rats. What is even more disturbing is that the Centrum vitamins for children are even more dangerous, as they include the following hazardous additives: -Cupric Oxide — This copper mineral is known to be dangerous in Europe. It causes kidney disease and childhood cirrhosis, and it is also dangerous to the environment. -Artificial Sweeteners (Aspartame) — As soon as it is ingested, this carcinogenic sweetener is converted to formaldehyde and methanol, and causes 40 adverse side effects, including birth defects, ADD, cancer, lupus, multiple sclerosis and more. -Zinc Oxide — In Europe, it is considered to be harmful, and leads to diarrhea, constipation, upset stomach and more. -Lactose (Milk Sugar) — Lactose makes up 2-8 % of the milk by weight. Specific enzymes in the stomach break it down, leading to lactose intolerance, and symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, cramping, upset stomach, and nausea. Copper For Gray Hair ~ Instructions ~ What Works ~~~Nancy
For me colloidal copper takes care of most of my gray hair, but I find that when I am also taking Flax Seed Oil (women's hormone https://youtu.be/av1Px7tMaNw replacement) that the rest of any color loss in the hair replaces itself. For men this would mean using Pumpkin Seed Oil. There is a copper and zinc blend available on Amazon that is recommended by a doctor on YouTube - which may be a good product to purchase to help to replace gray hair. If You Eat An Avocado A Day For A month This Is What Happens To Your Body
avocado is a lot of people’s favorite fruit, and this isn’t the case with Americans only, but with people from many other countries as well. This tasty fruit contains a lot of nutrients and so it offers numerous health-benefits. Additionally, numerous studies have shown that people who consume avocados regularly have lower Body-Mass-Index and better nutrient intake when compared to those who don’t eat avocados frequently. Here is what 1 Avocado a day can do to your body. 1.It’s a Healthy fat The avocado is virtually the only fruit that has monounsaturated fat (good-fat). According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, good-fats are those that can lower bad-cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of heart-attack and stroke. So instead of mayonnaise why not spread some Avocado on your toast and sandwiches. 2.Helps lose weight According to a study published in the Nutrition Journal, ½ avocado with lunch can be of great help for overweight individuals as it keeps you satiated for a longer period of time. According to the participants in the study, they had 40% lesser desire for eating for more than 3-hours and 28% lesser desire for eating 5-hours after a meal. 3. Reduces Cholesterol level Statistically speaking, 1 in 3 American adults suffer from problems related to high cholesterol levels which only double the risk of cardiovascular diseases. However, there are natural ways to lower high cholesterol-levels. Studies have shown that regular consumption of avocado is an excellent way to decrease cholesterol-levels. Avocado has the amazing power to lower blood-triglycerides and cholesterol levels, as well as to lower LDL cholesterol levels and to increase HDL levels. 4.Avocardo is rich in nutrients Avocados have an abundance of nutrients and each serving has more than 20-vitamins and minerals. Through consumption of one avocado you intake the following recommended daily values: 33% of vitamin-C, 21% of vitamin-E, 26% of vitamin-B6, 53% of vitamin-K, 19% of copper, 41% of folate, 28% of potassium, and 28% of pantothenic-acid. 5.Prevents diabetes According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, at one point in our lives, diabetes is going to affect around 40% of people in USA. In order to minimize this risk, you must balance your blood-sugar levels. One study showed that participants who were given ½ avocado with their lunch, and had their insulin and blood-glucose levels checked at intervals, raised their carb and calorie intake, but showed no increase in the blood-sugar levels, unlike those who didn’t consume an avocado with lunch 6.Improves Bone health Avocados are rich in Vitamin-K, folate, copper, and numerous other nutrients. When regularly consumed, avocados help in the building and maintenance of strong bones. 7.Helps in Digestion Avocados keep the digestive-system working smoothly. A single avocado has 13 grams fiber which is 54% of the daily recommended fiber. 8.It is Anti-Carcinogenic According to a study, avocado may be helpful in inhibiting or stopping prostate-cancer cell growth. Another study pointed out that avocados can be significant in the reduction of chemotherapy side-effects. Copper is one of those nutrients that we don't hear much about but has plenty to do with how our bodies behave. There are plenty of foods rich in copper that we don't know are rich in copper, yet these foods save our lives on a consistent basis. Copper benefits range from strengthening the bones and connective tissues to neutralizing free radicals and even in many cases reversing gray hair! Some of the foods rich in copper are avocados, dried prunes, shiitake mushrooms, sesame seeds, raw kale and cashews. If you want to experience the aforementioned copper benefits it would be wise to begin including these foods in your diet. In case you don't like any of the foods rich in copper we also have fruits that are copper rich. Generally people that don't like vegetables and solid foods will at least eat some of the fruits rich in copper. These fruits are guavas, blackberries, kiwi and pomegranates. Although we want you to glean the necessary copper in your diet each day it's important that you don't overdose on any of the foods rich in copper. Excess copper in the diet has been said to cause diarrhea, hypertension and in severe cases schizophrenia. All in all, the key message here to understand is that copper is an essential nutrient that you need to maintain proper body function. If you do not like ANY of the fruits or foods rich in copper you may want to consider purchasing a mineral supplement that has copper as a nutrient. In order for you to experience the copper benefits from a supplement the nutrient must be in a highly absorbable form. This form is usually liquid or plants (herbs).

How to Get the Most out of Vitamin Supplements- Thomas DeLauer
How to Get the Most out of Vitamin Supplements- Thomas DeLauer: When should you take your vitamins? To learn more about how I can help you, head to http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Many factors play a role on how available vitamins and supplements are when you take them. Fat-Soluble Vitamins: Vitamins A, D, E and K- These are stored in the liver and fat stores in your body, so you do not need to consume these every day. They are easy to get from food as they are not easily broken down by heat when cooking. These are the most important vitamins to eat with food, as the name implies, they are only absorbed and used by the body in the presence of fat. These vitamins dissolve in fat and are then delivered to the bloodstream for use in the body. Not much fat is needed, but if taking a supplement, or even eating fruits and veggies, but sure to have some fat added. If you make a healthy smoothie, add some almond butter or you favorite oil, such as macadamia nut oil. When eating salads, do not use fat-free salad dressings! Olive oil and lemon juice are great options. Be careful if you supplement these vitamins and be sure to check with your doctor if you feel you may need to do so. These vitamins are only needed in small quantities and can build up to a dangerous level if too many are taken. Vitamin D is the main fat-soluble vitamin in the US where deficiencies are common. This is due to inadequate exposure to sunlight. Fortified foods and supplements can help. Try to obtain 5-15 minutes of direct sunlight twice per week to avoid a deficiency, and if this is not possible then talk to your doctor about supplementation. Water-Soluble Vitamins: Vitamin C and B-complex vitamins are water soluble vitamins that you need to be sure to include in your diet daily. Unlike fat-soluble vitamins, these vitamins are not stored in your adipose tissue or liver and are in essence washed from your body daily. Food storage and preparation are important when making sure to get sufficient quantities of these vitamins. Deficiencies are uncommon, however vegans do not have a natural source of vitamin B12 and usually need to supplement. While deficiencies are not common, it is still important to consume daily for bodily functioning. As these vitamins dissolve in water, you do not need to take these with foods, although you can if you want to. Minerals: Calcium and Magnesium (2,4) - These are best taken with food and good to take at night. Calcium is linked to improved sleep due to its muscle relaxing abilities and magnesium has calming effects on the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. Zinc (2,4) - Take with or after meals to avoid stomach upset. Do not take with dairy as calcium hampers absorption. Also avoid taking with iron as large quantities of iron can also hurt your body’s ability to absorb zinc. Avoid taking excess zinc, which can lead to anemia through suppression of copper absorption. Iron (4) - Best to take on an empty stomach. Avoid taking with zinc, calcium and vitamin E as these can decrease absorption. If you have a sensitive stomach you may not do well when taking iron on an empty stomach. If so, take with a light meal. Probiotics (4) - Best to take 30 minutes before a meal as this is when digestive enzymes, bile salts and stomach acid are at low levels. These levels peak after a meal, so this is the worst time to take a probiotic. Fiber (2) - Be sure to separate taking fiber from other nutritional supplements as fiber can hamper mineral absorption. Fish Oil (4) – Fish Oil is best to take with food and with your multivitamin, or other fat-soluble vitamins, if you take them. The fat in the food that you eat can help to aid in digestion and absorption. As fats take a long time for your body to digest, it is best not to take fish oil pills or eat a fatty meal pre-workout. This can cause digestive upset. Multivitamins: As these contain both water- and fat-soluble vitamins, take with plenty of water and some food with fat in it, but try not to take with dairy as this can reduce your absorption of zinc. I wanted to share with you how I resolved my copper toxicity issues years ago, what symptoms copper toxicity causes, why we people have excess amounts of copper in the body, what foods you need to avoid temporarily to avoid copper issues and much more. Copper Toxicity is a condition that is increasingly common in this day and age, due to the widespread occurrence of copper in our food, copper fungicides, e-cigs, Copper IUD's, hot water pipes, along with the common nutritional deficiencies in Zinc, Manganese and other trace minerals that help keep levels of Copper in balance. Birth control pills increases a woman's risk of having a Copper toxicity condition due to the effect that estrogen has on the body, increasing copper retention in the kidneys. Estrogen stimulates similar receptors to Aldosterone receptors in the kidneys, increasing Sodium, Copper and water retention. Both estrogens and Aldosterone can increase swelling, Cyst formation, increasing the blood volume which can cause hypertension, stroke, or death if the Liver and Adrenal glands are not able to regulate these hormones in the body. Copper builds up in the soft tissues of Liver and disrupts the Liver's metabolic abilities to detoxify and cleanse the blood in general. Copper toxicity in the liver is therefore disrupting to the Liver's Glucoronidation pathway, that helps to eliminate excessive amounts of Estrogen by making it water soluble. Other toxic heavy metals like Lead, Mercury, Aluminum, and Cadmium will also buildup in the Soft tissues, as a result of Copper competing with Zinc in many enzymes and binding sites in the body. When Zinc gets displaced by Copper, there will be a reduction in Metallotionein production, which is the main heavy metal binding protein in the body. The production of the body's main detoxifying agent and antioxidant, Glutathione will also decline when too much Copper gets stored in the Liver organ's tissues. Other sources of chemicals which mimic estrogen, known as xeno-estrogens, may also increase the retention of copper. These include pesticides, plastic bags, Volatile organic compounds (VOC's), growth hormones used on animals, and all petrochemical waste products used in the manufacturing of plastic, gasoline and other petrochemical derivatives. These are all referred to as Xeno-estrogens. Copper is a very stimulating mineral to the nerves and nervous system. Copper increases the production of norepinephrine, adrenaline, while also implicated in a decrease of histamine. These effects on neurotransmitter levels can give rise to many psychological imbalances such as mood swings, depression, mental agitation, feeling over-stimulated, restlessness, anxiety, insomnia and a racing mind with too many thoughts are all hallmarks of elevated Copper toxicity. Elevated Copper in the body acts like caffeine or even amphetamines. It constantly keeps the conversion of dopamine into norepinephrine going so that you have a constant adrenaline rush to help you be on the go, but you also are unable to settle down or turn off your mind. The primary biological role of iron is helping facilitate the production of hemoglobin, a protein attached to red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body. Iron is also involved in the synthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the primary energy source of individual cells and ultimately, of us as well. It also helps with the synthesis of myoglobin, which helps provide oxygen to our muscles. Iron metabolism is very tightly regulated. Most iron in the body is stored in the form of hemoglobin, however there is a storage protein called ferritin where the body also has iron reserves. Hepcidin is the hormone that is the key regulated of iron metabolism. Dietary iron comes in two forms: heme and non-heme. Non-heme iron is found in plants (nuts, beans, vegetables) and iron-fortified grain products. Heme iron is found in lean meat, seafood and poultry. The difference is that heme iron is more well absorbed than non-heme iron. dietary sources Fortified breakfast cereals ( 18 mg/serving, 100% DV) Oysters, 3 oz (8 mg/serving, 44% DV) White beans, 1 cup (8 mg/serving, 44% DV) Dark Chocolate, 3 oz (7 mg/serving, 39% DV) Beef liver, 3 oz (5 mg/serving, 28% DV) Lentils, ½ cup (3 mg/serving, 17% DV) Spinach, ½ cup (3 mg/serving, 17% DV) Tofu, ½ cup (3 mg/serving, 17% DV) Kidney beans, ½ cup (2 mg/serving, 11% DV) Sardines, 3 oz (2 mg/serving, 11% DV) Supplement Ferrous sulfate is most common form Other available forms: ferrous fumarate, ferrous succinate, ferrous gluconate, ferrous lactate, ferrous glutamate, ferric ammonium citrate, and ferrous glycine Iron is an essential mineral whose primary role producing hemoglobin and myoglobin to help deliver oxygen to the body It is most commonly used to treat and prevent iron deficiency Iron may have a role in improving athletic performance and managing ADHD and RLS It is the most common nutritional deficiency in the world Toxicity can be very serious and supplementation should generally be done under the supervision of a physician The best dietary sources are iron fortified grains, lean meat, seafood, nuts, beans and vegetables RDA for most adults is 8 mg/day, but that increases in young and pregnant women

Colloidal Copper: The Amazing Mineral For Healthy Youthful Skin
Copper is an essential mineral for healthy skin. Some of the external signs of a copper deficiency are fine lines and wrinkles, dryness of the skin, age spots, varicose veins, sagging skin, and grey hair. Copper has been called the elixir of youth and applying a Colloidal Copper supplement to the skin (and scalp) is an excellent way of delivering additional copper to the body. Doing this is believed to directly stimulate the formation of collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans (GAG’s – the cement that bonds tissue components together) thus promoting smoother and younger looking skin. When the skin gets enough copper, it tends to retain more moisture and display a healthy glow. Some claim it helps restore hair pigmentation. Copper And Oil Vitamins For Gray Hair ~ Replace The Hormones Too!
Copper And Oil Vitamins For Gray Hair ~ Replace The Hormones Too! https://youtu.be/ngJLl_bKx4Q Copper may not work alone for gray hair. Using a blend of copper and zinc to take care of my gray hair. One problem was that it is 2 mg - and it also comes in 15 mg doses. I got some results from this - but not enough until I took some Flax Seed Oil with it also. Replacing the hormones may be the second part of this puzzle. Using copper together with the 'seeds' that God put on earth for us might be the trick. Flax Seed is for women and Pumpkin seed oil is for the male hormone. The only thing I would do is to use L-arginine if I were using either of these seed oils and was afraid of activating shingles. I'll talk about that in another video. ~~~Nancy Gurish Your Health And Tech Friend Magazine copper zinc for gray hair, works better with the hormone vitamins, flax seed oil or pumpkin seed oil is for women and mens hormones, nancy gurish, nancygurish, your health and tech friend magazine, yourhealthandtechfriend, staying healthy through natural means,

TRANSFECTION Effect with MEGA Vitamin C and Copper and NAC
TRANSFECTION Effect with MEGA Vitamin C and Copper and NAC. Here I am using a Bob beck style blood electrifier, not because of it's claimed anti-microbial effects, but due to it's effect on the blood that cause the blood to absorb what you consume internally. Since there has never been a toxic threshold level of vitamin C and vitamin c has been known to repair, rejuvenate the body and fight all diseases, i decided to undergo an experiment with Mega-high-dose vitamin C while using the Bob beck blood electrifier. What i doing here is using the TRANSFECTION effect of the Beck blood electrifier to my advantage. The TRANSFECTION effect should work well with taking MEGA VITAMIN C and should help the body to absorb more vitamin C efficiently. This does seem to be the case as I have taken 47,000 mg in a single day without experiencing the bowel intolerance effect, as I was using the Beck blood electrifier at 4 hertz. In my opinion Bob Beck was a disinformation agent and much of what he said has been proven false, but certainly not all he said. But it's the TRANSFECTION effect of the Beck blood electrifier that may be it's strongest point when combined with such things as mega vitamin C and organic juicing. Bob Beck was adamant about not taking vitamins and herbs while using his blood electrifier and this may have been disinformation. Certain vitamins and herbs do seem perfectly safe to take while using the Beck blood electrifier at 3.9 hertz to 4 hertz. The TRANSFECTION effect may be something we can be used to our advantage. Bob Beck was also very, very adamant about taking any GARLIC while using his blood electrification device, due to the multiplying effect. Bob Beck kept saying Garlic was a poison and said that Garlic killed brain cells, but I see no medical literature that support these claims. GARLIC was used for thousands of years to heal virtually every ailment and is a blood cleanser and even supports brain function and memory, which contrasts starkly opposite to what Bob Beck was stating. Today, Spaniards, Italians and Greeks consume copious amounts of garlic on a daily basis, as they have been doing for thousands of years. I suspect that it may be that GARLIC may be exactly the thing you want to consume while using the Bob Beck electrifier due to the TRANSFECTION effect that multiplies the GARLIC's strength. GARLIC has been known to cure almost anything, so why wouldn't you want to multiple the absorption of the garlic? Again, i suspect that Bob Beck was 'throwing a curve-ball' when he said not to consume garlic while using his blood electrifier. But I can't say for sure and only have a very strong suspicion that this is the case. Since I am taking so much vitamin C , i decided to supplement with copper. normally, you would never need a copper supplement, but most people don't take mega vitamin C on a daily basis.

How I Optimised My Zinc Levels Without Taking Zinc Supplements
I took high doses of zinc supplements for a year but my zinc levels didn't budge. I had no idea what else i could do! And then I stumbled upon research connecting zinc and copper, which finally solved my health riddle. Zinc tally test now shows that my zinc levels are optimal, there are no white spots on my nails, and I don't suffer from hangnails anymore. This information changed my life! I got my extra copper either from liquid chlorophyll (contains 4mg of copper: http://amzn.to/2jB3cjH) or from a chelated copper supplement (3mg, http://amzn.to/2jclYBK). Copper Health Benefits and Copper Water Vessel plus Copper Rich Foods
Copper is an essential trace mineral necessary for our survival. Most of the copper in the body is found in the liver, brain, heart, kidneys and skeletal muscle. Copper helps with the formation of collagen, increases the absorption of iron and plays a role in energy production. Deficiency of copper in the human body is common as it cannot be produced within the human body. Therefore, it needs to be added from external food sources. Back in the day, mother's stored water in a copper pot and would ask their children to drink it after 7-8 hours, moms would claim that water when stored in a copper container was extremely healthy for the mind and body. Now when you see these ancient customs reemerging, you look back and think, maybe we should have taken our mom’s advice seriously. Today, copper is used as a home remedy for arthritis; store water in a copper container overnight to accumulate copper traces. COPPER HEALTH BENEFIT. It is also integral for preventing premature aging and increasing energy production. Apart from these, regulated heart rhythm, balanced thyroid glands, reduced symptoms of arthritis, quick wound healing, increased red blood cell formation, and reduced cholesterol are other health benefits of copper.Copper for health and nutrition As a naturally-occurring element, copper is present everywhere in the world around us. Life has evolved in this natural presence, and humans have developed built-in mechanisms to manage intake levels. Copper is required as part of a balanced diet and is important to doctors and nutritionists. We obtain copper from a variety of sources. As a natural element, it is present in many of the foods we eat and the water we drink. Our digestive systems assimilate the amount necessary for good health through a system of uptake called homeostasis. Excess copper is excreted. Copper is an essential trace element that is vital to the health of all living things (humans, plants, animals, and microorganisms). In humans, copper is essential to the proper functioning of organs and metabolic processes. The human body has complex homeostatic mechanisms which attempt to ensure a constant supply of available copper, while eliminating excess copper whenever this occurs. However, like all essential elements and nutrients, too much or too little nutritional ingestion of copper can result in a corresponding condition of copper excess or deficiency in the body, each of which has its own unique set of adverse health effects. Daily dietary standards for copper have been set by various health agencies around the world. Standards adopted by some nations recommend different copper intake levels for adults, pregnant women, infants, and children, corresponding to the varying need for copper during different stages of life. Copper deficiency and toxicity can be either of genetic or non-genetic origin. The study of copper's genetic diseases, which are the focus of intense international research activity, has shed insight into how human bodies use copper, and why it is important as an essential micronutrient. The studies have also resulted in successful treatments for genetic copper excess conditions, enabling patients whose lives were once jeopardized to live long and productive lives.
