Does Levothyroxine Cause Weight Gain? What to do if it is slowing down your metabolism

22:11
Does Levothyroxine cause weight gain? That is the question I am going to answer in this video today. Here is a common problem: patients with hypothyroidism present to their doctor, get put on T4 medication like Levothyroxine or Synthroid and they CONTINUE to gain weight - despite no change in their diet or exercise routine. How can this be? In this video I answer what I think is going on in many patients and it has to do with T4 to reverse T3 conversion when certain patients are given medications that contain T4 only. In the setting of inflammation, trauma, infections, liver/kidney issues, low calorie diets and nutrient deficiencies the body can take T4 and convert it into the thyroid blocking metabolite reverse T3. High levels of reverse T3 then compete for binding at the T3 cellular receptor site and put the brakes on thyroid and metabolic function. So how do you treat this condition? Most patients will need medication containing T3 like natural desiccated thyroid or liothyronine/cytomel to "flush" the system. I also give several tips that I use in my office to help boost thyroid function if your doctor isn't willing to give you medication with T3 in it: 1. Optimize T4 to T3 conversion - I recommend you consider using Zinc or selenium: As promised here is the link to the zinc and selenium that I use in my office: Zinc: http://amzn.to/2aXp4Fg Selenium: http://amzn.to/2aHjTc5 2. Fix your adrenals - Consider using adrenal adaptogens or adrenal glandulars Here's what I use: DSF: http://amzn.to/2aC8l6d 3. Add high intensity exercise - To help lower insulin and leptin levels 4. Reduce inflammation and find hidden sources of inflammation - the easiest first place to look is at your diet 5. Lower leptin and insulin levels - It will be impossible to lose weight with leptin resistance and/or insulin resistance and both conditions reduce T4 to T3 conversion. Levothyroxine Side Effects - Complete List + Dosing Guide for Patients

21:10
In this video I go over the complete list of Levothyroxine side effects ranging from weight gain to hair loss and everything in between. Yes, Levothyroxine can cause hair loss and it can also cause weight GAIN. How can that be if levothyroxine is supposed to boost your metabolism? In this video I explain how the metabolism of thyroid hormone in your body from T4 to reverse T3 may help explain why many people actually gain weight on this particular medication. I also go over the recommendations I give to patients if this happens to them. I also go over how to determine which thyroid medication is right for YOUR Body and how to dose your levothyroxine. When patients have reactions to levothyroxine it's from 1 of 3 reasons typically: 1) they are reacting to a filler ingredient or a dye within the medication itself. 2) they are converting or metabolizing the thyroid hormone into by products that don't promote proper activity 3) they are getting too much thyroid hormone for THEIR body (this one is less common) The side effects when patients react to fillers or dyes include reactions like facial swelling, edema, hives, itching sensation, etc. The side effects from improper metabolism include reactions like weight gain, hair loss, slower than normal metabolism, cold hands/extremities, etc. The side effects from TOO much medication include: hot flashes, tachycardia or rapid heart rate, palpitations, hair loss, intolerance to heat. The treatment for each of these reactions is quite different and I explain what to do depending on how you are reacting. Leave your questions below! More information in the video and the full blog post can be found here: http://www.restartmed.com/levothyroxine-side-effects/ You can read more on my website here: https://www.restartmed.com/ This video is not intended to be used as medical advice. Thyroid - Synthroid or Desiccated Thyroid

06:05
http://www. Divine Elements.ca 1-604-568-3735 Mark: Hi, it’s Mark Bossert at Top Local Lead Generation. We’re here with Naturopath Dr. Nicholas Jensen from Vancouver, BC. He’s the owner and runs a clinic called Divine Elements. How’re you doing today Dr. Nicholas? Dr. Nicholas: I’m doing great Mark, how are you doing? Mark: I’m good. So we’re going to talk about thyroid - which is a pretty common thing and whether using Synthroid or more natural alternatives are better. So what’s the deal? Dr. Nicholas: Yeah, so the reality is thyroid is a very, very common problem and typically we’re seeing more hypothyroid issues that are showing up. So what does hypothyroid look like? It’s typically unexplained weight gain, constipation, dry hair and skin, nails that are brittle, hair loss is quite common, that depressed mood and low energy, these are just to name a few. There’s definitely other signs and symptoms of thyroid decline, but those are definitely more common ones. So the story behind Synthroid is interesting. It’s actually the number one most prescribed medication according to the 2013 report and what does that mean? That means 22.6 million prescriptions are being given out every month. So the reality is that Synthroid is actually ever prescribed once TSH, which is Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, goes above an elevated range which is technically described as hypothyroid. So Synthroid being that it is so commonly prescribed, is actually only just in its form of T4 which is an inactive form of thyroid hormone. So the reality is that so many people are experiencing these symptoms and may be kind of flying under the radar, not actually outside of the actual range, so the number we’re seeing of prescriptions don’t actually include the other people who are still dealing with these problems. So we ask people in the clinic, how are you doing with the Synthroid, is it working for you? We get two responses typically. One is that, I’ve been on it for 5-10 years and I don’t really know why I’m on it, I don’t know what it’s doing, I don’t feel any different. Number two is, yes I’ve definitely gained benefit from Synthroid, however symptom A,B,C, D are still showing up in my life. So the great news is there’s a natural solution for, instead of using Synthroid; Synthroid being a pharmaceutical counterpart to desiccated thyroid or also known as Amour Thyroid. What this is is a natural glandular extract of hormone. Desiccated thyroid is actually taken from a pig source, from the thyroid gland. Where Synthroid, the pharmaceutical form, is just in the form of the T4, this is inactive thyroid hormone. Desiccated thyroid is the thyroid glands and also contains 80% T4 and the remainder is in the active form of T3. So usually when people who are on Synthroid aren’t gaining the benefits it’s because their inactive form of thyroid is not converting properly into T3, the active form for the majority of people. Also interesting to note is that desiccated thyroid or Amour Thyroid, they kinda go by the same name, except that desiccated thyroid is a compounded form is actually, historically the treatment of choice. So this was on the scene, well before Synthroid was, which is quite interesting that now it’s Naturopathic Doctors or Functional Medicine Practitioners, who are actually prescribing desiccated thyroid which was always a treatment of choice. The results were always great. It’s just that it wasn’t necessarily backed by a large pharmaceutical company. That’s a whole other topic obviously! So one study I looked at showed a population of 70 individuals and of those 70, 49% preferred desiccated thyroid and of those 49% also reported a much improved weight loss as well because with Synthroid they’re not typically getting those results; 19% of that particular population preferred Synthroid and 23% had no preference. So in that small population size, we’re seeing this increase in numbers in favour or preferring desiccated thyroid. So in our practice, whenever we see people come in with a prescription of Synthroid, we are always recommending its counterpart in the form of the natural thyroid hormone called Desiccated Thyroid, as it continues to clinically outperform Synthroid. So it’s important obviously, that whenever you’re working with hormones, whether it’s Synthroid or Desiccated, that you’re getting a professional to address you as an individual and what works for the blanket of people doesn’t necessarily work specifically enough for you. So in saying that desiccated thyroid and Synthroid are both prescribed medications so you do actually need to see a health care practitioner in order for it to be prescribed.

The TRUTH About Hypothyroidism, Heart Disease, and Cancer… Every cell of your body relies on thyroid hormone to produce energy and to function properly. When you become hypothyroid and you can’t get the thyroid hormone that you need to your cells to keep them happy, it can negatively affect every cell, tissue, organ, and system within your body. Billions of dollars are spent every year trying to develop drugs and solve the riddles of many major diseases like heart disease and cancer. Despite an endless budget and an endless amount of resources, modern medicine continues to struggle and get nowhere in the “fight” against disease. The rates of all major diseases including heart disease, cancer, and diabetes continue to rise year after year after year. In fact, the World Health Organization estimates the number of cancer related deaths will double over the next 20 years. Yet, modern medicine continues to turn a blind eye to the research of some of the most brilliant scientists of the 20th and 21st centuries. TRUTH: Hypothyroidism Causes Heart Disease… Dr. Broda Barnes had proven the hypothyroidism heart disease connection as far back as the 1930’s. He even showed that heart disease could be reversed simply by correcting hypothyroidism. Yet, modern medicine simply ignores his research like it doesn’t even exist. Dozens of research studies since then have continued to prove the same connection, time and time again… RUTH: Hypothyroidism Drives Cancer Development… This trend of scientific ignorance is now continuing with cancer research as well. The work of other brilliant scientists, like Otto Warburg, who won the Nobel Prize almost a century ago for discovering and demonstrating the cellular defect that causes cancer, continues to be ignored by modern medicine to this day while more than a half a million people die of cancer every single year. Yet, even today research continues to prove what Otto Warburg discovered so many decades ago; hypothyroidism’s role in the development of cancer. TRUTH: If You Value Your Health Then You MUST Address Your Thyroid! Hopefully, you’re beginning to understand the significance of hypothyroidism and how it affects every single aspect of your health. Simply ignoring hypothyroidism or playing it off as something that isn’t important “right now” is a serious mistake that can have severe long term health consequences. That’s like ignoring a little roof leak instead of fixing it. Before you know you’re stuck in a house that invested with a major mold problem and you become sicker and sicker. Fixing the leak when you found it would have saved you a lot of time, money, and effort, not to mention the years of health problems. Your thyroid works the same way. You can change your future and your health from developing into a major medical complications by simply fixing the problem today. But, heart disease and cancer are not the only diseases that hypothyroidism leads to. Research continues to show hypothyroidism’s involvement in a number of diseases that all stem from the same metabolic dysfunction that hypothyroidism causes, including some of the fastest growing diseases in the world, like diabetes. While modern medicine continues to rely on the same illogical and poor thyroid testing methods, millions of people are misdiagnosed and wrongfully led to believe that their health issues stem from something other than hypothyroidism. Luckily, you’re smart enough not to fall into that trap. Thyroid Problems - Thyroid Conversion And Thyroid Medication Issues Schedule a FREE Consult: http://www.justinhealth.com/free-consultation In this video, Dr. Justin Marchegiani digs deep into the topic of thyroid problems, or more specifically, the issues stemming from thyroid conversion and thyroid medications. Most people, especially women, have developed thyroid problems. What many people don't realize, however, is the fact that thyroid problems are autoimmune in nature, such as Hashimoto's. The inflammation caused by thyroid autoimmunity creates thyroid problems with thyroid conversion. T4 to T3 conversion is an important step in thyroid hormone conversion. With out this important step in thyroid conversion, most thyroid medications won't get the job done because are just T4 (inactive thyroid hormone). Millions of Americans are suffering from thyroid issues and aren't even aware of it. The goal of this video is to help liberate them from the negative health impacts caused by an imbalanced thyroid. RHR: Is it Possible to Get Off Thyroid Medication?

37:57
In this episode of Revolution Health Radio (RHR) we discuss "Is it Possible to Get Off Thyroid Medication?" As is often the case, when we look at a question like this, it becomes a lot more complex and it may seem initially, on the surface. Let’s tackle issues number two through four first, because they’re actually going to inform the answer to the first question, which is, is it possible to get off thyroid medication? In terms of diagnosing Hashimoto’s, it’s actually not quite as straightforward as just doing an antibody test and seeing what the results are. I wish it were. It would make my life a lot easier, for sure. But the first-line test you do, typically what I do, is for antibodies. By antibodies, I mean thyroperoxidase and thyroglobulin antibodies, these are the two antibodies that tend to be elevated in Hashimoto’s. Thyroperoxidase is elevated a lot more often than thyroglobulin. It’s more sensitive to Hashimoto’s. It’s not more specific. So you’ll tend to see it elevated more frequently. In this episode, we cover: 3:15 What Chris ate for breakfast 6:36 Are antibodies reliable in diagnosing Hashimoto’s? 14:50 Can you reverse autoimmunity? 19:13 3 issues that cause T4 to T3 conversion problems 30:46 Is it possible to get off thyroid medication? Eat 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil a Day and THIS Will Happen to Your Thyroid

03:19
Coconut oil has many health benefits that are well-documented. However, one recently discovered benefit is that coconut oil can help treat symptoms of hypothyroidism, or an under-active thyroid. Hypothyroidism occurs when the body’s thyroid gland does not make enough hormones to allow the body to function appropriately. Coconut oil contains a fatty acid called lauric acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties. Coconut oil also contains capric acid, which has antimicrobial and antiviral properties. It is recommended that you use extra virgin coconut oil for the best health benefits. One tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil should be consumed daily. It can be added to hot beverages, such as tea or coffee, and added to daily cooking, drizzled over a salad or added to a smoothie. Today’s video will discuss health issues that coconut oil can help treat. 1. Metabolism When the body’s thyroid is under-active, it can cause the body to feel fatigued and without energy. The fatty acids in coconut oil help the fats in the body convert to energy. This, in turn, boosts the body’s metabolic rate. 2. Weight Loss One of the most major symptoms of an under-active thyroid is unexplained weight gain. The weight is very hard to lose and the thyroid hormones directly slow down the body’s metabolism. The Journal of Nutrition published a study that showed the fatty acids in coconut oil help to keep the body feeling fuller, longer. Thus, assisting the body in shedding excess weight. 3. Constipation When hormones from the thyroid are low, the body’s organs run slower as well, causing the digestive tract and intestines to lag. The fatty acids in coconut oil provide the body with energy and boost organ function. Coconut oil also works as a natural laxative and is effective in fighting constipation. 4. Inflammation An under-active thyroid causes muscle and joint pain, largely from unbalanced hormone levels. Coconut oil can naturally calm any inflammation and relieve any pain. 5. Hair Loss The thyroid can affect the health of your hair and may even cause it to begin to fall out. However, adding coconut oil to your regime will prevent this from occurring and repair hair follicles. 6. Dry Skin The imbalance of hormones caused by an under-active thyroid can cause the body’s skin to become dry and flaky. Coconut oil can be added directly to the affected skin to restore its moisture and healthy skin. Have you experienced an under-active thyroid? Have you tried any of these remedies? Sign up now Heart failure, sometimes known as congestive heart failure (CHF), occurs when your heart muscle doesn't pump blood as well as it should. Conditions such as narrowed arteries in your heart (coronary artery disease) or high blood pressure gradually leave your heart too weak or stiff to fill and pump efficiently. Not all conditions that lead to heart failure can be reversed, but treatments can improve the signs and symptoms of heart failure and help you live longer. Lifestyle changes, such as exercising, reducing salt in your diet, managing stress and especially losing weight, can improve your quality of life. The best way to prevent heart failure is to control conditions that cause heart failure, such as coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or obesity. Heart failure also known as congestive heart failure (CHF) happens when your heart does not pump blood as well as it should. Heart failure can involve the left side, right side or both sides of your heart. Typically, heart failure begins with the left side — specifically the left ventricle, your heart's main pumping chamber. Causes: Heart failure can be caused by a heart attack, coronary artery disease, hypertension, heart defects, or damage to heart muscle. Risk Factors: People are more likely to develop heart failure if they have high blood pressure, a heart attack, diabetes, sleep apnea, congenital heart defects, alcoholic, or have an irregular heartbeat. Test: Heart failure is diagnosed using blood test such as N-Terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP). A chest X-ray can also help to see the condition of your heart and lungs. Electrocardiogram (ECG) records the electrical activity of your heart and can detect irregular heart rhythms. Determining ejection fraction is important to determine how well the heart is pumping. Signs and Symptoms: People affected by heart failure my experience shortness of breath, swelling in feet, persistent cough or wheezing, sudden weight gain from fluid, elevated blood pressure and chest pain. Treatment: Heart failure is a chronic disease and needs lifelong management. The treatment of heart failure usually involves medications and lifestyle changes. Medications: Heart failure is commonly treated with medications such as Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, Angiotensin II receptor blockers, Beta blockers, and Diuretics. Lifestyle changes: Making healthy lifestyle changes can help relieve signs and symptoms of heart failure. People with heart failure should stop smoking, weigh yourself daily, restrict salt in your diet, maintain a health weight, limit fats and cholesterol, reduce alcohol and fluids, and become more active.

Don’T Ignore These Common Signs Of A Prevalent Thyroid Condition

03:38
Don’t ignore these common signs of a prevalent thyroid condition The thyroid, which is found in the front of the neck, is a gland which produces hormones important for proper organ function. Thyroid hormones have an impact on the entire body, affecting the brain, muscles, liver, heart, and other parts of the body. When the thyroid gland fails to produce enough thyroid hormone, the body suffers from a condition called hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland). Since the major function of the thyroid hormone is to run body`s metabolism, it is completely understandable why those with hypothyroidism experience symptoms associated with a slow metabolism. While only an estimate, up to 10 million Americans have this condition. As a matter of fact, about 10 percent of women are likely to have certain degree of thyroid hormone deficiency. There are two major causes of hypothyroidism. The first one involves an inflammation of the thyroid gland, which damages a great deal of the cells of the thyroid and makes them unable to produce sufficient hormone. The most common cause of thyroid failure is Hashimoto`s thyroiditis, a type of thyroid inflammation caused by the immune system. The thyroid might be inflamed as a result of an infection or iodine deficiency. Given that the body doesn’t produce iodine, it is important to eat iodine-rich foods like cranberries, strawberries, navy beans, potatoes, and yogurt. The second cause is the category of medical treatments. The treatment of most thyroid conditions includes partial or complete removal of the thyroid gland. If the total mass of the thyroid producing cells is not enough to meet body`s needs, the patient will eventually develop hypothyroidism. If left untreated, hypothyroidism can lead to life-threatening depression, heart failure, and even coma. However, if diagnosed on time, it can be treated with a daily pill. Learn the signs and symptoms of this condition and don’t leave your health to chance! Weakness and fatigue. Abnormal menstrual cycles in women. Coarse, dry hair and dry, rough, pale skin. Cold intolerance. Constipation. Depression and irritability Muscle cramps and muscle aches. Memory loss. Note that each patient might have one or more of these symptoms, which will vary with the severity depending on the hormone deficiency and the amount of time the body has been depleted of the proper amount of hormone. If you experience any of these symptoms, it is crucial to discuss them with your doctor. In addition, you might need to seek help of an endocrinologist. If you have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and already treated for it but you still continue having these symptoms, make sure you consult your physician as soon as possible. Treatment for Hypothyroidism The conventional treatment for this condition includes daily use of the synthetic thyroid hormone levothyroxine such as Synthroid and Levothroid. This oral drug restores proper hormone levels, reversing the symptoms of the condition. Determining the proper dosage of levothyroxine might take time and the doctor should check the level of TSH more often. Excessive amounts of this hormone can cause symptoms like insomnia, increased appetite, and heart palpitations.

Heart attacks reduced 94% with desiccated thyroid

09:39
Hi, this is Larry Hobbs @ FatNews.com. http://fatnews.com/ https://twitter.com/fatnews People given natural desiccated thyroid had 94% fewer heart attacks, an 18-fold decrease, in Broda Barnes MD PhD's patients compared to the risk of heart attack in the famous Framingham study, Mark Starr, MD notes in this audio clip from a speech he gave at a 2007 Orthomolecular Conference. So what did [ thyroid expert ] Broda Barnes [ MD PhD ] Do? He followed thousands of patients [ who were on natural desiccated thyroid ] for decades. He compared their risks of suffering a heart attacks with the Framingham study that was ongoing during that time… an American study showing the risks of heart attack. When he published this in 1976, he had studied 1,500 patients. They had to be in the study for a minimum of 2 years. Some were in for 20 [ years ] or more. He had almost 9,000 treatment years. He should have had 72 heart attacks [ based on the Framingham study ], [but] he only had 4. [ Desiccated thyroid reduced the risk of heart attacks by 94% or 18-fold. ] They were started on thyroid hormones [ desiccated thyroid ] late in life. They had significant family histories [ of heart attacks ]. I encourage people to read both Mark Starr’s wonderful book Hypothyroidism Type 2: The Epidemic, and Broda Barnes’s wonderful book Hypothyroidism: The Unsuspected Illness. Both books are enlightening. Dr. Starr learned about hypothyroidism from Broda Barnes, however, Dr. Starr also went back and read all the old medical literature going back more than 100 years, and his book also contains a lot of pictures from old medical journals which are fascinating. Dr. Starr also talks about hypothyroidism in relationship to Alzheimer’s disease, which Barnes does not. Thyroid blood tests will NOT detect Type 2 Hypothyroidism and miss many other cases of hypothyroidism My impression is that modern medicine has been mislead into believing that thyroid tests (TSH levels) are the perfect way to detect hypothyroidism, when Broda Barnes, Mark Starr and others have found that blood tests are NOT accurate and that many people with normal TSH levels have hypothyroidism and can benefit greatly from being treated with adequate doses of desiccated thyroid. Tremendous Benefits Of Desiccated Thyroid Forgotten About I also believe that medicine has forgotten about the tremendous benefits of using adequate doses of desiccated thyroid for many conditions such as: 1.) Lowering cholesterol and providing tremendous protection against heart disease—94% lower risk of heart attacks among Broda Barnes patients treated with desiccated thyroid than subjects in the Framingham Study; 2.) Treating congestive heart failure, shrinking enlarged hearts back to normal size in a matter of weeks. (Yes, really. See the X-rays from old medical journals of enlarged hearts that shrank back to normal size in Mark Starr’s book.); 3.) Treating depression and fatigue. 4.) Treating high blood pressure. 5.) Fertility problems and menstrual problems. 6.) Treating Alzheimer’s Disease. 7.) Frequent infections. 8.) Any condition where a doctor can’t find the cause. What Happens if Thyroid Level is High During Pregnancy?

01:56
What happens if thyroid level is high during pregnancy? The clinical term for the thyroids over producing hormones is hyperthyroidism. It can make you nervous, tired and with poor concentration. Kind of like pregnancy. You could end up with excessive sweating and diarrhea. That could leave someone dehydrated, on par with morning sickness. You could develop heart palpitations or an irregular heartbeat. That's life threatening. Aside from a blood test, what are signs of a high thyroid? Weight loss, an irregular heartbeat, moist skin and an enlarged thyroid to start. You'd also have hyperactive reflexes. I thought I already did, trying to keep up with a hyper toddler. Hair loss sometimes occurs. And don't joke about already wanting to pull your hair out, because thyroid problems can put your health at risk. What does the high thyroid level do when you're pregnant? Some women naturally have a highly active thyroid in the first trimester, especially pregnant with multiples, but the 10% of affected women usually go back to normal. Aside from dealing with twins or more. If you have chronic and uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, you are more likely to have a miscarriage, stillbirth and pre-term baby. What type of complications can it cause, other than the kid coming out too soon? You're at risk of pre-eclampsia, which is life threatening. And it can cause pre-term labor on its own. If you don't have enough thyroid hormone, I know they can give you artificial ones, like a diabetic taking insulin. What do they do for someone with too much thyroid production? PTU and MMI are used. While it affects the baby a little, lack of treatment is not an alternative. At least it's all over when I have the baby. If you have an over-active thyroid throughout the pregnancy, it may last a life-time. Let's focus on saving this kid's life first.

Q&A - 435 - Skin, Depression, Pituitary and Transverse Colon, Lipoedema

01:47:19
01:27 – Mariola – “I'm 24 yo dealing with acne, rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis on my face and a little bit of folliculitis on my scalp. I had taken Accutane 2 times for 3 years total for my acne. It cured me, but everything came back. I also had been taking antidepressants for almost 4 years when I was in highschool. During that period I was abusing my body of alcohol consumptions and smoking weed. When I went to college I had been under a constant stress. I had been suffering from anxiety etc.I am sure of that emotional stress is a big factor responsible for my issues. When I stopped taking antidepressants in my early 20s I was starting to develop gastrointestinal issues. Stomach cramps, gurgling, weird noises. The spectrum of my skin issues is so overwhelming to me that I am embarassed to leave my house and haven't left actually in almost a year. When I was 21 I had done a 18 day water fast which worked like a miracle, my skin was great like never before, I was feeling ecstatic, no anxiety whatsoever. It felt like if I was free of any alignments and healthy for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately that didn't last very long and my problems came back as soon as I started to reintroduce more foods to my diet.” 26:52 – Jan – “My story briefly: As a little kid I was pumped with antiobiotics, many time. Worst diet you can imagine (sugar soda all day every day, fast food…all that stuff) Swimming in chlorine swimming pool for many years (chlorine through skin= candida) At age of 8 a psychologist told my parents that my IQ is ok, but I have severe concentration problems, will never get through high school (finished bachelors, with great hardship though). Currently at the age of 28. At about age 12 a doctor found that my brain is clogged with uric acid (prescribed me a little diet and chlorella).” 52:49 – Myung –“ I got my thyroid removed 9 years ago and take Synthroid. The whole gland was removed. The medication gives me side effects like, foggy mind, low appetite, diarrhea, always cold, lack of sleep and others. Is there a natural way that I can treat my body without medications?” 58:23 – TJ – “You talk a lot about the pituitary and through iridology you can determine the state of that gland by looking at the transverse colon.  Here's the problem. I feel like I  cannot be helped because my intestines are malrotated, I was born that way.  There is no transverse ascending or descending colon. The large bowel is shoved over on the left side of the abdomen and small bowel on the right. The appendix was on the upper left side. How on earth can i know whats up with my pituitary if there's no transverse colon? Also...the Dr discovered this when did exploratory surgery. He thought my intestinal pain was appendicitis. When he opened me up he discovered the malrotation (which wasn't the cause of the pain). He also discovered a hernia in my small bowel which he fixed. While he was at it he removed my perfectly good appendix. Just for the heck of it. Since then I've had two surgeries to remove thick, dark, tenacious adhesions. There's so much of it that it fills my entire abdomen and weighs heavily on my intestines causing blockages and have come close to death.  I've been on the fruit detox two months and have had tremendous soreness in my abdomen but not the kind of pain that lands me in the ER. I'm going to remain hopeful and venture to say that the fruit is tearing it up. What are your suggestions to get rid of this huge burden once and for all? I live in fear of another surgery and the literal hellville of recovery. I started taking parathyroid and I'm presently on kit 1”… 01:18:35 – Linda –“ I have a friend who has Lipoedema and she just underwent surgery for that. The sergery took away most of her pain in the legs. And she has another sergery planned this autumn for her backside and arms. She says Lipoedema is uncurable an she thinks she knows everyting there is to know about the lymphsystem.” 01:39:39 – Wanda – “Stuff running out of head .Dear Dr Morse been following you for some time .did the 14 week portal call some better .then just recently went on another one under someone who trained under you did eye a logy. Did a 6 week grape fast within the third week ears started to drain then got real bad running down face back of head got soars in it and it also drained .this has been going on now for 3weeks depression has set in bad have other issues but this is the worse for me now please help me God bless and thank you”
