What Is Your Eye Twitching Telling You, It’s Not Good And Its Scary!

03:06
Everyday people face numerous stressful situations which can trigger different health problems such as eye twitching. This phenomenon is quite unpleasant and it can detract from personal and business-related events. Many people believe that eye twitching is a perfectly safe phenomenon. But that's not true, as it can cause serious consequences for your health.Ignoring this problem can lead to diseases of the nervous system, injuries of the blood vessels and the brain, and atherosclerosis. In addition, the eyelids may twitch due to the excessive caffeine and poor eating habits. In this video, we consider the most common causes that contribute to a spasming eyelid. When you find the cause, you will be able to take steps to get rid of this problem. 1. This can be caused by stress. How often do you experience stress? It is the main cause of eye twitching. Stress causes muscle agitation that can affect the muscles of the eyelids. To get rid of stress, you should take a rest for a couple of days, meditate and stop thinking about your problems. 2. This may be due to fatigue. Lack of sleep also leads to eye irritation. When you don't get enough sleep, your body becomes tired and it affects the muscles that lead to spasms in the limbs and the twitching of the eyelids. If you want to fix this problem, you need to sleep well. 3. You may have the problem of dry eyes. Computer light reduces the natural lubricants in tears leading to dryness in the eyes. So people who spend a lot of time at the computer, have the risk of getting eye twitches. You should take short breaks every 30 minutes when working at the computer. 4. You may suffer from allergies. Allergies can irritate the eyes and lead to dry itchy eyes and can cause eye convulsions. You should consult a doctor to get appropriate treatment. 5. Your diet is not good for your eyes. The lack of water and vitamins can also lead to eye twitching. Excess caffeine also stimulates the nerves and causes spasms of the eyelids. You should balance your diet, regulate water balance and avoid caffeine.

It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about twitching under the eyelid. This is called tetany and is a low calcium (hypocalcemia) situation. This is usually because of high cortisol, which dumps acids (H+) in the urine making your body MORE alkaline. Many people look at their urine pH and see it too acid and then start alkalizing themselves, when in fact, they are actually losing acids - a common mistake. Apple Cider Vinegar is the best remedy. Magnesium Deficiency: 8 Warning Signs

11:04
Magnesium is arguably the most important mineral in the body, which is why magnesium deficiency can be such an issue. According to Norman Shealy, MD, Ph.D, an American neurosurgeon and a pioneer in pain medicine, “Every known illness is associated with a magnesium deficiency and it’s the missing cure to many diseases.” Not only does magnesium help regulate calcium, potassium and sodium, but it’s essential for cellular health and a critical component of over 300 biochemical functions in the body. Even glutathione, your body’s most powerful antioxidant that has even been called “the master antioxidant,” requires magnesium for its synthesis. Unfortunately, most people are not aware of this, and millions suffer daily from magnesium deficiency without even knowing it. Warning Signs of Magnesium Deficient Magnesium is the eighth most abundant mineral on earth and the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body. It is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in your body and is present in every cell type. About 50 to 60 percent of all magnesium in the body is stored in the bones and only a small amount is present in the blood. This nutrient is especially important for healthy bones, regulation of blood pressure, restful sleep, good blood circulation, proper nerve functioning, a strong immune system, heart health, muscle health, proper elimination, absorption of vitamin D and proper digestion of carbohydrates. Please note: The content provided below and elsewhere on this video is not intended nor should it be construed as providing professional medical or nutritional advice. Do not rely on information provided on this video for your health problems. instead, consult a qualified medical professional for advice. And here are 5 Common Signs of Magnesium Deficient that you should to know; 01:02 Muscle Spasms and Cramps. 02:05 Frequent Migraines 03:09 Abnormal Heart Rhythms 04:07 Anxiety, Depression and Restlessness. 05:06 Loss of Appetite. 06:03 Unexplained Fatigue and Weakness. 07:02 Rise in Blood Pressure. 08:01 Struggling for Sound Sleep. 09:08 Difficulty Concentrating and Loss of Memory. 10:01 Unpleasant Body Odor. Some early signs of magnesium deficiency include numbness and tingling, muscle cramps, and abnormal heart rhythms. Plus, it is associated with conditions like hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, insomnia, migraine, anxiety and panic attacks, and musculoskeletal conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, etc. Regular muscle spasms and cramps are also noticeable symptoms of magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is important for muscle health. It stimulates calcium re-uptake that can help maintain strong muscles and prevent cramps. It also increases the absorption of potassium, which is critical for proper muscle functioning. In addition, it helps reduce muscle pain by blocking pain receptors in the brain and nervous system. If you often experience muscle cramps, make sure to check the magnesium level in your body. Frequent muscle twitching, especially eye twitching, may also be caused by magnesium deficiency. Irregular and abnormal heart rhythms are one of the classic symptoms of low magnesium in the body. This mineral is important for proper heart functioning and supports the rhythmic heart activity. It even helps ensure proper blood circulation in the body. In addition, magnesium helps in the transport of calcium and potassium ions across cell membranes, a process that is important for normal heart rhythm. Even a mild deficiency of magnesium can cause fatigue and general weakness. You may experience lack of physical or muscle strength and find that you need to put a little extra effort into performing your regular daily activities. Magnesium plays a key role in breaking down glucose into energy, which boosts your metabolism and helps fight fatigue and weakness. In addition, this important nutrient regulates the metabolism of other minerals like calcium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, vitamin C and zinc, which help provide energy to your body. If you are prone to frequent migraine attacks, you may be deficient in magnesium . In fact, a 1989 study published in Headache: The Journal of Head and Face Pain concluded that low brain magnesium is an important factor in the mechanism of migraine attacks. Treatment of migraines during pregnancy requires great care. Magnesium may be a safer choice than powerful prescription medications. A 2012 study published in the Journal of Neural Transmission suggests that all migraine patients should be treated with magnesium. It may be helpful for treating menstrual migraines, too. Well, If you experience any of the following 5 Common Signs of Cancer in Men that I mentioned above, you should not ignore it. Here's Why Your Eyes Twitch | Eye Twitching Remedies | How To Cure Eye Twitching We have all experienced eye twitching at least once in our lifetime (or may be, many times!). It occurs quite unexpectedly – when you are watching TV, reading a book, or cooking. There is no special timing for it, but it is definitely irritating when your eyes start behaving in a weird way all of a sudden. Today's video will discuss Here's Why Your Eyes Twitch. Though it’s not life-threatening, it can lead to serious problems in the future. According to science, eye twitching is an uncontrollable and repetitive spasm or blinking of the eyelid (usually the upper one). This eye muscle spasm can affect either one or both the eyes and can last from a few seconds to a couple of minutes. So, why does eye twitching happen? Well, there is no scientific reason for its occurrence, but it is usually linked to excessive stress and fatigue. Consumption of high amounts of caffeine, alcohol or tobacco can also lead to it. Eye spasms are totally painless and harmless. Sometimes, they are also caused due to eye strain or allergies in the eyes or the eye membrane. But, there are a few cases where eye twitching is caused due to neurological disorders such as blepharospasm or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, i.e., ALS – commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. Here are a few symptoms you must not ignore: 1) If the eye twitching lasts continuously for more than a week. 2) If there is swelling in your eyes. 3) If your eyes turn red because of the twitching. 4) If you notice any discharge while twitching. 5) If your upper eyelid starts drooping. 6) If you notice muscle spasm on your entire face. 7) If your eyelids get closed completely because of the twitching. If you notice any of the above symptoms, visit your ophthalmologist immediately. In severe cases, you might have to consult a neurologist or an expert in this field. Do you suffer from any of the above-mentioned symptoms, Let me know in our comment section below. ---------------------------------------- People who watched this video: https://youtu.be/YoCdD2kTX8w Also searched online for: ► This Japanese Method Will Help You Quickly Get Rid of Belly Fat https://youtu.be/v2hLwTDWfEQ ► Castor Oil For Hair Growth Before And After Black Women And American Women https://youtu.be/vSg61aMEPo8 ► What Your Chin Says About Your Health - Shocking Truth - Face Mapping https://youtu.be/kLO3pnhNoN8 ► Best Way To Get Rid Of Acne Scars On Buttocks - Skin Care Tips https://youtu.be/xCFlsL2_TQo ► How To Get Rid Of Dark Spots From Acne Home Remedies https://youtu.be/auD5Kcu6zH0 ------------------------------------------- FOR MORE DETAILS: ------------------------------------------- CONNECT WITH US: ► Like us at Facebook https://www.facebook.com/remediesone ► Tweet us at Twitter https://twitter.com/remediesone ► Circle us at G+ https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/115462721207283810926/115462721207283810926 ► Subscribe us at Youtube https://www.youtube.com/RemediesOne?sub_confirmation=1 ► Read Blog at Blogspot http://remediesone.blogspot.com/ ------------------------------------------ Don't forget to check out our YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/RemediesOne and click the link below to subscribe to our channel and get informed when we add new content: https://www.youtube.com/RemediesOne?sub_confirmation=1 -------------------------------------------- Here's Why Your Eyes Twitch | Eye Twitching Remedies | How To Cure Eye Twitching Disclaimer: The supplies and the data contained on Remedies One channel are provided for primary and educational capabilities solely and do not signify any licensed, medical or totally different expert advice on any topic materials. Anxiety and Twitching

05:16
Muscle twitching is very common symptom when you have high anxiety, stress, suffer from panic disorder, or depression. Many people with health anxiety worry the twitching is the start of a more serious disease like MS or ALS. Before my first panic attack, I rarely would have twitching in my legs or arms mainly after working out. I would occasionally have an annoying eye twitch that would come and go involuntarily. After about a month of suffering panic attacks and bad anxiety, twitching became the normal on an everyday basis. I would constantly get leg twitches. I would have eye twitching daily. I also had this horrible twitch that would jerk my whole body. This on worried me the most. Once you get your anxiety in check, the twitching will subside and gradually go away. Avoid caffeine to help reduce twitching and give relief. Make sure you are eating right, exercising, reducing alcohol & tobacco, meditating in the morning and evening, and practice positive thinking. ***Click to Buy or See Options*** Hardcore Self Help: F**k Anxiety (Volume 1) https://amzn.to/2DOgaob Don't Feed the Monkey Mind: How to Stop the Cycle of Anxiety, Fear, and Worry https://amzn.to/2DPtWa3 The Worry Trick: How Your Brain Tricks You into Expecting the Worst and What You Can Do About It https://amzn.to/2ugpiCs Weighted Blanket for Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, OCD https://amzn.to/2DPKe2O Anti Anxiety Supplement 900mg With Gaba, L-Theanine, 5-HTP, Ashwagandha, Magnesium Oxide, St. John's Wort, Chamomile - Positive Mood, Relaxed Mind, Promote Higher Serotonin, Live In Peace https://amzn.to/2DQC4a6 Thank you so much for watching! Dr. Peter Glidden On Vegans vs. Carnivores

12:39
http://mmedeiros.my90forlife.com/ You are a vegetarian / vegan and your neighbor’s a carnivore. You look at each other over the fence and each thinks the other has it all wrong. Guess what, you both do! Question the “Expert” There are a lot of controversies surrounding the question: who is better off, vegetarian, vegan or carnivore? Someone sent Dr. Glidden a Dr. Oz clip about vegetarianism in which Dr. Oz says he knows a lot about vegetarianism because his wife is a vegetarian. That makes him an expert, right? No, but we’ve all been socialized to believe that the MD knows what’s best for us. And yet MDs have no training in medical nutrition. You can be a vegan and you can be a healthy vegetarian and you can be a healthy carnivore as long as you avoid the Ten Bad Foods, as everybody should. Go to http://drglidden.com and click on the link to sign up for Dr. Glidden’s free newsletter and his staff will send you the list and a video explaining why you need to avoid these foods. Add into your diet the 90 Essential Nutrients: 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids and 2 essential fatty acids. To Farm or Not to Farm These nutrients are the staff of life and they are not present in the food you eat, regardless of your dietary leanings. It’s not so much what you eat as what you don’t eat, what you are absorbing and the nutrient status of the food you are eating. Even if you own 1000 acres of the most organic farmland on the planet and you eat only what’s on your organic farm, you will still be nutritionally deficient. The 90 essential nutrients are not present. Take the Next Step in the Right Direction Because of the lack of nutrients in your body you become sick and you are forced to see a medical practitioner, an M.D., who will throw a drug at the problem, not to cure it but to manage the symptoms. You start the slow death spiral into bad health, higher medical bills, more ineffective treatments….and then you die. Before you die you go bankrupt. All because you thought you were doing the right thing. If this sounds scary to you, that’s because it is. Join us in the crusade to take back your health and your Freedom! R U next? How To Stop Eyelid Twitching (Myokymia) And What Causes One Eye To Twitch

02:36
How to stop eyelid twitching (myokymia) and what causes one eye to twitch. An eyelid twitch, or myokymia, is a repetitive, involuntary spasm of the eyelid muscles. A twitch usually occurs in the upper lid, but it can occur in both the upper and lower lids. For most people, these spasms are very mild and feel like a gentle tug on the eyelid. The twitches are painless and harmless, but they may bother you. Most spasms will resolve on their own without the need for treatment. Eyelid twitches may be caused by: - eye irritation - eyelid strain - fatigue - lack of sleep - physical exertion - medication side effects - stress - dry eye - use of alcohol, tobacco, or caffeine Very rarely, eyelid spasms are a symptom of a more serious brain or nerve disorder. You may need to see your doctor if you’re having chronic eyelid spasms along with any of the following symptoms: - Your eye is red, swollen, or has an unusual discharge. - Your upper eyelid is drooping. - Your eyelid completely closes each time your eyelids twitch. - The twitching continues for several weeks. - The twitching begins affecting other parts of your face. Most eyelid spasms go away without treatment in a few days or weeks. If they don’t go away, you can try to eliminate or decrease potential causes. The most common causes of twitch are stress, fatigue, and caffeine. To ease twitching, you might want to try the following: - Drink less caffeine. - Try to eliminate stress in your daily life. - Get plenty of sleep and take frequent breaks from the computer. - Keep your eye surfaces lubricated with over-the-counter artificial tears or eye drops. - Apply a warm compress to your eyes when a spasm begins. For severe eye twitching or a twitch that last longer than a few days, see your doctor. Treatment for severe eye twitching may include Botox injections to paralyze the eye muscles, medications to relax the muscles or surgery to remove the contributing muscles. How to manage excess eye blinking? - Dr. Samina F Zamindar

03:28
The commonest cause of excessive eye blinking, being dryness in the eyes. Of course we need to manage that. First we need to find out what is the cause of the dryness in the eyes. Once that is found, we need to treat the cause. Simultaneously we need to give tear supplements, lubricant eye drops to the patient to make him or her more comfortable. Latest research has shown that Vitamin D deficiency and Vitamin B12 deficiency can also cause dryness in the eyes and that needs to be investigated and treated. Certain other problems like rheumatoid arthritis which causes problems in the body and the joints can also cause dryness in the eyes. So if the dryness is not getting cured with remedies which already have been given, a detailed blood investigation and checkup has to be done to find out the root cause of the dryness and treat that because unless and until that is not treated, the patient will never be comfortable. The other causes of excessive blinking of the eyes are any eye allergies. Now eye allergies are more common in children, especially in Bangalore in summer season, you see a lot of spring catarrh and you see a lot of allergic conjunctivitis. If such children inadvertently given steroid drops, they can end up having glaucoma and cataract and they can lose their eye sight. That is the reason why an eye allergy should be treated by an ophthalmologist and to start with, very very harmless drops, non-steroidal drops should be given and simple measures like cold compresses and advised not to rub the eyes are very important, because the more you rub, the allergy is going to be more, it sets in a vicious cycle. Latest research has shown that a Vitamin B12 and a Vitamin D deficiency can also cause dryness in the eyes, blood tests, to find out the Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 level, so many times, gives us the clue to the consistent drying of somebody’s eyes. So many times, people inadvertently splash a lot of water in their eyes in order to be comfortable. That is never a good idea. You really don’t need to wash your eyes from inside. God has given a mechanism to clean your eyes with every blink. So even when you want to wash your face, please see that you keep your eyes closed and wash your face.
Vitamin B12 Deficiency Symptoms -- 10 Signs you could be Deficient and the Consequences!

05:11
http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free report to choosing supplements for better health. Almost 40% of the population just in the U.S. is deficient in vitamin B12 according to Tufts University in Boston. Now, Vitamin B12 is water soluble and this means that it gets flushed out of someone's system on a daily basis and needs to be replenished every day. What this substance does is help with the creation of red blood cells that carry oxygen around the body. Since organs needs oxygen to function one of the first symptoms a person may experience is fatigue and low energy. This can also bring about pale skin and cold hands or feed since other organs need the oxygen. Next up would be a headache, dizziness, cognitive problems and confusion. Now if someone's red blood count gets too low it could lead to permanent brain damage, since the brain needs oxygen to survive. Lastly irregular heartbeats and chest pain can all occur. Besides carry oxygen this vitamin helps nerve cells stay healthy. I like to think of nerve cells as little postal workers, but they have super powers. Nerve cells are responsible for sending and receiving messages from touch, sight, hearing, smell and pain. As you can imagine without B12 a bunch of these little super postal workers could call in sick and your whole body system might not work as good. It's also extremely important for pregnant woman and a deficiency could make it 5 times more likely that a woman gives birth to a child with a birth defect. Another use of this stuff would be for the replication of DNA. Your cells only live for so long then they die and are reborn again into new cells. For example skin cells live around 2 to 4 weeks and we lose around a million skin cells in a day. When skin cells don't replicate correctly it could lead to all kinds of problems such as wrinkles and weakened organs. In fact many health experts believe it's a main source of the aging process. It is also used for metabolism which is breaking down food into energy. Increased amounts of this vitamin will not help with weight loss, but a deficiency can damage regular metabolism and lead to stunted growth and mental retardation. So to sum everything up, DANG, talk about important yea don't be deficient in this stuff. Foods with the most vitamin B12 would include liver, fish, dairy products, soy, and eggs. The fact is our food nowadays doesn't have the nutritional value like it used to and because of this I highly recommend taking a good multi-vitamin supplement. This way you ensure you are not going to be deficient in any vitamins. Contrary to what you might believe not all supplements are created equal and there is a lot of crap out there. Shopping for a good supplement can be confusing, frustrating and not very fun. To make things a little easier for you I have created a free guide about this topic. It goes over to identify a good brand from a poor one, herbal remedies and even the role of government agencies that protect us. Analyze Obama Eye Stress Twitch, Body Language and Words on his Last boring ABC Interview

21:18
The last ABC Interview with Obama was kind of boring, but lets Analyze it anyway. His Body language was much the same as always, but along with his grey hair he now has an Eye Twitch that is very noticeable. The twitch is probably from stress because the Body has a harder time to absorb vitamins when under stress which would account for the Twitch. He also mentioned the Word "Democracy" over and over, trying to try convince his Hipster followers that America is a Democracy and Not a Republic, they could not be more wrong.

There are 2 main causes, one is a vitamin B1 deficiency due to lactic acidosis, and the second cause being a potassium deficiency. Dr. Berg then talks about insulin resistance and how this alone will keep your potassium from being absorbed. So the cause may be dietary but it may be an insulin problem. The other problem is stomach acid - if you do not have the acid in your stomach, you will not be able to absorb potassium from that alone. Potassium Citrate is a good remedy. Facial Tics, Muscle Twitching, Restless Legs: How I Stopped Them.

09:57
http://www.facelessfatloss.com My experience has convinced me that a definite cause of facial tics, muscle twitching, and possibly even restless legs syndrome may be in large part due to a pathogen...infectious issue...in the body. It is also my contention that yeasts, fungus and candida could be the primary culprits. This is an important topic for everyone. Research is discovering that fungus, yeasts and candida in the body could be responsible for a whole host of problems ranging from unexplained sensations in the body, pain issues, very definitely anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and the biggie...even cancer. My theory, shared by others in the alternative health field, is based on my own need to get myself well from a mysterious and very painful condition I suffered from back in 2005 that doctors were unable to help me with (about eight doctors in all). As I struggled with the condition that caused all sorts of localized and systemic, body-wide pain issues, I finally decided to approach the condition solely from the standpoint of an unknown or stealth infection of some sort, despite the fact that no known exposure to anything infectious had ever occurred. While doctors remained puzzled and eagerly prescribed countless antibiotics, (at one point TWO powerful antibiotics at the same time in an emergency room situation) my condition continued to deteriorate both physically and mentally, to the point where I was losing myself in a way that almost brought me to the point of no return. The physical pain, accompanied by bodily symptoms the likes of which I'd never experienced before (including aggressive, near-violent muscle twitching) was a lot to endure. The mental break down via severe depression and anxiety that accompanied these symptoms seemed almost "organic" at the time...I, and others around me, were wondering why I was having such a difficult time psychologically with my challenges, considering my normally fairly strong disposition. I later discovered, that ALL of these symptoms are entirely typical of yeast, fungal and candida-type infections. Conditions that would be exasperated by the use of excessive sugars in the diet (in other words, the typical western diet), and worse...the very drugs the doctors were prescribing to try to heal me. Once on effective, and incredibly safe and powerful alternative remedies that tackled a potential underlying yeast/fungus/candida issue, relief finally began to come. A side benefit of my overall approach was the physique you see in my videos. My fat loss program focuses on overall health first. Finally, after years of suggesting that yeasts and other pathogens may be more responsible for our lack of health, and perhaps body fat and weight gain than ever thought before, the concept is being embraced by alternative practitioners, and I am happy to be on that frontier as we improve the quality of people's lives en mass, with our new understandings. THE SILVER IS FOUND AT THE LINK BELOW: http://www.facelessfatloss.com/Ionic-Silver.html It is a modern-day miracle in my opinion, having helped me with numerous challenges such as colds/flu, sore throats, yeast/candida/fungus issues, incredibly great for acne, (among many other benefits). Chronic Eye Twitch Remedies - Eyelid Twitching #CQ76 My left eyelid has been chronically twitching each day for the past month. Although, the twitching is not life threatening, it is annoying. Some things that lead to eyelid twitching are stress, improper diet, otc and/or prescription drugs, hormone imbalance, fatigue, etc. After, singling things out, I found that I have a magnesium deficiency, and that taking supplements could decrease the twitching.

It contains over 90 different healthy substances like lots of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, calcium, B vitamins and even bioflavonoids. Potassium is one of the most important minerals because it promotes cell growth and replaces dead cells. It keeps fluid in our cells. Bacteria need moisture to love, so they suck fluids from our cells, especially when we are stressed because resistance is low then. That’s one of the reasons small problems can turn into full blown illness and disease. When there’s enough potassium in our cells, it will draw moisture from the harmful bacteria instead of the harmful bacteria taking moisture from us. Where do you get potassium? Fresh fruits and vegetables, berries, sprouts, leaves, roots and apple cider vinegar. But the the part most of you will want to hear is that apple cider vinegar burns fat. …and it cleans a fatty liver (which most people have) with its main ingredient, acetic acid. Acid is also needed to absorb protein, minerals, calcium, iron, B vitamins and pretty much all of out nutrients. To help lose weight, take apple cider vinegar before each meal (like 2 teaspoons in half a glass of water) because it stimulates the thyroid and helps stomach acid. Maybe add a bit of ginger and lemon too. Wheat products on the other hand SOAK up stomach acid thus lowering it, creates potassium deficiency, high blood pressure, high blood sugar and wheat products are high glycemic. Apple cider vinegar is one of the best things you can take for cramps, eye twitching, nerve pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, constipation, stiffness- if you feel stiff or have pain, drink ACV- it helps absorb and dissolve calcium. High protein diets create waste product called GUANIDINE, which creates twitching, nerve pain, arthritis, and apple cider vinegar helps flush out that nasty guanidine. Research performed at Tokyo University in Japan, discovered that the acetic acid found in vinegars inhibits the activity of carbohydrate-digesting enzymes, including sucrase, mastase, lactase and amalase. This inhibition results in select sugars and starches passing through the digestive system without being digested, having less impact on blood sugar levels. Researchers at Arizona State University surveyed people afflicted with type 2 diabetes. They found that taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar right before bed lowered the blood sugar levels by 4 to 6 percent by the next morning. Another study led by Dr. Johnston at ASU gave subjects, some with insulin resistance and some without, 20 grams of apple cider vinegar and 40 grams of water. Results showed that the after-meal blood sugar levels of the subjects with insulin resistance was 34 percent lower when they drank apple cider vinegar. Of course not eating meat and dairy anymore and cutting out refined carbs and sugars would actually get rid of diabetes, but who wants to do that, right? People just want to take some magic stuff to make their problems go away. But apple cider vinegar is an amazing health helper for those people who really want some help cleaning up the mess they created in their bodies. You can wash your hair with it- its both shampoo and conditioner in one. That’s what I do a lot. Who needs shampoo and conditioner when you have this. It helps remove sun spots and age spots. Its great for digestive issue, allergies, sinus infections, acne, cholesterol, chronic fatigue, sore throats, memory, dermatitis and other skin problems, ear infections, dandruff, athletes foot, insect bites, weight loss, blood pressure, heart pain, it helps remove poisons, heck you can even feed it to your pets to help control fleas, ticks and give a beautiful shine to their coats! Its great for candida because acid shuts off the Candida growth gene. Of course you still have to stop eating the bread, bagels, pasta, chips and sugar! Take apple cider vinegar with water or make salad dressings with it. Drizzle it over your food. Put a spoonful in your smoothies. Try not to drink it straight because acid melts teeth, so always drink water afterwards. All kinds of books have been written about the healing powers of apple cider vinegar. I put it on everything. So… Your mission , should you choose to accept it, … is stop eating crap and start replacing it with healthy stuff. Tell your friends, share the video, thumbs up if you like this kind of stuff, leave a comment Till next time, Ciao! http://www.markusnews.com http://www.healanything.com

Annoying Eye twitch

00:09
I have this muscle spasm that I had for nearly a week it still continuing to this day. It is very annoying and it occurs every few minutes and it even makes my vision blurry from the vibration of the lower eyelid. This kind of spasm is known as a blithero spasm or eye twitch. It occurs from fatigue, stress, or lack of certain vitamins or minerals in the body.

Low Potassium Symptoms – 10 Signs You Need More of It!

05:25
http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free video guide to dietary supplements and herbal remedies! Today I'm going to share the main low potassium symptoms and what this substance really does to someone. When potassium was first discovered in the early 1800's one of its early uses was to create soap. Then it started to get used in creating fertilizer, glass, detergents, photography and it's in dietary supplements. When it comes to human health the uses for potassium are about as numerous as there are stars in the night sky. One of the massive ways the human body needs potassium is so that it can be used by muscles. This also includes the most important muscle we have and do you know what that is? It's the coronary heart. This means if a person doesn't get enough of this substance they may experience irregular heartbeats, chest pains and perhaps even a heart attack. Potassium has a role in ensuring muscles relax, so a few signs of a deficiency would be muscles that ache, cramp up and generally not feel very good. If left untreated a deficiency in this vitamin could lead to the breakdown of muscle tissues, which leads to a host of other problems like weight gain. Muscles burn more calories and that is why you don't want to lose them. Speaking of food you need muscles for that as well. If someone has problems getting enough potassium it could lead to constipation, diarrhea and stomach pains. There is one other area that muscles are needed so we can survive and do you know which area this is? The answer is the lungs. In severe cases of potassium deficiency lung paralysis can take place. These reasons alone should motivate you not to become deficient in this substance, but there are even more negative symptoms. Potassium works with sodium to control fluid build up in cells. If someone doesn't have enough potassium, fluid can build up in cells and this elevates blood pressure. High blood pressure can damage arteries leading to scarring that could make arteries more narrow, which restricts blood flow and increases the chance of a heart attack. Since cells need this substance this could lead to a number of other problems if they don't get it. These symptoms include fatigue, memory loss, nervous system problems and dizziness. Even someone's skin may also be affected which can include, dry skin, acne and blisters. To sum everything up the leading low potassium symptoms include muscle pains, digestive problems, irregular heart beats, chest pains, high blood pressure, fatigue, dizziness, memory loss and skin problems. Supplements and alternative medicine can be confusing and even harmful. Make things really simple and give your body a HUGE edge by viewing a free video guide I created at http://utahtexans.com/.

my twitching leg that never stops part 2

03:17
Here we go again. Still no diagnosis and it is getting worse and spreading to other places in my body. It is so unbelievably painful. My good friend witnessed this episode, which was a very bad one. Please excuse my language. I do not react to pain like a normal person when there are people present. I try to laugh it off. Doesn't quite work. I cannot find a new Neurologist because of the amazing insurance that I have. And I could not keep my old Neuro for the same reason, unless I paid out of pocket to see him (thanks Obama). So, until one will see me , I get better (highly unlikely) , or I lose all function in my legs, I will have to remain clueless and in pain. If someone tells me it is a vitamin/hydration deficiency one more time, I swear I am going to lose it. IT IS NOT!

How Body Stress Affects You & Where It Accumulates!

Get Dr. Berg’s Adrenal & Cortisol Relief: https://shop.drberg.com/adrenal-cortisol-regular THIS WAS FORMERLY CALLED “ADRENAL DAY FORMULA” Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Body Stress is the physical tension or residue of tightness or contraction that gets stuck in the body. But in reality, it's not something that is stuck. It is the body's reaction to stress that is stuck. The body experiences some overwhelming stress and reacts by tightening its muscles. This tightness then continues to stay tight long after the stress. This is an inappropriate body reaction. Body stress is a tightness that will not let go and relax. In other words, the body is stuck in guarding or protection mode. The body will continue to react to trauma and other stress long after the stress is gone. The body or brain has lost its control over the body part that is reacting to stress much like a house that blew a fuse. Sustained stress for a long time, overwhelming stress or a sudden shock or injury tends to create this chronic tension. Where does stress accumulate in the body?  Around the injury  Around the infection (sinus, throat, chest)  Around the heart  Around the gallbladder  Abdomen  Adrenal gland area (anterior and posterior)  Flight or fight area (in the mid-back)  Upper neck area to back of skull  Under the clavicle area  Areas of over strain (feet, back, etc.) Body Stress is form of body protection. The body is stopping motion so as to avoid getting hurt again. If you pull your muscle, the body will then, afterwards, protect the muscle by keeping it contracted or tight. Of course, this only has a short term benefit. There is no long term benefit. It's an inappropriate action because the danger is long gone. Acupressure is our tool of removing inappropriate body tension (stress). Chronic stress from multiple injuries, emotional upsets and losses, pregnancies or infections or even sustained environmental stress over time can accumulate in the body. Physical body stress can be measured through our testing. Over time, as stress accumulates, it can create all sorts of health problems including extra weight gain. The adrenal hormone called cortisol has as one of its functions to store fat in the belly and is triggered by stress. Hypocalcemia

00:36
Neural hyperexcitability due to acute hypocalcemia causes smooth and skeletal muscle contractions. In addition, patients may appear confused or disoriented and may exhibit signs of dementia or overt psychosis. Irritability, confusion, hallucinations, dementia, extrapyramidal manifestations, and seizures may occur. In this case, Test for the Trousseau sign by placing a blood pressure cuff on the patient’s arm and inflating to 20 mm Hg above systolic blood pressure for 3-5 minutes. This increases the irritability of the nerves, and a flexion of the wrist and metacarpal phalangeal joints can be observed with extension of the interphalangeal joints and adduction of the thumb (carpal spasm). The Trousseau sign is more specific than the Chvostek sign but has incomplete sensitivity.
Vitamin B12 Deficiency Symptoms || Vegan Nutrition Q&A

05:08
One nutrient that vegans in particular need to supplement is B12, although vegetarians and meat eaters may need to supplement as well. SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/1fNLSVx VEGAN NUTRITION Q&A playlist ▹ bit.ly/vegan-nutrition-tips-playlist VIT B12 SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ib6FqReK5pg Can you get B12 from dirt: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQgIhQF8GgU Your body stores an extra supply of it, so it can take up to 2 years for any vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms to creep up on you. You risk permanent damage to your nervous system and brain if you let this one get too far though, so be on the lookout for those symptoms. Early Vitamin B12 Deficiency Symptoms: Unusual fatigue Faulty digestion No appetite Nausea Loss of menstruation Tingling hands and feet (start of serious deficiency) If you don't get levels back up from there, it can result in permanent nerve damage and get very serious, causing blindness or deafness. Also, homocysteine levels will be high (risk factor for heart disease, stroke and complications during pregnancy) long before any of the early vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms show up. If children don't get enough B12 during childhood, their levels can be corrected but the period where they didn't have enough can have permanent effects on their brain and nerve functions. Maintaining your own B12 levels while breastfeeding is crucial. You can be tested for B12 deficiency by your doctor, and the most accurate method of testing is a urine or blood test called a Methylmalonic Acid test (MMA). It can detect deficiency much earlier and much more accurately than the standard blood test most doctors use to test for serum cobalamin levels and pernicious anemia. If you're seeing vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms, or show low levels in a blood test, the obvious solution is to raise B12 levels. Depending on how low your levels are, go for any or all of the following: - supplements (my recommendations here: http://bit.ly/vit-B12) - fortified foods (nut/grain milks, cereals, certain nutritional yeasts) - B12 injections (done by a doctor, for severe deficiency or people who aren't absorbing B12 through digestion) Have you ever noticed any of these symptoms in yourself? What causes excessive blinking of eyes? - Dr. Samina F Zamindar

03:01
The commonest cause of excessive blinking of the eyes is dryness in the eyes. This is the way in which the eyes are telling you that they are thirsty. They need some more tears because with every blink, a new consignment of tears flows into your eyes and it nourishes the cornea. Why does the cornea needs nourishment by tears? Yes, it does need nourishment only by tears because the cornea does not have any blood supply. Well my friends, didn’t you always think that only when you cry, tears roll down? No. There is always a layer of tears in the eye which nourishes the cornea and whatever reason it might be, which causes a depletion of tear film, your eyes need to blink again and again to see that your cornea gets nourished, because the cornea of the eye is the most important structure of the eye and a very important role it plays to give you clear vision. This being said, I would like to now say that there are other causes also of recurrent blinking of the eyes, for example, any allergy of the eyes or any irritant entering into your eyes because this is the only way in which the eye can get that out. So many times in my practice, I see children who come with the complaint that they are blinking very often. Parents get really worried. After I have done a complete thorough check up of their eyes, and I don’t find any reason for their excessive blinking, then the most commonest reason would be an attention seeking behavior. This child is feeling neglected. And he or she wants the attention of their parent. Well, then we are talking about a deep psychological problem for which a counselor as to be enrolled. Some children who have a refractive error, that means they need to wear spectacles to see clearly, they come to us with a complaint of excessive blinking. So when we examine them, we find out that they might need to wear a glass and soon as we give them the correct refractive correction, in the form of spectacles, the blinking disappears.

Calcium Deficiency Symptoms

07:05
http://www.glutenfreesociety.org/gluten-free-food-sources/max-digest/ultra-cal-mag-gluten-free-calciummagnesium-supplementation/ Nutritional deficiency is a common side effect of gluten sensitivity. Often times patients going on the diet fail to improve because of long term vitamin and mineral deficiencies caused by years of food induced gastrointestinal damage. The problem with this phenomenon is that many patients go gluten free and still continue to have health issues yet their doctor fails to properly evaluate and monitor nutritional status. Calcium deficiency is one of these more common nutritional deficiencies. Causes and Consequences of Calcium Deficiency Click on picture to enlarge... Low Calcium Levels Contribute to Disease There are many medical conditions linked to calcium deficiency. The following list are some of the more common symptoms and side effects: Early bone loss (osteopenia) Muscle spasms and cramps (especially night time calf cramping) Heart palpitations Depression Fatigue Joint pain High Blood pressure Hormone abnormalities Blood clotting problems Gum disease Headaches The above problems are often times medicated before a doctor performs the proper nutritional evaluation. Keep in mind that serum calcium levels are not an accurate representation of calcium stores within the body. Too Much Calcium Can Also Be a Problem Calcium is a very commonly used nutritional supplement. Many doctors instruct their female patients to take calcium as a preventative for bone loss. Without monitoring and checking calcium, taking too much can contribute to many problems. Therefore; it is not recommended to take excessive calcium without need. Some symptoms of too much calcium include: Confusion Fatigue Irritability Constipation Magnesium and iron loss Heart Arrhythmia Kidney damage Drugs That Interfere with Calcium There are a number of prescription medications that can interfere with calcium absorption or metabolism. It is not the single or short term use of medication that one has to worry about, but taking some of the following medications long term (6 months or greater) can interfere with this mineral. Examples include: Corticosteroids -- these are commonly used for control of pain and inflammation. Some steroids are used to treat chronic fatigue, chronic muscle pain, and inflammatory joint pain. Additionally, some steroids are used in the treatment of asthma. Antacid medications -- these drugs are commonly used to treat gastric reflux, heartburn, and indigestion. Examples include Nexium, Tagamet, Tums, and Rolaids. These prescription and over the counter medications suppress and interfere with stomach acid production. Calcium requires acid to be absorbed properly. Sometimes people take Tums with calcium to as a calcium supplement. I have had patients whose doctors actually recommended this! Bad advice -- Don't take antacids for a source of dietary calcium. Foods High In Calcium Despite popular belief, milk and dairy products are not a necessity for calcium in the diet. Foods rich in calcium are kale, broccoli, turnip greens, mustard greens, collards, figs, salmon, sardines, arugula, spinach, kelp, bone marrow and broth, and citrus fruits. High Quality Gluten Free Calcium When you have the need for calcium supplementation, you have to be careful not to take excessive calcium without magnesium, because doing so can contribute to magnesium deficiency. Additionally, it is important to ensure that your vitamin D levels are normal as calcium absorption is low when vitamin D is deficient. Many supplements have been found to contain gluten cross contamination.

Vitamin D helps you absorb and use calcium properly, and the lack of both calcium and vitamin D will weaken the structure of your bones. Researchers are also starting to link vitamin D deficiency with all kinds of health problems and diseases. SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/1fNLSVx VEGAN NUTRITION Q&A playlist ▹ bit.ly/vegan-nutrition-tips-playlist Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms: muscle weakness pain in ribs, spine, legs muscle cramps rickets, insomnia nearsightedness malformation of bones Since these aren't the most specific symptoms, getting a blood test done to see your actual levels is a good idea. Then you can come up with a strategy for getting enough vitamin D, which might include getting some daily sunshine and taking a supplement. If you take a vitamin D supplement (which I think it a great idea, and I have a recommendation for you here: http://bit.ly/supplements-for-vegans), this is one vitamin that can build up in your body and cause issues if you take too much. You'll also want to be aware of the symptoms that happen with too much vitamin D. Monaural - Pure - Muscle System - 324HZ

"Skeletal muscle: This type of muscle creates movement in the body. There are more than 600 skeletal muscles, and they makes up about 40 percent of a person’s body weight. When the nervous system signals the muscle to contract, groups of muscles work together to move the skeleton. These signals and movements are nearly involuntary, yet they do require conscious effort. However, humans do not need to concentrate on individual muscles when moving. Cardiac muscle: Cardiac muscle is involuntary muscle. This type makes up the walls of the heart and creates the steady, rhythmic pulsing that pumps blood through the body from signals from the brain. This muscle type also creates the electrical impulses that produce the heart’s contractions, but hormones and stimuli from the nervous system can also affect these impulses, such as when your heart rate increases when you’re scared. Smooth muscle: Smooth muscle makes up the walls of hollow organs, respiratory passageways, and blood vessels. Its wavelike movements propel things through the bodily system, such as food through your stomach or urine through your bladder. Like cardiac muscle, smooth muscle is involuntary and also contracts in response to stimuli and nerve impulses. Muscle movement happens when neurological signals produce electrical changes in muscle cells. During this process, calcium is released into the cells and brings about a short muscle twitch. Problems with the junction between the cells — called a synapse — can lead to neuromuscular diseases. Muscle pain is a common issue that can signal numerous problems, even if it’s something as simple as overuse. Some muscular disorders and conditions that affect muscles include: Muscle pain, Sprains and strains, Bruising, Cramping, Myopathy, Muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, Fibromyalgia, Multiple sclerosis Proper nutrition and exercise is important to keeping all muscles healthy, whether they are cardiac, smooth, or skeletal." It is advised that you drink pure water with every session. This is a measure taken to prevent dehydration and to optimize effectiveness. Take the time to select a low, comfortable volume. Headphones are not required. Although they are recommended because a majority of laptop/mobile speakers can skew the frequency and you will not get a pure sine wave, or isochronic tone. My twitching leg that never stops

I have seen dozens of doctors and they tell me this is in my head. Until I started recording it. Still no diagnosis. It's not a vitamin deficiency either. Very painful. The "Morse code" never stops. Been on dozens of different medications, all of which made it worse.
