Natural Remedies For Dry Eyes

04:11
FREEBIES: http://liveyourdreamswithemily.com Do you suffer from dry eyes? There are many different causes, but no matter the cause, the two natural remedies for dry eyes that I recommend here have worked for me. UPDATE: One of the best things for dry eyes is to get yourself on a vitamin C supplement, preferably Ester C (more bioavailable than other kinds and never irritates the stomach/gut). Why? Because next to vitamin A, one of the top nutrients needed by the eyes is vitamin C! Bet you didn't know that, did you? I sure didn't until I started digging. After I started taking 2-3 500 mg capsules of Ester-C a day, my eyes began to make tears on their own again after about a week! Amazing! Still, if you need instant relief, the products I recommend in the video will help short term. Long term, the best thing is vitamin C and a whole-foods, plant-based diet.

The Miracle Fatty Acid Remedy For Dry Eyes - Dr. Alan Mandell D.C.

03:29
Dry eye becomes more common as a person ages. The problem develops when the eye cannot maintain a healthy coating of tears. Dry eye can be caused by hormonal changes brought on by menopause. There are a number of other causes. These include a dry environment or workplace (such as wind or air conditioning); sun exposure, smoking or secondhand smoke exposure; or cold or allergy medicines. Studies suggest consuming omega-3 fatty acid supplements may also provide relief. Omega-3 oils appear to improve function in the eye’s meibomian glands, which produce the oily part of tears. Improved function of those glands can ease dry eye symptoms.

7 Natural Remedies To Treat Dry Eye Syndrome That Can Work Effectively

04:19
The eyes are one of the most important organs of the body which enable vision, we all know that. So, you would also know that keeping your eyes safe and healthy is of utmost importance. So, if you are someone who travels in the polluted air often or uses gadgets like the computer or phone on a daily basis, especially for long hours, then you could be putting the health of your eyes at risk. Now, if you have been experiencing dryness or irritation of the eyes lately, you could be suffering from a condition known as 'dry eyes syndrome', which is rather common in most working people and students today. Dry eyes can be best described as a condition in which the tear glands are unable to produce enough moisture for your eyes, making your eyes dry and irritable. Also, the tear ducts may become inflamed, further worsening the symptoms of dry eyes. 'Dry eyes' is a condition that cannot be cured; however, its symptoms can be treated to reduce the irritation. Dry eyes can affect any person, regardless of age or gender; however, it is seen more commonly in professionals who work with computers, and in post-menopausal woman and people who are exposed to excess pollution. Some of the main symptoms of dry eyes include dryness in the eyes, redness, itching, irritation, inflammation, sensitivity to light, watery eyes, stinging sensation, etc. Doctors usually prescribe artificial tear drops or eye lubricants that can help keep your eyes moisturised, but these drops are said to work only temporarily and may not be of much help in the long run. So, here are a few natural remedies to treat 'dry eye syndrome' that can work effectively! 1. Tea Bags Placing wet tea bags on your eyes, every day for at least 10-15 minutes can treat dry eyes, as the antioxidants present in tea can stimulate tear ducts to produce more moisture. 2. Almond Oil Rubbing a few drops of almond oil, gently on the eye lids, before going to bed can also help lubricate the tissues of the eyes naturally, thus treating ‘dry eyes syndrome' effectively. 3. Castor Oil Castor oil is rich in vitamin E and antioxidants, so rubbing a few drops of this oil over your eye lids and leaving it on overnight can also help reduce eye dryness and inflammation. 4. Lavender Essential Oil Mix a few drops of lavender essential oil in a bowl of water, dip a cotton ball in this solution, apply it on your eyes and leave it on for 30 minutes. The antioxidants in this solution can help your eyes regain their moisture. 5. Tamarind Seeds Soak ½ a bowl of tamarind seeds in water and leave it on for some time. Now, strain this solution and collect just the water in a bowl. Apply this potion on to your eyes and leave it on for 10 minutes. This solution can also treat dry eyes and reduce dark circles. 6. Potato Slice 2 thin pieces of a potato, after soaking it in water. Place a slice on each eye. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Potato also contains enzymes that can cool your eyes and reduce dryness. 7. Aloe Vera Aloe vera is also rich in vitamin E and antioxidants, which can reduce eye dryness and inflammation, so applying fresh aloe vera pulp on your eyes can also help. Meibomian Gland Dysfunction and Evaporative Dry Eye

02:36
Meibomian Gland Dysfunction and Evaporative Dry Eye, Lipiflow treatment. There are two main forms of Dry Eye disease. Are you treating the right one? Meibomian Gland Dysfunction or Evaporative Dry Eye is a real disease that can affect vision and quality of life. If left untreated, the disease can worsen. Unfortunately, the underlying cause of dry eye disease has been difficult to identify and treat effectively -- leaving sufferers frustrated and unable to find long-term relief for dry eye symptoms. Now, with breakthrough technology, it's possible to treat a root cause of Evaporative Dry Eye: a blockage of eyelid glands called Meibomian Gland Dysfunction. These blocked eyelid glands result in a deficiency in the tear film oil, which is responsible for preventing the tears from evaporating too quickly. This condition results in dry eye discomfort that can affect the ability to lead a normal lifestyle. If you have blocked eyelid glands and Evaporative Dry Eye, there's a clinically-proven treatment performed in your doctor's office that has the potential to help reduce your dry eye discomfort by treating a root cause of the problem. As many as 86% of patients with Dry Eye symptoms have Meibomian Gland Dysfunction With the recent introduction of the LipiView®, physicians now have a new tool to observe the tear film on the surface of your eye using digital images. A LipiView image of the tear film can be captured during a non-invasive in-office exam that takes about 5 minutes. The tear film can be seen as an array of colors called specular observations that are relected when a controlled light source is directed towards the front surface of the eye. Effective treatment. With LipiFlow®, treat the cause of Evaporative Dry Eye Treatment of Evaporative Dry Eye involves relieving obstructions of blocked eyelid glands by applying a combination of localized heat therapy and pressure. Previous approaches, such as the use of warm compresses, can be inconvenient and of limited effectiveness. The LipiFlow® Thermal Pulsation System is used by your doctor to apply a heat and pressure therapy to adults that experience chronic cystic conditions of the eyelids including Meibomian Gland Dysfunction, also known as Evaporative Dry Eye. The LipiFlow® System is a significant technological shift in evaporative dry eye treatment, effectively relieving blockage of the eyelid glands during an in-office treatment. Opening the blocked eyelid glands allows the body to resume the natural production of lipids (oils) needed for the tear film. The LipiFlow® Thermal Pulsation System is a clinically-proven procedure that can be performed right in your doctor's office. In a clinical study, most patients (79%) who had the LipiFlow® treatment reported improvement of their dry eye symptoms within four weeks. The average total Meibomian gland score for patients who received a single LipiFlow® treatment more than doubled from 6.3 ± 3.5 at the baseline to 16.7 ± 8.7 at 4 weeks. The increase in the average total meibomian score indicates an increase in the number of glands secreting and a higher quality of gland secretions as compared to before LipiFlow treatment.

DRY EYES , 7 Medications That Can Cause Dry Eyes. COMMON MEDICATIONS THAT CAUSE DRY EYE ARE PRESCRIPTION DRUGS CAUSING YOUR DRY EYE SYMPTOMS? Surveys estimate that 4 in 5 American’s take one or more prescription medications a day. Medications that contain an exhausting list of potential side effects including the common symptoms of dry eye disease; itchy, burning, dry, red eyes. Is it possible one of your prescription drugs be causing your dry eye symptoms? Below we are going to explore the four types of prescription medications that are commonly known to cause or contribute to dry eye symptoms. ANTIHISTAMINES & NASAL DECONGESTANT SPRAYS Antihistamines are used as a common treatment for allergy and cold symptoms. Some of the most common types of antihistamines include Allegra, Benadryl, and Claritin. While these medicines are effective for relieving sinus pressure and nasal congestion, they also reduce the tear film keeping our eyes hydrated, causing dryness and redness. If you need to use antihistamines or nasal decongestant spray, and find yourself experiencing dry eye symptoms, add Moist Heat Therapy to your treatment regimen. BLOOD PRESSURE-LOWERING DRUGS WebMD recently reported that nearly 30% of Americans have high blood pressure. This is an alarming number of individuals potentially taking Diuretics, Beta Blockers, and other blood pressure-lowering drugs. These medications are intended to remove excess water and sodium from your body—and by doing so—reduce the stimulus to the tear glands causing dryness and inflammation. If you believe blood pressure medication could be causing your dry eye symptoms, try applying a warm eye compress 1-2 times a day to encourage natural tear production and reduce inflammation. ANTIDEPRESSANT & PARKINSON’S MEDICATIONS Any prescription medication with a nerve-inhibiting quality has the potential to cause dry eye symptoms. Antidepressants, Psychosis, and Parkinson’s Medications block the transmission of certain nerve impulses and can intercept signals from the brain to produce tears and keep eye adequately hydrated. Patients using these medications and experiencing the symptoms of dry eye can add Moist Heat Therapy to their daily routines to stimulate natural tear production and moisture dry, itchy eyes. HORMONE REPLACEMENT AND ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES One study found that women taking a hormone replacement, particularly, estrogen, are significantly more likely to experience the symptoms of dry eye. While the correlation between hormones and dry eye remains unclear, it is statistically more likely that women taking these types of medications will develop the early symptoms dry eye disease. Moist Heat Therapy can help relieve pain and discomfort caused by dry, itchy eyes.

Why Choose PRN for Dry Eye Treatment | Dr Thomas Harvey

02:38
http://www.thomasharveymd.com/ Our experience with the PRN nutraceuticals has been extremely positive. For the longest time our group was very cautious and recommending Omega-3 supplementation in the form of fish oil simply because there was a lot of bad product out there on the market. Concerns about mercury, contamination with unwanted preservatives as well as ineffective results made us really hesitant to prescribe it for our patients. As time has gone out and we've really seen great results come out of the PRN studies that have shown that basically Dry Eye can be treated from a systemic standpoint instead of flooding now with eyedrops. Of course artificial tears and other topical anti-inflammatories have an important role but we want to whenever possible get to the root of the problem. The most impressive thing about the PRN nutraceuticals for Dry Eye is that they have a real effect in minimal dosing such that small volume can have a big effect. That's probably due to the formulation that is made this this vitamin so effective. There's a triglyceride that is used instead of a Ethylesther which is typically found in those that are bought over the counter. The triglyceride form is not really require conversion by the body to reach an effect in its target site, so it's easier for the body to deal with and it does result in a quicker more impressive effect. This has been studied and I can remember the very first time that I heard about this was actually a one of our national eye meetings and it was it was a dramatic improvement over the study control omega-3 supplementation. In the time since we've been prescribing PRN we've seen patients really improve and need less topical medication and over-the-counter artificial tears. I myself started taking it about four months ago and what I've noted is a dramatic decrease in the need for taking Aleve or naproxen or ibuprofen motrin for my knees which tend to ache after I play tennis so this is something that is not an imaginary fact this is really resulting in in what I believe is whole body anti-inflammatory effect. The most important topic that we bring up with patients is that they must give it time to work because it's not an instantaneous effect, so they need to be on it for a few weeks before really measuring its result in their own minds and bodies. But this stuff actually is worth the money. Thomas Harvey MD is an eye surgeon, specializing in cornea surgery, cataract surgery, and vision correcting refractive surgery. How to Use Castor Oil to Remove Cataracts and Improve Vision Naturally at Home

05:19
How to Use Castor Oil to Remove Cataracts and Improve Vision Naturally at Home !! According to certain statistics from the American Academy of Ophthalmology, there are as many as 24.4 million individuals above the age of 40 who have cataracts. And this only in the USA! Anyone would love to know how to naturally remove a cataract, right? That’s why we’d like to show you an alternative treatment, in which you will learn to do just that! Are you ready to know what it is? Watch on and you will. Some Basic Information Even though cataracts are most commonly a health issue among the elderly, in recent times more and more young individuals are being diagnosed with this condition. This is all “thanks” to their improper daily diets and overall unhealthy lifestyle, such as smoking, for instance. The main two reasons for this degenerative eye condition are free radical damage and oxidative damage. It is the clouding in one’s eye which results in poor and foggy vision, particularly at night. There may even be some cases where cataracts lead to blindness over time. Scientists explain that the risk of cataracts is heightened by insufficient levels of antioxidants. The good news in all of this is that one can either delay or completely avoid cataract surgery by maintaining their glutathione levels high. This is the most crucial antioxidant in our bodies. The math here is simple: any food which is high in antioxidants can help us naturally treat and avoid cataracts, as well as any other vision problems. How to Remove Cataracts without Surgical Procedures Even though for cataracts at an advanced stage, surgery seems to be the best treatment option, for cataracts still in an early stage, one should stock up on several natural ingredients which may very well help dissolve them. One ingredient happens to be castor oil. It has many uses other than helping eliminate cataracts. It can also treat farsightedness and nearsightedness, dry eyes, conjunctivitis and even macular degeneration related to age. Once one realizes that the main reason for most eye problems is oxidation, one would know the best way to prevent such problems from ever occurring in the first place is to reach out towards antioxidant-abundant foods. Practitioners of holistic health are well aware of this. They have been using castor oil (which is rich in antioxidants) to reverse cataracts, improve vision, and much more. But you need to be extra cautious not to use the wrong kind, which may have adverse effects on your eyes and health. And What Is The Right Type? The 100% pure, organic, hexane-free, cold-pressed castor oil is your best option. Make sure to obtain it from a reliable source. It should come in a dark glass bottle with a drop applicator already included. When and How to Use Castor Oil There’s no philosophy here. Simply add one drop of this organic, pure castor oil directly into the affected eye. You should do this once a day, and the best period is before going to bed, as castor oil may make your vision slightly blurry. Apply the oil, close your eyes and let it work its magic while you sleep. And if you find crusts at the corners of your eyes the following morning, don’t panic. This is due to the calcification process and is completely normal. Simply wash your eyes with clean, warm water. Conclusion There are plenty of those who have already tried this method. Most of them claim to have witnessed results even after just one application. Others claimed their vision kept getting better and better each time. Some claim their vision was restored within just a few weeks; others claim it took them three months. It’s a rather individual thing, depending on your specific eye condition. Try doing this three nights in a row. If by the end of this period there is no result, simply stop. Castor oil is harmless, but it may not suit the issue you are currently having concerning your eyes. Whatever you do, dear readers, always take good care of your eye health, and overall health in general. We wish you success with this natural holistic treatment.

The Role of Omega-3's in Dry Eye. Video 3 in Dr. Zigler's Dry Eye Series by Eye Love

03:05
www.dryeyecommunity.com In the previous lesson, we discussed that one cause of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) is qualitative changes in glandular secretion. We discussed that the oil produced for the eye has decreased in quality leading to eye irritation and dryness. In today’s lesson we will be talking about ways to create a better oil in the glands, which will result in a better oil being released onto the eye. Diet plays a crucial role in the oil production of the glands. A diet higher in omega-6 fatty acids (your typical Western, American diet) will produce lower quality oils and increase inflammation, which both lead to more dryness and eye irritation. Americans obtain an excess of omega-6s through their consumption of beef, dairy, vegetable shortening and cooking oils (i.e. hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pizza, ice cream, potato chips, etc.). According to Srinivasan, intake ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids ideally should be 1:4. However, the ratio is typically 1:10–30 in a diet typical of developed countries. YIKES! We need to make a drastic change to this and increase our omega-3 fatty acids, while also limiting our omega-6. In numerous studies, a high intake of omega-3 to omega-6 resulted in decreased dry eye symptoms. Omega-3 fatty acids decrease inflammation on the eye and help your glands produce better oil. This will lead to fewer dryness symptoms and more comfort throughout the day if taken on a regular basis. Omega-3 - increase consumption of the following Fish (Salmon, Sardines, Shrimp) Flaxseed and Chia Seed Walnuts Omega-6 - decrease consumption of the following Beef Vegetable Shortening (Margarine, Corn Oil) Dairy (Ice Cream, Cheese) Pizza…. Bummer To take advantage of the benefits of high omega-3 to omega-6 ratios, supplementation with oral compounds has become favorable. With this being said, we prescribe Eye Love’s Omega-3 Dry Eye Formula to our patients in our clinic. Our Dry Eye Formula has been proven to help eliminate eye dryness, burning, and itching. 7 Common Causes of Chronic Dry Eyes

05:37
7 Common Causes of Chronic Dry Eyes 1. You Have an Autoimmune Disorder Studies show that chronic dry eye can be a symptom of several autoimmune disorders—such as scleroderma, lupus, Sjögren’s Syndrome, Grave’s disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. For example, research from Michigan University’s Kellog Eye Center, report that Grave’s disease is a type of thyroid disorder that can impact the muscles and tissues around the eye, including the tear ducts, resulting in decreased tear production. 2. Vitamin Deficiency The Mayo Clinic links dry eyes to a nutritional deficiency—namely a vitamin A deficiency. This just goes to show how important diet is to overall health, including ocular health. Vitamin A rich food sources include sweet potatoes, leafy greens, broccoli, pumpkin, and carrots can help maintain the natural health and lubrication of the eyes. Upping your intake of omega-3 fatty acids can also help encourage natural eye lubrication and relieve red, itchy, dry eyes. 3. Contact Lens Wearer? Many long-term contact lens wearers will gradually develop dry eyes over the course of use. Research from Patient.info suggests that long-term wearing of contact lenses can interfere with the natural layer of tears that coats and protects the surface of the eyes. Contact lenses can lead to the evaporation of this natural layer of lubrication, causing the eyes to feel dry and gritty. Contact lens wearers can combat dry eyes by swapping out lenses for glasses regularly, or by opting for a more moisturizing pair of disposable contact lenses. 4. Excessive Screen Time You wake up and check your email and social media on your smartphone, you work 8-hours pinned to your computer screen, and you return home to dinner in front of the television. Well, little surprise that you suffer from dry eyes. Excessive screen time can significantly lower how often you blink your eyes, and blinking is the naturally way your eyes re-lubricate with a secretion of tears, mucus, and natural oils. 5. Prescription and Over-the-Counter Medications If you take any medications, either prescription or over-the-counter, your doctor of pharmacist likely went over the long list of side effects with you. Dry eyes are a common side effect because medications will often impact natural tear production. Many medications can lead to dry eyes, however, most notably are antihistamines, decongestants, antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds, sleeping pills, diuretics, blood pressure drugs, and painkillers. If you’re eyes are dry due to a new medication, talk to your doctor about an appropriate alternative. 6. Age Related Dry Eye As we age, the body begins to gradually decline. And since I passed 40, you bet I’m staring to really comprehend what that means. The eyes, along with the rest of the body, also experience the byproducts of aging. Janet Cushing, OD, clinical optometrist with Madison’s University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health, explains that with age, the tear ducts can suffer inflammation and produce less tears. Cushing says this is common with age and that roughly 30-percent of individuals over 50-years of age experience chronic dry eye as a result. 7. Corrective Eye or Eyelid Surgery If you’ve considered LASIK surgery to correct your vision, or if you’ve undergone eyelid surgery, dry eye can be a common side effect, along with poor night vision (halos and blurred vision in dark). Folks who undergo corrective eye or eye lid surgeries can experience dry eyes for up to six months following their surgery. The Ophthalmic Consultants of Vermont explain that during the LASIK procedure nerves are cut in the anterior cornea to create a flap, which can decrease normal corneal sensitivity and create a subtle sensation of dryness that stimulates tearing up and blinking. These same nerves trigger the production of tears. Post-surgery the eyes may not tear or blink normally so the use of artificial tears is recommended until new nerves and sensation rejuvenates in the cornea.

Symptoms of Eye Floaters and How To Treat Eye Floaters

06:36
Learn How To Get Rid of Eye Floaters Naturally and Permanently Within 2 Weeks. We Will Show You "The 100% Proven Method To Cure Eye Floaters Without Surgery". CLICK HERE ►►http://www.EyeFloatersSolution.betterhealthguidelines.com/Main ************************************************** Eye floaters is the commonly used term to denote a medical condition of the eye called myodesopsia, myiodeopsia or myodeopsia. The affected person sees spots, strings or cobwebs of different shapes and sizes, that float around in his/her field of vision. These things, called eye floaters do not exist outside the eyes, but are seen by the affected person, due to the eye condition called myodesopsia. This condition is mostly caused by age-related factors, but sometimes, young people too get affected by this condition. While some experience one or a few eye floaters, some others complain about hundreds, in a single eye. It may also happen that floaters are seen in one of the eyes or both. The number, size and shape of the floaters may vary from one eye to the other and from the eye of one person to another. The color of these floaters are found to be gray or dark and are more apparent when the person looks at bright light. * Causes of Eye Floaters : The most common cause for eye floaters is the age-related changes inside the eye. Objects in the field of vision reflect light rays, which are focused into the retina. This enables us to see. The light rays have to pass through the vitreous humor (a jelly-like substance that is found in the back portion of the eye), before reaching the retina. This vitreous humor contains numerous fine fibers, which are attached to the retina. With age, the vitreous humor shrinks in size and may get detached from the inner surface of the eyeball. In such cases, it may form small lumps of different sizes and shapes. In some people, the vitreous humor may be like fine strings. These lumps or strings, sometimes partially block the passage of light rays to the retina, causing shadows in the vision. It has been observed that this condition develops gradually, but, some people experience a sudden onset of symptoms. In some severe cases, the shrinking fibers in the vitreous humor may cause displacement of the retina and may affect the vision. In such cases, immediate medical attention is needed. While age is the most common cause, others include, complication of diabetes, pregnancy and trauma of the eye. * Symptoms of Eye Floaters : The symptoms include small objects of different shape appearing in your vision. These objects move, appear, and disappear slowly. They move as you move your eyes and are most noticeable against a plain bright background. These backgrounds include a bright wall, the sky, computer screen, etc. * Treatment Options For Eye Floaters : Many times, it becomes a nuisance to have spots and specks floating around your eyes. Thus, many people seek some kind of eye floaters cure. These floaters generally fade with time and become less irritating. Generally, one does not require any kind of treatment. However, if the eye floaters are hampering and interfering with ones vision, the doctor may advice 'vitrectomy'. This is a surgical procedure that uses a hollow needle to withdraw the vitreous humor from the eye. Saline liquid is used to replace the vitreous humor. However, this surgery may lead to other complications like retinal detachment or cataract. Surgery is advised only in very rare cases and carried out by a few immensely experienced ophthalmology surgeons. If the floaters are not an indication of a serious complication and surgery is out of the question, then the only eye floaters cure is getting used to it. The more you become used to seeing these eye floaters, the less will you notice them. The doctor may advice you with some eye drops and herbal remedies that will help reduce their appearance. Speak to your doctor regarding your condition and learn to deal with them positively. You should maintain proper eye care and eat a healthy diet to avoid eye problems. Also find ways to reduce your stress. This will help in countering the problem to a certain extent. This was some information related to eye floaters treatment. These are harmless spots most of the time and they appear and disappear on their own. If you suddenly begin to 'see' a 'sea' of eye floaters, remember, you need to meet your doctor straightaway. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaMOx5EbvEI

GET RID OF EYE FLOATERS | Natural Treatment For Floaters In The Eyes

01:45
How to GET RID OF FLOATERS IN THE EYE naturally? Learn easy, safe & effective eye floaters treatments that work. What are floaters:- Eye floaters appear as small moving objects in the field of vision specially while looking at a plain or bright background (like the sky). These eye floaters appear as black dots or lines or thread like strands or ring shaped. Most of the times they do not interfere with the sight but occasionally if the floater is large it may cast subtle shadow over vision. Eye floaters are caused by a protein called collagen. The eye is filled with a gel like substance called vitreous humor. Over the time this vitreous and collagen fibres shrink and shred and float around in the vitreous gel and are thus called as floaters. * Floaters can be caused due to various reasons like: • aging • eye injury • eye disease In Chinese medicine it is also said that the congestion in kidney, liver and colon can contribute to the development of eye floaters. Those with diabetes can develop eye floaters because of weak capillaries in eyes which could leak blood causing clots. Stress is also said to be a major factor leading to floaters in the eye. Excessive exposure to TV and computer screen causes stress to eyes which can lead to formation of eye floaters. People with near nearsightedness are also more likely to develop these floaters. A sudden increase in the number of floaters is a cause of concern and requires immediate attention. Some home remedies can help in decreasing the eye floaters but if floaters are accompanied by loss of side vision or flashes of light then they need to be checked as these symptoms can be caused by retinal detachment, retinal tear, eye tumors or internal bleeding of the eye. In addition to these kinds of floaters are also observed during the migraine headaches. How To Get Rid Of Eye Floaters Naturally? * Here are some home remedies which can help eye floaters treatment:- 1) Green Tea For Eye Floater Removal The best way to reduce eye floaters is to drink a cup of green tea every morning. Green tea is high in antioxidants which strengthen the retinal tissue and hence improves vision. 2) Antioxidants For Eye Floater Removal Take a few walnuts, add a tea spoon of honey and eat this daily. 7 Common Causes of Chronic Dry Eyes

05:25
