Groundbreaking Study This Common Vitamin Deficiency May Be Causing A Diabetes Epidemic

04:35
Historic Study This Common Vitamin Deficiency May Be Causing A Diabetes Epidemic. You might need to top off on more sweet potatoes, butternut squash and those dull verdant greens; an absence of vitamin A – typically found in these nourishments – could be behind sort 2 diabetes. Another investigation by New York's Weill Cornell Medical College, distributed in The Journal of Biological Chemistry, uncovered that a vitamin A lack is a potential driver of sort 2 diabetes. Truth be told, the discoveries could open the way to new medications for the condition. Connection between sort 2 diabetes and vitamin An insufficiency:. Around 95 percent of all analyzed instances of diabetes is sort 2, making it the most widely recognized type of diabetes in the United States. The condition is set apart by insulin protection, generally. That is when insulin-creating beta cells in the pancreas are not any more ready to work productively. To discover more about the connection between sort 2 diabetes and vitamin A, scientists at Weill Cornell Medical College took a gander at the beta cells of two gatherings of grown-up mice. One gathering of mice was hereditarily changed with the goal that they were not able store dietary vitamin A. The other gathering, in the interim, could store the vitamin typically from nourishments. What scientists found was that the lab mice who were not able store vitamin An additionally experienced beta cell demise. At the end of the day, the mice were not able create insulin. Vitamin A nourishments to control glucose:. In addition, when specialists expelled vitamin A from the eating methodologies of more advantageous mice, they saw that this prompted a lot of beta cell misfortune. It brought about far less insulin being created and considerably higher blood glucose levels. In any case, at whatever point analysts reestablished vitamin A to the weight control plans of the mice, beta cell and insulin generation climbed relentlessly, and blood glucose levels came back to typical. Strikingly, past investigations demonstrated that amid fetal improvement, vitamin An is essential for beta cell development. Be that as it may, it was never certain whether vitamin An assumed a similar part all through adulthood. Ordinarily, vitamin An is found in organic products, vegetables, meats and dairy items. It helps cell development, adding to better vision and a solid safe framework. There are two sorts of the vitamin: preformed vitamin An, otherwise called retinol – introduce in meat, poultry, fish and dairy items; and master vitamin An, or beta-carotene – found in various leafy foods. There is some proof to recommend excessively preformed vitamin An isn't beneficial for you, putting you at expanded hazard for hip break, and can meddle with the useful activities of vitamin D in the body. So the investigations stress vitamin A from deliver, particularly from solid sources, for example, spinach, kale, sweet potatoes and squash. Get a greater amount of these on your plate all the more frequently! Eat more greens to shield yourself from vitamin A lack:. Vitamin A lack – or VAD – happens when there's deficient vitamin A required for development, advancement and physiological capacities, also those times of stress expedited by sickness. Vitamin An invigorates the generation and action of white platelets, key to keeping your invulnerable framework running solid. Later on, a manufactured type of vitamin A may give included protection. Also, it very well might help turn around sort 2 diabetes, as indicated by Weill Cornell Medical College analysts. In any case, meanwhile, make those dim verdant greens a staple in your eating routine. Essential note from our proofreader: Specialists Reversed Diabetes in Three Weeks Universal Council for Truth in Medicine are uncovering reality about diabetes that has been smothered for more than 21 years. A year ago they helped more than 17,542 sort 2 diabetics end the requirement for physician recommended drugs, insulin infusions and glucose observing. This year they're on track to help more than 30,000. In only half a month, 96% of their patients can stop ALL diabetes drug and insulin infusions. No more neuropathy torment, pricking your finger, or the requirement for costly medicine.

B1 supports the myelin (around nerves), the endothelial layer (arteries), the retina to help your vision not to mention your kidneys. It can also effect your autonomic nervous system (sweating palms, ADD, the flight or fight system, high histamines, increase pulse rate, skin allergies, etc.) B1 deficiencies can come from: 1. Refined carbs and sugars 2. Fructose (HFCS), 3. Alcohol 4. Blood sugar conditions (diabetes, hypoglycemia) 5. Stress 6. Sulfites, 7. Diuretics 8. White rice especially 9. 11 Signs Your Body Needs More Magnesium

03:49
Magnesium is a mineral found in many types of foods, it plays an essential role in human DNA production, repair and in maintaining healthy bones, nerves and muscles. Though it is readily available, most Americans do not meet their need for magnesium through their diet. you should consider getting your magnesium level checked if you suffer the following 11 symptoms. 1. Low energy. Magnesium is involved in at least 300 different chemical reactions in our body, and a lot have to do with energy production. A sign of low magnesium can be low energy. 2.Insomnia. If you're having a hard time falling or staying asleep, it may be due to low levels of magnesium, particularly if you are experiencing a lot of stress. Stress hormones increase blood pressure and heart rate, this is partly accomplished by depleting the body of its magnesium If there isn't enough magnesium available for the body to replenish itself, sleeping becomes a problem. 3.Constipation. Bowel movements often slow down without enough magnesium in the body. note that magnesium is the main ingredient in many over-the-counter laxatives. 4.Frequent headaches. Magnesium deficiency lowers serotonin levels, causes blood vessels to constrict and affects neurotransmitter function, all related to headaches -- especially migraines. 50% of migraine sufferers have a magnesium deficiency. 5.Twitching or cramping. Because magnesium plays an important role in muscle relaxation, insufficient intake can result in unintended muscle movement. Without magnesium, our muscles would be in a constant state of contraction 6.Low bone density. Magnesium plays a major role in bone formation, and the majority of the body's magnesium is stored in the bones. People with higher intakes of magnesium have a higher bone mineral density. 7.High blood pressure. Magnesium is very important in maintaining a healthy blood pressure, a deficiency can definitely cause pressure to be too high. Eating foods high in magnesium and other minerals can help prevent high blood pressure in people with prehypertension. 8.Type 2 diabetes. Breaking down blood sugars is another of magnesium's jobs in the human body. People with higher amounts of magnesium in their diets tend to have a lower risk of developing diabetes. Research is ongoing to determine whether magnesium therapy can be used in diabetes treatment. 9.Irregular heartbeat. With low magnesium levels, the heart can have trouble staying in its regular rhythm. doctors will often prescribe magnesium supplements for patients who complain of an irregular heartbeat. 10.Increased sensitivity to noise. Not having enough magnesium curtails its role in stabilizing the nervous system, This often results in hyperflexia, an enhanced startle reflex. And 11. Depression and anxiety. Low levels of magnesium in the brain can affect neurological functions that result in all sorts of problems. Studies have shown that some phobias -- such as agoraphobia -- have developed as a result of low magnesium levels.  Please Subscribe! ▶ https://goo.gl/ksfh7M NOTE: The materials and the information contained on Natural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. The Underlying Cause of Diabetes

10:37
Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about the deeper cause of diabetes. He discusses the relation between diabetes and insulin and what you need to know about the foods you eat. What controls the balance of sugar is insulin. Insulin acts as a cellular key to allow glucose to go into the cell and another function is to lower sugar. Diabetes is a insulin deficiency. You can have a situation where the body makes too much insulin which causes your cells to ignore it. This results in diabetes. What causes insulin to increase? Too many carbohydrates and refined sugars. Protein or amino acids can cause a small increase in insulin. Adding sugar and protein will double the insulin production. Just eating in general will increase insulin. Cortisol (stress hormone) will cause increase insulin. Saturated Fats do NOT cause increase in insulin. By keeping these points in, you will be able to manage your insulin resistance and address the deeper causes of diabetes. See two successes of applying these data. A magnesium deficiency amplifies depression and stress. The feel good brain chemical known as serotonin is increased artificially by some meds is dependent on magnesium for its production and function. A person who is under stress without ample levels of magnesium can become depleted and deficient in this vital mineral which if not remedied, can linger, causing depression and further health issues. Magnesium deficiency can be an underlying cause of anxiety and depression, as determined in several clinical trials as referenced in the following: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16542786?ordinalpos=6&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_DefaultReportPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum http://george-eby-research.com/html/depression-anxiety.html Symptoms of chronic magnesium deficiency include paranoia, anxious behavior, depression, hyper-emotionality, apprehension, confusion, anger, nervousness, insomnia, and nervous fits to name a few.

Vitamin D deficiency causes Diabetes, not Obesity

00:53
New Delhi, Feb 24 (ANI): A new study has examined that people who have low levels of vitamin D are more likely to have diabetes, regardless of how much they weigh. The study found that people who have low levels of vitamin D are more likely to be obese and they also are more likely to have Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and metabolic syndrome than people with normal vitamin D levels. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and maintain bone and muscle health. The skin naturally produces this vitamin after exposure to sunlight. According t the study, vitamin D deficiency and obesity interact synergistically to heighten the risk of diabetes and other metabolic disorders. The average person may be able to reduce their risk by maintaining a healthy diet and getting enough outdoor activity.

Vitamin D Capsules For Cure Diabetes | Vitamin D And Cure Diabetes

Hi Friends, Watch ► Vitamin D Capsules For Cure Diabetes | Vitamin D And Cure Diabetes : https://goo.gl/UnZvu8 Vitamin D is believed to help improve the body's sensitivity to insulin – the hormone responsible for regulating blood sugar levels – and thus reduce the risk of insulin resistance, which is often a precursor to type 2 diabetes. ... *Note; the correct level of vitamin D varies from person to person Can vitamin D reduce blood sugar? What vitamins help regulate blood sugar? What vitamins are good for type 2 diabetes? Can vitamin D prevent diabetes? Vitamin D Therapy for Diabetes ````````````````````````````````````````````` The signs of Vitamin D deficiency can range from bone pain and muscle weakness to depression and weakened immune system, while longer-term deficiency can result in obesity, high blood pressure, psoriasis, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer and type 2 diabetes. However, most of the Western countries are deficient in Vitamin D, including many patients with Type 2 diabetes, due to limited sunlight exposure caused by a number of factors, including more time spent at home, in the office or the car, shorter days in winter, sunscreen use in summer and fears of skin cancer. Vitamin D therapy may help in the treatment of diabetes, according to the findings of a new study that was published in the Cell journal. Vitamin D, which is sometimes referred to as the sunshine vitamin, provides various health benefits such as protecting you from colds and flu. However, the latest research shows that vitamin D may also help in the fight against diabetes. Researchers from the Salk Institute wrote in the published study that one of the primary causes in the progression of type 2 diabetes is the dysfunction of beta cells in the pancreas. When these beta cells stop working, the body becomes unable to create insulin to control a person's blood sugar, allowing glucose levels to increase to dangerous levels. However, the scientists discovered that vitamin D therapy is capable of treating the damaged beta cells. Using beta cells that were created from embryonic stem cells, the researchers identified a compound named iBRD9 that worked with vitamin D to help the recovery of the beta cells. In tests on a mouse model of diabetes, the vitamin D therapy brought glucose back to normal levels in the animal subjects. The combination of the compound with vitamin D triggered the anti-inflammatory function of the beta cells' genes, helping them survive. The researchers said that no side effects were observed on the mice that received the compound. However, further testing is required before clinical trials on humans can begin. Vitamin D has previously been linked with diabetes when epidemiologists found that the lack of vitamin D gave healthy people a higher risk for diabetes. Vitamin D, which received its name as the sunshine vitamin because it is created in our skin when exposed to direct sunlight, also helps keep our bones healthy and aids in calcium and phosphorus absorption. As well as assisting glycemic control, increasing your levels of vitamin D can also helps to: Aid weight loss – studies have shown that good vitamin D status helps to reduce parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, which in the long-term may promote weight loss and reduce risk of obesity, which is a major risk factor for type 2 diabetes. Regulate appetite – vitamin D can increase your body’s levels of the hormone leptin, which controls body fat storage and triggers the sensation of satiety, giving the feeling of having eaten enough and thus lowering hunger levels. Reduce belly fat - an increase in vitamin D can help lower levels of cortisol, a stress hormone produced in the adrenal glands. Cortisol is involved in a number of important functions, including the body's response to stress and regulation of blood pressure. But higher and more prolonged levels of the hormone in the blood can lead to increased abdominal fat, which is linked to various health conditions including diabetes type 2. Insulin controls blood sugar by lowering sugar levels in the blood stream. The extra sugar will be converted to fat and cholestrol. So sugar is one of the major reasons for excess fat (obesity). Excess sugar may cause diabetes, tumors, memory problems, respiratory problems, boils, acne, high blood pressure or even cancer. Cancer cells live on sugar. Sometimes you may even need insulin injection in case the body's insulin resistance levels are not normal. Dr. Berg discusses the various health problems that occur with higher levels of insulin (insulin production) that may help you understand insulin secretion and other insulin side effects that are caused mainly due to a sudden variation in insulin production in your body. These may be cardiovascular disease, PCOD, cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, belly fat, diabetes, acne and neurodegenerative diseases. Diabetes Series - Nutritional Supplements Stave Off Diabetic Complications

03:41
Diabetes is a nutritional wasting disease. The elevated blood sugar levels that characterize diabetes cause excessive urination. The root words of diabetes mellitus come from the Greek meaning to pass through and sweet or honey. High blood sugar, whether it's caused by insufficient insulin or insulin resistance (type 1 or type 2 diabetes, respectively), overwhelms the kidneys' capacity to reabsorb glucose and all other water-soluble nutrients. Every time the blood sugar rises and urination increases, the diabetic patient loses water, magnesium, zinc, B12, B6, folic acid, and many other nutrients. Although water is replaced by drinking, nothing is done to replenish the water-soluble nutrients that are also swept out. The diabetic condition demands that these nutrients be replenished—and in large supply—to prevent the devastation that comes from nutritional deficiencies. Yet of the 15,000-plus patients with diabetes who have been treated at the Whitaker Wellness Institute since we opened in 1979, I do not recall a single one whose conventional physician had put him or her on a nutritional supplement regimen to counteract these inevitable losses. It is imperative that everyone with diabetes take a comprehensive, high-dose daily multivitamin and mineral supplement to compensate for nutritional losses. Recommended daily doses of individual nutrients are as follows: magnesium (500-750 mg), vitamin B6 (100-150 mg), vitamin B12 (200-300¬ mcg), folic acid (800-1,200 mcg), vitamin C (minimum of 1,000 mg), and vitamin E (400-800 IU). The ADA does not recommend a high carb diet, however, Dr. Berg talks about the worst advice for a diabetes. The treatment and solution continue and keep diabetes alive. The dietary recommendations from the ADA of 60% of your diet being carbohydrates keep the blood sugars high, which is the opposite thing you need to do. Then when a person takes medication, they have to prevent low blood sugars (hypoglycemia) by giving you sugar pills, which merely continues diabetes. Because high insulin also causes high blood pressure and high cholesterol, dieuretics and beta blockers are used both increasing the risk of insulin resistance not to mention taking statins, which also increase risk of diabetes, which then has a higher risk of causing heart disease. Diabetes is a disease of high sugar, so why would anyone want to increase the sugar or create insulin resistances that increases insulin. They’re telling you how to get diabetes—not avoid it. Everyone from the American Diabetes Assoc to the Food Pyramid. They’re all off. You cannot eat sugar to get rid of diabetes—no matter what they say!!! Let me tell you just how wrong the world and the very deadly cycle in conventional medicine that is causing not curing diabetes. Vitamin D Deficiency Linked to Higher Risk Of Diabetes

00:53
According to a new study, people with a vitamin D deficiency might have a greater risk of developing diabetes. Researchers at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine and Seoul National University studied 903 healthy adults without pre-diabetes or diabetes during clinic visits from 1997 to 1999. Researchers followed up with them for 10 years, to study their medical condition. Among the study participants, researchers found 47 new cases of diabetes and 337 new cases of pre-diabetes.Vitamin D is known as the "sunshine" vitamin because it's produced in your skin in response to sunlight, but it can also be received through certain foods and supplements. https://www.upi.com/Health_News/2018/04/20/Study-links-vitamin-D-deficiency-higher-diabetes-risk/3871524237294/ http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

10 Signs And Symptoms Of Magnesium Deficient You Should Not Ignore

10:31
Warning Signs of Magnesium Deficient Magnesium is the eighth most abundant mineral on earth and the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body. It is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in your body and is present in every cell type. About 50 to 60 percent of all magnesium in the body is stored in the bones and only a small amount is present in the blood. This nutrient is especially important for healthy bones, regulation of blood pressure, restful sleep, good blood circulation, proper nerve functioning, a strong immune system, heart health, muscle health, proper elimination, absorption of vitamin D and proper digestion of carbohydrates. Please note: The content provided below and elsewhere on this video is not intended nor should it be construed as providing professional medical or nutritional advice. Do not rely on information provided on this video for your health problems. instead, consult a qualified medical professional for advice. And here are 5 Common Signs of Magnesium Deficient that you should to know; 01:02 Muscle Spasms and Cramps. 02:05 Frequent Migraines 03:09 Abnormal Heart Rhythms 04:07 Anxiety, Depression and Restlessness. 05:06 Loss of Appetite. 06:03 Unexplained Fatigue and Weakness. 07:02 Rise in Blood Pressure. 08:01 Struggling for Sound Sleep. 09:08 Difficulty Concentrating and Loss of Memory. 10:01 Unpleasant Body Odor. Some early signs of magnesium deficiency include numbness and tingling, muscle cramps, and abnormal heart rhythms. Plus, it is associated with conditions like hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, insomnia, migraine, anxiety and panic attacks, and musculoskeletal conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, etc. Regular muscle spasms and cramps are also noticeable symptoms of magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is important for muscle health. It stimulates calcium re-uptake that can help maintain strong muscles and prevent cramps. It also increases the absorption of potassium, which is critical for proper muscle functioning. In addition, it helps reduce muscle pain by blocking pain receptors in the brain and nervous system. If you often experience muscle cramps, make sure to check the magnesium level in your body. Frequent muscle twitching, especially eye twitching, may also be caused by magnesium deficiency. Irregular and abnormal heart rhythms are one of the classic symptoms of low magnesium in the body. This mineral is important for proper heart functioning and supports the rhythmic heart activity. It even helps ensure proper blood circulation in the body. In addition, magnesium helps in the transport of calcium and potassium ions across cell membranes, a process that is important for normal heart rhythm. Even a mild deficiency of magnesium can cause fatigue and general weakness. You may experience lack of physical or muscle strength and find that you need to put a little extra effort into performing your regular daily activities. Magnesium plays a key role in breaking down glucose into energy, which boosts your metabolism and helps fight fatigue and weakness. In addition, this important nutrient regulates the metabolism of other minerals like calcium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, vitamin C and zinc, which help provide energy to your body. If you are prone to frequent migraine attacks, you may be deficient in magnesium . In fact, a 1989 study published in Headache: The Journal of Head and Face Pain concluded that low brain magnesium is an important factor in the mechanism of migraine attacks. Treatment of migraines during pregnancy requires great care. Magnesium may be a safer choice than powerful prescription medications. A 2012 study published in the Journal of Neural Transmission suggests that all migraine patients should be treated with magnesium. It may be helpful for treating menstrual migraines, too. Well, If you experience any of the following 5 Common Signs of Cancer in Men that I mentioned above, you should not ignore it. It’s important to tell your health care provider to have them checked by your doctor. So that the cause can be found and treated, if needed. Being proactive can lead to earlier treatment and a better outlook. Thank you for watching "5 Common Signs of Cancer in Men." Early Detection Could Save Your Life Longer. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg takes about the relationship between insulin resistance, potassium and blood pressure. Blood pressure is a potassium deficiency, not a a sodium excess. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. By spiking potassium in a pre-diabetic or a diabetic state, the need for insulin can reduce. POTASSIUM: The MOST Important Electrolyte - MUST WATCH!

Your heart, your fluid, your energy, your nutrients in and out of the cell is dependent on the sodium and potassium pump. However, potassium is the most difficult to get from the diet. High levels of cortisol (stress), insulin, sugar, diuretics, excessive salt, surgery, all can deplete potassium. However, you need between 7-10 cups of salad or veggies to get your daily requirement of 4700mg. Hey guys, Dr. Berg here. I want to do a video on the most important electrolyte. Let me explain what an electrolyte is, if you ever take salt and put it in the water and dissolve it, the sodium and chloride disconnect and they become two separate minerals and that fluid is very electrically conductive. Basically electrolytes have to do with minerals that help conduct electricity in the body. They help with a lot of different things. As far as the electrolytes, it will be like potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, chlorides, and all those minerals. Potassium out of all the electrolytes is the one that we need in a very large quantities. Why is that? Why do we need potassium in a large amount? I am talking 4,700 mg to 6,000 mg every single day and that is equivalent to 7 to 10+ cups of salad or vegetables every single day. Let’s go dig further into exactly to why we need potassium. There are something in the body called sodium-potassium pump. It is built in a little protein connected to an enzyme, it forms a whole enzyme in the surface of your cells and you will have between 8,000 to 30million of this little tiny pumps and they are little generators that generate electricity to allow things to go through the cell so it take a lot of energy, in fact the energy of 1/3 of your diet goes to running those pumps. You also have another pump in the stomach called the hydrogen potassium ATPas, it is basically another pump that is built with a potassium that allows you to create stomach acid to help you digest. This pumps are also in the muscles, nervous systems and the pumps in the nervous system used about 60% of your body’s chloric intake of energy. In other words, these pumps are really critically important in exchanging nutrition, glucose, amino acids and other minerals to allow them to transport in other cell. Potassium is essential for building the pumps to allow these functions right here, they charge the cell electrically, so your cells have a certain voltage to allow things to work and go in and out of the cell to create different energy. In fact your energy that you have that controls your metabolism is controlled partly by these little pump. So it charges the cell electrically, it gives you energy. It helps the muscle contracts and relax because it allows calcium to go into the cell as well. It controls the transport of calcium. For more info: https://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Apr-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=vitaminddeficiency In this video I’m going to talk about the benefits of vitamin D as well as symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. You don’t want to take vitamin D2, but you do want to take vitamin D3. For supplementation, take about 2000-5000 IUs a day. However, if you have a severe deficiency, then for 1-2 months, you may take 5000 IUs twice daily. Lastly, you want to take your vitamin D3 with some form of fat like coconut oil or avocado to help absorption in your body. Magnesium Deficient Anxiety Webinar with Dr. Carolyn Dean

01:16:21
How does one graduate from being a calm person in control of their nervous system to an anxious, fearful individual? Anxiety is a normal attribute of the biological brain designed to keep us alert in order to stay alive. If a predator comes toward us, then we have to be on our guard, but if our anxiety seemingly has no trigger and reaches an uncomfortable level, we have to find out why. Magnesium manages fear. Stressful events lead to a gradual, but chronic, decrease in magnesium reserves. The resulting magnesium deficiency can set off a downward spiral of symptoms like low energy, weakness, uneasiness and irritability. Overmedication can lead to a dependency, which makes anxiety worse for those trying to get off of medications. So, join me on this FREE webinar where my co-host Ginney and I will show you the connection between magnesium deficiency and anxiety. You’ll discover that: Allopathic Medicine cannot say what causes Anxiety Anxiety does not just come out of the blue. There are 25 triggers for Anxiety that are themselves caused by magnesium deficiency. By eliminating magnesium deficiency, you should be able to eliminate most forms of anxiety. The meaning behind anxiety symptoms can be explained by examining internal conflicts. At the end of the webinar we’ll give out a special offer. It’s the perfect companion to the information I’ll be sharing in the webinar, so be sure to attend or you’ll miss out. Can I Do Keto & Intermittent Fasting If I am a Diabetic on Metformin and Insulin?

02:52
Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY or go here: https://www.drberg.com/how-to-do-ketosis Download Keto Essentials https://m.me/drericberg?ref=w2128577 Dr. Berg answers the question, "can I do a keto and intermittent fasting if I am a diabetic on metformin and insulin. The answer is yes, because in both situations your sugar is high and your insulin will also be high. This is because in type 1, you're taking insulin and fluctuating be a higher high sugar state and a low blood sugar state and taking some carb to raise it. The big point is rarely does one focus on the triggers to blood sugars in the first place. This is a deeper root cause and if you could take the least amount of insulin to control blood sugars then you will receive the least amount of side effects. High insulin is a bit more dangerous than high sugars, but both are equally bad for your eyes (retina), your kidneys, your heart and blood vessels and your nerves and brain. So the top two things you need to do is reduce your carbs and do intermittent fasting. Both of these actions will greatly take the stress of the cells of the pancreas and liver and allow you to take less insulin. Get with your doctor as you manage your medications on this. Someone had a question, can I do Keto and Intermittent Fasting if I am diabetic, on Metformin and Insulin at the same time. I don’t know if this person is type 1 or type 2, chances are here type 2 going into type 1 eventually. But here’s the difference, type 1 is the problem of pancreas not producing insulin. Type 2 is more of a problem with the receptor and not receiving insulin and the feedback goes back and causes the pancreas to produce more insulin to compensate. It is a compensatory type of thing and you have high amounts of insulin. But both of these situations type 1 and type 2 have high blood sugars. Metformin makes the receptor more receptive to insulin and the insulin gives you what the pancreas is not providing in the body. But the problems is, if you are type 1, they are giving you insulin, your insulin is going to be high now because you are going to be taking insulin to control this out of control blood sugar. So in both of this conditions you have high sugar and high insulin at the same time. Now it’s more dangerous to have high insulin than it is to have high sugar, there is more problems. Sustain high levels of insulin destroys the retina, kidney, arteries and the brain. Of course high sugars will do it too but high insulin creates even more destruction. The goal is to take the least amount of insulin possible. If you are type 1 and maybe your cells are completely destroyed of any chance of recovery but we still want you to take the least amount of insulin possible so it would make sense to avoid the triggers of insulin. Unfortunately, the American Diabetes Association does not recommend what i'm gonna recommend but the needs to be more focus on the diet and the frequency of eating because reducing your carbohydrates and doing the intermittent fasting are the two things they are gonna allow the person to take the least amount of insulin. And it's also gonna help improve insulin resistance which will take the stress off the liver and the cells. Supplements Worth Taking - Magnesium - in 3 minutes.

03:05
Poor dietary habits, pharmaceutical drug use, and nutrient-depleted growing soils are among the most common reasons why many people today are dangerously deficient in the mineral magnesium, a necessary nutrient for the proper function of virtually all systems of the body. The good news, though, is that incorporating more magnesium into your diet does not have to be an burdensome chore, and doing so could drastically improve your health in ways you never before imagined. As it turns out, magnesium deficiency is linked to causing all sorts of chronic health problems that, if left unaddressed, will eventually lead to even more serious health problems down the road. This is why it is important to eat plenty of magnesium-rich foods and take high-quality magnesium supplements regularly for optimal health. Here are six ways that magnesium can improve your health: Since magnesium is required by the body to properly digest foods, supplementing with it can help 1) alleviate gastrointestinal discomfort and disease. Magnesium acts as a coenzyme in the digestive tract, which means it helps break down food and assimilate nutrients into your body. Magnesium also aids in the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, as well as triggers the healthy production of bile in your liver. The fourth most abundant mineral in the body, magnesium is utilized as part of more than 300 essential metabolic reactions, one of which involves 2) regulating healthy blood sugar levels. Magnesium deficiency is directly linked to causing insulin resistance, which in turn can lead to diabetes and other chronic health conditions. Magnesium is also necessary for 3) maintaining a healthy heart, as the mineral aids in the proper transport of potassium, calcium, and other nutrient ions across cell membranes. According to a 2006 study published in the journal Modern Nutrition in Health and Disease, these nutrients help promote healthy nerve impulses, muscle contraction, and normal heart rhythm. The mainstream media is constantly talking about the importance of calcium for maintaining healthy bones, but a much more important mineral for 4) nurturing healthy bones is magnesium. In fact, roughly half of your body's magnesium supply is stored in your bones, and magnesium also acts as a co-factor with both calcium and vitamin D to maintain and strengthen your bone structure. Because of its strong elimination potential, magnesium is considered a 5) powerful detoxifier as well, especially since your body's "master antioxidant," glutathione, requires magnesium in order to function properly. Heavy metals, environmental chemicals, pesticides and herbicides, and various other toxins are greatly inhibited from taking hold inside the body when magnesium is present. Cancer rates have risen dramatically throughout the past century, and are expected to nearly double within the next few decades. But maintaining healthy magnesium levels in your body can 6) greatly decrease your risk of developing cancer. A study recently published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that for every 100-milligram (mg) increase in magnesium intake, a person's risk of developing colorectal cancer drops by about 13 percent. Some of the best food-based sources of natural magnesium include chlorophyll, seaweed, raw cacao, coriander leaf, dried pumpkin seeds, and almond butter. The Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University (OSU) has provided a helpful writeup on its website that includes a list of foods with high levels of natural magnesium: http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocenter/minerals/magnesium/ You can also supplement with a high-quality magnesium supplement such as Natural Vitality's "Calm" formula. Other types of magnesium include magnesium oxide, magnesium amino acid chelate, magnesium orotate, magnesium chloride, magnesium lactate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium glycinate, magnesium malate, and magnesium taurate. garage workouts, home muscle building workouts, home fitness, natural home workout, supplement reviews, natural bodybuilding, advanced HIT, HST training, Vlogs, Burn fat fast, build muscle at home naturally, workout challenges busting exploiting myths.
