► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. How Acid Reflux Works Animation Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Symptoms Causes Video Endoscopy GERD

02:24
Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD, is a digestive disorder that affects the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), the ring of muscle between the esophagus and stomach. Many people, including pregnant women, suffer from heartburn or acid indigestion caused by GERD. Doctors believe that some people suffer from GERD due to a condition called hiatal hernia. In most cases, heartburn can be relieved through diet and lifestyle changes; however, some people may require medication or surgery. What Is Gastroesophageal Reflux? Gastroesophageal refers to the stomach and esophagus. Reflux means to flow back or return. Therefore, gastroesophageal reflux is the return of the stomach's contents back up into the esophagus. In normal digestion, the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) opens to allow food to pass into the stomach and closes to prevent food and acidic stomach juices from flowing back into the esophagus. Gastroesophageal reflux occurs when the LES is weak or relaxes inappropriately, allowing the stomach's contents to flow up into the esophagus. The severity of GERD depends on LES dysfunction as well as the type and amount of fluid brought up from the stomach and the neutralizing effect of saliva. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), gastric reflux disease, acid reflux disease, or reflux (in babies and young children) is a chronic symptom of mucosal damage caused by stomach acid coming up from the stomach into the esophagus. GERD is usually caused by changes in the barrier between the stomach and the esophagus, including abnormal relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter, which normally holds the top of the stomach closed, impaired expulsion of gastric reflux from the esophagus, or a hiatal hernia. These changes may be permanent or temporary. Treatment is typically via lifestyle changes and medications such as proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor blockers or antacids with or without alginic acid. Surgery may be an option in those who do not improve. In the Western world between 10 and 20% of the population is affected. Signs and symptoms Adults The most-common symptoms of GERD are: Heartburn Regurgitation Less-common symptoms include: Pain with swallowing/sore throat (odynophagia) Increased salivation (also known as water brash) Nausea Chest pain Coughing GERD sometimes causes injury of the esophagus. These injuries may include: Reflux esophagitis – necrosis of esophageal epithelium causing ulcers near the junction of the stomach and esophagus Esophageal strictures – the persistent narrowing of the esophagus caused by reflux-induced inflammation Barrett's esophagus – intestinal metaplasia (changes of the epithelial cells from squamous to intestinal columnar epithelium) of the distal esophagus Esophageal adenocarcinoma – a rare form of cancer Some people have proposed that symptoms such as sinusitis, recurrent ear infections, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis are due to GERD; however, a causative role has not been established. Children GERD may be difficult to detect in infants and children, since they cannot describe what they are feeling and indicators must be observed. Symptoms may vary from typical adult symptoms. GERD in children may cause repeated vomiting, effortless spitting up, coughing, and other respiratory problems, such as wheezing. Inconsolable crying, refusing food, crying for food and then pulling off the bottle or breast only to cry for it again, failure to gain adequate weight, bad breath, and belching or burping are also common. Children may have one symptom or many; no single symptom is universal in all children with GERD. Of the estimated 4 million babies born in the US each year, up to 35% of them may have difficulties with reflux in the first few months of their lives, known as 'spitting up'. One theory for this is the "fourth trimester theory" which notes most animals are born with significant mobility, but humans are relatively helpless at birth, and suggests there may have once been a fourth trimester, but children began to be born earlier, evolutionarily, to accommodate the development of larger heads and brains and allow them to pass through the birth canal and this leaves them with partially undeveloped digestive systems. Most children will outgrow their reflux by their first birthday. However, a small but significant number of them will not outgrow the condition. This is particularly true when a family history of GERD is present. Causes GERD is caused by a failure of the lower esophageal sphincter. In healthy patients, the "Angle of His"—the angle at which the esophagus enters the stomach—creates a valve that prevents duodenal bile, enzymes, and stomach acid from traveling back into the esophagus where they can cause burning and inflammation of sensitive esophageal tissue.

1 Weird Trick Forces Your Body To Stop Acid Reflux and Heartburn

22:27
1 Weird Trick Forces Your Body To Stop Acid Reflux and Heartburn. More information click here: http://bit.ly/2uckwpa ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heartburn causes & symptoms and home remedies. Heartburn or acid reflux, is a common condition that affects many people. It occurs when acid, which normally resides in the stomach escapes back up into the oesophagus or as its commonly known the food pipe. Because the oesophagus is not as well protected as the stomach the acid can irritate the lining. Which can cause painful symptoms that can last for a few minutes or a few hours. Symptoms http://bit.ly/2p7EWgz The symptoms of heartburn are generally described as a kind of tightening or burning sensation in the back of the throat and chest area (usually behind the breastbone). Some people also experience a bitter or acidic taste in the back of the throat and feeling of sickness. Few feelings are worse than the burning & uncomfortable sensation of heartburn Causes include Heartburn and indigestion can tend to have similar triggers. The Way You Eat The Types of Food You Eat The Types of Drinks You Drink Pregnancy Other known triggers include Stress. Some medicines, such as those for heart problems, asthma and high blood pressure. Being overweight. Wearing tight clothes which can put pressure on your stomach. Smoking can encourage acid production and cause the sphincter to relax. Lets look at natural remedies for curing heartburn 1 Eat a banana. Bananas, are alkaline-producing foods that are effective in balancing the pH level in the stomach. bananas can also help by coating the stomach lining and thus shielding it from painful gastric acid. Furthermore, bananas are rich in potassium, essential for absorbing food into the stomach, as well as fibre, which is important in eliminating harmful toxins. Include bananas in your everyday diet to prevent acid reflux and soothe heartburn when it happens. 2. Eat less. Instead of eating three big meals a day, try eating five to six small meals throughout the day. Smaller meals mean your body is less likely to produce lot sof acid which can aggravate your wind pipe. It will also give you the added benefit of losing some wait. Eating smaller meals will help to stabilize your blood sugar which means you are less likely to pick at surgary snacks. Drink plenty of water with your meals to help you’re your stomach breakdown your food down. 3 Sleep on your left side. This may sound too simple or weird, but studies such as one by researchers at Stanford University School of Medicine found that acid reflux was aggravated in subjects who slept on their right side, while those sleeping on their left side experienced a decrease in symptoms. The reasons may be unclear but why not give it a try. 4. Drink tea made from fresh ginger root. A study by the Central Food Technological Research Institute in India found that ginger is more effective at treating acid reflux than standard household acid medicine. Ginger is an effective natural remedy because the root has enzymes that naturally breakdown amino acids. Ginger has the added benefit of being antibacterial, antiviral and anti-parasitic. To soothe heartburn, simply drink tea made from boiling water and fresh, peeled or grated ginger root. More information click here: http://bit.ly/2uckwpa

Dr. Berg's Keto & IF Lab: https://www.facebook.com/groups/drbergslab Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY There are 3 main causes of dizziness or vertigo. It could be low blood sugars, which you would need to add more fat, greens and also go slowing into intermittent fasting - because going into this too fast will create more symptoms of low blood sugars. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGkGvDyAokQ It could also be low blood pressure, which is low blood volume, because you have lot sodium. Simply add more sea salt. Ménière's disease could also cause symptoms of dizziness. Or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo might be another name of this. The last cause could be low adrenals. The adrenals control the stress adaptation, including the blood going up to your brain. Hypertension (B.P) Treatment in Nadipathy Hypertension (B.P) is the pressure of the blood against the walls of the arteries. Your heart pumps blood through a network of arteries, veins, and capillaries. The moving blood pushes against the arterial walls, and this force is measured as blood pressure. Blood pressure results from two forces. The heart creates one force as it pumps blood into the arteries and through the circulatory system. The other is the force of the arteries as they resist the blood flow. The higher, systolic number represents the pressure while the heart contracts to pump blood to the body. The lower, diastolic number represents the pressure when the heart relaxes between beats. The systolic pressure is always stated first and the diastolic pressure second. The blood pressure below 120 over 80 mmHg (millimeters of mercury) is considered ideal for adults. A systolic pressure of 120 to 139 mmHg or a diastolic pressure of 80 to 89 mmHg is considered "pre–hypertension" and needs to be watched carefully. A blood pressure reading of 140 over 90 or higher is considered elevated or high. High blood pressure usually has no symptoms. In fact, many people have high blood pressure for years without knowing it. That's why it's called the "silent killer." Affects of Hypertension:  Enlarged heart  Eye damage  Liver damage  Kidney damage  Paralysis  Hardening of arteries  Tremors (Shivering fingers) Causes of Hypertension:  Eat a diet high in salt  Being over weight  Eat a diet high in sea foods  Smoking habits For more information: Blog:http://hypertensiontreatmentinnadipathy.blogspot.in/ Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oo6P3QEBwN8&list=PLmYxb4HnTMmHIAKF_JBxXug8C4yD34KBX Gastric problem treatment in Nadipathy The formation of unwanted gases in the digestive and intestinal tract, that suffers the whole body is called gastric problem. Gas is air in the digestive tract. Everyone has gas. However, many people think they pass gas too often and that they have too much gas. Having too much gas is rare. Gas is primarily composed of carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and sometimes methane. Flatus, gas passed through the anus, may also contain small amounts of gasses that contain sulphur. Flatus that contains more sulphur gasses has more odours. Gas in the digestive tract is usually caused by swallowing air and by the breakdown of certain foods in the large intestine by bacteria. Most foods that contain carbohydrates can cause gas. In contrast, fats and proteins cause little gas. Foods that produce gas in one person may not cause gas for someone else. Symptoms of gastric problem: • Excessive Gas • Indigestion • Abdominal pain • Acid Indigestion For more information: Blog: http://gastricproblemtreatmentinnadipathy.blogspot.in/ Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLmYxb4HnTMmHBiJaqu97lql7NAvbJoFt7 EYE PROBLEM TREATMENT IN NADIPATY The human eye is an exquisitely complicated organ. It acts like a camera to collect and focus light and convert it into an electrical signal that the brain translates into images. But instead of photographic film, it has a highly specialized retina that detects light and processes the signals using dozens of different kinds of neurons. Some Common Eye Diseases: MYOPIA (Near sightedness): Nearsightedness develops in eyes that focus images in front of the retina instead of on the retina, which results in blurred vision. This occurs when the eyeball becomes too long and prevents incoming light from focusing directly on the retina. It may also be caused by an abnormal shape of the cornea or lens. HYPEROPIA (Farsightedness): It is a refractive error, which means the eye does not bend or refract light properly to a single focus to see images clearly. In hyperopia, distant objects look somewhat clear, but close objects appear more blurred. ASTIGMATISM: Astigmatism is a common type of refractive error. It is a condition in which the eye does not focus light evenly onto the retina, the light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye. 6 Natural Ways To Cure Acid Reflux And Heartburn Without Medication

03:40
Millions of people suffer from acid reflux and heartburn. The most frequently used treatment involves commercial medications. However, lifestyle modifications may be effective as well. Simply changing your dietary habits or the way you sleep may significantly reduce your symptoms of heartburn and acid reflux, improving your quality of life. So here are 6 natural ways to reduce your acid reflux and heartburn. 1.Baking Soda Baking-soda is the home remedy for almost everything. And yes it can offer fast relief from heartburn as well. Baking soda is a base not an acid, meaning that drinking some of it will neutralize acid in your stomach or esophagus. Mix ½ teaspoon of baking-soda in ¼ cup of water. Drink it. Wait 5-7 minutes. If you still have pain, repeat until burning is gone. Prolonged ingestion of baking soda is not recommended. Also, those who have high blood pressure should avoid taking baking-soda as it contains sodium. 2.Cumin Cumin seeds can help deal with acid-reflux as they stimulate digestion and reduce digestive issues like acidity and gas. • Boil one teaspoon of cumin seeds in a cup of water. Let it steep for five minutes and then strain it. Drink this tea in the morning and after meals for a few days or until you notice improvement. 3.Don't Overeat Where the esophagus opens into the stomach, there is a ring-like muscle known as the lower esophageal sphincter. It acts as a valve and is supposed to prevent the acidic contents of the stomach from going up into the esophagus. It naturally opens when you swallow, belch or vomit. Otherwise, it should stay closed. In people with acid reflux, this muscle is weakened or dysfunctional. Acid reflux can also occur when there is too much pressure on the muscle, causing acid to squeeze through the opening. Unsurprisingly, most reflux symptoms take place after a meal. It also seems that larger meals may worsen reflux symptoms. One step that will help minimize acid reflux is to avoid eating large meals. 4.Chew Gum A few studies show that chewing-gum reduces acidity in the esophagus. Gum that contains bicarbonate appears to be especially effective. These findings indicate that chewing gum and the associated increase in saliva production may help clear the esophagus of acid. 5.Elevate the Head of Your Bed Some people suffer from reflux symptoms during the night. This may disrupt their sleep quality and make it difficult for them to fall asleep. One study showed that patients who raised the head of their bed had significantly fewer reflux episodes and symptoms, compared to those who slept without any elevation. Additionally, an analysis of controlled studies concluded that elevating the head of the bed is an effective strategy to reduce acid-reflux symptoms and heartburn at night. 6.Don't Eat Within Three Hours of Going to Bed People with acid reflux are generally advised to avoid eating within the three hours before they go to sleep. Although this recommendation makes sense, there is limited evidence to back it up. One study in GERD patients showed that having a late evening meal had no effects on acid-reflux, compared to having a meal before 7 p.m. However, an observational study found that eating close to bedtime was associated with significantly greater reflux symptoms when people were going to sleep.

7 Simple Natural Remedies for Symptoms of Heartburn & Acid Reflux

06:25
Heartburn causes & symptoms and home remedies. Symptoms The symptoms of heartburn are generally described as a kind of tightening or burning sensation in the back of the throat and chest area (usually behind the breastbone).

The Importance of Hydrochloric Acid (HCL)

10:18
Dr. Berg’s Digest Formula: https://shop.drberg.com/digest-formula-regular Dr Berg talks about the importance of hydrochloric acid in our stomach. He explains what is hydrochloric acid and how to build hydrochloric acid inside our stomach. This is the most important fluid inside our body and without this acid in stomach our body will have a lot of problems. The stomach acid needs to be very strong (acidic) preferably in the range 1-3. If the stomach is less acidic it will not release pepsin (which is an enzyme for chemical reactions and is responsible for breakdown of proteins). This leads to bloating, gas, indigestion, acid reflux, lack of protein breakdown and diminished mineral absorption. The 3 major health benefits of hydrochloric acid are to help breakdown proteins, absorb minerals, kill microbes. Junk food, stress, antiacids, diarrhoea, vomiting can cause low stomach acid. Low stomach acids can trigger Gas, Indigestion, Bloating, Iron deficiency (anaemia), Soft tissue calcium build up, Low B12, Constipation, Red cheeks, SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth), Leaky gut. Aging leads to low stomach acid and people tend to gradually loose stomach acid. As we age, we lose our stomach acids, in fact, by age 70, we have only 25% of our stomach acids left. The importance of enough hydrochloric acid (HCL) in the stomach is vital. As we age, we lose our stomach acids, in fact, by age 70, we have only 25% of our stomach acids left. This leads to bloating, gas, indigestion, acid reflux, lack of protein breakdown and diminished mineral absorption. Low stomach acids can trigger: Gas Indigestion Bloating Iron deficiency (anemia) Soft tissue calcium build up Low B12 Constipation Red cheeks SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) Leaky gut The reason apple cider vinegar works is because of the acidifying effects and not for any other significant reason. But this is why ACV improves energy, weight loss, detox, sluggishness, sleep problems, etc. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, 50 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in weight loss through nutritional and natural methods. His private practice is located in Alexandria, Virginia. His clients include senior officials in the U.S. government and the Justice Department, ambassadors, medical doctors, high-level executives of prominent corporations, scientists, engineers, professors, and other clients from all walks of life. The Miracle Mineral Magnesium for Muscle Spasm, Cramps, Twitching, High Blood Pressure - Dr Mandell

03:36
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals that you are probably not getting enough of in your everyday diet. Besides being a major co-factor in some 325 enzyme systems throughout the body, magnesium is also essential for achieving and maintaining muscle relaxation, strong bones, restful sleep, a healthy heart and optimal brain function, just a few of the many reasons why a growing number of health experts now refer to it as the "miracle" mineral. The best forms of magnesium Magnesium citrate -- Magnesium citrate is the most popular magnesium supplement, probably because it is inexpensive and easily absorbed. Since citric acid is a mild laxative, magnesium citrate functions as a constipation aid as well as a magnesium source. It is a great choice for individuals with rectal or colon problems but is unsuitable for those with loose bowel movements. Magnesium taurate -- Magnesium taurate is the best choice of magnesium supplement for people with cardiovascular issues, since it is known to prevent arrhythmias and guard the heart from damage caused by heart attacks. Magnesium taurate is easily absorbed (magnesium and taurine stabilize cell membranes together), and it contains no laxative properties. Magnesium malate -- Magnesium malate is a fantastic choice for people suffering from fatigue, since malic acid -- a natural fruit acid present in most cells in the body -- is a vital component of enzymes that play a key role in ATP synthesis and energy production. Since the ionic bonds of magnesium and malic acid are easily broken, magnesium malate is also highly soluble. Magnesium glycinate -- Magnesium glycinate (magnesium bound with glycine, a non-essential amino acid) is one of the most bioavailable and absorbable forms of magnesium, and also the least likely to induce diarrhea. It is the safest option for correcting a long-term deficiency. Magnesium chloride -- Though magnesium chloride only contains around 12 percent elemental magnesium, it has an impressive absorption rate and is the best form of magnesium to take for detoxing the cells and tissues. Moreover, chloride (not to be confused with chlorine, the toxic gas) aids kidney function and can boost a sluggish metabolism. Magnesium carbonate -- Magnesium carbonate is another popular, bioavailable form of magnesium that actually turns into magnesium chloride when it mixes with the hydrochloric acid in our stomachs. It is a good choice for people suffering from indigestion and acid reflux, since it contains antacid properties. The worst forms of magnesium Magnesium oxide -- Magnesium oxide is the most common form of magnesium sold in pharmacies, but it is non-chelated and possesses a poor absorption rate compared to those listed above. Magnesium sulfate -- Magnesium sulfate, also called Epsom salt, is a fantastic constipation aid but an unsafe source of dietary magnesium, since overdosing on it is easy. Magnesium glutamate and aspartate -- Avoid these two forms of magnesium completely. Glutamic acid and aspartic acid are components of the dangerous artificial sweetener aspartame, and both of them become neurotoxic when unbound to other amino acids.

This is why fibre rich foods are great for weight management. 2. Skin and hair care – If you don't like to eat the skin of the cucumber, it can be used for skin irritations and sunburns as aloe Vera would be used. Why Does It Work- It conditions the hair owing to the presence of silica and makes it more beautiful 3 Get Fresh breath If your breath is no that fresh, you can freshen it up by placing a slice of cucumber on the roof of your mouth. This will help rid your mouth of odour-causing bacteria. 4 Cancer risk reduction Cucumbers contain polyphenols which can help lower your risk of various cancers such as breast, uterine, ovarian, and prostate. (4) They also contain phytonutrients which also have anti-cancer properties! 5 Stress buster Cucumbers contain an assortment of B vitamins including vitamin B1, B5, and B7. B vitamins are known to help ease Anxiety and reduce the damaging effects of stress. 7. Hangover cure – To avoid a morning hangover or headache; eat a few cucumber slices before going to bed. Cucumbers contain enough sugar, B vitamins and electrolytes to replenish many essential nutrients, reducing the intensity of both hangover and headache. 8 Anti-oxidant properties Cucumbers are loaded with antioxidants, including vitamin C and beta-carotene. They also contain antioxidant flavonoids. One of these is Quercetin is an antioxidant that has been shown to prevent histamine release, making it a natural antihistamine. Another one Kaempferol can help fight cancer and lower your risk of heart disease. _________________________________________________________________________ 9 Reduce inflammation Cucumbers can literally help “cool” the inflammatory response system in your body. Some studies conducted on animals found that cucumber extract helps to reduce unwanted inflammation partially by inhibiting activity or pro-inflammatory enzymes. 10 Brain protection Cucumbers contain an anti-inflammatory flavonal called fistein that has been shown to play a crucial role in promoting brain health. It is known to improve memory and even protect your nerve cells from declining due to aging, and fisetin has also been found to prevent learning and memory impairments in mice with Alzheimer’s disease. 11Digestive help Cucumbers are loaded with fibre and water, two of the most essential elements that are needed for optimal digestive health. Also Cucumbers may help to raise the stomach pH, which can assist with symptoms of acid reflux. 12. Helps diabetes, Reduces cholesterol and controls blood pressure - Cucumber juice contains a hormone which is needed by the cells of the pancreas for producing insulin which has been found to be beneficial to diabetic patients. 13 benefits the blood Researchers found that a compound called sterols in cucumbers may help reduce cholesterol levels. Cucumbers contain a lot of potassium, magnesium and fibre. These work effectively for regulating blood pressure. This makes cucumbers good for treating both low blood pressure and high blood pressure.

Acid Reflux From Stress

00:58
Acid Reflux From Stress http://acidreflux.product-truths.com - Gastroesophageal Reflux Illness Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is really a situation in which the stomach contents (food or liquid) leak backwards from the stomach into the esophagus (the tube in the mouth to the stomach). This action can irritate the esophagus, causing heartburn and other symptoms. Causes, incidence, and danger factors When you eat, food passes from the throat to the stomach through the esophagus (also called the meals pipe or swallowing tube). Once food is within the stomach, a ring of muscle fibers prevents meals from moving backward in to the esophagus. These muscle fibers are called the lower esophageal sphincter, or LES. If this sphincter muscle doesn't close nicely, food, liquid, and stomach acid can leak back in to the esophagus. This is known as reflux or gastroesophageal reflux. Reflux might cause symptoms, or it could even harm the esophagus. 1 common cause of acid reflux illness is a stomach abnormality called a hiatal hernia. How to Cure Acid Reflux Fast Naturally - Treat Acidity (GRED) Permanently Easy Cure Gastro Oesophageal Reflux (GRED) with Home Remedies What Is Acid Reflux Disease? At the entrance to your stomach is a valve, which is a ring of muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES). Normally, the LES closes as soon as food passes through it. If the LES doesn't close all the way or if it opens too often, acid produced by your stomach can move up into your esophagus. This can cause symptoms such as a burning chest pain called heartburn. If acid reflux symptoms happen more than twice a week, you have acid reflux disease, also known as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). What Causes Acid Reflux Disease? One common cause of acid reflux disease is a stomach abnormality called a hiatal hernia. This occurs when the upper part of the stomach and LES move above the diaphragm, a muscle that separates your stomach from your chest. Normally, the diaphragm helps keep acid in our stomach. But if you have a hiatal hernia, acid can move up into your esophagus and cause symptoms of acid reflux disease. These are other common risk factors for acid reflux disease: Eating large meals or lying down right after a meal Being overweight or obese Eating a heavy meal and lying on your back or bending over at the waist Snacking close to bedtime Eating certain foods, such as citrus, tomato, chocolate, mint, garlic, onions, or spicy or fatty foods Drinking certain beverages, such as alcohol, carbonated drinks, coffee, or tea Smoking Being pregnant Taking aspirin, ibuprofen, certain muscle relaxers, or blood pressure medications What Are the Symptoms of Acid Reflux Disease? Common symptoms of acid reflux are: Heartburn: a burning pain or discomfort that may move from your stomach to your abdomen or chest, or even up into your throat Regurgitation: a sour or bitter-tasting acid backing up into your throat or mouth Other symptoms of acid reflux disease include: Bloating Bloody or black stools or bloody vomiting Burping Dysphagia -- a narrowing of your esophagus, which creates the sensation of food being stuck in your throat Hiccups that don't let up Nausea Weight loss for no known reason Wheezing, dry cough, hoarseness, or chronic sore throat Can Acid Reflux Disease Be Treated With Diet and Lifestyle Changes? One of the most effective ways to treat acid reflux disease is to avoid the foods and beverages that trigger symptoms. Here are other steps you can take: Eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. Quit smoking. Put blocks under the head of your bed to raise it at least 4 inches to 6 inches. Don't eat at least 2 to 3 hours before lying down. Try sleeping in a chair for daytime naps. Don't wear tight clothes or tight belts. If you're overweight or obese, take steps to lose weight with exercise and diet changes. Also, ask your doctor whether any medication could be triggering your heartburn or other symptoms of acid reflux disease. This can cause a contribute to a whole host of diseases including: Gallstones, Gallbladder disease, Kidney Stones and disease, Gastrointestinal problems, excess stomach acid, GERD, acid reflux, Crones, Hypertension, Preeclampsia, Cardiovascular disease, Osteoporosis, Diabetes, Muscle Aches including arthritis and back pain and Asthma. One of the essential minerals of the body. Many are deficient in today's society. There are 3 main reasons for this: 1. Poor Diet, excess of caffeine, carbs, sugar and alcohol, lack of dark green vegetables in their diet. Most Americans consume the SAD (Standard American Diet) which consists of little to no nutrients and 60%-70% processed foods. In addition to that, over 33% of our fresh fruits and vegetables and over 65% of canned and processed ingredients are GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms). Studies for GMO have been done and the results are STAGGERING! For more on GMO studies (NOT conducted by Consumer Business Interest Groups) Start Here: http://www.collective-evolution.com/2014/04/08/10-scientific-studies-proving-gmos-can-be-harmful-to-human-health/ 2. Stress, Hormone imbalance, Poor Intestinal Absorption of minerals (caused by an alkaline body type ie: too much sugar and carbs, Medications including Statins, Cholesterol Drugs and Heart Medications) 3. Poor Endocrine System. This includes thyroid, pineal and pituitary glands. The pancreas, kidneys, liver and gall bladder. If these systems do not function properly, it can cause an excess excretion of nutrients and poor absorption of minerals. Instead of holding onto the minerals you eat, your body simply poops it back out.

Millions of people are on toxic pharmaceutical drugs for high blood pressure. Reversing this WITHOUT medications is easy, God's way! Blood pressure is mostly an issue with minerals/dehydration and/or problems with the kidney/adrenal area. This is addressed in the video, and does including lifestyle changes. We must choose to submit to man's system and live on drugs as a band-aid that works against God's design, or choose to get on God's ground by aligning with creation and embracing that which brings the life of God back into our body. http://acidreflux.product-truths.com - Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Gastroesophageal reflux illness (GERD) is a condition in which the stomach contents (meals or liquid) leak backwards in the stomach into the esophagus (the tube in the mouth to the stomach). This action can irritate the esophagus, causing heartburn and other symptoms. Causes, incidence, and danger elements Whenever you eat, meals passes in the throat towards the stomach through the esophagus (also known as the meals pipe or swallowing tube). As soon as meals is in the stomach, a ring of muscle fibers prevents food from moving backward in to the esophagus. These muscle fibers are called the reduce esophageal sphincter, or LES. If this sphincter muscle doesn't close nicely, meals, liquid, and stomach acid can leak back into the esophagus. This is known as reflux or gastroesophageal reflux. Reflux might cause symptoms, or it can even damage the esophagus. 1 typical reason for acid reflux disease is a stomach abnormality known as a hiatal hernia. This happens when the upper a part of the stomach and LES move above the diaphragm, a muscle that separates your stomach out of your chest. Usually, the diaphragm helps maintain acid in our stomach. But in the event you have a hiatal hernia, acid can move up into your esophagus and trigger symptoms of acid reflux disease. These are other typical danger factors for acid reflux disease: Consuming large meals or lying down right after a meal Being overweight or obese Consuming a heavy meal and lying on your back or bending more than in the waist Snacking close to bedtime Consuming certain foods, like citrus, tomato, chocolate, mint, garlic, onions, or spicy or fatty foods Drinking particular beverages, such as alcohol, carbonated drinks, coffee, or tea Smoking Being pregnant Taking aspirin, ibuprofen, particular muscle relaxers, or blood pressure medicines What Are the Symptoms of Acid Reflux Illness? Typical symptoms of acid reflux are: Heartburn: a burning discomfort or discomfort that may move from your stomach to your abdomen or chest, or perhaps up into your throat Regurgitation: a sour or bitter-tasting acid backing up into your throat or mouth Other symptoms of acid reflux disease include: Bloating Bloody or black stools or bloody vomiting Burping Dysphagia -- a narrowing of one's esophagus, which creates the sensation of meals being stuck in your throat Hiccups that do not let up Nausea Weight loss for no recognized reason Wheezing, dry cough, hoarseness, or chronic sore throat.

Calcium Deficiency Symptoms

07:05
http://www.glutenfreesociety.org/gluten-free-food-sources/max-digest/ultra-cal-mag-gluten-free-calciummagnesium-supplementation/ Nutritional deficiency is a common side effect of gluten sensitivity. Often times patients going on the diet fail to improve because of long term vitamin and mineral deficiencies caused by years of food induced gastrointestinal damage. The problem with this phenomenon is that many patients go gluten free and still continue to have health issues yet their doctor fails to properly evaluate and monitor nutritional status. Calcium deficiency is one of these more common nutritional deficiencies. Causes and Consequences of Calcium Deficiency Click on picture to enlarge... Low Calcium Levels Contribute to Disease There are many medical conditions linked to calcium deficiency. The following list are some of the more common symptoms and side effects: Early bone loss (osteopenia) Muscle spasms and cramps (especially night time calf cramping) Heart palpitations Depression Fatigue Joint pain High Blood pressure Hormone abnormalities Blood clotting problems Gum disease Headaches The above problems are often times medicated before a doctor performs the proper nutritional evaluation. Keep in mind that serum calcium levels are not an accurate representation of calcium stores within the body. Too Much Calcium Can Also Be a Problem Calcium is a very commonly used nutritional supplement. Many doctors instruct their female patients to take calcium as a preventative for bone loss. Without monitoring and checking calcium, taking too much can contribute to many problems. Therefore; it is not recommended to take excessive calcium without need. Some symptoms of too much calcium include: Confusion Fatigue Irritability Constipation Magnesium and iron loss Heart Arrhythmia Kidney damage Drugs That Interfere with Calcium There are a number of prescription medications that can interfere with calcium absorption or metabolism. It is not the single or short term use of medication that one has to worry about, but taking some of the following medications long term (6 months or greater) can interfere with this mineral. Examples include: Corticosteroids -- these are commonly used for control of pain and inflammation. Some steroids are used to treat chronic fatigue, chronic muscle pain, and inflammatory joint pain. Additionally, some steroids are used in the treatment of asthma. Antacid medications -- these drugs are commonly used to treat gastric reflux, heartburn, and indigestion. Examples include Nexium, Tagamet, Tums, and Rolaids. These prescription and over the counter medications suppress and interfere with stomach acid production. Calcium requires acid to be absorbed properly. Sometimes people take Tums with calcium to as a calcium supplement. I have had patients whose doctors actually recommended this! Bad advice -- Don't take antacids for a source of dietary calcium. Foods High In Calcium Despite popular belief, milk and dairy products are not a necessity for calcium in the diet. Foods rich in calcium are kale, broccoli, turnip greens, mustard greens, collards, figs, salmon, sardines, arugula, spinach, kelp, bone marrow and broth, and citrus fruits. High Quality Gluten Free Calcium When you have the need for calcium supplementation, you have to be careful not to take excessive calcium without magnesium, because doing so can contribute to magnesium deficiency. Additionally, it is important to ensure that your vitamin D levels are normal as calcium absorption is low when vitamin D is deficient. Many supplements have been found to contain gluten cross contamination.
