I Lived Like A 1950's HOUSEWIFE For 24 HOURS!
I spent 24 hours like a 1950's housewife! I woke up early in the morning, got my self all dolled up and went off to the kitchen to cook my husband breakfast. Once he was off to work I had quite a large cleaning list to get through. 1950's housewives took pride in their homes and made sure they were spotless everyday. After that I had to go grocery shopping and begin cooking! After everyone was fed dinner I had to do MORE cleaning before I could finally relax. This experiment was so fun to try out, I was not able to use my phone or social media for 24 hours! Would you try it out?! This Cozy Charming Little Cottage Tiny Home with Classic Vintage Interior | Great Small House Design
"This cozy, charming little cottage once housed the farm’s hired hands. Now you enter through a trellis covered in meandering clematis vines. The kitchen will remind you of the Forties with its robin’s-egg blue cabinets, quant electric stove, and hand-tiled counters. The adjoining living area is furnished with over-stuffed furniture, and a four-poster bed accents the bedroom. Through a glazed antique door salvaged from the old D’Acres hotel you will find an elegantly tiled bath with a shower and an antique claw-foot tub. A private brick patio, which can be discovered just outside the bedroom door, peeks out into our Estate Viognier vineyard. Madrid accordion home: transforming walls get 5 rooms from 1
Yolanda Pila wanted to convert her grandparent’s forties-style tiny home on the outskirts of Madrid into something that would fit her more modern lifestyle, as well as an in-home design studio. At her invitation, PKMN architects redesigned the 50-square-meter (538 square feet) home using sliding shelving units to create rooms that expand and disappear depending on the time of day. The movable modules are common in warehouses and commercial spaces (they are suspended from the ceiling on rails), but here the architects appropriated them as flexible walls for the different rooms in Yolanda’s home. Can You Build Muscle After 50 Years Old?
Is it possible for guys over 50 to build muscle & get stronger? Download the TFB Workout App: http://leehayward.com/app FREE Workout Program: http://leehayward.com/muscle-building Like me on Facebook: http://leehayward.com/go/facebook.htm Is there an age limit to working out? How old is too old to lift weights? Can you still workout and build muscle after age 50? A lot of people in their 50's and older think that they are over the hill and too old to workout. But the truth of the matter is that anyone can workout as long as they are healthy and mobile... Regardless of age. It doesn't matter how old you are, improvement is always possible. Now I'm not saying that you'll become an elite level athlete or anything like that, but you can certainly take action to improve your current health and fitness level. So for you guys and gals who are 50+ and wondering if it's too late to workout, put your doubts aside and just go for it, you'll never be as young as you are right now. And you're not getting any younger, so do it now! If you go to any gym these days you will see lots of seniors in the weight room pumping iron, doing cardio, and taking part in fitness classes. In some cases the seniors are in better shape then people half their age. While it's totally fine to go to the gym and workout in your fifties, sixties, and beyond. Just realize that your body isn't going to be able to recover as fast as it could when you were in your twenties. Your natural metabolic and anabolic hormones like testosterone, growth hormone, etc. are not as high and you'll need to treat your body with more respect. I recommend following an every other day workout schedule for people in their 50's and older. This will provide your body with adequate time for rest and recovery between workouts. If you need help in planning and organizing your workout schedule, than I recommend downloading the Total Fitness Bodybuilding Workout Training App. This app includes sample workouts, exercise demos, meal plans, and healthy recipes for men and women of all ages. How to get a muscular body after 40 - 12 point system
My 12-point system to get a muscular body after the age of 40. I started at age 40 with a plan to change my body, this is how I looked…with many serious health issues. Fast forward and I am now nearly 51, this is a photo of me taken last week. EVERY YEAR I have managed to increase size, shape and aesthetics even past the age of 50. This is my 10-point plan for obtaining a muscular body after the age of 40: Point 1 Sitting on the coach with a beer in one hand, fat tummy, watching tv and generally look bad, what you don’t realize is that what you are doing is slowly dying and killing yourself. You need to look life in the eye again, you need to choose life, get up and LIVE again. You need to change yourself from the inside. Appreciate the small things in life, start caring for people in need, make right with God, start liking the person you see inside and out and respect yourself. Such life altering choices make one want to get up and LIVE and go to gym to re-invent your body. Such choices make the whole process so much easier and WORTHWHILE… Point 2 Diet determines 80% of your bodybuilding success. You REALLY need to get to grip with this. If you are not prepared to follow proper muscle growth diet guidelines your body will not respond even to the best training and best supplements regimes. Your results will be very mediocre at best. This is what separate the hero’s from the average…the diet! Here is a link to a proper building diet: http://gertlouw.com/2014/10/27/muscle... and proper cutting diet: http://gertlouw.com/2014/08/16/cuttin... Point 3 You must align the diet for YOUR body. No two bodies re-act the same to the exact same diet. Every 14 days you need to monitor how your body reacted the past 14 day to the diet to determine if you lost muscle weight (bad), fat (good) or both (bad) and then adjust the diet accordingly in a specific fashion. It is not as difficult as it sounds, here is a link to the exact process you need to follow: http://gertlouw.com/2015/06/01/forcin... Point 4 Training determines 15% of your bodybuilding success. Next to diet this is 2nd most important. You must train at least 4 times a week and not more than 5. At age above 40 the body need more time to recover and grow, I find 4 the best balance (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Frid). Less than 4 is not advisable. It is too infrequent training and put you in danger of injury and is not conducive to muscle growth. Keep sessions never longer than 90 mins preferably 50 min. Point5 Training MUST be split as follows due the body being older than 40: • 3 months building phase (6-8 reps per set, EACH set to complete muscle failure) • 1 week rest • 3 month cutting phase (12 – 20 reps per set , 30% lighter weights, never to failure) • 1 week rest • repeat The above training regime allows for a serious 3 month growth spurge but place serious strain on tendons and joints which then need to recover and strengthen during the cutting phase. You cannot start training top failure you need at least a 3 month period of gradual weekly weight and intensity increases to reach the starting point of muscle failure for the next 3 month with the building phase program. You MUST also adjust your diet for the appropriate phase: Building phase diet: http://gertlouw.com/2014/10/27/muscle... and proper Cutting phase diet: http://gertlouw.com/2014/08/16/cuttin... Point 6 During the building (growth) phase you MUST train to absolute muscle failure on each set. This is a key principle for growth. Failure means total and utter failure – mentally and physically you must not be able to lift that weight one more set. If you train with sufficient failure intensity you WILL grow! Those that do not push the limits will stay mediocre – full stop. ...see video for rest CHANNEL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5-0qYUPeTtsP_tdsiCFEmw/featured [My Fitness site] http://www.gertlouw.com [My COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION program] http://gertlouw.wordpress.com/my-transformation-program/ [Facebook page] https://www.facebook.com/Scoobymuscle [Twitter] https://twitter.com/FitnessGert [Pinterest] https://www.pinterest.com/gertlouw96/fitness/ [Tumblr] http://gertlouw.tumblr.com/ [Instagram] https://instagram.com/gertfitness/ Happy training! Man Builds Off Grid Log Cabin Alone in the Canadian Wilderness
One man builds a cheap, rustic log cabin in the Canadian wilderness alone and without power tools over several months in 2017. Please SUBSCRIBE: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIMXKin1fXXCeq2UJePJEog?sub_confirmation=1 So Why Should You Subscribe To My Channel? Finally, one video showing the entire build process from the cutting of the first tree to the laying of the last floor board - no food, no talking, no visitors, just carpentry, bushcraft, timber framing, blood, sweat and tears. My end goal is to have an off grid, primitive wilderness homestead, where I can practice primitive technology, bushcraft and traditional skills in an effort to become as completely self reliant as possible in this day and age. In late April, I cut the first balsam fir tree down on the property near Algonquin Park, Ontario, Canada. Next, from June until August, I collected all of the building materials and fabricated the cabin using saddle notches in the corners. I cleared the land in August, laid down gravel for a pad and began erecting the off grid log cabin. By September, the walls were done and I started on the roof framing in October. In November, I burned the roof boards with shou sugi ban, an ancient Japanese technique for preserving wood. Against convention, I installed the roof in board and batten fashion, using my roofing background to come up with techniques to keep the cabin watertight. Next, I moved inside where I installed a Vermont Castings wood stove on top of a limestone flagstone floor, which extended from the doorway to the center of the cabin underneath the fireplace. For the rest of the floor, I framed it using 2x4 and 2x6 red pine boards and then installed 2x6x10' boards, which I burned using the same shou sugi ban technique. Now in December, I chinked the walls with moss and clay and have been spending a lot of time in the cabin, starting rustic furniture made with materials from the surrounding forest. Log Cabin TIMELAPSE Built By ONE MAN In The Forest
No talking viral timelapse video of Shawn James off grid log cabin build by one man alone in the wilderness of Canada, from 1st tree I cut to last floor board I laid. Please SUBSCRIBE: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIMXKin1fXXCeq2UJePJEog?sub_confirmation=1 So Why Should You Subscribe To My Channel? To watch me build my next cabin - bigger and better than this one!.. If you want to build a rustic log cabin or tiny off grid home alone in the wilderness and you haven't seen the rest of my videos, this is a good primer. It's super fast motion though, so if you are interested in building a primitive log cabin like this, take a look at the "Log Cabin The Bear Den" playlist on the channel. At the beginning of the video, I show a winter drone photo of the cabin in the snow in December. Then I flashback to the first balsam fir tree I cut down with a saw and axe near the cabin. I drag the trees into place and clear the cabin site. All summer, I cut the notches in the logs as I built the cabin up, offsite. Once I was finished notching the logs with a log scribe, saw, axe, adze and wood carving gouge, I loaded up the entire cabin of logs and moved them to my land near Algonquin Park, Ontario Canada. Once on site, I spent a month reassembling the cabin on a foundation of sand and gravel. Once the log walls were up, I again used hand tools to shape every log, board and timber to erect the gable ends, the wood roof, the porch, the outhouse and a seemingly endless number of woodworking projects. For the roof, I used an ancient primitive technology to waterproof and preserve the wood - shou sugi ban, a fire hardening wood preservation technique unique to Japan and other areas in northern climates. Because the cabin is offgrid, I have used handtools for most of the build and without power, I have no options on site regardless. The tiny house will continue to be operated with power, not even renewable energy for now, so I'm heating the cabin with a woodstove fire place, which I also cook on. The cabin is made of cedar fence posts, twelve feet long and the cabin measures 10 feet x 20 feet inside with a one hundred square foot sleeping loft on the second floor. The floor is made of two inch thick pine planks, torched to help repel water and to give them a rustic barn board appearance. Tune off sound if you don't want to hear the music, - there is no talking in this silent video. If you are a subscriber or long time viewer, there is some new footage at the end of the video, but otherwise you have seen most of this. As always, I'll release a new video on Friday showing the progress I made this week on the door and the ice box for food storage. You Can’t Build Muscle Over 35 Without TRT!
Pick your program here - http://athleanx.com/x/my-workouts Subscribe to this channel here - http://bit.ly/2b0coMW A recent video I did sparked someone to comment that you cannot look good, build muscle or be athletic over the age of 35 unless you are on TRT. For those who are not sure what that is, TRT is testosterone replacement therapy. Some would have you believe that seeing any kind of progress after a certain age is dependent on you resorting to synthetic means and shortcuts. That is simply not true. In this video, I’m going to tell you the real problem with making statements like this. Honestly, they have no impact on me personally, even when those statements expand into accusations that I achieve my look by using the same things. I can tell you that as a one hundred percent natural lifter my entire life, there is nothing more encouraging and rewarding than someone believing you use drugs to look the way you do. It is mind blowing actually, especially considering that fact that I used to train at home exclusively or pick odd hours to train at a gym so that I would not have to run into too many people since I already felt self conscious about my body and my strength. No, the real harm in these kind of statements, especially those made with such conviction, is that they do two incredibly bad things. First, they lower the bar on what is possible. Are you kidding me? No gains after the age of 35? Really? I bet you can think of 5 guys right away that look better after the age of 40 than they did in their 20’s and they have resorted to nothing but hard work, a commitment to training and most importantly, eating well. The second big thing is this “loser” and “quitter” mentality serves to discourage those on the fence from starting to dedicate themselves from improving their level of fitness. Think about it. If you are not committed to training and you are online looking for videos on how to get started and you run across that comment, you’re going to possibly be defeated before you even begin. You may think, it’s not in the cards for me either. He’s right. There is no hope for me since I’m not going to be able to take things like TRT so I can’t look good. What happens is this. The quitter, angry about his inability to commit (and refusing to look himself in the mirror and admit that his efforts have been anything but truly committed and stellar) wishes to drag others into his misery and disappointment. Nobody likes to fail alone. Always remember that. If they can find a way to discourage or disparage the achievements of others it somehow makes them feel better about themselves and their inability to achieve. I have to say, in almost every one of these instances, if I were to actually watch a workout performed by this type of individual it would not be anywhere near the level of effort needed to make change. If I were to analyze their nutrition for even a single day, it wouldn’t take me more than 4 seconds to identify exactly why they don’t have the level of body fat they are desiring. Unfortunately, you won’t get this information. The person who leaves these type of comments hides behind their own insecurities and never shares the real truth about why they have failed. But this is not you. You watch this channel because you want the best, most scientific, no nonsense advice on how to train like an athlete, eat like an athlete and look like an athlete 365 days a year without resorting to dangerous drugs or gimmicks. You want to be natural, train natural, and live healthy for many years to come. Well, for you I can tell you that you are in the right place. Every single thing I show you on this channel is doable and obtainable if you put in just one thing, effort. My look is one hundred percent obtainable if you pair consistency up with that effort. You can do this. Don’t ever let anyone else try and make you stray from that path. If you are looking for a program that can help you make this simpler than ever to follow, head to http://athleanx.com and use our program selector to get the program best suited to your current goals. Workout For Older Men: The A-40 Core Set
Train Like A Man Over 40 Should: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH1A0 Hey guys I want to show you all one of my all time favorite core-chiseling exercise techniques that I like to call the “A-40”. An “A-40” consists of 4 ab-targeted moves that are performed back to back with no rest breaks. Each move within the “A-40” will be performed at 10 reps each - Making each “A-40” set a 40 rep six pack accelerator. So if you are like me, you are probably thinking, well heck - how is this ab workout any different from the other thousands of ab workouts on YouTube? Well - here's how: Time efficiency. Older guys like you don’t have time for regular ab workouts, this tremendously shortens the time. You hit all areas of your abs in one single set. Help yourself get the abs you've always wanted faster than you thought possible: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH1A0 A-40's are challenging but yet do not yield a high risk of injury. If you do regular ab workouts such as crunches and sit-ups, they firstly aren't truly all that effective and they also place a great deal of stress on your spine, neck and lower back. And finally: Simplicity. One single A-40 set is a complete ab workout, targeting all corners of your midsection. It's the all in one - In addition, The A-40 requires no equipment, and can be done in the comforts of your own home! Now, doing 40 consecutive reps seems intense, and believe me, it sure is - but as I mentioned before, each of the 4 exercises are structured to focus on all areas of the midsection - Your rectus, obliques, lower abs and even the deepest abdominal layer, the transversus. The best part about the “A-40” is that it is designed specifically to spare your neck, low back and spine - which are the most common problem areas for men who striving to get ripped six pack abs, ESPECIALLY for guys who are ages 40 and up. So let me show you what the A-40 looks like right now: Workout Breakdown: 3:30 - 10 flutter kicks 3:50 - 10 toe reaches 4:16 - 10 pull-ins 4:35 - 10 reverse crunches Men over 40 need to do this one thing different for the body they deserve: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH1A0 Whew, now to complete the workout, hit this cycle 3 times total - and for even more of a core burn, try to complete the cycle 5 times! So what are you guys waiting for? Train to get in the best shape yet: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH1A0 P.S. Don't forget to remind all of your friends 40 and up that the Abs After 40 full program launch is this Monday, January 4th... Sailing the Roaring 40s in 30 foot Waves! Sailing SV Delos Ep. 107
In this episode we sail through the roaring 40s and it was crazy! Definitely the most intense part of our 3000NM passage from South Africa to La Reunion. We had wind speeds of over 50kn, 23–32ft (7–10m) waves and in the middle of everything our autopilot breaks and it’s hand steering from now on! A bit of a tester as our new crew have not hand steered before. Our whole world was getting slammed and tossed around in the waves and I think Brady described it pretty well “It feels like if your driving a car, with your eyes closed on a bumpy dirt road for days. Knowing your going to hit a tree but not knowing when you’re going to hit that tree. So all of a sudden you’re just driving and BOOM!“ Get ready for some hectic weather :D hope you Like! What Men Over 40 Need To Eat In Order To Get Six Pack Abs
How men over 40 can achieve the body they deserve: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH1A4 Hey guys, today I'm going to show you everything you guys 40 and up need to know about nutrition in order to get defined abs. What I’m about to show you today is crucial because men over 40 need to be eating differently than younger guys in order to get the abs they want because of two main reasons: Reason one: older guys naturally have lower test levels, so it’s much more important you know what to eat in order to crank up your testosterone production And reason number two: Your metabolism is slower than younger guys. You need to adjust your calories and macronutrients to take this into account. Video Breakdown: 0:55 - Tip 1: Use the grill to make delicious, healthy food - Meal prep my way calls for ALL of your weeks food to get prepared in under 60 minutes. The benefits of using a grill are really a no-brainer: Firstly, there's no cleaning involved - a little high heat will clear off the metal and add a little flavor too. And plus, food just tastes better on a grill. 2:39 - Tip 2: Cook meals in advance and bring them to the office. Invest in Tupperware or Ziploc bags. I keep a small cooler with me while I'm at work or on the race track with several meals handy so I can ensure that I stay fueled. 2:53 - Tip 3: Invest in grab and go snacks. I always have beef jerky, rice cakes and trail mix handy at all times. These grab and go snacks last forever, are easy to store and make for perfect nourishment to keep my mind and body going. If you’re ever in a situation where you can’t get your meal in, you'll never have any excuse to not eat healthy. Train Like A Man Over 40 Should: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH1A4 So guys, the date has finally come: Tomorrow we are officially launching the “Abs After 40” 90 day workout system that is specifically tailored to all of you guys out there who are in your late 30's, mid-40's blues, and beyond... Fat to Fit at 48
Working out alone in a tiny, converted man-cave, a 48 year old man drops 30 pounds in 18 weeks to prove that he shouldn't have let his ass get that big in the first place. For those who are interested. here's the basics of my diet and training: I trained 6 days a week - 3 days cardio, 3 days weights. The cardio covered running, cycling, rowing, x-trainer & boxing, starting easy and rising in intensity throughout the program. I tried to keep the weights as balanced as possible, but didn't go too heavy. This was partly because I don't want to bulk up any more and partly because I have to be very careful of health and safety training on my own. The exercises varied from bicep curls, shoulder flares and bench press to chin ups, dumbbell shrugs and tricep extensions. Diet was pretty standard and balanced, but with the following rules. No bread, no desserts, no snacks like crisps (potato chips) etc., 6 meals a day but no big ones and no alcohol. I kept strictly to that for 6 days a week and the 7th day was a free day when I could eat anything. A typical day is as follows. Meal 1 (7am) Bowl of cereal with zero fat yoghurt. Meal 2 (10am) Small snack, the size of an energy bar, and an apple. Meal 3 (Noon) Small salad dominated by protein. Meal 4 (3pm) Small snack, size of an energy bar (usually a banana). Meal 5 (6pm-ish) Main meal. Good quality stuff with good protein (salmon etc), vegetables etc. Not too many carbs. Meal 6 (No later than 8) My wife has a Nutribullet now, so we have a fruit smoothie. Golden rule is never eat yourself full and NEVER go to bed on a full stomach.

1884:Amy Rutherford writes about how they retired in their forties and how they plan to stay there
Amy Rutherford- Amy Rutherford: In 2006, we met in colorful Colorado. Back then, we were mindless spenders. We tracked every penny we spent and weren’t concerned about the big dollars that were flowing out of our bank account. We thought our spending level was okay because we weren’t in debt (other than our mortgage) and were maxing out our 401ks while adding to our savings and investment accounts at a steady pace. Even so, we spent an average of $115,000 per year for many years. This number doesn’t include income taxes, savings or payments to our mortgage principal. JUST SPENDING! When we started to look into our retirement, we assumed we would spend $120,000 a year. We had an epiphany in 2014. Spending less meant we didn’t have to work as long. Cutting back made us happier and kept moving up our planned retirement date. By living with less, we were able to say goodbye to our careers in 2015. From the beginning of our relationship, we treasured experiences over things. As we continue to downsize, our new life is filled with fun, frugal (or free!), fulfilling activities and we’ve never been happier. We spend less time acquiring, maintaining, upgrading, insuring and thinking about our stuff. While it may be cliché, less truly is more. In 2016, we spent $43,000. That year, we took 3 international vacations and traveled (by plane) around the US several times. Tim had back surgery that year which meant a $6,000 deductible. So, $43,000 isn’t lean or mean. There’s fat in there, too. We continue to seek and find ways to further reduce our spending. We are re-engineering our new lives with purpose. Our path includes more travel and embracing a healthier lifestyle. These days, we are active volunteers, house sitters and travelers. We blog at www.GoWithLess.com. We write about how we retired in our forties and how we plan to stay there. Listen to another #12minconvo

Laurie Baker's Architectural Principles BETTER QUALITY and extended full version
An extended version of the talk given by world famous architect Laurie Baker. Click Show More to know more. Dr. Laurie Baker (1917-2007) was a British-born architect who adopted India as his homeland. He believed that every man, woman and child had a right to be able to afford not just shelter but a home they could be proud of. The tale of Laurie Baker's 60-year presence in India is a captivating story of a transformed and transforming life. During World War II, Baker, a young architect and Quaker, a staunch believer in non-violence enlisted as an ambulance driver and served on the battlefield. Baker had a remarkable courage to go where he was needed the most. After the war, he traveled to the remote corners of Burma and China and lived amongst ostracized lepers for several years, putting his life at risk, during a time when leprosy was incurable. He built houses and a hospital for them and provided much-needed medical help using his war-time training as a nurse. Later, he continued his work with the Mission to Lepers in India. While waiting for his ship to return to England completing his work Baker had a serendipitous meeting with Mahatma Gandhi, who had heard about the funny Englishman who had spurned the lavish luxuries of a missionary life to live and work with and for poor local Indians. Gandhi invited Baker to return to India to apply his obvious resourcefulness to designing affordable housing for the poor. Later, Baker accepted, and in 1948 settled in the remote north of India near the Himalayas on a combined medical assistance and architectural assignment. Soon he met, fell in love and married Elizabeth Jacob, an Indian doctor whose commitment to serve people matched and perhaps surpassed Baker's. Baker served as full-time physician's assistant and part-time architect and the couple lived and worked amongst the remote neglected Himalayan hill people. For fifteen years Baker artfully blended indigenous knowledge and appropriate modern building practices building schools, hospitals and houses for the local people. Then, in the 1960s when both were in their forties, the Bakers and their family moved south to Kerala, Elizabeth's home state, where Baker's architectural work gradually eclipsed their medical practice. Baker continued designing and building using indigenous materials and features, this time from the results of studying the construction traditions of South India. Kerala alone has an uncounted number of Baker-designed homes and public buildings along with tens of thousands of Baker-inspired buildings designed and built by architects influenced by his philosophy. Many of the Baker homes were custom-designed and built for ordinary Indians who came to him saying, "We only have these rupees to build our house. What can you make for us?" Baker regularly rose to the challenge of designing and physically helping construct houses with severe budgetary constraints. Elizabeth says these were the projects that gave him greatest satisfaction. Laurie Baker made his transition on April 1st of 2007 at the age of 90, but his legacy lives on in his buildings, his family, young architects, his friends and admirers, and all those who respect the philosophy and technologies he lived in modeling possibilities for creating a more equitable and therefore peaceful world. Where I Live - Barbara Johnsen and Her Converted Barn House | Pottery Barn
The blend of old architecture and modern decor are elements that make a home exceedingly stunning in its appeal. In this video, Interior Designer Barbara Johnsen explains the decor of her new age barn that has a rustic country feel to it and is yet modern in every sense of the word. The house that Barbara lives in used to be a barn which she has redesigned to suit her tastes. As Barbara sees it, the place is reminiscent of history through its elements which include wooden works, barn style architecture and the use of handmade craft. Every nook and corner of her home recreates the charm of the old times. The highly textured wooden surfaces add a lot of warmth to the interiors and give it an aged, vintage look. While redesigning the home, Barbara has tried to retain the old elements of the original design in many creative ways. With the help of Pottery Barn's design experts, Barbara has transformed her home into a place where history comes alive.
