02:24
If you're looking for gin & raisins for arthritis, check out DrunkenRaisins.com, a website that sells gin-soaked raisins at a reasonable price. In fact, DrunkenRaisins.com is the only site that sells gin-soaked raisins. How are gin and raisins for arthritis? Give them a try! Mention "martinotv" with your first order to save $6.00 when you order from http://www.drunkenraisins.com Who is DrunkenRaisins? About (we're BIG on "about") 75 years ago the British, Irish and Scots took advantage of black outs or early setting sun and were thus driven to soaking almost anything in booze. Lo and behold they discovered soaking golden raisins in gin provided pain relief even when eating less than a dozen at a time. Over the years this home remedy for pain relief grew in popularity and the word spread throughout the world. Then, sadly, modern, very expensive medicine became the new symbol of healthy living (oxymoron). WELL...the gin soaked raisin is back and better than ever. Having joined the ranks of the DrunkenRaisin the gin soaked raisin has been improved with special honey and imported cinnamon enhancing both the flavor and effective ingredients for pain relief. 80% of those who eat gin soaked raisins enjoy pain relief as demonstrated by the many testimonials found on our links to other sites. After hearing about anti-inflammatory values of the gin-soaked raisin our founder, Larry Wright, who had arthritis in both of his hands, started eating them himself. They worked for him and he found others who had eaten them and also had great results. He was making them for his friends and was curious as to why they couldn't just go out and buy them. Consequently he had Toby help to develop a logo, Molly have it federally registered then got a domain site on his own. To create his unique blend he selected special both honey and cinnamon added to enhance the anti-inflammatory value and significantly improve their flavor so that everyone could enjoy them. The DrunkenRaisins became popular with some friends as an after dinner treat since they went so well with wine, port and other after dinner drinks. Finally the decision was made to package and sell them to others which has lead to the development of this website by a youthful team of knowledge-based pros who are enthused about the product and its future. Our team is working hard to make DrunkenRaisins a popular product in the marketplace. We hope you will try them and join us in our enthusiasm.

Cleanse Your Liver in a Few Days With Only 2 Ingredients

03:23
Did you know that raisin water can be great for you? It’s a good thing to add to your diet, especially to better your liver health. Why is raisin water so good for your health? It helps certain biochemical processes in the liver, which help it force the poisons out of your bloodstream. If you follow this treatment for four days straight, you’ll see that your digestion will rise and you’ll have more energy. Do you know what the benefits of raisin water are? It is advised to eat raisins in the morning to take better care of your heart, get rid of bad cholesterol, lower your triglyceride levels, and stop constipation or an upset stomach. Raisins have a lot of vitamins and minerals, and they help you even more when you drink the water they are soaked in. This is because they have less sugar this way, but you still gain the excellent medicinal cure for your liver. A natural source of antioxidants Raisins are one of the best sources for antioxidants. This is because they’re dried grapes, which are fruits that are full of bioflavonoids that help keep the body safe from free radicals and sickness. Raisins and raisin water have been used for many years to stop different heart and liver diseases. Helps detox the body The liver and the kidneys are important organs. They help clean your blood by taking out the poisons and heavy metals that can pile up and make you sick. But sometimes the liver and kidneys can be slowed by bad diet choices, eating too many fatty foods, and bad daily habits. If you drink raisin water for four days straight at least once a month it can help your liver work better, especially when it comes to detox. You’ll be able to tell that it’s helping at the times when you feel heavy, or feel that your digestion is slow or painful. Aids in digestion Drinking raisin water can help to clean the bloodstream and keep the liver working properly. It also helps to better digestion. How? By making the stomach acids separate, which helps you break down your food and take in the nutrients. You’ll start to see the difference around 2 days after you start drinking the raisin water. How do you make raisin water? Ingredients: - 2 cups of water (400 ml) - 150 grams of raisins Preparation Make sure to choose your raisins carefully. Look for raisins that are a darker color, and not too hard or soft. Check that the raisins are whole, and clean. Wash the raisins and then put them aside. Heat the water to a boil. Add the raisins and then let them bubble for 20 minutes. Then leave them to soak overnight. In the morning, strain the water from the raisins, and then heat the water up. You can drink it warm or hot, but make sure to  drink it on an empty stomach, right after you wake up. Then wait 30- 35 minutes before eating breakfast. Remember to follow this for four days. If you also have a diet that’s low in fat, and has plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables you’ll have better liver health. Raisin water would be a great thing to add to that diet. Make This Recipe and Say Goodbye to Back and Joint Pain

03:30
No one wants their body to develop weak bones or joints or to become frail. However, straining yourself, bumping into objects and certain bad habits can do just that. Back and joint main are one of the main reasons that people seek medical treatment. They can be caused by overdoing it physically, but they can also be caused by certain traumas and diseases. Most of the time, these aches and pains are not severe and can be conquered with rest, over-the-counter medication and special exercises. However, when these aches and pains occur regularly, they can be a sign of a chronic disease, such as arthritis. The aches and pains can become worse over time. If this happens, they could limit our mobility and affect our daily lives. To prevent that from occurring, it is important to live a healthy lifestyle and follow a wholesome diet full of nutrients that your bones and joints need to be strong. There are also natural supplements you can take to help strengthen your bones and joints, without ill side effects. One supplement you can take is grenetina, which is a scientific word for gelatin. Gelatin contains something called collagen, which can strengthen your body. Gelatin helps your joint and back pain because it is made of mostly protein. It contains some mineral salts and water, as well. This mixture helps to make collagen and reduce swelling in your veins and muscles. Gelatin also has amino acids, which are called arginine and glycine. These fancy sounding acids help to build muscles and strengthen your joints. Gelatin is cholesterol-free, fat-free and low calorie. Yet, because of the high protein content, gelatin makes you feel fuller longer, increases your metabolism and helps with digestion. It also strengthens the cartilage in your body and prevents serious injuries. Believe it or not, gelatin can help your outside appearance, too. It has shown an ability to keep skin healthy, stop premature aging and strengthen bones. To protect your joints, bones and cartilage, you should ingest 10 to 15 grams of natural gelatin each day. You can add this to many things, such as pastries, smoothies and natural juice. Use this recipe when you work your body a little too much or when you have an injury. Ingredients: - 1 tsp. plain gelatin (10 grams) - 1/2 glass cold water (100 mL) - 1/2 glass warm water (100 mL) Directions: - Add the teaspoon of plain gelatin to the cold water and let it sit overnight. - In the morning, pour the mixture into a pot and add the half glass of warm water into a double boiler. - Once dissolved, remove from heat and serve. - Drink each morning before breakfast, at least 30 minutes before the first meal of your day. - You can also pour in a glass of orange juice to improve the taste. It can also make it easier for the body to absorb. - Consuming this on a regular basis can help your joints and your pains. It is important to understand that your results will depend on your lifestyle and your diet. If you like the video, give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends! She refused to accept that as the truth and continued her trip back to the school. Fortunately she got all the students there safely. The kids later said they smelled alcohol on Watson's breath. They also claimed she cursed, yelled and swerved all over the road. Police were at the school when she pulled up. 03:58
9 Worst Foods for Arthritis and Joint Pain - Avoid Them !! These are, the 9 foods, that you must avoid as far as possible, if you have arthritis, and joint pain. I'm not saying that, you should completely eliminate them from your diet, but, you should try to minimize their consumption, especially, if you have arthritis. These foods, can worsen your already painful joint pains. 1. Fried & Processed Foods. Fried foods are rich in toxins called, advanced glycation end products, also called as, AGE. These toxins, boost the oxidation in the cells, and thus aggravate the inflammation. So, when choosing processed foods, read the label, and make sure that, they don't have more than 2-3 ingredients. 2. Refined Carbohydrates. Processed carbohydrates, from white flour products like, bread, crackers, white rice, or, white potatoes, have high glycemic index, and thus trigger inflammation. Instead, consume complex carbohydrates, such as, peas, beans, and green vegetables. 3. Gluten & Wheat. Wheat, and gluten, cause inflammation in many people, especially, in those suffering from a leaky gut, as it allows toxins and waste to enter the bloodstream, through your intestines, leading to an immune response, and inflammation. 4. Processed Sugar. Processed sugar triggers, the release of inflammatory messengers, called cytokines, which can worsen your joint pains. Instead of processed sugar, you can use unrefined sugar, such as, honey, date sugar, maple sugar, brown rice syrup, etc., in limited amounts. Removing processed sugar from diet completely, is not only helpful for your joint pains, but also to your overall health. 5. Dairy. Most dairy products contain casein, which is a protein type, that causes inflammation, as it irritates the tissues around the joints. Therefore, you should limit your consumption of dairy products. 6. Seed-based Oils. Most seed-based oils, are rich in omega-6 fatty acids. According to many studies, omega-6 fatty acids, increase inflammation, while omega-3, reduce it. Instead of seed oils, you can use olive oil, rice bran oil, mustard oil, sesame oil, etc., 7. Salt. Excessive salt intake causes, water imbalances in the body, leading to edema, and high pressure on the blood vessels. This worsens arthritis, and results in pain, and inflammation. 8. Nightshades. Nightshades contain alkaloids, which in arthritis patients, show pro-inflammatory properties, and thus, intensify the pain, and inflammation. Therefore, you should reduce the consumption of white potatoes, tomatoes, pepper, paprika, and, eggplants. 9. Red Meat. Red meat contains, high levels of an omega-6 fatty acid, called, arachidonic acid, which may increase pain, and inflammation. People suffering from arthritis, should limit the intake of red meat to, one, or, two servings per week. Thank You for Watching the Video. Please Like, Share and Comment on the Video! Epsom salt soak You will need… -1/2 cup of Epsom salt -A large bowl -Warm water Directions Fill a large bowl with warm water and add ½ cup of Epsom salt. Stir it around, and then submerge your sore joints in the liquid. If you are experiencing pain in a less convenient place to soak, such as your knees, try taking a bath with Epsom salts.
