Saliva prevents bacterial growth, and water is needed to keep the salivary glands working efficiently. Drinking water is paramount when it comes to preventing the bacterial growth and bad breath caused by inadequate moisture and saliva in the mouth. Avoid sugary juices at night because they can aid bacterial buildup during the night. Scrape your tongue. 4:36 Your tongue can be a breeding ground for smelly bacteria. After you brush your teeth, use your toothbrush to scrape your tongue of any bacteria, byproducts from the bacteria, or plaque. You can also use a tongue scraper for this. Keep your gums healthy. 5:37 Bacteria gathers in pockets at the base of the teeth, which creates an odor. Gum diseases are known to cause bad breath. To keep your gums healthy, choose toothpaste that contains fluoride. In case you’ve been looking for another good reason to quit smoking, here it is. 5 Sources of Body Odor That Aren't Just Sweat | What the Stuff?!

Regular bathing and a deodorant or antiperspirant keep most of us smelling so fresh and so clean. But some body odor has nothing to do with sweating: So, trimethylamine [try-METH-a-la-mean] is a chemical excreted by the bacteria in our guts that help us digest certain stuff. Like eggs, liver, soybeans, peas, and some fish. Those bacteria are great, but trimethylamine – well, it smells something like rotting fish, or urine, or both. Most of us have a digestive enzyme that breaks down the chemical for us. But in a rare disorder called trimethylaminuria [try-meth-a-la-mean-ur-e-a], your body to make too little (or none) of that enzyme. The result? You give off a very strong fish-like smell. There’s no cure, but avoiding the trigger foods and taking certain supplements can help. Researchers at the Monell Chemical Senses Center found that elderly people have a distinctive scent. They think it’s caused by changes in aging skin’s glands and secretions. It may have developed to help early humans differentiate between younger, stronger potential mates and older, less healthy ones. On the plus side for old age? The volunteer smell-testers in the study rated the body odor of old men as less unpleasant than that of middle-aged men. That’s right, spicy foods can cause more than just bad breath. Some spices, like garlic, are metabolized by your body to produce sulfur and other stinky chemicals, which are excreted through your sweat. And hot-n-spicy dishes can make matters worse: Capsaicin, the active chemical in hot peppers, can stimulate the nerve receptors in your mouth and trick your nervous system into thinking you’re overheating. Which, in turn, makes you sweat more. When untreated, diabetes can cause diabetic ketoacidosis [key-toe-ass-i-doe-sis]. Which means that, lacking the insulin to regulate your metabolism, your body is unnecessarily breaking down fat for fuel. It causes a sickeningly sweet aroma – like decomposing apples – on your breath and coming off of your body. And it’s one reason why, when patients seek treatment for body odor, physicians may order blood or urine tests to determine whether an underlying issue is at fault. That’s all the body odor stuff we have time for today, but to learn about more of the conditions that contribute to body odor – from typhoid fever to psychiatric disorders - check out our article 10 Sources of Body Odor That Aren’t Just Sweat on HowStuffWorks.com. 6 Signs That Your Liver Is Filled With Toxins | Liver Disease Symptoms Causes Remove Toxin from body

http://bit.ly/fattylr 6 Signs That Your Liver Is Filled With Toxins | Liver Disease Symptoms Causes Remove Toxin from body Cleansing your body from toxins is a great way to keep your systems "clean" and running smoothly. The results are worth it: improved immune system, clearer skin complexion, better sleep, curing of acne, constipation, disappearance of unpleasant body odour, just to name a few! Liver Failure Causes, Symptoms, Treatments If it's not for the liver, the toxins will take over your body, and you will start feeling sick. Liver Disease Symptoms, Treatment, Causes - What Are The Causes Of Liver Disease (Alcohol And Cirrhosis)? - Medicinenet Call it the terminator as it transforms toxins into waste and makes your body safely expel through poop or urine. It's how you are going to keep it healthy and little less employed. Remember that it's never too late. Opening your eyes and making yourself start right now will do the trick. Liver Disease Symptoms, Treatment, Causes - What Are The Symptoms Of Liver Disease? - Medicinenet If you feel at least one of them, it's time for you to take the health in your hands and start caring. Liver Disease - Wikipedia Sign 1: Unexplained Weight Gain When your liver is damaged, and it struggles to fight off the millions of toxins attacking it every day, the calorie reduction and overtime in the gym won't do the trick. The body has gotten used to storing unfiltered toxins in the fat cells, which is just another reason for what you feel at this moment. Your liver is responsible for going through grease. When you keep it busy with something else, it will start running sluggishly leaving the fat cells to fight on their own. The only fighting move they have is to absorb fat and make you bigger. Sign 2: Allergies The liver creates antibodies every time it feels something is not right. These antibodies are doing a great job attacking the allergens and making them go away. Unfortunately, the liver won't be able to do its work if it's running sluggishly. It's too busy doing something else leaving these allergens to develop in your body. On top of this, your brain runs regularly sending signals to your liver that the body is getting harmed of these allergens. It marks those allergens for removal, but the liver can't finish the job. The build up of too much histamine becomes a problem, as well. That's where you start feeling dizzy and feeling the allergy symptoms like itchiness, headaches, and fogginess. Sign 3: Chronic Fatigue the chronic fatigue represents the most common symptom when it comes to liver toxicity. The toxins play a huge role disrupting the metabolism of your muscles causing aches, fatigue, and different pain. Dr. David Buscher reports that the whole fatigue process gets much worse when a backlog of toxins come back and take down the entire immune system. Sign 4: Excessive Sweating and Body Odor The liver could be compared with a car. When you drive the car for too long without leaving it to rest for a moment, you can notice the temperature meter getting higher. It's the same thing. The liver gets hot when overworked. I don't know if you know, but the liver is a pretty big organ. When it gets hot, the whole body gets hot. It can cool itself by excessive sweating. And we all know that sweating could lead to body odor. Sign 5: Acne The toxins in your body can cause hormonal imbalances which are vivid through the stubborn acne on your body. Sign 6: Bad Breath If the bad breath keeps coming back, it could be a sign of a liver malfunction. Do you feel some of these symptoms? - It's crucial for you to visit your doctor and speak about the cause. Check the liver and see whether it functions normally or it got a little bit rusty. 8 Crucial Kidney-Failure Symptoms That Most People Ignore!

04:27
8 Crucial Kidney-Failure Symptoms That Most People Ignore! These vitals are located right below the rib cage. They cleanse, or filter 120-150 quarts of blood every day. They are essential for every function in the body, and keep your blood stable. Kidneys eliminate excess fluids and waste material from the body. These organs regulate electrolyte levels, and thus keep your bones strong, produce red blood cells, and normalize blood pressure. When your kidneys fail to carry out their function, your health is in serious danger. This is why you should recognize any potential threat and potential damage. We give you the most common indicators of kidney damage: Swelling Kidney malfunction results in inability to eliminate excess fluids, which causes swelling in face area, joints and limbs. Any unexpected swelling may indicate kidney failure. Changes in urination These are usually the earliest warning symptoms indicating something is wrong with your kidneys: Trouble urinating and unexplained pressure Bloody urine Dark urine color, less frequent urination in small amounts Pale urine color, frequent urination in large amounts Foamy urine Urges to urinate in the middle of the night Skin rashes Kidney failure leads to waste buildups, which causes skin rashes and severe itching. Waste material tends to accumulate in the blood, and thus make the skin irritated and dry. You can use creams and lotions to solve your skin problem, but that will not treat your underlying problem, of course if your rashes have anything to do with kidney damage. Fatigue Healthy kidneys produce EPO or erythropoietin, a hormone that participates in the production of red blood cells that deliver oxygen. Kidneys lead to a decreased number of red blood cells, and cause sort of a fatigue that affects brain and muscles. Eventually, this results in anemia. Shortness of breath It may be a sign of kidney damage. The body lacks oxygen, because of the lower number of blood cells that carry oxygen. The number of these blood cells is largely affected by harmful buildups in the lungs. Metallic taste in the mouth Accumulated waste in the blood may alter the taste of food and cause bad breath. Any change in food preferences and poor appetite may indicate kidney damage. Pain Kidney damage is also accompanied with ache in the upper back area or in the same area where the damaged kidney is set. Kidney stones and infections also trigger spasms and severe pain. Poor concentration and dizziness Poor flow of oxygen to the brain is form of anemia that is associated with kidney damage. It causes concentration issues, dizziness, and even memory loss. Introduce some healthy dietary habits and eat more foods high in antioxidants. This will help you bring your kidney function at an optimal level. Check the video below for more foods that favor your kidneys. https://youtu.be/vSMgJBDLe6U

If You Have Kidney Failure, You'll See These 8 Dangerous Signs On Your Body

02:51
The kidneys are responsible for excessive fluids or waste material from the organism. They regulate the levels of electrolytes and keep bones healthy and strong, make more red blood cells and stabilize the blood pressure. If you will not take care of your kidneys, it could lead to Acute Kidney Failure in the future. Acute kidney failure occurs when your kidneys suddenly become unable to filter waste products from your blood. When your kidneys lose their filtering ability, dangerous levels of wastes may accumulate, and your blood's chemical makeup may get out of balance. This kidney injury develops rapidly over a few hours or a few days. Read carefully to recognize the symptoms and prevent and problems linked to kidney damage: When kidneys start to fail at their “job”, they can get rid of excess fluids less and less and this will make the face bloated and swollen, also the joints and limbs. 2. Urination changes The most obvious and early signs are these: - Trouble urinating - Pressure during the process - Dark urine, less frequent urinating and with small amounts - Pale color of urine, frequent and in large amounts - Foamy urine - Many urge to urinate during the night 3. Rash of the skin The waste buildup in our body can be linked to kidney failure the skin gets a lot of rashes and itching. All the waste gets piled up in the blood and makes the skin look unhealthy, dry and irritated. 4. Fatigue When kidneys stop producing EPO (erythropoietin), a hormone that makes more red blood cells, fatigue will occur and it will have an impact on the brain and muscles too. 5. Shortness of breath If the body doesn't have enough oxygen, it is because of the low number of red blood cells that deliver the oxygen everywhere. 6. Taste of metal in the mouth/metallic taste The waste accumulated in the blood will change your taste to foods and even cause bad breath all the time. 7. Pain The ache in the upper back is another symptom of this condition that is the same area more or less where kidneys are placed. 8. Bad concentration and dizziness Bad oxygen flow to the brain is a clear sign of serious anemia, but also kidney failure. It will mess up the focus and concentration, make you light headed and dizzy and cause memory troubles. Prevention is the best chance to maintain kidney function, and controlling high blood pressure and diabetes over a lifetime can decrease the potential for progressive kidney damage.

Q & A : Body Odor

05:52
Q: I have Body odor. Help! Body odor is a perceived unpleasant smell our bodies can give off when bacteria that live on the skin break down sweat into acids, or when we have a health condition affecting our metabolism. Body odor usually becomes evident around in the early teens, around puberty. People who are overweight, or have certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, are more susceptible to having body odor. People who sweat a lot - those with hyperhidrosis - may also have body odor. Also, our food choices affect our body odor. Sweat itself is virtually odorless to humans; it is the effect of bacteria on the sweat that causes the unpleasant smell. Body odor is most likely to occur in our feet, groin, armpits, genitals, hairy areas, belly button, anus, and behind the ears. Each person's unique body odor can be influenced by diet, gender, health, and medication. // Two types of acid are commonly present when there is body odor: 1- Propionic acid (propanoic acid): which has a vinegar-like smell. 2- Isovaleric acid which smells like strong cheese types. The average human body has three to four million sweat glands, of which there are two types: 1- Eccrine glands - a type of simple sweat gland that is located in almost in all skin areas all areas where there is skin. They produce a clear, odorless substance, consisting primarily of water and NaCl. Apocrine glands - Most of the apocrine glands in the skin are located in the groin, armpits and around the nipples. They are scent glands, their secretion have a smell, mainly due to the pheromones. They are functional during hormonal stress and puberty. A lot of our B.O. (body odor) comes from the sweat produced by our apocrine glands. So, what causes foot odor? The main cause is humidity being trapped into closed shoes. Most of us wear shoes and socks, making it much more difficult for the sweat to evaporate, giving the bacteria more sweat to break down into smelly substances. Moist feet also raise the risk of fungi developing, which can also give off unpleasant smells. When to see your doctor Some medical conditions may change how much a person sweats. You should see your doctor if: 1-You start sweating at night. 2-You start sweating much more than you normally do, without any logical reason. 3- You have cold sweats 4- Sweating disrupts your sleep or social life. 5-You body smells differently. Treating and preventing body odor. The following steps may help control body odor: 1-Wash daily with warm water - have a daily shower, or at least what I call it a “Cat shower”. Dry your body very well after showering, especially the foot area. 2-Clothing - Wear only natural-made fibers like cotton or silk.. (كارينا!) 3- Avoidin Avoid smelly fooodsg certain foods - curry, garlic, onions, red meat, and dairy products and some other spicy (piquant) foods have the potential to make some people's sweat more pungent. Some experts believe a diet high in red meat may also raise the risk of developing more rapid body odor. Eat certain foods: Like green leafy vegetables and ginger. Chlorophil absorbs strong odors, and giger has natural antibacterial properties. 4- Remove Hair under the armpits and in the groin. 5-Use Deodorant or antiperspirant - natural deodorants can be made with baking soda. An antiperspirant blocks the sweating action of the glands, resulting in less sweating. 6-Botox injections can help minimize the amount of sweat. Talk to your doctor about them. 7- Do not take medications without medical advice. Many medications, especially antibiotics, make you more prone to fungal infections aaffetcing your body odor. 8 SIGNS THAT IS SHOWN FROM THE BODY IF YOUR KIDNEY IS IN DANGER!

03:15
1. FATIGUE Healthy kidneys produce erythropoietin, a hormone which increases the number of red blood cells. A low red blood cell count leads to fatigue as well as problems with the muscles and brain. The same signs may be attributed to anemia. 2. PAIN Pain in the area surrounding the kidneys is a typical sign of kidney stones or urinary tract infection. 3. POOR CONCENTRATION AND DIZZINESS Both kidney failure and severe anemia lead to an insufficient flow of oxygen to the brain, leading to poor concentration, memory problems, and dizziness. 4. METALLIC TASTE IN THE MOUTH Accumulation of waste in the blood changes the taste of food and causes bad breath. Metallic taste in the mouth and poor appetite are one of the major signs of kidney damage. 5. SKIN RASHES Accumulation of waste is directly linked to skin rashes and itching. As the waste accumulates in the blood, the skin dries and get irritated. Creams and lotions cannot solve this issue as the root cause is internal and seeks another approach. 6. SHORTNESS OF BREATH Low red blood cell count, caused by toxic buildup in the lungs, reduces the amount of oxygen in the body, leading to shortness of breath. This sign is often associated with kidney damage. 7. SWELLING If the kidney function is compromised, excess fluids stay trapped in the body and lead to swelling, especially of the face, limbs, and joints. 8. CHANGES IN THE URINE Most common signs include: o Trouble urinating o Pressure during urinating o Urge to urinate during the night o Foamy urine o Pale color, frequent urination, and in large amounts o Dark urine, less frequent urinating and urinating in small amounts

03:59
For more info: https://draxe.com/how-to-get-rid-of-bad-breath/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Apr-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=breath In today’s video, I’m going to share my top tips to get rid of bad breath fast, including the diet, supplement, and essential oils you can use to help with this issue. Nobody wants bad breath. It’s essentially caused by the bad bacteria build-up within your body such as yeast and candida overgrowth. To get rid of chronic bad breath, the first thing you want to focus on is getting rid of yeast and candida by consuming a diet that is lower in sugar and higher in probiotic-rich foods. You want to consume less starches, grains, and sugars, or even eliminate sugar all together. You will want to replace these foods with protein, fiber, healthy fats, probiotic-rich foods, and alkalizing-rich foods. Some examples of probiotic-rich foods are fermented yogurt, goat’s milk kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha, which will help overcome the yeast and candida in your body. Healthy fats you want to consume are foods like coconut oil or avocado. Additionally, you want to get a quality probiotic supplement as well as using peppermint essential oil in homemade toothpaste. Lastly, a food that can help with bad breath is parsley because of the alkalinity level. *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Don't Ignore These Early Symptoms of Kidney Disease

11:25
Don't Ignore These Early Symptoms of Kidney Disease People often ignore the warning signs of Kidney Disease, until the problem becomes severe. It is important to be aware of these signs as addressing the problem early can save you from future complications. If you have multiple signs and symptoms of Kidney Disease, ask your doctor to check your health levels and get the best treatment for Kidney Disease. Here are the early warning signs of Kidney Disease. 01:02 1, Changes in Urinary Function. 02:05 2, Swelling in the Body. 03:09 3, Severe Fatigue and Weakness. 04:07 4, Dizziness. 05:06 5, Unexplained Back Pain. 06:03 6, Skin Breakouts and Itching. 07:02 7, Ammonia Breath. 08:01 8, Nausea or Vomiting. 09:08 9, Feeling Cold Most of the Time. 10:01 10, Shortness of Breath. The first symptom of kidney disease is a change in your urinary function. The change may be in the amount and frequency of the urine you pass. It’s the kidneys’ job to remove waste and extra liquid from the body. When this does not happen, the extra fluid and water buildup causes swelling. This can be in the hands, feet, ankle joints, face and under the eyes. You may also notice dimpling of the skin after being pressed for a few seconds. When the kidneys do not function properly, there is a high chance of feeling fatigued most of the time. You may feel tired, exhausted or generally lack energy without any known reason. Two common causes of these symptoms are anemia and accumulation of waste products in the body. Healthy kidneys make a hormone called erythropoietin that aids production of oxygen-carrying red blood cells. Damaged kidney make less of this hormone, eventually leading to a decreased red blood cell count. If kidney disease causes anemia, you may suffer from frequent dizziness, which is a feeling of light-headedness, unsteadiness or loss of balance. This happens because anemia can prevent your brain from getting enough oxygen. It can further cause memory problems, trouble concentrating and difficulty sleeping. If you are suffering from sudden dizziness and poor concentration, take it seriously and get a medical checkup. Unexplained aches and pains in the back as well as sides of your abdomen can be symptoms of undiagnosed kidney disease or kidney infections. When kidneys do not function properly, you may experience pain, stiffness and fluid in the joints. Another effect of poor kidney functioning is an imbalance of calcium and phosphorus in the blood, which can lead to excessive itching. If your otherwise healthy skin suddenly shows signs of breakouts, rashes and intense itching, see your doctor. Kidney disease can also cause a metallic taste in the mouth or ammonia breath. This happens because poor kidney functioning leads to an increase in the level of urea in the blood. Urea is broken down to ammonia in the saliva, thus causing urine-like bad breath known as ammonia breath. It can also cause an undesirable metallic taste in the mouth, which can make food taste different. Nausea, vomiting and poor appetite are very common gastrointestinal symptoms among people suffering from kidney disease. Nausea and vomiting most often occur when you get up in the morning. As the kidneys are not able to filter harmful toxins out of the blood, it leads to an accumulation of excessive urea nitrogen in the blood stream. This stimulates the gastrointestinal mucosa and causes nausea and vomiting. Well, If you experience any of the following 5 Common Signs of Kidney Disease that I mentioned above, you should not ignore it. It’s important to tell your health care provider to have them checked by your doctor. So that the cause can be found and treated, if needed. Being proactive can lead to earlier treatment and a better outlook. Thank you for watching "5 Common Signs of Kidney Disease" Early Detection Could Save Your Life Longer. This Simple Spoon Test Reveals Hidden Health Problems In Your Body

03:59
This Simple Spoon Test Reveals Hidden Health Problems In Your Body Be honest: how often do you make it to the doctor’s? How often do you cancel appointments and promise to reschedule but never get around to it? Luckily, there are several things you can do to perform your own health checkup at home and make sure everything is in tip-top shape. Here’s how to check your heath in one minute: Grab a spoon and scrape it over the entire surface of your tongue. Make sure it’s wet with saliva. Put the spoon into a transparent plastic bag, then place it under a bright light. You can use the sun or a desk lamp. Wait for one minute, then check the spoon. If your spoon appears clean with no stains or unpleasant odors, your internal organs are doing just fine. If you notice something is off, there might be a problem. If there’s an odor coming from the spoon: A strong, rotting odor coming from the spoon may indicate problems with your lungs. This smell is much worse than traditional bad breath. It could be a sign of a lung problem ranging from a bad infection to cancer. A sweet, fruity odor coming from the spoon may be a sign of diabetes. If your body isn’t processing sugar properly, your blood sugar rises and your cells start burning fat for energy. The byproduct of this processes is ketones, which can make your breath smell fruity. An odor that smells like ammonia coming from the spoon may indicate problems with the kidneys. This “fishy” smell can be a sign of kidney failure. If there are stains on the spoon: If the stains are white or yellow with a thick coating, it may be an indication of a thyroid gland dysfunction. The conversion of beta-carotene to Vitamin A depends on the thyroid hormone. A deficiency can manifest as a yellowish buildup of carotene. If the stains are purple, it may mean you have poor blood circulation or high cholesterol levels. It can also indicate bronchitis. Bronchitis cuts down the efficiency of airwaves that bring oxygen to the blood stream, which can cause a purple tint. If the stains are white, you may be suffering from a respiratory infection. White buildup on the tongue can be caused by several different infections and viruses. If the stains are orange, it may be a sign of kidney disease. Chronic kidney disease can either cause the mouth tissues to appear pale due to anemia, or orange due to carotene-like deposits. https://youtu.be/hlsNdO8ouJI

signs of kidney problems | If Your Kidney Is In Danger, The Body Will Give You These 8 Signs! Vital for the human body and in charge of many processes are the kidneys, which are located in the back of the abdomen. As they filter blood and produce urine detoxification and cleansing the system is their major function. Kidneys remove excess waste and fluid from the body, balance electrolytes, regulate blood pressure, increase the number of red blood cells, and support bone health. They are critical to maintain life in brief. The entire body is put at great risk in case their function is compromised. Therefore, knowing how to recognize the symptoms of kidney disorder is of utmost importance. Below you have a list of 8 signs telling that your kidney `s function is endangered: 1. FATIGUE: Healthy kidneys produce erythropoietin,a hormone which increases the number of red blood cells.A low red blood cell count leads to fatigue as well as problems with the muscles and brain. The same signs may be attributed to anemia. 2. PAIN: A typical sign of kidney stones or urinary tract infection is pain in the area surrounding the kidneys. 3. POOR CONCENTRATION AND DIZZINESS: Both kidney failure and severe anemia lead to an insufficient flow of oxygen to the brain, leading to poor concentration, memory problems, and dizziness. 4. METALLIC TASTE IN THE MOUTH: Accumulation of waste in the blood changes the taste of food and causes bad breath. One of the major signs of kidney damage are metallic taste in the mouth and poor appetite. If Your Kidney Is In Danger, The Body Will Give You These 8 Signs!

04:11
If Your Kidney Is In Danger, The Body Will Give You These 8 Signs! Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11 The kidneys are essential for your health, as they cleanse and detoxify the body, filtering 10-150 quarts of blood on a daily basis. They are located under the rib cage. They eliminate waste and excessive fluids from the body, regulate the electrolyte levels, regulate blood pressure, produce more red blood cells, and keep the bones strong and healthy. If they are endangered and their function is impeded, the entire health is at risk. Therefore, it is of high importance to learn to distinguish the body signs that indicate kidney damage and failure: Urination Changes. These are the most common early symptoms of kidney damage: Trouble urinating. Pale color of urine, frequent need for urination, and in large amounts. Foamy urine. Dark urine, reduced need for urination, or reduced amount of urine. frequent night urges for urination. Pressure during urination. Swellings. In the case of destroyed function of the kidneys, the body cannot remove excess fluids and this leads to swellings, bloating of the face, limbs, and joints. Metallic Taste In The Mouth. Due to the waste deposits in the blood, a person may have bad breath or a changed taste in the mouth. In the case of severe kidney damage, the person may experience a great change in the taste of some foods, as well as poor appetite. Fatigue. In the case of healthy kidneys, they produce EPO (erythropoietin), which is a hormone that produces red blood cells which supply the needed oxygen for the body. If the number of red blood cells is lowered, the person experiences fatigue, brain, and muscles damage. This is a common sign of severe anemia as well. Pain. Another common sign is a pain in the upper back, where the kidneys are, and the pain may also be accompanied by kidney stones and infections. Shortness of Breath. Kidney damage may also lead to shortness of breath, as the body is deficient of oxygen, due to the reduced number of red blood cells which deliver oxygen all throughout the body. Their number is reduced due to the accumulated toxins in the lungs. Bad Concentration and Dizzines. The deficiency of oxygen in the brain may indicate severe anemia, or kidney failure, which can lead to poor concentration and focus, light-headedness, dizziness, and memory issues. Skin Rashes. The waste deposits may also lead to kidney failure, and the skin may be itchy and covered with rashes. The waste gets accumulated in the blood, leading to an unhealthy appearance of the skin, making it irritated and dry. This can be alleviated a bit with the use of creams and lotions, but the real problem is internal, and should be treated as such. Regarding all this, it is of high importance to take proper care of the health of the kidneys and consume high-antioxidant foods, supplements, and a proper amount of water. This will support the function of the kidneys, prevent complications of this kind, and maintain a good overall health. Furthermore, it is essential that you consult your doctor in order to treat this issues, in case you experience these symptoms. ================================= kidney disease, kidney failure,if your kidney is in danger, kidney, signs of kidney problems, kidney is in danger, 8 sign of kidney, kidney problems, signs of kidney problems | If Your Kidney Is In Danger, The Body Will Give You These 8 Signs!, signs of kidney diseases, causes of kidney failure, natural health, the body will give you these 8 signs, Do not ignore it, signs that your liver is in, 8 signs of kidney failure, signs of kidney https://youtu.be/3jpFkuGrp4o Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11

The Body Will Give You These 8 Signs If Your Kidney Is In Danger

03:40
The kidneys are vital organs in the human body, located under the rib cage, and are responsible for detoxification and cleaning of the system, as they filter 10-150 quarts blood on a daily basis. Their function is extremely important for the entire body and the blood. They remove the excess amounts of waste and fluids from the body, support the health of the bones, balance the electrolytes, stabilize the blood pressure, and increase the number of red blood cells. Therefore, if their function is somehow endangered, the entire body is at great risk, so you should know how to recognize the symptoms and thus prevent major issues, as kidney damage or failure: Changes in the urine • The most common and early symptoms include: • Foamy urine • Dark urine, less frequent urinating and urinating in small amounts • Urges to urinate during the night • Pressure during urinating • Trouble urinating • Pale color, frequent urination, and in large amounts Swellings In the case of a weakened function of the kidneys, the fail to eliminate excess fluids from the body and thus lead to swellings and bloating of the face, limbs, and joints. Shortness of Breath This sign may often be associated with kidney damage. The reduced number of red blood cells, due to the accumulated toxins in the lungs, reduces the amount of oxygen in the body. Skin Rashes Kidney failure may lead to accumulation of waste, and thus to itching and skin rashes. As waste is build up in the blood, the skin looks irritated, dry, and unhealthy. These issues cannot be easily solved with the use of creams and lotions, since the root problem is internal, due to the problems linked to your. Metallic taste in the mouth The waste buildup in the blood alters the taste of foods and leads to bad breath. Poor appetite and severe change in some foods indicate kidney damage. Bad Concentration And Dizziness Kidney failure, as well as severe anemia, lead to a poor flow of oxygen to the brain, and this ends up in memory problems, poor concentration, dizziness, and light-headedness. Pain The pain felt in the area of the kidneys indicates kidney stones or infections of the urinary tract. Fatigue Healthy kidneys produce a hormone known as EPO (erythropoietin), which increases the number of red blood cells, which carry the needed oxygen. If the number of red blood cells is decreased, it leads to fatigue, and brain and muscles problems. These signs may also be attributed to severe anemia. Hence, you need to consume healthy foods, foods high in antioxidants, as well as supplements, in order to support the function of the kidneys, and thus take care of the overall health. These 6 Warning Signs Show That Your Liver is Full of Toxins

03:23
Do you think your liver is full of toxins ? do you have these symptoms of liver toxicity ? watch this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uqlayMxrKs The liver is a critical organ. It transforms toxins into waste that your body can safely expel via urine or poop. It’s a tough job, especially considering just how prevalent toxins are in our modern environment. With time and a lack of proper care to avoid those toxins, the liver becomes overwhelmed and sluggish. Instead of getting rid of toxins, it stores them in fat cells, especially around the belly. That segues us neatly into our first sign of a sluggish liver. Please subscribe and watch this video until the end to know the complete information. Sign 1. Unexplained Weight Gain. With a sluggish liver, calorie reduction and hours spent at the gym per week mean little, that weight will keep piling on. The body’s tendency to store unfiltered toxins in its fat cells is just one reason for this. You see, the liver is also responsible for metabolizing fat. When it’s running sluggishly, fat will simply circulate from the gut through bile and right back to the organ. Sign 2. Allergies. A properly functioning liver creates antibodies that attack allergens. When it gets sluggish, though, the body stores those allergens. Your brain responds by producing histamine, a chemical meant to ‘mark’ allergens for removal. When too much histamine builds up in your body over an extended period of time, you wind up with allergy symptoms like headaches, itchiness and fogginess. This point is especially important if you’ve only recently developed seasonal allergies, your body may have temporarily lost its ability to process those allergens. Sign 3. Chronic Fatigue. Dr. Edward Group says chronic fatigue is one of the most common symptoms of liver toxicity. Toxins disrupt muscle metabolism, producing aches, pains and physical fatigue. According to Dr. David Bushcer, this gets worse when a backlog of toxins takes down the immune system. Over time, this chronic fatigue can give way to moodiness, depression and angry outbursts. Sign 4. Excessive Sweating and body odor. The liver is kind of like a computer, when it gets overworked, it becomes sluggish and hot. Because it’s such a large organ, it easily transfers that heat to the rest of your body, which attempts to cool itself by sweating excessively. This excessive sweating can lead to funky body odor. Sign 5. Stubborn Acne. All those pesky toxins that build up in your liver cause hormonal imbalances. Those imbalances, in turn, lead to skin problems like acne. No amount of external cleansing will get rid of acne that’s caused by a sluggish liver. Sign 6. Bad Breath. Do you feel like, no matter how much your brush your teeth and floss, your bad breath keeps coming back? As Dr. Frank Lipman reports, it could be a sign of liver malfunction. Fetor hepaticus occurs when foul-smelling toxins accumulate in the body. It tends to make breath smell musty and fecal-like. If you notice one or more of those symptoms, speak with a doctor or naturopath to confirm the cause. Thank you for watching. please like, comment, subscribe and share with your friends and family.

This Is What Happens When You Drink a Coffee on an Empty Stomach

03:06
You might think drinking coffee in the morning is a great idea. You may even think it’s a great way to get yourself going in the morning. But you’d be surprised to learn that drinking coffee first thing in the morning- especially on an empty stomach- is a terrible idea. Why? Let’s take a look at a few reasons. 1. Stomach Acid Your stomach has hydrochloric acid, which, at the right level, helps your body digest food properly. When your stomach is empty, this acid doesn’t have much to work with, so it can slosh around and hurt your stomach. Drinking a cup of coffee on that empty stomach adds to the problem by putting more acid in your body. Always having too much stomach acid will harm your stomach and digestive tract, leading to problems like heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, and stomach ulcers. 2. Bad Digestion Having caffeine on an empty stomach ruins digestion, leading to a bloated feeling and other signs of irritable bowel syndrome, like pain and irregularity. How? Caffeine acts like your adrenal glands, which create stress hormones called cortisol and adrenaline. When these hormones flood your body, they raise your heart rate and blood pressure, and your liver starts letting out blood sugar to give energy to muscles so that you can run away. Your digestive system also shuts down to send energy to where it is needed most. 3. Anxiety When you go through your morning on an empty stomach, you lower your brain’s power to properly break down serotonin. Serotonin is the “happy, calm hormone”. When your brain is unable to break down this hormone properly, it causes anxiety and depression. Throwing a cup of coffee on top of that empty stomach causes anxiety by boosting your body’s cortisol and adrenaline levels. That will leave you feeling shaky, nervous, and weak. 4. Dehydration Drinking coffee on empty stomach raises the amount of fluid that your body passes, and can cause dehydration. If you’re like most people, you’ll likely answer to that dehydration by reaching for yet another cup of coffee, making things even worse for yourself. 5. Low Levels of Serotonin Very few people know about this, but coffee will make you feel less hungry. People who drink coffee right away in the morning sometimes end up skipping breakfast. Skipping your first meal of the day can ruin your body’s power to make serotonin, a neurotransmitter in charge of making you feel happy and calm. Also, serotonin is very important for a good night’s sleep. Your body changes serotonin into melatonin at night. Low levels of melatonin usually lead to insomnia problems. If you like drinking coffee, make sure to always have it after breakfast. Kidney Disease Symptoms - 10 Common Symptoms of Chronic Kidney Disease (CDK )

05:30
When you know the symptoms of Kidney Disease, you can get treatment and feel your best. Kidney Disease symptoms can be subtle. Some people don’t have any symptoms or don’t think they do. If you have one or more of the 10 symptoms in this video, or worry about kidney problems, see a doctor for blood and urine tests. Many of the symptoms on this video can be caused by other health problems. The only way to know the cause of your symptoms is to see your doctor. NOTE : Low back pain is not a sign of kidney disease. Your kidneys are above your waist in the back of your body. If you have pain there, tell your doctor. Here are top 10 common symptoms of kidney disease and kidney failure that you should know. 1. Fatigue (being tired all of the time). Why this happens: Healthy kidneys make a hormone called erythropoietin, or E P O. This hormone tells your body to make oxygen-carrying red blood cells. As the kidneys fail, they make less E P O. With fewer red blood cells to carry oxygen, your muscles and brain tire very quickly. This is anemia, and it can be treated. 2. Feeling Cold (when others are warm). Why this happens: Anemia can make you feel cold all the time, even in a warm room. 3. Shortness of Breath (after very little effort). Why this happens: Being short of breath can be related to the kidneys in two ways. First, extra fluid in the body can build up in the lungs. And second, anemia (a shortage of oxygen-carrying red blood cells) can leave your body oxygen-starved and short of breath. 4. Feeling Faint, Dizzy, or Weak. Why this happens: Anemia related to kidney failure means that your brain is not getting enough oxygen. This can lead to memory problems, trouble with concentration, and dizziness. 5. Trouble Thinking Clearly. Why this happens: Anemia related to kidney failure means that your brain is not getting enough oxygen. This can lead to memory problems, trouble with concentration, and dizziness. 6. Feeling Very Itchy. Why this happens: Kidneys remove wastes from the bloodstream. When the kidneys fail, the build-up of wastes in your blood can cause severe itching. 7. Swelling In Hands, Feet, Legs, or Face. Why this happens: Failing kidneys don't remove extra fluid, which builds up in your body causing swelling in the legs, ankles, feet, face, or hands. 8. Food Tastes Like Metal and Ammonia Breath. Why this happens: a build up of wastes in the blood (called uremia) can make food taste different and cause bad breath. You may also notice that you stop liking to eat meat, or that you are losing weight because you just don't feel like eating. 9 Upset Stomach, Nausea, Vomiting. Why this happens: a severe build-up of wastes in the blood (uremia) can also cause nausea and vomiting. Loss of appetite can lead to weight loss. 10. Urination Problems. Why this happens: Kidneys make urine, so when the kidneys are failing, the urine may change like these: You may urinate more often, or in greater amounts than usual, with pale urine. Urine may be foamy or bubbly. You may urinate less often, or in smaller amounts than usual, with dark-brown, red, or purple colored urine. Your urine may contain blood. You may feel pressure or have difficulty urinating. https://youtu.be/mqdleeqKbqU

If your kidney is in danger, the body will give you thes 6 signs!

03:27
If your kidney is in danger, the body will give you thes 6 signs! Upper back pain Upper back pain is one of the most common symptoms that you suffer from kidney damage. This kidney pain is usually a one-sided ache in your upper back and is commonly accompanied by fever urinary and changes. Kidney infections or kidney stones can be the case if you have spasms or severe pain. Skin Rash Kidney failure mostly appears because of the waste buildup in your body. It can cause rashes and itchy skin. If the kidneys can’t filter our blood and remove the waste build up, our skin will start to look dry, unhealthy and irritated. The situation can be eased with the help of creams and lotions, but if the rash or skin problem is caused by kidney problems, they can’t help and you’ll need an adequate treatment. Swelling Swelling without any obvious reason could be linked to damaged kidneys. In case the kidney’s function is compromised, then you won’t be able to remove the waste build up which will lead to swelling in your hands, feet, face, legs and ankles. Metallic Taste in The Mouth The waste deposits we have in our blood may also cause the appearance of bad breath or a changed taste in the mouth. If your kidneys are damaged, you’re also likely to experience a great change in the taste of some foods, but also poor appetite. Fatigue Healthy kidneys produce EPO (erythropoietin), a hormone that produces red blood cells which we need because they supply the oxygen we need for our body to function properly. If the number of your red blood cells is lowered, you’ll experience brain, fatigue and also muscles damage. Severe anemia also appears with these signs. Here are some of the most obvious and early signs of kidney damage: Foamy urine Pale color of urine, frequent and in large amounts Trouble urinating A great urge to urinate during the night Dark urine, less frequent urinating and with small amounts Urination changes Pressure during the process. ---------------------------------------- ▶ Subscribe to the channel: goo.gl/KqLsH8 ----------------------------------------- Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Health for you channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. LESS Breath: Better Health? | Mouth Breathing vs. Nasal Breathing

The series Stranger Things has somewhat brought the term "mouth breather" back into circulation, but there needs to be more education on the importance of avoiding breathing through the mouth at all times - even when asleep. Patrick McKeown's book "The Oxygen Advantage" ( http://amzn.to/2p66IIz ) is a must-read book for anyone who breathes. Everyone else, you're off the hook. - - - - - - - - MOUTH TAPING & Stuffed Noses Some points about the mouth taping to be careful. For the most part taping the mouth isn't dangerous unless you have a nasal obstruction. If you can't breathe with the tape on then you wouldn't fall asleep in the first place. However it is possible that in the middle of the night you could roll into some position that makes it hard to breathe through the nose, which should just cause you to roll over again or you'd just wake up. However, just in case: ■Make the tape easy to take off: You can pat the piece of tape on the back of your hand to remove some of the adhesive before putting it on. Fold it at both ends to make a tab you can pull on to take it off ■Don't tape your mouth after drinking alcohol (or drugs) and it's better not to wear it if you've eaten dinner soon before bed. Patrick McKeown recommends to finish dinner at least 2 hours before sleeping ■If it makes you anxious, try just wearing the tape while awake until you're comfortable with it. If you really don't like the idea of taping your mouth, you can get an anti-snoring chin strap instead which will keep your mouth closed. [Stuffed Nose] Patrick McKeown addresses this in the book, here's one of the nose unblocking techniques: -Sit in a chair -After a gentle exhalation, close your mouth and pinch your nostrils -Gently nod your head back and forth until you feel the urge to breathe. -Keep your mouth closed but attempt to gently inhale through the nose -Unless you simply cannot breathe through the nose at this point, continue to breathe lightly in and out through your nose. -If the nose is still stuffed, repeat the exercise. (Repeat up to 4 times in one sitting though)

What Are Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms?

06:05
For more info: https://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Apr-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=vitaminddeficiency In this video I’m going to talk about the benefits of vitamin D as well as symptoms of vitamin D deficiency. In certain studies, Americans has been found to be the #1 population in vitamin D deficiency. Some of the main symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are a weakened immune system, candida or bacterial overgrowth, emotional ups and downs, hormone imbalance, trouble putting on muscle or losing weight, weakened bones or teeth, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes. Vitamin D supports having a healthy immune response, digestive health, hormone balance, and more. The biggest causes of vitamin D deficiency are not getting enough sunlight, certain chemicals from plastic bottles (bpa), and toxicity. Try to get outside everyday for about 20-30 minutes of natural sunlight. Certain foods that are sources of vitamin D are wild caught fish, raw fermented milk, mushrooms, and eggs. However, there are small amounts in the food you eat. For a good supplement, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D supplement. You don’t want to take vitamin D2, but you do want to take vitamin D3. For supplementation, take about 2000-5000 IUs a day. However, if you have a severe deficiency, then for 1-2 months, you may take 5000 IUs twice daily. Lastly, you want to take your vitamin D3 with some form of fat like coconut oil or avocado to help absorption in your body. For more on vitamin d deficiency, you can check out this article: http://draxe.com/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms/ *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. The Importance of Stomach Acid, what to do about H Pylori

09:21
Stomach acid seves many functions for the human body, and without proper levels, it could to autoimmune disorders, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, emphesema, collagen loss, wrinkles, aging, poor skin elasticity, and H. Pylori, a bacteria that lives in the stomach which can lead to serious health issues. Markus Rothkranz discusses with medical expert James Sloane. Low stomach acid is connected with emphysema, emfizima, chronic bronchitis and lung problems? Bloating could be a sign of h pylori thanks to alkaline water or kangen water which leads to bad digestion and stomach parasites. What to do for stomach cramps, gas, bad digestion, gut problems and why is is connected with wrinkles, collagen, elastin and h pillory. How to rebuild stomach acid is discussed. James Sloane site: http://www.medcapsules.com http://www.MarkusNews.com Having ample stomach acid is critical for good health. Stomach acids do much more than just facilitate food digestion. It kills bacteria, fungus, and viruses. It breaks down the protein we take properly so as to strengthen our immune system. It helps us absorb silica which keeps our skin and joints healthy and young; and much more. H Pylori generates ammonia, which is alkaline, and can impede all the positive functions of our stomach acid. H Pylori can be kept in check by eating more “bitters”, not taking anti-acids, not drinking alkaline water, and taking Mastic gum. H Pylori perforates the stomach lining and can cause anything from ulcers to cancer https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1539101/ Abstract. History. …this bacterium causes chronic active gastritis, which in a subset of subjects may progress to other conditions, in particular, peptic ulcer disease, distal gastric adenocarcinomas, and gastric lymphomas… “Bitters” assist stomach acid http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.3109/09637486.2011.627841 Abstract. ….The plants that have a substantial body of data in support of their digestion-enhancing activities mainly belong to one of three groups: bitter, aromatic and pungent plants. Amongst the most important we can find ginger, peppermint, aniseed and fennel, citrus fruits, dandelion and artichoke, melissa and chamomile, but many more have a significant body of experimental data available. Stomach acid is needed for Silica; important for skin, cartilage, preventing arthritis, influenza, osteoporosis, etc. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3546016/ Abstract…Silicon has already been associated with bone mineralization, collagen synthesis, skin, hair and nails health atherosclerosis, Alzheimer disease, immune system enhancement, and with some other disorders or pharmacological effects. …. Stomach acid does much more than assists in digesting food http://www.life-enthusiast.com/hydrochloric-acid-a-1331.html Abstract. The normal sequence of digestion and absorption is dependent upon the anatomic and physiologic integrity of the upper gastrointestinal tract. When this system is disrupted, disorders of digestion and absorption can occur. Because of inadequate breakdown and assimilation, impaired gastric secretions are likely to result in nutritional deficiencies not withstanding adequate ingestion of nutrients. Secretion of gastric acid is required to destroy orally-ingested pathogens and to prevent their overgrowth in the stomach and small intestine. Additionally, the dumping of acidic chyme into the small intestine is necessary to stimulate the release of hormones, pancreatic enzymes, and bile. In order to have optimal absorption of several nutrients, including folic acid, ascorbic acid, beta-carotene, non-heme iron, and some forms of calcium, magnesium and zinc, adequate HCl production is required. It is quite probable the absorption of other nutrients are dependent on HCl secretion. HCl administration seems to be most indicated in aging people not responding to nutrients which seem indicated, particularly B vitamins and minerals. Childhood asthma, alcoholism, chronic skin conditions, digestive disturbances, intestinal permeability, overgrowth by pathogenic bacteria or fungi, and evidence of parasites are conditions which may indicate impaired ability to secrete adequate HCl and which may benefit from supplementation. Diseases associated with the pancreas or gallbladder, since these organs indirectly require stomach HCl production to function optimally, may also benefit from HCl administration. https://www.karger.com/Article/Abstract/357848 http://iai.asm.org/content/76/2/639.full http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0134116 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2543192 Our Raw Vegan Health Cookbook: http://www.HealthyCookbook.com Videos and articles: http://www.MarkusNews.com Markus Rothkranz website: http://www.MarkusRothkranz.com Markus Products: http://www.HealAnything.com Markus Products: http://www.MarkusProducts.com German website: http://www.MarkusRothkranz.de

Alcohol - How Alcohol Affects The Body - What Causes A Hangover

05:19
In this video I discuss how alcohol affects the body, and some of the side effects of alcohol in the human body. I go through the path of alcohol in the body, the damage from alcohol, and what causes a hangover. I also discuss how drinking alcohol over time can harm your body, such as by causing a fatty liver. Transcript (partial) We are going to take a little trip of what happens to alcohol in the body. Once it is consumed alcohol goes down the normal food path of digestion. From the mouth through the esophagus and into the stomach. Here, about 20% of alcohol is absorbed through the stomach lining into the bloodstream, which means it is getting into the bloodstream very quickly. From the stomach, the alcohol that was not absorbed in the stomach next travels to the small intestine. One note here, if there is no food in the stomach, so an empty stomach, or if the alcohol is not consumed with any food, it gets to the small intestine very quickly. In the small intestine, the rest of the alcohol is absorbed into the bloodstream and travels to the liver. So, in the liver, an enzyme called alcohol dehydrogenase, which is also present in the lining of the stomach, which we will call ADH, oxidizes the alcohol, or ethanol molecule. In basic terms this means that the enzyme comes in and changes the chemical structure of ethanol, so, ethanol becomes acetaldehyde. This substance is known to be toxic and carcinogenic, or poisonous and cancer causing. This acetaldehyde is then metabolized down to a substance called acetic acid, which is less harmful to the body. Acetic acid can then be broken down into carbon dioxide and water. When alcohol is present, the liver will work on metabolizing it first. So, fatty acids can accumulate, which is why so many heavy drinkers develop fatty livers. It is estimated that the liver can eliminate about 0.5oz of alcohol per hour, which is about 1 beer, or 1 glass of wine, or 1 shot. The heart then pumps the alcohol rich blood to the lungs. Some of the alcohol in the lungs is breathed out every time you exhale causing your breath to smell of liquor. The lungs send the alcohol containing blood back to the heart where it is pumped to all parts of the body, including the brain. Once alcohol enters the brain, it slows down nerve cells that control your ability to move and think. So, judgment becomes impaired and movement becomes disrupted. Some people will begin to sweat and most will smell like alcohol. Alcohol also decreases the body’s production of anti-diuretic hormone. Antidiuretic hormone helps your kidneys manage the amount of water in your body. The decrease of this hormone causes the kidneys to not reabsorb water; instead it is excreted as urine, causing the body to become dehydrated. If alcohol consumption continues, it could lead to loss of consciousness. And massive alcohol consumption or binge drinking could lead to alcohol poisoning. This happens when there is a high concentration of alcohol in the bloodstream and this could result in coma, respiratory depression or possibly death. Now let’s look at the aftereffects of alcohol over consumption…the dreaded hangover. The exact causes of a hangover are not completely understood, but there are several factors that may contribute to it. The chemical acetaldehyde is formed from ethanol, it is believed that this chemical is what causes the headaches associated with hangovers. The increase in urination leading to dehydration, which could cause the thirst, dry mouth and dizziness. Some immune cells produce substances called cytokines, which can contribute to nausea and. Some alcoholic beverages increase the release of gastric acid in the stomach, and delay the emptying of the contents in the stomach, which could be the reason for stomach pain associated with hangovers. Alcohol can also interfere with the livers production of glucose, the main form of energy for cells, which could contribute to dizziness, disorientation and lack of energy. The long term effects of alcohol over consumption include anemia, which is a low amount of oxygen carrying red blood cells. It can lead to cell death in the liver cells and brain cells, leading to these organs not functioning properly. The risk of heart failure increases; as does the risk of stomach and intestinal problems, and many heavy drinkers have high blood pressure. Over consumption of alcohol can also lead to relationship problems, depression, and employment problems. And these are just a few of the long term problems associated with constant over consumption of alcohol. It is always about moderation. Limiting yourself to 1 or 2 drinks from time to time is probably a good strategy. As you can see, over consumption of alcohol has a lot of negative effects on your body, and consistent over consumption of alcohol has catastrophic effects on your body.

3 Tips to Naturally Produce Human Growth Hormone (a.k.a. Anti-Aging Hormone)

03:15
3 Tips to Naturally Produce Human Growth Hormone (a.k.a. Anti-Aging Hormone) Human growth hormone (HGH) is necessary for your body to grow. In fact, HGH is sometimes used by kids who want to be taller, athletes who want to grow their muscles, or celebrities who want to maintain their youth. No wonder it is called anti-aging hormone. It works to burn body fat too. However, these people take HGH from pills or shots. This means that the hormone is actually from an artificially formulated chemical, which can give negative side effects. As a result, using artificial HGH drugs is an extremely controversial issue. In contrast, the HGH naturally produced by your body is essential for your body to function properly. In particular, it’s the hormone responsible for helping your body to grow and maintaining your youth. So how can we encourage our bodies to produce more HGH safely? Well, here are three tips on how to get it naturally. Beauty SleepHGH is p roduced at the beginning of your sleep. As a matter of fact, the first 3 hours of your sleep produce the most growth hormone. So, turn down the lights, turn off your cell phone, and relax at least 30 minutes before you go to sleep. This is very challenging for me, so I’m saying this as a reminder to myself. Be HungryWhen you are very hungry, your stomach growls and that’s when HGH is actively produced. So, if your schedule allows, don’t eat just because it’s lunch time; Eat when you are hungry. Listen to your body. Try to wait to eat as long as you can, so you hear your stomach growing and you know HGH is being produced. Slow ExerciseAny exercise helps produce HGH naturally, but HGH is produced more when the exercise is done slowly, instead of instantaneous velocity exercises. Try to do some slow muscle trainings. However, remember that it’s important not to lock your joints and to keep breathing.By the way, kaastu training, which I’m trying to be certified to teach, is another great exercise to encourage HGH production. It is scientifically proven to produce a lot more HGH as compared to other exercises. This is one of the reasons that I’ve been so addicted to it for many years. Yet, since kaastu is not readily available to everyone, I primarily recommend slow muscle training exercises.(no need to edit here… It’s just my memo so I can easily copy paste.)MIRAI CLINICAL is a Japanese Anti-Aging brand for visible and invisible phenomenon founded on the holistic Japanese practice that "Less is More": the less products you use, the healthier your skin. ♡Website http://www.miraiclinical.com ♡Instagram http://instagram.com/miraiclinical/ ♡Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mirai-Clinical/145667285455246 ♡Blog http://www.miraiclinical.com/blog/ ♡Twitter https://twitter.com/miraiclinical ♡Mirai Clinical info(at)miraiclinical.com

5 Effective Home Remedies for Gum Disease

03:48
Gum disease, also known as gingivitis, is a common condition characterized by symptoms like persistent bad breath, red or swollen gums, bleeding gums, receding gums and loose teeth. If not treated, it can advance to periodontitis and lead to further complications. The primary cause of gum disease is poor oral hygiene, resulting in plaque buildup along and under the gum line. Plaque builds up when bacteria attach to the tooth and gum margins. Factors like smoking, hormonal changes, genetic predisposition, poor nutrition, stress, certain medications, diabetes and other illnesses also contribute to the problem. Here are a few effective home remedies that can be used to alleviate symptoms, treat gum disease and prevent further complications. 1. Hydrogen Peroxide Hydrogen peroxide works as a strong antibacterial agent that kills germs and fights gum disease. Plus, it helps whiten and brighten your pearly whites. Make sure you use the 3 percent hydrogen peroxide solution that typically comes in brown bottles, rather than the highly concentrated version. Mix equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and water. Rinse your mouth with the solution for a few seconds, and then spit it out. Use it a few times a week until you are satisfied with the results. Do not use hydrogen peroxide too often; once a day is sufficient. 2. Aloe Vera Due to its anti-inflammatory and healing properties, aloe vera has been found to be beneficial in dealing with gum disease. Being an antimicrobial, it also kills the bacteria that cause gum disease. Massage your gums with fresh aloe vera gel, leave it on for at least half an hour and then rinse it off. Repeat several times a day. Alternatively, swish some aloe vera juice around in your mouth a few times. 3. Oil Pulling Oil pulling is a traditional Ayurvedic technique that is excellent for oral care. It helps strengthen the teeth and gums, reduces plaque, and relieves bad breath. Swish one tablespoon of coconut oil around in your mouth and through your teeth. Do this for about 15 minutes or until it becomes thinner and turns milky. Do not gargle or swallow the oil. Spit it out and rinse your mouth with water. Repeat the process daily for about a month. 4. Tea Tree Oil The anti-inflammatory properties of tea tree oil help soothe irritated and inflamed gums. Simply put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothpaste or buy toothpaste with tea tree oil in it for brushing your teeth two times a day. Do not swallow the oil. 5. Coconut Oil The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of coconut oil help in the natural treatment of gum disease. Combining it with baking soda will help neutralize the acids in your mouth, too. Mix two tablespoons each of coconut oil and baking soda. Use this in place of your toothpaste once or twice a week on a regular basis. In addition to these remedies, make sure to maintain adequate oral hygiene, including daily brushing, flossing and using a mouth rinse to reduce plaque buildup on your teeth. Plus, get regular dental check-ups. Low-density lipoproteins (LDL) and High-density lipoproteins (HDL). LDL is known as bad cholesterol that can build up in the arteries and lead to serious health problems like heart attack and stroke. Bloating and indigestion In addition, uncontrolled levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) tend to be a strong trigger for continuous episodes of indigestion and bloating. Excess lipids in the blood and liver affect metabolism and prevent good digestion, especially when eating foods which are high in fat. 8. Skin conditions In addition, hives and other skin conditions may occur when the body has difficulty regulating cholesterol levels. These conditions manifest themselves with red spots, inflammation and an uncomfortable itching sensation that tends to be difficult to control. 9.
