I talk about how the menstrual cycle works, and then I run through 6 different types of hormonal birth control- the combined pill, the nuvaring, the implant, the shot, the IUD, and the morning-after pill (plan B).
This is mostly everything I wish I knew when I was first starting to experiment with hormonal birth control-enjoy!
