► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. My Favorite & Most Powerful Herbal Solutions For Lowering Blood Pressure: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/NaturalBPSolution Or Watch This Video With 8 Best Foods For Lowering Your Blood Pressure, Naturally: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGnVNS63NdU And See How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets Here: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/DadBPStory ======================================= ☝️ These 5 Pressure Points Will Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure ======================================= There’s lots of different ways to improve your health and this also applies to today’s topic of lowering your blood pressure. Of course, lifestyle improvements is the most important: Diet - what you eat/drink and don’t eat/drink Exercise - both cardiovascular and lifting weights Stress Management Nutritional Supplements In fact, at the end of today’s video I’ll tell you exactly how my dad lowered his blood pressure, naturally. However, when it comes to lowering blood pressure, you can also do so with 5 simple and proven pressure points on your body. This is really important because obviously you don’t need drugs. But also because the benefits are felt instantly and it’s super easy and convenient. You can activate these pressure points anytime, anywhere. Just remember that in the US, 33% of the population has “high” blood pressure. Over 50% has “pre” high blood pressure. Sadly, about 75% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure and thus, are at risk for a heart attack, stroke or kidney problems. And this is why hypertension is called “the silent killer”... people just don’t know they have it and there are no clear symptoms either. 5 Pressure Points So, let’s get start with: Pressure point #1 - LI 4 (Large Intestine 4) LI 4 (Large Intestine 4) is really easy to get to. It’s in that “meaty” part your upper hand, between your thumb and forefinger. Just use your other hand’s thumb to apply pressure for 1-2 minutes or treat it with a pulsating movement. In addition to lowering blood pressure, it also helps treat chronic pain and boosts your immune system. Pressure Point #2 is PC 6 (Pericardium 6 or “Inner Gate”) PC 6 (Pericardium 6 or “Inner Gate”) is also easy to get to. It’s on your inner forearm. To find it, go approximately 3 finger up from your wrist - it’s at the bottom of your inner forearm basically. It helps your heart and settles your blood pressure by regulating your circulatory system. It can also treat nausea, headaches, and motion sickness. Pressure Point #3 is LV 3 (Liver 3) This is on your foot, between your big toe and second toe. Again, apply pressure for about a minute. This helps with blood pressure, in addition to menstrual pains and anxiety. In general, your feet have a variety of pressure points, which, when massaged, can bring a great improvement to your health. In fact, there’s an entire healing practice focused on your feet and it’s called, Reflexology. Pressure Point #4 is GB 20 (Gallbladder 20 or the “Wind Pool”) This is found at the base of your neck, right under your skull. There are 2 points actually on each side of your vertebrae. Again, apply gentle pressure on both of these points, left and right, for about a minute. Pressure Point #5 is GV 20 (Governing Vessel 20 or “Hundred Convergences”) This is found at the top of your head, in the middle. You can massage or press this point to lower blood pressure, treat dizziness, or just to feel more rested. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Sky-High Blood Pressure and Can't Sleep For Sh*t!!

12:52
http://humanhealthlink.com/sky-high-blood-pressure-cant-sleep-sht/ Thank you, Everett for the show idea. This high blood pressure is said to be one of the most efficient killers of humans over 50 years. Let me tell you that's BULLSH*T! Your high blood pressure is the only thing keeping you alive. True, you cannot have perpetually high BP because it's dangerous, however, you can gradually lower it naturally with fruits and vegetables, vitamins and minerals. If you can't sleep, there can be numerous reasons for this. However, if it's due to sleep apnea, we can tell you that it's due to your throat muscles (including your tongue) collapsing too much during sleep. This can be spawned from our anatomical make-up (the way we are built), weak muscles, or degeneration of cartilage. I'm going to assume it's the later for most of us. Seeing that every time a human is hankered with pain, we tend to look for the "solution in a bottle", which is almost never the solution at all. All meds inhibit or slow the production of proteoglycans, the building block of our cartilage. Do a cleanse to strengthen the cartilage and then keep it strong with fresh fruits and vegetables, vitamins and minerals. You WILL notice a big difference.

☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally

How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure by 23% In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/LongTermLowBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/WorstFoodForBP ======================================= ☝️ 3 Pressure Points That’ll Instantly Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally ======================================= Lowering high blood pressure is a very important topic not only for avoiding a heart attack or stroke, but simply for a longer life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure, which has typically lead to strokes on my dad’s side of the family and heart attacks on my mom’s. The good news is that there are lots of simple ways to lower high blood pressure, naturally. And today I’m going reveal 3 simple pressure points on your body, that will instantly lower your blood pressure. Something important that I want to bring to your attention about today’s topic is that these solutions are for instant results, NOT long-term solutions … which I’ll get to at the end of today’s video. So if you’re feeling stressed or your blood pressure is rising, you can almost instantly and quickly use today’s 3 pressure points to lower your blood pressure and help avoid anything bad from happening. If nothing else, you’ll get instant relief and relaxation. Acupressure Point LI4 LI 4, which stands for “Large Intestine 4”, is an extremely useful acupressure point that is extensively used to treat chronic pain, acute stress and various types of diseases along with treatment for high blood pressure. This point is situated in the webbing between the forefinger and the thumb… right in the middle as you see here. It calms and balances blood flow throughout the body and clears stagnation. As an added benefit, it also boosts your immunity. The most effective way to apply pressure to LI 4 is to slide your thumb along the webbing until you reach the junction of the thumb and index finger bones. How to apply acupressure? Begin by moving your thumb in a small circular rubbing motion over LI 4 for a few seconds. Then you can apply gentle to moderate thumb pressure depending on how sensitive the area feels. If there is any pain, it should be a “good hurt,” not severe or uncomfortable. You can hold the point as long as you are comfortable, up to several minutes. I typically suggest about 20-30 seconds, then take a few second break and then repeat as often as you’d like. PC 6 PC 6 or Pericardium 6 is yet another important acupressure point for treating high blood pressure. It soothes and helps the heart and circulatory system in their proper functioning. This point is also known as the Inner Gate, and it is located on the inner forearm, approximately three finger-widths away from the wrist crease as you see here. This point can be stimulated by applying firm pressure to the point using your index finger or thumb. Again, apply pressure for about 20-30 seconds, then take a break and repeat as needed. G20 The G20 is below the base of your skull, in the hollows on both sides of the neck, between the two vertical neck muscles. Putting pressure here lowers your blood pressure, reduces headaches and stress by relaxing your nervous system. Use your thumbs, fingers, or knuckles to gradually apply pressure into the hollows of your skull. Close your eyes as you tilt your head back slowly. Take long, slow deep breaths as you hold for two to three minutes. Direct the pressure slowly and firmly into the center of your head. Other Acupressure Points Now, there are lots of other acupressure points -- on your feet, arms, legs, and so forth. I picked these 3 areas for lowering your blood pressure because you can do them any where, any place -- they’re easy to access. It’s just your hand, forearm/wrist and the back of your head. Easy access, you can do it yourself and you’ll get fast relief. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. How I Stopped 3 Blood Pressure Medications: Wheat-Free

07:43
“I’m convinced that it (wheat) is not human food. These grasses are not what we evolved eating.” Schedule at http://MetabolicCoaching.NET. Local & Online Distance Metabolic Coaching Available. Join us for our monthly webinar or weekly local courses! And Mark says, “I’m real happy that I don’t eat wheat any more. I recommend it to everybody!” Why??? Mark Hall is an MD, a pediatrician. A couple of years ago I mentioned to him that our family was “wheat-free” and “gluten free” because of my sons allergies. Since he’s a pediatrician, I though this might benefit some of his patients, children with chronic allergies, eczema and asthma. From that point, Dr. Hall started doing his own research into the benefits of a wheat-free lifestyle with amazing results. He was able to get off of all three of his high blood pressure medications. And 20 years of chronic back pain finally stopped. How long did this amazing health transformation take? “About 6 weeks,” Mark recalls. As a pediatrician, Dr. Hall says, “I think I’ve always thought nutrition was important to some degree, and I’ve frequently told patients that. But I really had no idea (how important),” because there is not that much training on diet in medical school. “I ate reasonably healthy, meaning getting some fruits and vegetables in my diet but I didn’t pay any attention beyond that.” And then things changed… Mark and I had a short conversation about our family being wheat-free and gluten-free. What did he think? He says, “I thought it was a little odd when you first mentioned it (being a wheat-free house), because I hadn’t hear anything about that… But it made me curious. So I looked into it and picked a copy of the book ’Wheat Belly.’ It was very convincing and illuminating.“ “We are all at risk for heart disease. And it sounds like if you eat wheat: if you’re going to have a heart attack, you’re going to have it sooner, if you’re going to get Alzheimer’s disease, you’re going to get it sooner - if you’r eating something (wheat) that is that inflammatory.” What happened when he stopped eating wheat? CHRONIC BACK PAIN - GONE Dr. Hall says, “So I decided to stop eating wheat. And about 6 weeks later, I noticed the back pain I had had for decades was easing up, and just went away entirely. I had had a couple of minor car wrecks several decades ago. I wasn’t seriously injured, but i jacked up my back. And it hurt a little bit every day - sometimes quite a bit. But it just stopped! That constant input of something that was causing inflammation (wheat and gluten), having had it withdrawn finally allowed it to stop being irritated.” HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE - GONE And he continues, “But then I noticed my blood pressure was dropping. Every day I was at work… I would have one of my nurses take my blood pressure, and it was always elevated. I was on three different medications for it. But it was still, on a good day, 150/90… I was just willing it to be lower. I didn’t want to be on more medication. But it started, once again, 6 or 7 weeks after not eating wheat, it started dropping more and more - like systolic in the 90’s and diastolic in the 50’s. And it took me another week to put it together. I stopped taking my (blood pressure) medicines altogether. And the systolics were between 100 and 120, and diastolic anywhere between 60 and 80. And it stayed that way.” So what caused Mark’s 20 years of back pain to resolve? What caused his chronic blood pressure requiring 3 medications to resolve? In his word, it was “All from not eating wheat.” Although it might sound “inconvenient” to eat a wheat-free, gluten-free diet in our society where hamburgers, sandwiches and bread are everywhere, Mark says, “It’s not convenient to have back pain every day. It’s not convenient to have to put medications into your body to counteract the effects of that wheat - like blood pressure medications, or whatever.” Who does Dr. Hall believe could benefit from a wheat-free diet like we teach at Metabolic Coaching? “Anybody that’s breathing.” That about sums it up! PS - Mark lost 15 pounds! ♥ What’s The Best Sleep Position For Better Blood Flow and Circulation

02:38
How to quickly improve your blood flow and circulation in 30 days or less, naturally! ►♥ http://drsam.co/yt/BetterBloodFlow ======================================= What’s The Best Sleep Position For Better Blood Flow & Circulation? ======================================= Most people when they get into bed, they don’t give much thought about their sleep position. They pick whatever they’re most comfortable with. Besides, most people toss and turn throughout the night, so however you may start, usually won’t be the same as when you wake up. For me, I almost always sleep on my back. Sleeping on my stomach hurts my lower back and neck. Sleeping on my sides hurts my shoulders. So, I have no choice. But if you’re concerned about improving your blood flow and circulation, especially to your heart, then the best position to sleep on is your LEFT side. This is because when your heart pumps blood out to your body, it gets circulated and then flows back to your right side of your heart. But if you sleep on your right side, the pressure of your body smashes up against the blood vessels and makes it more difficult to get the blood back to your heart. Basically, it’s more work for your heart. If you’re older, or have a weak heart or plaque buildup your arteries, then this really puts a lot more pressure and stress and could result in a heart attack or stroke while sleeping. This is also why pregnant women are told to sleep on their left side. The baby is taking up room and is pushing the mom’s organs upward, so there is less space. The mother’s heart is already working harder during the pregnancy. So sleeping on the right side, where there is already less space and extra pressure from the organs being smashed together because of the baby, could hinder blood flow to the mom’s heart, as well as the baby’s. And if you’re going to sleep on your side, you may consider using a body pillow for extra support and comfort. Hypertension relates to rush of blood pressure in the arteries. Constant high blood pressure can lead to life-threatening complications like: • Heart attack • Stroke • Kidney failure • Eye damage • Arteriosclerosis, etc. Normally, systolic and diastolic blood pressure should be around 120/80 mm/Hg. However, when it shoots up to 149 mm/Hg and 90 mm/Hg or more, then it is referred to as hypertension. Systolic blood pressure measures the pressure in the arteries when the heart muscles contract. Diastolic reading refers to the pressure exerted on the artery walls between heartbeats as the heart relaxes. The most common symptoms of this condition are: • Severe headache • Shortness of breath • Nausea • Dizziness • Nosebleed • Palpitation However, many people do not experience the symptoms even when the blood pressure readings are alarmingly high. Hypertension cannot be attributed to one single factor. It can be caused by a combination of factors such as: • Smoking • Alcoholism • High-salt diet • Lack of exercise • Stress • Obesity • Genetics • Increasing age • Chronic kidney disease • Pregnancy • Adrenal diseases • Certain medications, antidepressants, decongestants, oral contraceptives, etc. But don't lose heart. To keep the 'silent killer' at bay, some simple home remedies can be of use to you: Home Remedy 1 • Take a cup of warm water. • Squeeze half a lemon in it. To reduce sourness, you can add honey. • Mix it well. • Drink this on empty stomach, regularly. Home Remedy 2 • Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus). • Take 1 teaspoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the evening. • If you do not have poppy seeds, just add ground watermelon seeds in warm water and steep for half an hour. Strain the solution and drink it. Home Remedy 3 • Have 1-2 crushed garlic cloves daily. • If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. Tips • Include watermelons and bananas in your diet. • Coconut water is also good for high blood pressure and nausea. • Have oats. • Avoid alcoholic and caffeinated beverages. • Reduce salt intake. To avoid salt, flavor your food with herbs and spices, even lemon.

Common Painkillers May Boost Blood Pressure In Arthritis Patients

01:18
A new study suggests that nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs, may raise blood pressure in patients with arthritis. NSAIDs are among the most widely used drugs in the world, with almost 19 percent of Americans routinely using at least one NSAID. Warnings on the labels of these drugs caution against possible increases in blood pressure, but there is little evidence on the effects of specific drugs. Meanwhile, 30 million Americans have osteoarthritis, and 40 percent of those people also have high blood pressure. Managing high blood pressure in patients with arthritis could prevent more than 70,000 deaths from stroke and 60,000 deaths from heart disease each year. To examine any link between specific NSAIDs and high blood pressure, the researchers compared the effects of Celebrex with the NSAIDs naproxen, the active drug in Aleve, and ibuprofen, which is found in Advil and Motrin. After four months, the researchers found that the Celebrex lowered the patients' average systolic blood pressure slightly, but ibuprofen and naproxen increased it. Further analysis revealed that the percentage of patients with normal blood pressure who developed high blood pressure was roughly 23 percent for ibuprofen, 19 percent for naproxen and about 10 percent for Celebrex. https://www.upi.com/Health_News/2017/08/30/Common-painkillers-may-boost-blood-pressure-in-arthritis-patients/9461504141315/ http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

5 Hypoxia Pain Symptoms (Low Blood Oxygen), You Should Not Ignore

04:33
5 Hypoxia Pain Symptoms (Low Blood Oxygen) Our Sosmed: Follow us on FaceBook: https://www.facebook.com/Health-Zone--1614844022149501/?ref=bookmarks 5 Hypoxia Pain Symptoms (Low Blood Oxygen) Hypoxemia occurs when a person experiences lower-than-normal oxygen levels in the blood, specifically in the arteries. According to WebMD, this can lead to what’s known as hypoxia, “when your blood doesn’t carry enough oxygen to your tissues to meet your body’s needs,” although hypoxia is often used to describe both conditions. This can occur suddenly as a result of taking certain medications or having an asthma attack, or develop over time due to heart problems or lung diseases like chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) and emphysema. Although symptoms of hypoxia often vary from person to person, the following are the five most common ones to be aware of. 1. Skin Color Changes As red blood cells are what carry oxygen to the body’s tissues, an insufficient amount of them can cause the skin to change color. Known as cyanosis, the skin will typically appear a dark bluish-red, and is most noticeable if oxygen levels drops dramatically. For those with darker skin colors, MedlinePlus says cyanosis “may be easier to see in the mucous membranes (lips, gums, around the eyes) and nails.” 2. Confusion The NHS defines a state of confusion as “not being able to think clearly or quickly, feeling disorientated, and struggling to pay attention, make decisions, or remember things.” If you notice yourself or someone else suddenly exhibiting any of these symptoms, it may be an indication of hypoxia. Sudden hypoxia could be caused by a variety of reasons, from a severe asthma attack to a problem with the heart or lungs. 3. Coughing One of the most common causes of hypoxia is a severe asthma attack, during which it can be hard to get sufficient air into the lungs as the airways have narrowed. In an attempt to clear the lungs, a person may cough frequently. While this is a natural reaction, it can prove dangerous as WebMD says “coughing to clear your lungs uses even more oxygen and can make symptoms worse.” 4. Rapid Heart Rate and Breathing An increased heart rate most often occurs when engaging in physical activity, so if it happens while at rest it may be an indication of hypoxia. When the body isn’t receiving sufficient oxygen, Livestrong.com says that the heart begins pumping faster in order to “help circulate oxygen-containing blood throughout the body in an attempt to meet the cells’ needs.” Breathing also becomes more rapid when the body’s oxygen needs aren’t being met, in an effort to increase intake. While people normally breathe at a rate of 12 to 16 times per minute, in these situations rates may increase to 24 breaths or higher. 5. Shortness of Breath Shortness of breath is considered one of the most obvious symptoms of hypoxia, and often occurs as a result of the increased heart rate and breathing mentioned previously. It often occurs while at rest, and can become so severe that it feels as though you’re choking. Shortness of breath will be especially pronounced when engaging in physical activities, and may decrease one’s tolerance for them. It may also happen during sleep, causing you to wake up out of breath. In some cases, shortness of breath may also be accompanied by wheezing, a high-pitched whistling sound that occurs when breathing, particularly exhaling. See Our Another Vedeos: 1. Alcohol - How Alcohol Affects The Body - What Causes A Hangover

05:19
In this video I discuss how alcohol affects the body, and some of the side effects of alcohol in the human body. I go through the path of alcohol in the body, the damage from alcohol, and what causes a hangover. I also discuss how drinking alcohol over time can harm your body, such as by causing a fatty liver. Transcript (partial) We are going to take a little trip of what happens to alcohol in the body. Once it is consumed alcohol goes down the normal food path of digestion. From the mouth through the esophagus and into the stomach. Here, about 20% of alcohol is absorbed through the stomach lining into the bloodstream, which means it is getting into the bloodstream very quickly. From the stomach, the alcohol that was not absorbed in the stomach next travels to the small intestine. One note here, if there is no food in the stomach, so an empty stomach, or if the alcohol is not consumed with any food, it gets to the small intestine very quickly. In the small intestine, the rest of the alcohol is absorbed into the bloodstream and travels to the liver. So, in the liver, an enzyme called alcohol dehydrogenase, which is also present in the lining of the stomach, which we will call ADH, oxidizes the alcohol, or ethanol molecule. In basic terms this means that the enzyme comes in and changes the chemical structure of ethanol, so, ethanol becomes acetaldehyde. This substance is known to be toxic and carcinogenic, or poisonous and cancer causing. This acetaldehyde is then metabolized down to a substance called acetic acid, which is less harmful to the body. Acetic acid can then be broken down into carbon dioxide and water. When alcohol is present, the liver will work on metabolizing it first. So, fatty acids can accumulate, which is why so many heavy drinkers develop fatty livers. It is estimated that the liver can eliminate about 0.5oz of alcohol per hour, which is about 1 beer, or 1 glass of wine, or 1 shot. The heart then pumps the alcohol rich blood to the lungs. Some of the alcohol in the lungs is breathed out every time you exhale causing your breath to smell of liquor. The lungs send the alcohol containing blood back to the heart where it is pumped to all parts of the body, including the brain. Once alcohol enters the brain, it slows down nerve cells that control your ability to move and think. So, judgment becomes impaired and movement becomes disrupted. Some people will begin to sweat and most will smell like alcohol. Alcohol also decreases the body’s production of anti-diuretic hormone. Antidiuretic hormone helps your kidneys manage the amount of water in your body. The decrease of this hormone causes the kidneys to not reabsorb water; instead it is excreted as urine, causing the body to become dehydrated. If alcohol consumption continues, it could lead to loss of consciousness. And massive alcohol consumption or binge drinking could lead to alcohol poisoning. This happens when there is a high concentration of alcohol in the bloodstream and this could result in coma, respiratory depression or possibly death. Now let’s look at the aftereffects of alcohol over consumption…the dreaded hangover. The exact causes of a hangover are not completely understood, but there are several factors that may contribute to it. The chemical acetaldehyde is formed from ethanol, it is believed that this chemical is what causes the headaches associated with hangovers. The increase in urination leading to dehydration, which could cause the thirst, dry mouth and dizziness. Some immune cells produce substances called cytokines, which can contribute to nausea and. Some alcoholic beverages increase the release of gastric acid in the stomach, and delay the emptying of the contents in the stomach, which could be the reason for stomach pain associated with hangovers. Alcohol can also interfere with the livers production of glucose, the main form of energy for cells, which could contribute to dizziness, disorientation and lack of energy. The long term effects of alcohol over consumption include anemia, which is a low amount of oxygen carrying red blood cells. It can lead to cell death in the liver cells and brain cells, leading to these organs not functioning properly. The risk of heart failure increases; as does the risk of stomach and intestinal problems, and many heavy drinkers have high blood pressure. Over consumption of alcohol can also lead to relationship problems, depression, and employment problems. And these are just a few of the long term problems associated with constant over consumption of alcohol. It is always about moderation. Limiting yourself to 1 or 2 drinks from time to time is probably a good strategy. As you can see, over consumption of alcohol has a lot of negative effects on your body, and consistent over consumption of alcohol has catastrophic effects on your body.

11 Signs Your Body Needs More Magnesium

03:49
Magnesium is a mineral found in many types of foods, it plays an essential role in human DNA production, repair and in maintaining healthy bones, nerves and muscles. Though it is readily available, most Americans do not meet their need for magnesium through their diet. you should consider getting your magnesium level checked if you suffer the following 11 symptoms. 1. Low energy. Magnesium is involved in at least 300 different chemical reactions in our body, and a lot have to do with energy production. A sign of low magnesium can be low energy. 2.Insomnia. If you're having a hard time falling or staying asleep, it may be due to low levels of magnesium, particularly if you are experiencing a lot of stress. Stress hormones increase blood pressure and heart rate, this is partly accomplished by depleting the body of its magnesium If there isn't enough magnesium available for the body to replenish itself, sleeping becomes a problem. 3.Constipation. Bowel movements often slow down without enough magnesium in the body. note that magnesium is the main ingredient in many over-the-counter laxatives. 4.Frequent headaches. Magnesium deficiency lowers serotonin levels, causes blood vessels to constrict and affects neurotransmitter function, all related to headaches -- especially migraines. 50% of migraine sufferers have a magnesium deficiency. 5.Twitching or cramping. Because magnesium plays an important role in muscle relaxation, insufficient intake can result in unintended muscle movement. Without magnesium, our muscles would be in a constant state of contraction 6.Low bone density. Magnesium plays a major role in bone formation, and the majority of the body's magnesium is stored in the bones. People with higher intakes of magnesium have a higher bone mineral density. 7.High blood pressure. Magnesium is very important in maintaining a healthy blood pressure, a deficiency can definitely cause pressure to be too high. Eating foods high in magnesium and other minerals can help prevent high blood pressure in people with prehypertension. 8.Type 2 diabetes. Breaking down blood sugars is another of magnesium's jobs in the human body. People with higher amounts of magnesium in their diets tend to have a lower risk of developing diabetes. Research is ongoing to determine whether magnesium therapy can be used in diabetes treatment. 9.Irregular heartbeat. With low magnesium levels, the heart can have trouble staying in its regular rhythm. doctors will often prescribe magnesium supplements for patients who complain of an irregular heartbeat. 10.Increased sensitivity to noise. Not having enough magnesium curtails its role in stabilizing the nervous system, This often results in hyperflexia, an enhanced startle reflex. And 11. Depression and anxiety. Low levels of magnesium in the brain can affect neurological functions that result in all sorts of problems. Studies have shown that some phobias -- such as agoraphobia -- have developed as a result of low magnesium levels.  Please Subscribe! ▶ https://goo.gl/ksfh7M NOTE: The materials and the information contained on Natural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. 10 Serious Side Effects Of Beetroot For Health

04:52
10 Serious Side Effects Of Beetroot For Health. https://youtu.be/jfcHG4ArsfY Beetroot – A Brief. Primarily grown in North America, the beetroot is the taproot portion of the beet plant. It is one of the many varieties belonging to the species Beta vulgarism, all of which are known for their edible leaves and taproots. Beetroot has also been used as a medicinal plant and for food coloring. The vegetable has been used as a medicine since the Middle Ages, finding its application in treating numerous ailments. 1. Might Cause Beetroot. According to a UK study, this effect is more common in individuals deficient in iron . Another study conducted on eight individuals reported similar findings – all of them were given beetroot supplements, and seven of the eight participants showed signs of beetroot. 2. Kidney Stones. According to the Harvard Health Blog, beetroot is rich in oxalate that can cause kidney stones . If you already have stones, your doctor might advise you to quit beetroot or reduce its consumption. You may not be in danger if you don’t have a history of kidney stones. But if you do, you might contract the condition again upon beetroot consumption. 3. Rashes. One case of the presence of blood in urine is hematite. Though beetroot doesn’t cause this condition, the symptoms are similar to beetroot– urine being coke colored. Hence, if your urine is colored and you have been consuming beets, one reason could be beetroot. 4. Colored Stools. Beetroot contains a chemical named betacyanin, which gives the vegetable its deep red color. Though most foods are chemically altered and lose their coloration as they go through the digestive system, the breakdown of betacyanin might depend on certain factors. Blood in stools might indicate something serious. Beetroot can also cause a condition called melaena, which refers to tarry 5. Sudden Dips In Blood Pressure Levels. This could be a benefit. But if your blood pressure levels are already low or are fluctuating, then no. Because beetroot can cause sudden dips in blood pressure levels. One Australian study stated that beetroot juice might lower blood pressure in men when consumed as part of a normal diet. 6. Stomach Upset. Eating beets can also cause gas pains – pain that originates from the formation of gas in the stomach due to beetroot’s fiber content. Most of the time, passing gas or bowel movements can relieve gas pains. If not, do meet your physician. Being allergic to beets can also be one reason to develop issues like stomach cramps. 7. Spike In Blood Sugar. One of the concerning side effects of beetroot. This could be a serious concern for anyone who has blood sugar problems. Beets rate moderately high on the Hypoglycemic Index, which is a downside. Which is why it is best to avoid beets if you have issues related to your blood sugar levels. Beets might be an acceptable food on a diet designed for steady glucose levels. 8. Problems During Pregnancy. One compound in beetroot that causes concern for its use in pregnancy is Taine. As per studies, Taine had shown adverse effects in animal testing. And there are no adequate studies on pregnant women to support its safety. Also, pregnant women are more sensitive to the effects of nitrite. Beets being high in nitrites must hence be avoided by expecting mothers. And not just the mother, even the fetus could be more sensitive to the toxicity of nitrites – especially during the 30th week of pregnancy when there is a rise in oxidation stress. 9. Can Cause Gout. This type of arthritis that occurs due to excessive uric acid build-up can get extremely painful. The symptoms include extreme joint pains (particularly at the base of the toe), shiny red joints, and high fever. 10. Might Harm The Liver. Beets are rich in iron, magnesium, copper, and phosphorous – and that’s the good part. But the bad part is all of those are metals, and excessive consumption of these can lead to their accumulation in the liver. This can harm the liver and pancreas. Thanks For Watching My Video. Cure High Blood Pressure,Water Cure,Awesome UPDATE!

03:51
A update on how I'm curing my high blood pressure naturally, follow my journey and send me some good vibes! I'm using Dr.Batmangalidj's water cure with UNREFINED sea salt, it has to say unrefined because there's refined sea salt on the market. If you're unsure call the salt distributor or email the company. I was using refined sea salt for years until a few weeks ago, thinking it was healthier, it's not. It can raise your blood pressure because it has it's magnesium and essential trace minerals removed. I'm taking 400 mg of magnesium, I'm using citrate, but plan on switching to transdermal type by ancient minerals. I'm taking a low potassium and will increase it slowly over a few weeks. I'm taking 500mg. The RDA is around 4200mg. Food is my always first choice in getting minerals.

Exercises For Improving Blood Circulation In Legs

06:27
See how to dramatically and naturally, improve your blood flow and circulation in 30 days or less: ►► http://DrSam.co/yt/LegCirculationExercises-BF =============================================== Best Exercises For Increasing Blood Flow & Circulation To Your Legs & Extremities =============================================== I completely understand because my mom has had similar legs pains, but no varicose veins. Actually, my dad has the varicose veins in the family. In today’s video, I’ll quickly discuss 3 best exercises for increasing blood flow and improving circulation to your legs and your entire body. You can do them anywhere and anytime, regardless of your age or fitness level. And it will not cost you anything! Primary Cause Of Heart Attacks & Strokes Poor blood flow and circulation is one of the primary causes of a heart attack or stroke. This is because it can lead to: -Hypertension and high blood pressure -Hardening and narrowing of your arteries -Higher cholesterol and plaque build up Warning Signs Some of what “warning signs” that you may have circulation problems include Frequent pain and cramping in your legs Tingling or numbness in your feet Tired, aching or weak legs and feet Slow-healing wounds Thickened toenails Varicose and “spider” veins Why Circulation Is So Important Now, improving circulation to your legs is very important because you have to pump the blood uphill to your heart… going against gravity! When you walk, your foot and leg muscles are contracting and relaxing and basically acting like a “second heart”, to continually pump blood back up through your legs and to your heart. Unfortunately, if you are sedentary for prolonged periods of time … like sitting for too long, on a long flight or bedridden… your “second heart” is inactive and blood can gather in your veins and around your ankles and this can lead to pain in the lower legs… and worst case scenario it can lead to a life-threatening blood clot. The good news is that by performing regular leg exercises, you can promote healthy blood flow from you legs to your heart and thus, help prevent blood clots and leg pain. Exercises Walking I think walking is one of the best exercises you can do and almost anyone can do it, any where, any time of the day and it doesn’t cost you anything. Ideally you would walk outside in fresh air if possible. First thing morning and/or late evening are good times but, whenever you can is a better than nothing. To start, all you need is about 15 minutes, 3x weekly. Ideally you would work up to daily walks of about 30 minutes. And if you have pain or trouble walking, even 3 minutes is a good start. Try your best to walk just a little bit every single day. Rebounder A rebounder is basically a mini trampoline. I like this because it is very low impact and super easy on your joints. It also helps clean your lymph nodes, which helps prevent many cancers and illnesses. I put mine in front of the TV while watching a favorite show and do it for about 10-20 minutes daily. You don’t need much at all. By the way, you’re not trying to jump high on it and try to touch the ceiling. You only need to go up a few inches. Just enough for your toes to be off the roubound. It’s just a light up and down motion. Again, almost anyone can do it, any time and anyplace. You can even travel with it. Body Weight Squats This last exercise is great for building and strengthening your entire lower body … From your ankles to your leg muscles and all the way to your lower back and stomach. You can simply use your own bodyweight and do sets of about 15-20 repetitions. Of course, if you’re first starting out, simply doing even 2-3 comfortable repetitions is a great start. Go down as far your comfortable and without pain. Over time, as you get stronger and more flexible, you can do more repetitions and go deeper. Ideally, you would do maybe 1 set of 15 or more repetition, 2-3x daily. Maybe in the morning, noon and night time. More often and throughout the day helps keep the blood flow regular and continuous. And if you don’t have good coordination, simply hold onto a wall or something sturdy as you squat down. Summary Poor blood flow is bad for your health, if affects your entire body. The best exercises for improved circulation, especially to your legs is: -Daily walking -Using a rebounder -Bodyweight squats Click here: ►http://drsam.co/yt/legcirculationexercises-bf ================================================================================ Thank you for watching. ♥ 3 Best Exercises For Increasing Blood Flow & Circulation To Your Legs

02:38
How I quickly improved my dad’s blood flow and circulation in only 30 days - NO drugs or diets: ►► http://drsam.co/yt/BloodFlowToLegs =============================================== Dr. Sam’s 2 Minutes To Better Health - 3 Best Exercises For Increasing Blood Flow & Circulation To Your Legs =============================================== This is important for anyone who has · leg pains or cramping · varicose or “spider” veins (or prevention) · numbing and tingling in your feet This is also very important because poor blood flow and circulation is one of the primary causes of a heart attack or stroke. This is because it can lead to Hypertension and high blood pressure Hardening and narrowing of your arteries Higher cholesterol and plaque build up Blood clots in your veins 3 Best Exercises WALKING I think walking is one of the best exercises you can do and almost anyone can do it, anywhere, any time of the day and it doesn’t cost you anything. Ideally you would walk outside in fresh air if possible. Any time of the day is fine. To start, all you need is about 15 minutes, 3x weekly. Ideally you would work up to daily walks of about 30 minutes. And if you have pain or trouble walking, even 3 minutes is a good start. Try your best to walk just a little bit more every single day. REBOUNDER A rebounder is basically a mini trampoline. I like this because it is very low impact and super easy on your joints. It also helps clean your lymph nodes, which helps prevent many cancers and illnesses. Just like walking, all you need is about 15 minutes, 3x weekly… Eventually you can work up to 20-30 minutes daily. By the way, you’re not trying to jump high on it and try to touch the ceiling. You only need to go up a few inches, a light up and down motion Just enough for your toes to be off the rebounder. Body Weight Squats This last exercise is great for building and strengthening your entire lower body … From your ankles to your leg muscles and all the way to your lower back and stomach. You can simply use your own bodyweight and do sets of about 15-25 or more repetitions. Of course, if you’re first starting out, simply doing even 2-3 comfortable repetitions is a great start. Go down as far you’re comfortable and without pain. Over time, as you get stronger and more flexible, you can do more repetitions and go deeper. You should work up to 3-4 sets, of 15 or more repetitions, 3x weekly. And if you don’t have good coordination, simply hold onto a wall or something sturdy as you squat down.
