US National Debt Already At $21 Trillion! Nasty Effects of Negative Compounding Approaching?
In only 1 year under President Trump, the US' national debt has already increased by $1 trillion! https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-03-16/us-national-debt-hits-21-trillion Putting this in context, total US debt has now risen by over $1 trillion in Trump's first year... and the real spending hasn't even begun yet. President Trump's projected $1 trillion plus budget deficits (using supply side economic stimulus) Jason shows with his calculator what 1% of $21 trillion is. So for every 1% increase in interest rates, the US Treasury will have to pay another $210 billion in interest payments! That's less money for military spending and other things the US federal government spends big money on like federal government employees and agency budgets and also welfare programs. Jason also shows how despite "Fedspeak" and rhetoric by former Fed Chairwoman Janet Yellen over the last year about wanting to drastically reduce their balance sheet that the Fed has not even reduced its balance sheet by $100 billion dollars yet! And, when the US Dollar Index dropped below key 89 support levels, the Fed (to try and stop the US Dollar Index from falling) may have actually started to increase its balance sheet again to try and get the US Dollar index to rally! Amity Shlaes on Silent Cal
Sandwiched between progressive avatars Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, and FDR, Calvin Coolidge gets little acclaim. But Coolidge historian and biographer Amity Shlaes (AmityShlaes.com) makes the case for libertarians to view Silent Cal favorably, as someone who deeply and instinctively distrusted grandiose government. With the Great War over, Coolidge called for "normalcy" — meaning peace — staying out of the League of Nations, and a humble America First foreign policy (see Mises.org/SilentCal). The Fed was in its infancy, but Coolidge instructed Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon to pursue a monetary policy that yielded deflation, arguing that "inflation is repudiation." And when he left office in 1929 the US federal budget was nominally smaller than when he first became president, a great feat in any era. A Modest Proposal for the US Economy | Jeff Deist
Hosted by the Mises Institute in Nashville, Tennessee, on 14 April 2018. Special thanks to an Anonymous Donor for making this event possible. Economist Bob Murphy and commercial banking expert Carlos Lara join Jeff Deist for an unbridled look at the economy from a free-market perspective. Stock markets continue to roar, despite some recent hiccups. Unemployment and inflation, at least official unemployment and inflation, are relatively low. The job market is robust, tax cuts are in place, and a new Fed Chair promises more of the same policies. But are the underlying problems with the US economy, namely huge deficits, federal debt that is 105% of GDP, and a spendthrift Congress too much to overcome? Will Trump's economy tank, along with the stock market and your 401(k)? Is your job, industry, or portfolio at risk?

Former Treasury Secretary Slams GOP Tax Law
Former Treasury Secretary Jack Lew served under President Barack Obama. He has slammed the recently enacted Republican tax law as counterproductive for the US economy. He says it could lead to cuts to important government programs. In an interview with Bloomberg, Lew said the tax law could end up doing the "exact opposite of what anxious and angry voters were calling for" during the 2016 election. With the US economy already expanding, Lew said that the tax law's broad fiscal stimulus was unnecessary. He says that the economy instead needed targeted investment in areas like education and training to help boost workers getting left behind by shifts in industries. http://www.businessinsider.com/jack-lew-trump-gop-tax-reform-bill-time-bomb-2018-1 http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com

Pelosi slams company bonuses as 'crumbs' despite abconce praising $40 tax cut
closeVideoPelosi: Tax Cut Bonuses for Employees Amount to 'Crumbs'House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Thursday slammed President Trump’s tax reform that led to companies giving as large as $2,000 bonuses as “crumbs,” despite praising Obama-era $40 tax cut to workers as a “victory for America” in 2011.Following the passage of sweeping tax cuts, including lowering the corporate tax from 35 percent to 21 percent, multiple companies have given out bonuses and pay rises for its workers amid anticipating tax savings.Companies such as AT&T have given $1,000 bonuses to 200,000 employees while at least 60,000 workers at Fiat/ Chrysler received bonuses worth up to $2,000.VideoMillions of Americans receiving bonuses following Trump's tax reform“In terms of the bonus that corporate America received versus the crumbs that they are giving to workers to kind of put the schmooze on — it’s so pathetic,” she told reporters Thursday. “I think it’s insignificant.”Back in 2011, however, Pelosi was singing a different tune – praising a $40 payroll tax cut passed by President Obama as “a victory for all Americans” that will “make a difference.”“The American people spoke out clearly and, thanks to President Obama’s leadership, 160 million Americans will continue to receive their payroll tax cut – nearly $40 per paycheck in the pockets of the average family,” she said at the time. “I salute the work of the unified House Democratic caucus on behalf of the American people.”According to Saving.org’s inflation calculator, $40 in 2011 is equal to $44.06 in today’s dollars. At least two million U.S. workers received bonuses, pay rises and other perks from at least 130 companies, The Washington Times reported. Most of these companies point to the Trump tax plan as the impetus.Today's agreement is a victory for the American people-they spoke out clearly & #40dollars each paycheck will make a difference.— Nancy Pelosi (@NancyPelosi) December 23, 2011The Associated Press contributed to this report.Lukas Mikelionis is a reporter for FoxNews.com. Donald J. Trump is at the swearing in ceremony for new U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
Département de la Santé et des Services sociaux des États-Unis‬, Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th president of the United States at his inauguration ceremony in Washington, D.C.. ... But in the meantime, it allows the Health and Human Services Department or other federal agencies to delay implementing any piece of the law that might impose a "fiscal burden" Alex Azar, who headed drugmaker Eli Lilly, was nominated Monday to be secretary of Health and Human Services. Azar had ... 2 official at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services during the George W. Bush administration. President ... Donald J. Trump ‪Secrétaire à la Santé et aux Services sociaux des États-Unis‬‬ President Trump has charged the newest Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar to help combat the impacts of the nation's opioid epidemic and rising prescription drug costs crippling the United States at a White House ceremony on Monday. "He will help lead our efforts to confront the national emergency of addiction and death due to opioids and I think we're going to be very tough on the drug companies in that regard and tough on doctors in that regard, because what's going on is pretty incredible," said Mr. Trump. The president added that HHS needs to "unravel the tangled web of special interests that are driving prices up for medicine and for really hurting patients." "Alex, I know there is no one more capable, qualified and committed than you in overcoming these challenges, so important, and I will say this, prescription drug prices is going to be one of the big things and whenever I speak to Alex, I speak to him about that prior to anything else, and I know you can do it, you know the system and you can do it because it's wrong," Mr. Trump said. Azar was formally sworn-in at the White House where Vice President Mike Pence administered the oath of office. Azar was confirmed to his new position by the Senate last week in a 55-43 vote. Mr. Trump announced Azar would be the new HHS chief over Twitter in November, writing that Azar "will be a star for better healthcare and lower drug prices!" This wouldn't be Azar's first stint with the Health and Human Services Department, having previously served as general counsel and later as deputy secretary of HHS in President George W. Bush's administration. After his stint in the Bush administration, Azar was president of Eli Lilly USA, a global pharmaceutical company. He is filling the vacancy left by former secretary Tom Price, who resigned during several probes into his government travel. On Monday, Mr. Trump said that Azar is taking the helm of HHS which he has already served with "tremendous distinction," calling him an "incredible public servant" in his previous roles at the Department. The president also offered reporters at the White House ceremony a preview to his upcoming State of the Union speech which he is set to deliver Tuesday night. "I hope it's going to be good, we worked on it hard," said Mr. Trump of his address, calling it a "big" and "important" speech that covers "a lot of territory" including the administration's success in overhauling the nation's tax code as well as immigration. "We're going to get something done. We hope it's going to be bipartisan because the Republicans really don't have the votes to get it done in any other way so it has to be bipartisan, but hopefully the Democrats will join us – or, enough of them, will join us so we can really do something great for DACA and for immigration in general," he added.

ALARMING Nancy Pelosi INSULTED Working Class Americans! – This Will Make You Angry!
ALARMING: Nancy Pelosi INSULTED Working Class Americans! – This Will Make You Angry! Every single real American from the older generation will agree that Nancy Pelosi did next to nothing when it comes to the way she came to the position. All she did was serving her constituents and later on, she became a millionaire overnight. “Pelosi, who appears to be increasingly mentally unfit for the job of congresswoman, has gotten so out of touch that another Democrat even attempted to boot her from her perch as House Minority Leader. Unfortunately for the Democratic Party, Rep. Pelosi has continued her work of completely alienating many working-class Americans from the party that they used to vote for.” (h/t) So, when you look at it from that aspect, it is completely normal that Pelosi doesn’t have a clue of the real profits that working-class Americans are getting from the tax reform As she said, the bonuses and tax relief are “pathetic” and “insignificant”, something that only a millionaire living away from society can say. Recently, she stated her mind about the tax reforms, “A number of bonuses — one of the bonuses was in a union contract and then they added a little more money to that. That same firm just told the employees they were going to be laying off 1,500 people and if they wanted to save their jobs, they could work 32 hours.” She then continued, “In terms of the bonus that corporate America receives versus the crumbs they are giving to workers to put the schmooze on is so pathetic. And I would hope with their big advantage of bringing home at a very low rate that they would invest in infrastructure but our experience has been they will seek dividends and buy-backs. It is insignificant.”
Corrupt Bernie Sanders Found GUILTY Hillary Is Next!
Corrupt Bernie Sanders Found GUILTY- Hillary Is Next! Subscribe HERE For More News:https://goo.gl/8hWRiL Read Original Article Here:https://goo.gl/KHNduh Bernie Sanders has received some very bad news after what the Federal Election Commission (FEC) has discovered. It may have taken some time to determine the ruling or unearth the evidence, but they found it and it’s going to cost Bernie Sanders quite a few dollars since he was found guilty. The FEC has fined 2016 Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders $14,000 dollars for illegally accepting in-kind contributions from a foreign entity. This particular ruling stems from a February 2016 conservative activist group Project Veritas video where it should Australian nationals forking for the Sanders campaign while at the same time being paid by the Australian taxpayer funded ALP. Shortly after the release of this video Republican and former New Hampshire House speaker William O’Brien filed a complaint with the FEC. This complaint alleged that the ALP had made “prohibited foreign contributions” to the Sanders 2016 presidential campaign. The fines were levied in February 2016. According to the FEC, the Austrailian Volunteers engaged in political activities included encouraging voter attendance at campaign events, canvassing, planning events and recruitment of volunteers. Trending: JUST IN: Trump Put All Gov’t Workers On 30 Day Notice With Sudden Executive Order Overnight – He’s Had It! “The Sanders campaign “treated the ALP delegates no differently from any other campaign out-of-town volunteers and was aware that they were receiving a stipend from the ALP,” the FEC added.” Here is more on this via Western Journal: “While volunteering with the Sanders campaign, the Australians engaged in political activities “including encouraging voter attendance at campaign events, recruiting volunteers, canvassing with volunteers, and planning events,” according to the FEC. The Sanders campaign “treated the ALP delegates no differently from any other campaign out-of-town volunteers and was aware that they were receiving a stipend from the ALP,” the FEC added. The ALP spent $16,140 for the Australians’ flights to the United States and $8,282 for their daily stipends. The FEC determined that amounted to a $24,422 “prohibited in-kind foreign contribution” the Sanders campaign accepted from the ALP. A Sanders spokesperson said in a statement to WMUR that the campaign doesn’t think it broke any rules. “During the course of the campaign, thousands and thousands of young people from every state and many other countries volunteered. Among them were seven Australian young people who were receiving a modest stipend and airfare from the Australian Labor Party so they could learn about American politics,” the spokesperson said. “The folks on the campaign managing volunteers did not believe the stipend disqualified them from being volunteers.” “In order to avoid a long and expensive fight with the FEC over the technical status of these young people, the campaign agreed to pay the FEC a small settlement but did not agree that it broke any rules,” the Sanders spokesperson added. O’Brien told WMUR Tuesday he was “disappointed” the FEC did not make a connection between ALP and the Australian government. “I’m disappointed that it’s not comprehensive,” O’Brien said of the FEC’s ruling. “It doesn’t go into the Australian government funding. And I’m disappointed that it doesn’t go with greater specificity into the actual things that they were doing. I’m disappointed that they didn’t go to what was the effect on the campaign.” “It’s basically the Australian government using the conduit of a socialist party to assist the socialist candidate in the United States,” O’Brien said. The FEC’s ruling against the Sanders campaign follows the Feb. 16 indictment of 13 Russian nationals who interfered in the 2016 election in support of Sanders and then-candidate Donald Trump. Sanders denied his campaign received support from Russians during an interview last week with Vermont Public Radio. “They were supporting my campaign, no. They were attacking Hillary Clinton’s campaign and using my supporters against Hillary Clinton,” Sanders said.” This information about Bernie Sanders might give those who are investigating others for similar illegal activities. Some believe Hillary Clinton might be targeted next for her possible involvement in an assortment of incidents that people might be looking into. Will the FEC find Hillary Clinton guilty of anything similar to what Bernie Sanders was caught doing? Will an organization be strong enough to hold Hillary accountable for anything she might be involved in? Write your thoughts below and share this story with a friend who might be interested in knowing what Bernie Sanders was caught doing!

Pelosi Calls Trump’s Tax Cut Bonuses ‘Breadcrumbs,’ Ohio Woman Drops Truth Bomb On Her
Pelosi Calls Trump’s Tax Cut Bonuses ‘Breadcrumbs,’ Ohio Woman Drops Truth Bomb On Her Source and content: https://goo.gl/Xfz81t Senator Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), whose net worth is about $196 million, recently ripped into President Donald Trump’s tax cut bonuses, calling them “breadcrumbs.” Now, a video clip of one Ohio woman has gone viral after she dropped an epic truth bomb on the demon-hag from California. Politicians never seem to be short on words or hypocrisy, and that is exactly what one Ohio woman proved when she responded to Pelosi’s recent attempt to disparage Trump and the bonuses announced after his Tax Reform Bill was signed into law. Maybe one or two thousand dollars is just chump-change to elites like Nancy Pelosi, but for many Americans, a bonus that size can provide a significant resource for day to day life. Pelosi should be ashamed of herself. According to The Gateway Pundit, FOX News contributor Pete Hegseth visited Mama’s West Main Cafe in Hillsboro, Ohio, on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, and conducted a few interviews with the locals. One woman, in particular, had an epic truth bomb for Nancy Pelosi, who has in the past been very outspoken about income equality but can’t seem to understand the lives of middle-class Americans. Notably, the cafe is located in the region of Ohio that voted 76% for Donald Trump in 2016, so it wasn’t hard for Hegseth to rustle up a few Trump supporters for his interviews. One woman whom Hegseth interviewed aimed her comment at Pelosi for her recent “breadcrumb” dig. Pelosi also called the bonuses being handed out by U.S. corporations in response to Trump’s tax cuts “pathetic.” When Hegseth asked the woman, identified only as Sue, “What does a thousand dollar bonus mean to real people?” she replied, “Well, for one thing, it’s a very, very big deal. When you work for a company and they want to give you a thousand dollar check just because our president gave us a tax break, to me, it’s a big deal. We’ve been called deplorables and everything. But, this deplorable appreciates those breadcrumbs.” Almost instantly the entire restaurant full of customers cheered for Sue’s response and for President Donald Trump. How dare Nancy Pelosi preach to Americans about “breadcrumbs.” According to Investment Watch, Pelosi’s net worth as of May 2017 was approximately $196 million, so perhaps Pelosi needs to answer a few important questions about where she’s been getting her own “breadcrumbs.” The House Minority Leader reportedly makes $193,400 per year. How has she turned that ridiculous salary into a staggering $193 million fortune? In my opinion, politicians shouldn’t be allowed to capitalize on their positions in such an obscene manner. Pelosi’s amassed fortune reeks of “pay-to-play” corruption. Unfortunately, she’s just one of many political figures who has taken advantage of the office to which they’ve been elected. After almost 29 years in office, Nancy Pelosi has much more to show for herself than she does for the people of California’s 12th District. I think some self-reflection is in order for the aged Democrat in this instance because it’s purely hypocritical for someone who is a proven opportunist to lecture middle-class America about “breadcrumbs.” Sue from Hillsboro, Ohio, is right. A couple thousand dollars could help cover the cost of a college student’s outrageous tuition or books or help struggling parents with daycare. People like Pelosi are completely out of touch with these kinds of mundane issues that face the rest of us on a day to day basis. She doesn’t budget grocery money or calculate how much she’s going to have left after paying her mortgage. It’s truly ironic that Pelosi has probably received a mountain of “breadcrumbs” from many of the same corporations now giving out bonuses to employees as a result of President Donald Trump’s tax cuts. That is exactly how corporate America buys influence and manipulates legislation in their favor.
