Where skinny guys come to build athletic muscle... http://athleanx.com/x/from-skinny-to-jacked If you are a skinny guy there is nothing more frustrating than eating everything in sight and still not being able to put on muscle mass. I know because I struggled with this myself. Learning how to gain weight fast if you're skinny is made complicated because the truth is, you're getting bad advice. Most will tell you that in order to get big you have to eat big. This is just too damn simplified to have any real merit. As I show you in this video, in order to build muscle if you are skinny you need to FIRST focus on the quality of the food you eat before you even think about the quantity. Eating a lot of bad food will do nothing to help you build muscle size since the building blocks are founded on garbage. Eating less of healthier foods will do far more to help you get bigger, even if that means taking in far fewer calories than you do now. As a self admitted junk food eater growing up, I can tell you that I never was really able to add any muscle eating the food I was eating. It wasn't until I decided to clean up my nutrition and start following more of a bodybuilding diet or eating plan that I started to see my gains skyrocket. The problem was, the bodybuilding meal plan was downright bland! I learned more about nutrition and realized that eating well didn't have to be painful. Years later I would create the X Factor Meal Plan (that is included in the ATHLEAN-X Training System at http://athleanx.com ). This same plan not only helped me to build muscle as a skinny guy but it also ironically helped guys that were overweight to get ripped! How does that work? Think of it as a lifestyle change and modification - this is not short term! It's changing your habits. 8. Don't focus on the calories you're consuming - focus on the quality calories you are consuming. 9. Give yourself the freedom to cheat 'every once-in-awhile' - indulge once or twice a week. Indulge doesn't mean going nuts and freakin' crazy. 10. If you fall off the weight-loss horse, dust yourself off and get back on - the successful people don't beat themselves off. It's hard but you're the only one that matters. You may fall off 27 freakin' times, but it only takes 1 time to ride that puppy into the sunset. You just need to give yourself permission to succeed. Sprinkle ½ tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tbsp of water over it. 3. Refrigerate for 30 min 4. Now add ½ tbsp thinly sliced ginger to the fish 5. Also add chopped ½ tomato 6. Slice and add 2 mushrooms 7. Add 1 stalk of spring onion chopped 8. Add salt to taste and mix this well with the fish 9. Boil water in a deep pan 10. Keep a stand in it and place the fish plate over it carefully 11. Now cover and cook for 10 min 12. Remove carefully and serve hot This steamed fish is rich in omega 3 which will give some relief to your inflamed stomach Recipe 2: Banana cucumber salad 1. Chop 1 small banana 2. Chop and add ½ peeled cucumber 3. Now, add ½ tsp lemon juice to this mixture 4. Also add ½ tsp honey 5. Now, add some salt and pepper to taste 6. Mix this well & keep it in fridge for a while 7. Cut veggies at 6 Minutes and add into pasta and boil for remaining 6 minutes. Strain. Add back into pot with sauce and cook for 1 minute. Put in a bowl top with parmesan and herbs. Egg in a Tortilla Ingredients Egg Tortilla Cheese Sauce - Bite a hole in your tortilla. Put in a pan with oil and fry both sides till crispy. Crack and egg into the hole, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then flip. Sprinkle cheese and drizzle sauce! Chicken Veggie Quesadilla Ingredients Fresh Veggies Meat (I used chicken) Tortilla Cheese - Cut up fresh veggies, cook and add meat. Remove and add tortilla till crispy. Top with veggies, meat, and cheese, fold over and press. Cook 3-5 minutes till crispy and cut. Meatball Parm Sandwich Ingredients Bread Meatballs Mozzarella Sauce - Heat the meatballs. Slice bread open and add fresh mozzarella followed by meatballs and sauce. If you want to add parmesan on top you can. Close the sandwich and press till toasted. For example, whey protein in milk blended with fruit, oatmeal and peanut butter works very well. So, if you find that you can't eat enough to gain muscle and need to figure out how to eat more calories to sustain an ongoing surplus, these 4 tips should be a big help.

Then add 1 tsp lemon juice 9. Mix all these ingredients well 10. Now, remove the minced chicken and add it to this mixture 11. Next, take 2 hard-boiled eggs 12. Cut them in half and remove their yolks 13. Using a spoon, fill the egg whites with the prepared chicken mixture 14. Now add the boiled pasta and broccoli 11. Stir well and add 2 tbsp red pasta sauce in this You can make this sauce at home putting together some fresh tomatoes, basil & other herbs 12. Add the reserved pasta water 13. Stir well 14. Add some salt and pepper to taste 15. Finally add 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese in it 16. Mix all this well and remove in a serving dish 17. Garnish with some olive oil and parmesan cheese 18. Your pasta is ready to serve Recipe 2: Potato salad 1. Boil and dice 8-10 potatoes 2. Add these to a bowl 3. Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 4. Mix this well 5. Let it marinate sit for about 5 minutes. 6. Then add 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion to it 7. Also add 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley 8. Add 1 tsp olive oil 9. Add some salt and pepper to salt 10. Triggers for acid reflux usually involve not getting enough enzymes in your diet, causing low stomach acid. In order to address this issue, you need to change your diet. I would recommend avoiding citrus fruits, tomatoes, chocolate, carbonated beverages, grain products, and hydrogenated oils. Replace those foods with foods that are high in enzymes and easy for your body to digest like vegetables, fruits, organic meats, bone broth. Additionally, you want to supplement your body with a digestive enzyme supplement (two capsules with meals) or HCL with pepsin (start with one capsule with protein). You will also want to focus on your lifestyle by eating less at meals and slowing down your eating pace. This page is about the top 10 non perishable things you can buy at the store and keep on hand for months on end so that when you don't have time to go shopping, you can whip up something healthy, tasty, and high in protein, in no time at all. The reason this is so important is that you know exactly what happens when your cupboards are bare and you are out of time -- you stop for unhealthy fast food or grab junk food from a convenience store. With these ten non perishable items on hand, you can whip up almost an endless number of really tasty and healthy dishes quickly. Let me be completely clear here, I am not saying to eat these foods all the time. I am not saying to give up normal menu planning where you plan healthy meals for the week and go shopping. All I am saying is that you should keep these in your pantry for the times when you just don't have time to shop. Success in bodybuilding, health, and fitness is all about consistency -- day after day, year after year. Having these foods on hand insures that the next time you have to work overtime unexpectedly and you are coming driving home starved at 7pm that you can drive right by the McDonalds because you know you can whip something up with what is in your pantry. Remember the above purpose when you look at the items in the below list. Each of these foods you could find something bad to say about but remember, we are comparing these to what you would eat if these foods were not in your pantry -- Big Mac Meal Deals, Big bag of chips, snickers bars, etc. Canned tuna does have a lot of mercury but having a can once in awhile is completely fine and it certainly beats the food quality of fast food ground beef. Yes, canned food can be high in sodium but one Big Mac has more sodium than three whole cans of kidney beans! One single bag of BBQ potato chips/crisps has as much salt as five whole cans of kidney beans. Alles Klar?
