This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. What’s interesting is that the newest research shows that men with ED typically also have heart problems.5 Thus, ED is a pre-warning sign that you may have a heart attack or stroke in the future because you have a buildup of plaque and calcium in your blood vessels.5 How To Improve Your Blood Flow The older we get, the worse your circulation becomes. This affects your entire body - from head to your two, inside and out. Remember, your blood contains oxygen, youthful hormones and nutrients to feed all of your cells. So you must improve your circulation for better health and longevity and this first starts with improving your lifestyle. This means: Reduce or eliminate fried fats. Eat natural, raw fats - raw nuts and seeds, avocados, extra virgin olive oil, fish oils and similar uncooked fats. Choose wild caught fish and cage-free poultry more often than red meat. However, when it comes the user preference, Cialis is a big winner simply because you don’t have to time it right before sex. You can take it in the morning and it’s in your system for a couple of days. So, you’re ready to go the entire time. However, keep in mind that Cialis is also SLOW to act and it does take a couple of hours to kick in, while Viagra takes only about 20-30 minutes. Sex Is Expensive Now, what’s crazy is that Cialis costs about $60 a pill. But hey, that’s cheaper than Viagra’s almost $75 a pill price.1.2 But, I get it. When a man can’t perform, he’ll do almost anything to make “it” work. And yes, there are generic versions you can buy overseas which costs less, but they are typically under dosed or faked. But I’m not sure because I just haven’t had much “drive” for anything lately, especially sex. Can you tell me more about the psychological causes of impotence and what I can do to fix this?” Your mind is your biggest “sexual organ” and this means that your mind DOES affect your sexual desires and performance. Psychological factors are responsible for about 15%-20% of all cases of erectile dysfunction (ED) Sometimes this is due to a secondary reaction to an underlying physical cause. In some cases, the psychological effects of ED may stem from childhood abuse or sexual trauma. 6 psychological causes of Erectile Dysfunction... STRESS Stress comes in many forms. Sometimes it’s job or money related. Sometimes it has to do with the current relationship(s) you’re in -- intimate or friendships. Constant worry, negative thoughts, lack of sleep and even physical stress all cause a change in your “brain chemistry” due to a change in your hormones by increasing your “stress” hormone, Cortisol. Remember, your mind and body are connected and they work WITH each other. So what happens in your mind, can manifest physically and in this case, cause Erectile Dysfunction.. ANXIETY Once a man experiences ED, he may become overly worried that the problem will happen again. This can lead to "performance anxiety," or a fear of sexual failure. Unfortunately, the more you think about it, the more anxious you become and the worst the situation is. Keep in mind that similar to “stress”, when you have anxiety your brain chemistry and hormones change, all of this reduces blood flow to your penis and thus, causing impotence. Drugs used to treat anxiety only make ED problems worse! GUILT Feeling guilty can also cause ED. A man may feel guilty that he is not satisfying his partner. Or he may feel guilty about something hurtful that he’s done. DEPRESSION A common cause of ED is depression because it affects a person both psychologically and physically. Depression can cause ED even when a man is completely comfortable in sexual situations. When you’re depressed, you don’t have the “drive”, both in and out of the bedroom. Similar to anti-anxiety drugs, anti-depressant medications only make ED problems worse. LOW SELF-ESTEEM This can be due to prior episodes of ED, thus a feeling of inadequacy. Or it can be the result of other issues unrelated to sexual performance. You may have low self-esteem because of how you look naked or how much money you make or the kind of job you have or other superficial factors. You may also have low self-esteem if you’re comparing yourself to your woman’s past -- previous boyfriends, sexual experiences, etc. Also, statics show that men who watch a lot of porn, tend to have low self-esteem due to the size of their penis -- “is mine big enough?...”, which causes even more mental stress and anxiety. INDIFFERENCE This may come as a result of age and a subsequent loss of interest in sex, stemming from problems in a couple's relationship. If there’s a lack of effort to be affectionate or sexual by both people in the relationship, psychologically you just stop caring, wanting or even thinking about “sex”. Summary As stated in the beginning of today’s video, your mind is your “biggest sexual organ”. We all have things that turn us on or off. Fetishes and so forth. If you’re not in a positive place psychologically, your body will react accordingly. Mental and emotional stress, worry, anxiety and depression AFFECT your body physically… There is a drop in your “sex drive” hormones. When your mind and body is under “stress” and excess worry, it has no need, want or desire to “procreate” and thus, your body shuts down your libido. Solution So, what’s the solution?... In life, you get what you focus on. So if you’re constantly thinking about what you do NOT have, your mind will be under stress, you’ll have anxiety, you’ll be depressed and have low self-esteem. Your mind can have only ONE feeling at a time... FEAR OF INTIMACY & the 5 Ways to Overcome it! There are many articles out there and I have heard from many of you that you have been told the fear of intimacy comes from social phobia, or anxiety disorders. Today I want to talk about where this fear really comes from and more of the root of the issue rather than what co-morbid diagnosis we may have. As a side note: Know that if you are in a relationship with someone who struggles with this and you feel them pushing you away or maybe not giving you the attention that you need; they are doing their best. Many who struggle with this feel that they are giving people all of the love and support they need, because it feels like enough to them. They are not intentionally holding back, they simply don't realize they are doing it. I believe that the fear of intimacy comes from us not having a secure attachment. Now remember, a secure or not secure attachment is something that is created when we are young children or babies. If we have a smothering parent we may grow up worrying that we truly express ourselves and what we are feeling, we may only upset them more and make things worse. On the other hand, if we have a neglectful parent we may not express what we are feeling or going through because we know we won't get the love and support we need. Also, keep in mind that many of us who struggle with this may not even know. We usually find out because of work and work relationships or by getting into a serious romantic relationship. Here are 5 ways that we can overcome it! -CBT & DBT Therapy are best for the treatment of this. 1. Practice expressing how we feel & communicating our emotions 2. Using "feeling sheets" You know those pages filled with emotion words that you can circle. These are great to identify what it is we are feeling 3. Practice reading other people's emotions 4. Be patient. This can take time and practice, but know that it does get better and easier as we stick with it. 5. Practice calming techniques. These could be breathing techniques, distraction techniques or even stretching or yoga. Whatever you can add into your day and lifestyle that help calm you down. Hello, my friends, in this video, I wanted to address some issues of confusion that many of you are having: specifically the idea/belief that if you don't do semen retention you automatically lose your women attraction.
