The male reproductive system consists of a number of organs that contribute to the human reproductive system. Scientific evidence strongly backs the idea of utilizing curcumin in treatment of prostate cancer. Turmeric can help in erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction or impotence is a sexual malfunction affecting millions of males. It is a result of psychological and physical causes. Animal studies prove that a novel water soluble derivative of curcumin is better than Viagra and Cialis (Sildenafil & Tadanafil) in treating erectile dysfunction. Curcumin can protect the testis from damage caused by torsion and loss of blood supply. Curcumin alone or in combination with Vitamin D serves as a potent anti-microbial agent that can destroy drug resistant bacteria that cause gonorrhoea. Curcumin can prevent male infertility caused by toxicity and support production of sperms by ameliorating the damage. The best way of using turmeric is to include it in your diet. You can make the Golden Paste and add a dollop of it to your salad, soup or rice preparation. Turmeric Milk on a daily basis should help. Turmeric as a spice is safe. Low levels of folate have also been linked to a lower sperm count. The daily recommended intake for adult men is 200 micrograms. Folic acid is found in foods such as potatoes, oranges, leafy greens and beans. Vitamin C Eating a diet rich in vitamin C helps in improving sperm quality. Vitamin C is rich in antioxidants which helps to protect the sperm's DNA and reduces the level of damaged sperm per ejaculation. The recommended daily intake of vitamin C for men over 19 years is 40 mg. Citrus fruits, berries, kiwifruit, Brussels sprouts, broccoli and red bell peppers are excellent sources of vitamin C. Improved sperm count means that there will be more sperm with the ability to fertilize an egg and increased sperm motility means that the sperm is healthy and strong enough to make it all the way to an egg. It is to be noted that even when condom is used correctly, condoms do not protect against infections spread from sores on the skin not covered by a condom such as the base of the penis or scrotum. Some of the important things to keep in mind while using a condom are: Check the expiration date as condoms can dry and crack if they're old. Always choose condoms which are made of latex, which is thought to be more effective in preventing STDs. You should only use water-based lubricants with condoms. Using lotion, petroleum jelly or baby oil can break down the condom. You should open the condom packet with your hands and not with your teeth. Open it carefully so you don't tear the condom. Choose a condom with a reservoir tip to catch semen after ejaculation. You should roll the condom down until it's completely rolled out. When you are done you or your partner should withdraw while holding the condom at the base of the penis to prevent the condom from slipping off. Usually most men and women have no problems in using condoms. But some people sometimes have an allergy to latex. So using a condom is not always 100% safe but it prevents from spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Energy-Density Considerations Foods that are low in energy density, or calories per gram, help you lose weight by filling you up without providing a lot of calories. Dates and other dried fruits are a lot higher in energy density than fresh fruits, so the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that you choose dried fruits less often. Dates have about 2.8 calories per gram, which means they are medium-energy-density foods. Most fresh fruits have 1.5 calories per gram or less, making them low or very low in energy density. Better Alternatives If you want to enjoy fruit, most fresh or frozen options will allow you to eat more fruit with fewer calories than the same amount of dates. For example, a medium apple has 95 calories, a cup of raspberries has 64 calories, and a cup of grapes for 62 calories.

The 5 foods to avoid with haemorrhoids are: 1. Refined Foods In many cases, a diet that is rich in refined carbohydrates can bring about a worsening of the haemorrhoid condition. As such, the following foods should either be entirely avoided, or consumed in distinctly small quantities: Ready-Made Meals, White Bread and General Processed Foods. 2. Dairy Produce Dairy produce should be one of the first foods to eliminate from your diet if you suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. Perhaps it does seem like a rather unlikely culprit, but the truth is that dairy products represent not only a potential allergy-forming ingredient, but also can be particularly harmful to the intestines, due to its’ acid-forming capabilities. Arguably the worst offender among the variety of dairy products is that of ice cream, in-part due to the milk element, but also because of the amount of additives that are very frequently used in its’ make-up. 3. Caffeine Staying away from the consumption of caffeine perhaps poses the most difficulty for haemorrhoid sufferers. However, caffeine, which includes most types of coffee and tea in general, can encourage haemorrhoids to become more painful. Nevertheless, if you can’t bear the thought of the non-consumption of coffee and/ or tea, then there are plenty of options that are caffeine-free. 4. Alcohol Alcohol poses a painful risk to those who suffer with haemorrhoids. Alcohol can cause irritation within the intestinal tract, which of course then results in the aggravation of the symptoms associated with haemorrhoids. Again however, if you must, be sure to consume alcohol in small quantities. 5. Nuts Nuts should be avoided if you suffer from haemorrhoids. Get in and out quickly – You should know that leaving the door open will let the steam out. So close the door as quickly as possible when entering or leaving the sauna. Shower first – Enter the sauna clean by taking a shower first, this will get rid of any bad body odors, bacteria, and sweat. Some of the Don'ts are: Work out - The sauna is a wonderful place to relax and sit. It is not the place for work out. Spit – Never spit inside the sauna. Over-water the rocks – Don’t put too much water onto the rocks as this can fill the room with excessive heat and will make it uncomfortable for those who prefer the steam. So always ask the other people in the room, if they want more heat or steam before putting water onto the rocks. However in this video we will show you how to conceive a baby boy, so you can add more color to your family. There are two kinds of sperm, the Y sperm and the X sperm. Only one sperm will fertilize the egg; if it is a Y sperm, the child will be a baby boy and if it is an X sperm, the child will be a baby girl. Thus, baby planning revolves around increasing the odds that either a Y or an X sperm will reach the egg first. The 3 ways you can conceive a baby boy naturally are: 1. Diet A woman's diet is extremely important in baby planning because the correct internal acidity is theorized to help the Y sperm move faster and live longer. The Y sperm requires an environment that is more alkaline in nature. The PH level of the cervical discharge of a woman's body needs to be less acidic. One thing that helps determine the PH level of cervical discharge is the food that you eat. If you want to increase the chances of conceiving a baby boy, you should include in your diet foods that are rich in sodium and potassium, such as pickles and bananas. 2. Ovulation Planning Y sperm does not live as long as the X sperm so it means the insemination should happen as close to ovulation as possible to have a baby boy. You should track your ovulation period so that you can know when is the right time to "do it" with your partner. As you know, your ovulation period occurs about 16 days after the first day of your last menstrual flow. You can also buy an ovulation kit to determine when is the best time to have a baby boy would be. 3. Position during Intercourse The Y sperm generally moves faster than the X sperm but cannot live as long as the X sperm does, so getting the sperm as close to the egg as possible gives the Y sperm an advantage. During intercourse, use positions that allow deep penetration so that the Y sperm is able to reach the egg as quickly as possible. So these 3 methods will help you in conceiving a baby boy. Some of these hand positions or mudras are: Prithvi Mudra This mudra helps in activating the root chakras. To perform this you need to touch the tip off the ring finger of each hand to the tip of the thumb. The rest of the fingers should be pointing straight. Prithvi Mudra helps to balance the different elements inside of the body. This mudra helps to foster self-confidence and is also good for strengthening the body. Vayu Mudra Vayu Mudra is excellent for balancing the air inside the body. It helps in improving the oxygen transport to the body’s tissues and calm your mind. To perform this mudra, you need to press the tip of each index finger onto the mound of your thumb. Then fold your thumb so that it presses down lightly on the bent index finger. Surya Mudra Surya Mudra increases the heat in the body. That is why it is called Surya mudra. To perform this mudra, you need to sit up straight, hold your hands out in front of you and then bend the ring finger of each hand so that its tip touches the mound of your thumb. Now press down on your ring finger with your thumb. Gyan Mudra Gyan Mudra is excellent for instilling wisdom and spiritual enlightenment. To perform gyan mudra you are required to sit down in a meditative pose and ensure that your back is held straight and your chest and head held up high. Now rest your hands on your knees with your palms facing upwards. Then touch the tip of the index finger to the tip of the thumb. The rest of the finger should be held straight and parallel to each other. Gyan Mudra is good for relaxing the body and focus the mind. The higher level of melatonin also increases your appetite. Some people suffer from seasonal affective disorder during the winter months which is a mild type of depression and can cause the feelings of sadness and lethargy. Even if you don’t suffer from seasonal affective disorder, winter can affect your mood and you may find yourself consuming carbohydrates to feel better. These foods will produce the hormone serotonin which will make you feel happy but not for long as these foods cause your blood sugar to risen rapidly and then drop quickly very much like a rollercoaster. In this video, you will learn what happens when you put a rose cutting in a potato. Growing roses by propagating their cuttings in potato is an excellent way. Since potato is an excellent source of fertilizer and moisture for rose cuttings, the rose will grow very well in potatoes. Let’s learn how to plant rose cuttings in potatoes. First of all, select the rose that you want propagate. Remove all of its leaves and cut the stem at a 45 degree angle about an inch and a half below the flower. Now take a potato and drill a hole in it. The size of the hole should be the size of the rose stem in the potato. Make sure it is a tight fit so it doesn't wiggle. Now comes the time to place the rose cuttings in the hole. After placing them, dig soil in your garden and keep the rose cuttings along with potato in it. It is time to cover the place with soil again. You need to water the rose plants regularly and it will take around 2 months to grow rose plants. This trick can help roses regrow their roots and then you can enjoy them for a long, long time. You can impress your family and friends by giving them roses from your own garden. I personally have never tried using potatoes but may well do so at some point. So, can you grow rose cuttings in a potato? There is some merit to the thought process of keeping the cutting moist as we attempt to get the rose bush cane cutting to take root. I have read about many different forms of propagation over my years growing roses on the farm and now in the city. And I must admit that using rose bush cuttings in potatoes is intriguing. Propagating with Rose Cuttings To me there are some steps that one must take to have the best chance of being successful at getting a rose cutting to take root, especially in a potato. We want to take our cutting from a mature rose cane, one that has flowered/produced a bloom or blooms. I like to take cuttings that are 6 to 8 inches long. Place the cuttings immediately in a jar or can of water to keep them moist. Label each cutting with the name of the rose bush it was taken from if you are taking several cuttings at one time. How to Plant Rose Cuttings in Potatoes Prepare what will be the rooting end of the cane by trimming off about ½ inch when you are ready to get going with the process. I like to lightly score the sides of the cane with a sharp knife near the bottom where the new roots will form. Removing or wounding a bit of the outer cane protection is fine, as it provides more root starting area. Dip the cut end of the cane into your favorite rooting hormone compound. I personally like one called Olivia’s Cloning Gel, as I have had great results with it. (Remove the foliage from the cutting, leaving only some on top.) Place the cutting immediately into the rooting medium of choice – in this case, a potato. Choose potatoes with higher moisture content like white potatoes or red potatoes. Prepare the potato by making a round penetration into the center using a screwdriver, or perhaps a drill bit, that is a little smaller than the diameter of the rose cutting. Place the prepared cutting into the potato, but do not push it clear through. Plant the potato and cutting out in a garden area with at least 3 inches of good soil covering it, tamp lightly and water it in. Place a jar or a wall-o-water around the planted cutting. I like using the wall-o-water units for this, as I can push them closed at the top forming a teepee-looking mini greenhouse over my cuttings or plant starts. Keep an eye on the soil moisture and see what happens. I have read that some folks have had success with the potato method, while some others have had either no success with it or only marginal success. Placing the prepared cutting in a potato without planting the entire thing does not seem to work well at all according to some reports. Therefore, planting the entire potato and cutting seems to be the best way to go. If you do not have a garden area in which to do the planting, a large pot (something the size of a five-gallon bucket or larger) with drainage holes in it would likely work okay too – or you can opt for something smaller if this is only temporary, like waiting for the weather to warm up. Using the planting in a pot method, you could cover the pot with a large clear plastic bag to help hold in the valuable moisture, a wall-o-water unit may still work, too, if the pot is large enough for it.

Eat Pomegranate Pomegranate seeds are good for sperm health as they are a natural aromatase inhibitor, which prevents testosterone from being converted into estrogen. 4. Wear Loose Underwear Wearing loose fitting cotton underwear can help sperm production as the temperature of the testicles remains under control and they do not get heat up. 5. Avoid Stress Stress can take a toll on your adrenal glands which eventually affects the production of sperm. Avoid stress by relaxing, reading book and doing things which you enjoy. So incorporate these 5 ways into your life to make your sperm stronger, faster and more fertile. The testicles need to stay cool because sperm production can occur just at a specific temperature. Actions that lead to overheating can decrease sperm production. This means that you should avoid going to steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs more than twice a week for 15 minute sessions. Wet heat in particular is not good for your testes and simply sitting in a hot tub for a half hour may decrease production of sperm. It can actually increase the temperature of the scrotum up to 35 degrees depending on how you sit, so use a cooling tray or keep the laptop on a table or desk. You should also opt for looser clothing as this will give the testicles room to stay a bit away from the body. Tight clothing places them too close to the body, which will increase their temperature. Therefore, opt for looser underwear and pants when trying to conceive. Pay Attention to Weight Either being overweight or underweight may negatively impact a male’s sperm and weight problems can also affect libido and performance, hurting a couple’s sex life. To maintain a healthy weight, follow a healthy diet with a mix of dairy, grains, lean proteins, vegetables, and fruits and be sure to take physical activities. Avoid Smoking Smoking can lower your sperm count and reduce the mobility of sperm. This means that you should try to quit as soon as possible to make your sperm stronger. If it takes some time, be sure to quit at least three months prior to starting to try to conceive, because sperm production takes around three months. In addition to quitting smoking, you should also stop using other drugs including marijuana. Limit the Amount of Alcohol and Caffeine Although men don’t have to completely give up beer, they should limit the intake as alcohol has been linked to sperm abnormalities and a decrease in production. Two drinks each day will still be fine but more than that can hurt the sperm and sexual performance. Caffeine and soda intake can reduce sperm concentration and sperm count, and experts recommend not having more than 300 milligrams of caffeine a day (around three servings of 6-ounces). Exercise Regularly It can be challenging to find an exercise routine you can maintain, but when you can make it, you will have an increase in sperm production. Exercise releases testosterone and this helps the sperm production. Try not to work the same muscle group on consecutive days so the muscle can rest and rebuild, but go with lifting heavy weights and compound exercises. However, don’t over-exercise, because adrenal steroid hormones may release, which will decrease testosterone levels. Lessen Stress Stress may lower your sexual function and sperm production. Your count may be low if you always work twelve hours a day without a rest. Try to relax during the day and keep both your body and mind healthy. Remember that stress hormones block the cells that regulate testosterone and if you are over-stressed, your body may stop sperm production. Besides, be sure to get enough sleep each day. Avoid Chemical Toxins Certain toxic chemicals including chemical solvents, lead, and heavy metals may lead to more damaged sperm. Whether such people dream or not probably depends on the cause of the coma. If the visual cortex is badly damaged, visual dreams will be lost. If the auditory cortex is destroyed, then they will be unable to hear dreamed voices. If the cause is damage to brain areas such as the reticular activating system, which controls the sleep-wakefulness cycle, normal dreams cannot occur but other dream-like states might. The term “coma” covers many conditions and until we understand them better, it is hard to say which ones can include dreams. So that is all about whether people in a coma dream or not.
